2、在本发明中,利用安装挡板来承载第一喷洒结构和第二喷洒结构,第一喷洒结构接通锥形孔,保证被加压后的水流顺利穿过第一喷洒结构并射出,而第一喷洒结构设置在整个安装挡板的中央,因此其形成了中央部分的喷洒区域,进一步地,第二喷洒结构由定位喷洒模块和活动喷洒模块两大模块组成,其中活动喷洒模块中设置了活动圆头和调节单元,其中活动圆头由于是球体因此具有可转动性,因此在活动圆头中开设接通锥形孔的出水通道,当通过调节单元来驱动活动圆头转动,就能使出水通道的朝向进行改变,从而让活动喷洒模块形成的喷洒区域的面积发生改变,让喷射角度变得可控,实现针对性调节并形成不同面积的喷洒区域,进一步提高了用户体验,同时,在活动喷洒模块扩大喷洒区域时,定位喷洒模块依旧会对活动喷洒模块喷洒区域与第一喷洒结构喷洒区域中的区域进行喷洒,从而使得整个花洒在其整个喷洒区域中实现均匀喷洒,提高喷洒效果。

如图1至图5所示,一种花洒装置,包括花洒头1,花洒头1设置有出水挡板2,出水挡板2上开设有多个锥形孔21,锥形孔21穿出出水挡板2内侧面形成进水孔211,锥形孔21穿出出水挡板2外侧面形成出水孔212,出水孔212尺寸小于进水孔211尺寸。
在本实施方式中,需要说明的是,出水挡板2采用金属制成,一般是一片薄的不锈钢或铝合金片,用精密制造技术,在一片薄的不锈钢或铝合金片上加工出来很多锥形孔21,这些锥形孔21都是圆锥形的,出水孔212尺寸小于进水孔211尺寸,当水流通过时被圆锥形的锥形孔21加压射出,这种花洒永久耐用、冲澡时感觉水流细腻均匀,去污能力强,节水节能,提高用户体验。
具体地,出水挡板2外侧面设置有出水组件3,出水组件3包括:接触设置在出水挡板2外侧面的安装挡板31;设置在安装挡板31中央的第一喷洒结构;以及设置在安装挡板31四周的第二喷洒结构;其中,第一喷洒结构接通锥形孔21,第二喷洒结构包括定位喷洒模块331和活动喷洒模块332,定位喷洒模块331接通锥形孔21,活动喷洒模块332包括活动圆头3321和调节单元3322,活动圆头3321呈球体状并且内部开设有出水通道,出水通道接通锥形孔21,调节单元3322连接活动圆头3321并且用于驱动活动圆头3321转动,当活动圆头3321转动后,出水通道改变朝向。
在本实施方式中,需要说明的是,利用安装挡板31来承载第一喷洒结构和第二喷洒结构,第一喷洒结构接通锥形孔21,保证被加压后的水流顺利穿过第一喷洒结构并射出,而第一喷洒结构设置在整个安装挡板31的中央,因此其形成了中央部分的喷洒区域,进一步地,第二喷洒结构由定位喷洒模块 331和活动喷洒模块332两大模块组成,其中活动喷洒模块332中设置了活动圆头3321和调节单元3322,其中活动圆头3321由于是球体因此具有可转动性,因此在活动圆头3321中开设接通锥形孔21的出水通道,当通过调节单元3322来驱动活动圆头3321转动,就能使出水通道的朝向进行改变,从而让活动喷洒模块332形成的喷洒区域的面积发生改变,让喷射角度变得可控,实现针对性调节并形成不同面积的喷洒区域,进一步提高了用户体验,同时,在活动喷洒模块332扩大喷洒区域时,定位喷洒模块331依旧会对活动喷洒模块332喷洒区域与第一喷洒结构喷洒区域中的区域进行喷洒,从而使得整个花洒在其整个喷洒区域中实现均匀喷洒,提高喷洒效果。
具体地,活动喷洒模块332还包括:开设在安装挡板31上的多个第一安装通道3323;和绕设在安装挡板31上并且能够旋转的调节盘3324;其中,多个第一安装通道3323按圆周方向均匀设置在安装挡板31上,活动圆头3321卡设在第一安装通道3323上,调节盘3324卡入安装挡板31内部并且与安装挡板31之间形成安装腔3325,调节单元3322设置在安装腔3325内,调节单元3322穿进第一安装通道3323内并连接活动圆头3321,当调节盘3324用于在转动后控制调节单元3322驱动活动圆头3321转动。
在本实施方式中,需要说明的是,活动圆头3321卡设在第一安装通道3323上,锥形孔21中的水流只会从活动圆头3321中的出水通道中射出,调节盘3324从安装挡板31的四周卡入安装挡板31内部,从而形成安装腔3325,调节单元3322固定在安装腔3325内并延伸进第一安装通道3323内连接活动圆头3321,用户可以直接捏住调节盘3324进行转动,当调节盘3324转动时,调节盘3324上的调节单元3322跟随调节盘3324转动,从而通过调节单元3322的作用,驱动活动圆头3321转动,当活动圆头3321转动后,使得喷射角度发生改变,从而使得喷洒区域发生改变。
具体地,调节单元3322包括:连接活动圆头3321侧方中央的转动柱;固定在转动柱端部的驱动盘;开设在驱动盘上的卡位槽;以及固定在调节盘3324 并且穿过卡位槽的斜导片;其中,斜导片两端与调节盘3324圆心距离不相等,当斜导片跟随调节盘3324转动后,斜导片推动卡位槽,以使驱动盘绕转动柱中心线转动。
在本实施方式中,需要说明的是,用户转动调节盘3324,调节盘3324上的斜导片跟随调节盘3324转动,斜导片在绕调节盘3324中心转动的过程中,斜导片始终处于卡位槽中,但斜导片与卡位槽的接触位置会发生改变,进一步地,由于斜导片两端与调节盘3324圆心距离不相等,因此当斜导片与卡位槽的接触位置从一端移至另一端时,卡位槽会被斜导片抵推,使得驱动盘被斜导片推动,由于驱动盘只会绕转动柱中心线转动,因此转动柱跟随驱动盘转动,最终转动柱使得活动圆头3321发生转动,综上,通过用户直接转动调节盘3324,就能使得活动圆头3321内出水通道的角度发生变化,从而实现对喷射角度的调节。
