实施例1
请参阅图1至图8,一种静音干足机,包括壳体100和风机组件,需要说明的是,本实施例中,将所述壳体面向用户的一侧定义为前侧,所述壳体远离用户的一侧定义为后侧,所述壳体100的后侧设有进风开口101,为了防止杂物、灰尘进入干足机内部导致故障,进风开口101处设有可拆卸的滤网104,通过定期更换滤网或清洗滤网,可以有效保证进入干足机内部的空气质量。
所述壳体100的前侧设有风干腔102,风干腔102的底面高度由后侧至前侧逐渐降低,可以让风干腔底面的积水在重力作用下排出风干腔102。
所述壳体100对应所述风干腔102设有风干腔开口103,用户可通过风干腔开口103将脚伸入风干腔102中,为了提高舒适度,风干腔102的底面设置有可拆卸的软质脚垫105,优选地,软质脚垫105为硅胶材质,硅胶材质化学性质稳定,热稳定性好,有较高的机械强度,且硅胶具备一定的自洁功能,不易沾染污渍,也容易清洗。
所述风干腔102的内壁设有风干腔出风开口,所述风机组件设置于所述壳体内,优选地风机组件设置于风干腔前部的上方,即将足部放入风干腔后的足背的前上方,可以更好地形成风道,间接降低风噪,所述风机组件将所述壳体100内分隔为进风腔体和出风腔体,所述进风开口101通过所述进风腔体与所述风机组件的进风口连通,所述风机组件的出风口通过所述出风腔体与所述风干腔出风开口连通,所述风机组件包括风机204、柔质壳203和风机壳,所述柔质壳203套接于所述风机204,所述柔质壳203的外侧均匀分布有挂接块2031,风机壳包括风机前壳202和风机后壳201,风机前壳202与风机后壳201通过螺丝连接,挂接块2031夹设于风机前壳202和风机后壳201之间,所述风机204通过所述柔质壳203的挂接块2031吊接于所述风机壳内,如此风机204与风机壳之间没有硬性连接,可以有效将风机工作时产生的震动通过柔质壳滤除,所述柔质壳203与所述风机壳之间形成有风机组件风道,为了进一步增加柔质壳203与风机后壳201之间的减震效果,柔质壳203对应风机后壳的一侧设有柔质凸起2032。优选的,柔质壳203的材质为硅胶。
从上述描述可知,本申请的有益效果在于:提供了一种结构合理、具有良好隔音结构的干足机,该干足机在风机与风机壳之间增加柔质壳,有效降低了风机工作时产生的震动,同时柔质壳与风机壳之间形成的风机组件风道将风噪密封于风机壳内,有效降低了风机工作时的风噪,大大提高了用户体验。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,所述风机组件的进风口设有隔音盖2011,所述隔音盖2011于远离所述壳体的进风开口的一侧设有风机壳进风口2012,所述隔音盖的内表面设有隔音材料。
本实施例中,为了防止风机组件中的噪音直接传出,在风机组件的进风口设置隔音盖,形成第一消音结构,在隔音盖面向干足机前侧设置风机壳进风口,可以防止风机组件中的噪音从风机组件的进风口直接传出,为了进一步削减噪音,隔音盖的内壁设有隔音材料,可达到由风机组件的进风口传出的噪音在多次反射后被大大削减。另外,风机壳进风口朝干足机的前侧设置,增加了进风气流通道的长度,能够让噪音密闭在风机壳里面,不能直接冲出风机壳,进一步增加防噪水平。
优选的,隔音材料为吸音棉。
实施例3
在实施例2的基础上,所述风机壳与所述柔质壳203之间设有隔音材料支架206,所述隔音材料支架206上设有隔音材料。
本实施例中,为了能够进一步防止风机的噪音传播出风机组件,风机壳与柔质壳之间设有隔音材料支架,所述隔音材料支架包括前隔音材料支架207和后隔音材料支架206,后隔音材料支架206罩设在柔质壳203的后端,前隔音材料支架207罩设在风机204的前端,隔音材料支架上贴设有隔音材料,可以大大降低风机产生的噪音。
实施例4
在实施例3的基础上,所述壳体100的出风腔体设有导风通道220,所述导风通道220通过主出风通道210与所述风机组件的出风口连通,所述导风通道220设有导风通道出风口,所述导风通道出风口由所述风干腔出风开口伸入所述风干腔中,所述导风通道出风口包括侧出风口222和底出风口221,所述侧出风口222呈条形,所述底出风口221呈圆形,所述侧出风口222沿长度方向间隔设有至少两个出风孔,所述底出风口221插设有管状出风嘴。