具体地,调节盘3324四周朝调节盘3324中心凹陷形成凹陷部。
在本实施方式中,需要说明的是,通过形成凹陷部,能够大大提高用户的可靠操作性,用户只需要将手指安置在凹陷部内即可轻松转动调节盘3324。
具体地,凹陷部为多个,多个凹陷部按圆周方向均匀分布在调节盘3324四周。
在本实施方式中,需要说明的是,多个凹陷部进一步提高了用户体验。
具体地,定位喷洒模块331包括:开设在安装挡板31上的多个第二安装通道3311;和设置在第二安装通道3311内部的第一出水塞3312;其中,多个第一出水塞3312分别接通不同锥形孔21。
在本实施方式中,需要说明的是,第二安装通道3311内设置第一出水塞3312,第一出水塞3312的喷射角度固定。
具体地,多个第二安装通道3311按圆周方向均匀分布在安装挡板31上。
在本实施方式中,需要说明的是,同样的,多个第二安装通道3311均匀设置,能够提高喷洒均匀性。
具体地,第一喷洒机构32包括:开设在安装挡板31上的多个第三安装通道321;和设置在第三安装通道321内部的第二出水塞322;其中,多个第二出水塞322分别接通不同锥形孔21。
在本实施方式中,需要说明的是,同样的,第三安装通道321内设置第二出水噻,第二出水噻的喷射角度同样固定。
具体地,花洒头1底部连接有连接部11,连接部11中空并且接通花洒头1,连接部11底部设置有螺纹管接头111。
在本实施方式中,需要说明的是,连接部11能够被用户手持,当连接部11底部的螺纹管接通接上水管后,能够直接接入水流。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种花洒装置,其特征在于,包括花洒头,所述花洒头设置有出水挡板,所述出水挡板上开设有多个锥形孔,所述锥形孔穿出所述出水挡板内侧面形成进水孔,所述锥形孔穿出所述出水挡板外侧面形成出水孔,所述出水孔尺寸小于所述进水孔尺寸;
    所述出水挡板外侧面设置有出水组件,所述出水组件包括:接触设置在所述出水挡板外侧面的安装挡板;设置在所述安装挡板中央的第一喷洒结构;以及设置在所述安装挡板四周的第二喷洒结构;其中,所述第一喷洒结构接通所述锥形孔,第二喷洒结构包括定位喷洒模块和活动喷洒模块,所述定位喷洒模块接通所述锥形孔,所述活动喷洒模块包括活动圆头和调节单元,所述活动圆头呈球体状并且内部开设有出水通道,所述出水通道接通所述锥形孔,所述调节单元连接所述活动圆头并且用于驱动所述活动圆头转动,当所述活动圆头转动后,所述出水通道改变朝向;
    所述活动喷洒模块还包括:开设在所述安装挡板上的多个第一安装通道;和绕设在所述安装挡板上并且能够旋转的调节盘;其中,多个所述第一安装通道按圆周方向均匀设置在所述安装挡板上,所述活动圆头卡设在所述第一安装通道上,所述调节盘卡入所述安装挡板内部并且与所述安装挡板之间形成安装腔,所述调节单元设置在所述安装腔内,所述调节单元穿进所述第一安装通道内并连接所述活动圆头,当所述调节盘用于在转动后控制所述调节单元驱动所述活动圆头转动;
    所述调节单元包括:连接活动圆头侧方中央的转动柱;固定在所述转动柱端部的驱动盘;开设在所述驱动盘上的卡位槽;以及固定在所述调节盘并且穿过所述卡位槽的斜导片;其中,所述斜导片两端与所述调节盘圆心距离不相等,当所述斜导片跟随所述调节盘转动后,所述斜导片推动所述卡位槽,以使所述驱动盘绕所述转动柱中心线转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的花洒装置,其特征在于,所述调节盘四周朝所述调节盘中心凹陷形成凹陷部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的花洒装置,其特征在于,所述凹陷部为多个,多个所述凹陷部按圆周方向均匀分布在所述调节盘四周。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的花洒装置,其特征在于,所述定位喷洒模块包括:
    开设在所述安装挡板上的多个第二安装通道;和
    设置在所述第二安装通道内部的第一出水塞;其中,
    多个所述第一出水塞分别接通不同所述锥形孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的花洒装置,其特征在于,多个所述第二安装通道按圆周方向均匀分布在所述安装挡板上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的花洒装置,其特征在于,所述第一喷洒机构包括:
    开设在所述安装挡板上的多个第三安装通道;和
    设置在所述第三安装通道内部的第二出水塞;其中,
    多个所述第二出水塞分别接通不同所述锥形孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的花洒装置,其特征在于,所述花洒头底部连接有连接部,所述连接部中空并且接通所述花洒头,所述连接部底部设置有螺纹管接头。