本实施例中,为了进一步降低风噪,干足机的出风腔体的两侧各设有导风通道,可以将风机排出的气流密封于导风通道中,降低整机运行噪音。
风干腔的两侧均对应导风通道出风口设有风干腔出风开口,如此一来可以让足部的两侧均能够被风干气流吹到,进一步提高干足效率。
具体的,每个导风通道的侧出风口222设置于风干腔开口的侧面,可以增加风干气流对足部的切向力,加速吹干足后跟部,实现更好更快的干足效果,另一方面也可以防止前端气流喷飞的水花四处乱溅;
底出风口221则沿水平方向间隔设置于导风通道靠近风干腔的底面,可以对足部在长度方向提供全面的风干气流,加快干足过程。
采用导风通道使整体的风气流通道的长度变长,也能够达到密封噪音,降低整机噪音的效果。
实施例5
在实施例4的基础上,所述主出风通道210中设有主出风通道支架240,所述主出风通道支架上贴设有隔音材料。
本实施例中,主出风道采用柔性材质制成,可以有效减轻震动,吸附一定的噪音,为了让主出风通道能够保持形状,主出风通道中设置有主出风通道支架,可以对主出风通道实现支撑作用,同时为了减轻出风噪音,主出风通道支架的内侧设有隔音材料。
实施例6
在实施例5的基础上,所述主出风通道210设有主出风通道出风口2101,所述主出风通道出风口2101由所述风干腔出风开口伸入所述风干腔102中;所述主出风通道210连接有上出风通道230,所述上出风通道230设有上出风通道出风口2301,所述上出风通道出风口2301由所述风干腔出风开口伸入所述风干腔102中。
本实施例中,在主出风通道设置主出风通道出风口,可以实现在风干腔中提供足部前方出风的效果,让足部前方也能被吹到风干气流;为了能够让足背能够被吹到风干气流,主出风通道连接有上出风通道,通过上出风通道将出风口延伸至足背部,可以让足背部能被风干气流吹到,提高干足效率。
实施例7
在上述任意一项实施例的基础上,所述柔质壳203靠近风机入风口的一侧设有风机入风口盖205,所述风机入风口盖205对应所述风机入风口设有盖口,所述风机入风口盖205面向所述风机204的一侧设有电路板2051,所述电路板2051设有散热片,所述散热片围绕所述盖口设置。
本实施例中,风机开始工作后,气流会由风机前部的风机入风口盖吸入风机,此时设置在风机入风口盖上的电路板所产生的热量传导至环绕盖口设置的散热片上,散热片的热量则由经盖口进入风机入风口的气流带走,从而达到加强散热的效果,有效延长了干足机内部功率器件的使用寿命。
实施例8
在实施例7的基础上,所述风干腔的底面设有可拆卸的软质脚垫105,所述软质脚垫105设有至少两条条状凸起1051,相邻的两条条状凸起1051之间设有软质柱体1052,所述软质柱体1052的顶端设有贯穿软质脚垫上表面和下表面的通孔。
本实施例中,一方面条状凸起1051和软质柱体1052可以为用户足部提供更好的弹性支撑,让触感更为舒适,同时,软质柱体1052可为足底提供按摩功能,另一方面可以在一定程度上吸收风干腔中的噪音,提供更为安静舒适的用户体验,所述软质柱体1052的顶端设有贯穿软质脚垫上表面和下表面的通孔,可以让多余的水从通孔汇集至风干腔的底面流出,可拆卸的软质脚垫可以方便地从干足机中取出进行清洁,进一步降低传染风险。
优选地,软质脚垫105为硅胶材质,硅胶材质化学性质稳定,热稳定性好,有较高的机械强度,且硅胶具备一定的自洁功能,不易沾染污渍,也容易清洗。
实施例9
在实施例8的基础上,所述主出风通道靠近所述风机组件的出风口的一端设有发热组件250。
本实施例中,在主出风通道靠近所述风机组件的出风口的一端设置发热组件,使通过发热组件的气流被加热成为暖气流,一方面达到烘干效果,进一步提高干足效率,另一方面让用户在干足过程中避免因为冷风干足而感到不适,大大提高了用户体验。
具体的,加热模块可以为电热丝等发热器件。
实施例10
在实施例9的基础上,还包括等离子发生装置,所述等离子发生装置包括气泵和等离子发生器,所述等离子发生器设置于一密封腔体内,所述密封腔体设有腔体进气口和腔体出气口,所述气泵的气泵出气口与所述腔体进气口连接,所述腔体出气口通过通气管与壳体的风干腔连通。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种静音干足机,其特征在于:包括壳体和风机组件,所述壳体的一侧设有进风开口,所述壳体的另一侧设有风干腔,所述壳体对应所述风干腔设有风干腔开口,所述风干腔的内壁设有风干腔出风开口,所述风机组件设置于所述壳体内,所述风机组件将所述壳体内分隔为进风腔体和出风腔体,所述进风开口通过所述进风腔体与所述风机组件的进风口连通,所述风机组件的出风口通过所述出风腔体与所述风干腔出风开口连通,所述风机组件包括风机、柔质壳和风机壳,所述柔质壳套接于所述风机,所述柔质壳的外侧均匀分布有挂接块,所述风机通过所述柔质壳的挂接块吊接于所述风机壳内,所述柔质壳与所述风机壳之间形成有风机组件风道,所述风机与所述柔质壳之间形成有进风风道。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的静音干足机,其特征在于:所述风机组件的进风口设有隔音盖,所述隔音盖于远离所述壳体的进风开口的一侧设有风机壳进风口,所述隔音盖的内表面设有隔音材料。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的静音干足机,其特征在于:所述风机壳与所述柔质壳之间设有隔音材料支架,所述隔音材料支架上设有隔音材料。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的静音干足机,其特征在于:所述壳体的出风腔体设有导风通道,所述导风通道通过主出风通道与所述风机组件的出风口连通,所述导风通道设有导风通道出风口,所述导风通道出风口由所述风干腔出风开口伸入所述风干腔中,所述导风通道出风口包括侧出风口和底出风口,所述侧出风口呈条形,所述底出风口呈圆形,所述侧出风口沿长度方向间隔设有至少两个出风孔,所述底出风口插设有管状出风嘴。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的静音干足机,其特征在于:所述主出风通道中设有主出风通道支架,所述主出风通道支架上贴设有隔音材料。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的静音干足机,其特征在于:所述主出风通道设有主出风通道出风口,所述主出风通道出风口由所述风干腔出风开口伸入所述风干腔中;所述主出风通道连接有上出风通道,所述上出风通道设有上出风通道出风口,所述上出风通道出风口由所述风干腔出风开口伸入所述风干腔中。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任意一项所述的静音干足机,其特征在于:所述柔质壳靠近风机入风口的一侧设有风机入风口盖,所述风机入风口盖对应所述风机入风口设有盖口,所述风机入风口盖面向所述风机的一侧设有电路板,所述电路板设有散热片,所述散热片围绕所述盖口设置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的静音干足机,其特征在于:所述风干腔的底面设有可拆卸的软质脚垫,所述软质脚垫设有至少两条条状凸起,相邻的两条条状凸起之间设有软质柱体,所述软质柱体的顶端设有贯穿软质脚垫上表面和下表面的通孔。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的静音干足机,其特征在于:所述主出风通道靠近所述风机组件的出风口的一端设有发热组件。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的静音干足机,其特征在于:还包括等离子发生装置,所述等离子发生装置包括气泵和等离子发生器,所述等离子发生器设置于一密封腔体内,所述密封腔体设有腔体进气口和腔体出气口,所述气泵的气泵出气口与所述腔体进气口连接,所述腔体出气口通过通气管与壳体的风干腔连通。
