在纽扣生产的过程中,往往需要将大量的待加工纽扣放置在架体上,对纽扣进行烘烤处理加工。
但是,现有的纽扣烘烤箱的烘烤并不均匀。因此,本实用新型提供了一种纽扣生产线用密封烘烤箱,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述杆仓的下方设置有机仓,机仓内均安装有电机一,电机一的上端驱动连接有轴杆,轴杆的上端与拨动杆连接。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述转动辊的下端设置有滤网,滤网的下端固定安装有电热管,电热管的侧面安装有加热器。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述电热管的下方两侧有两组导流扇,左侧的导流扇下方驱动连接有电机二,导流扇之间驱动连接。
作为本实用新型再进一步的方案:所述机仓内侧设置有隔热仓,机仓的外侧开设有散热孔。

1、本实用新型中设置有独立运转的电机一,电机一驱动拨动杆转动,两个波动杆同向、反向或往复运动时,驱动盛有纽扣的架体作出不同的动作,便于热量进入到架体内部。
2、本实用新型的转动辊上滑动设置有滑环,便于转动辊设置放置的架体进行运转,减小摩擦。
3、本实用新型的热量可以通过流通管回流,增加热量的利用效率,且可以通过盖体排出,避免箱体内压力过大。

进一步的,所述杆仓4的下方设置有机仓5,机仓5内均安装有电机一13,电机一13的上端驱动连接有轴杆12,轴杆12的上端与拨动杆7连接,所述转动辊8的下端设置有滤网18,滤网18的下端固定安装有电热管19,电热管19的侧面安装有加热器22,所述电热管19的下方两侧有两组导流扇21,左侧的导流扇21下方驱动连接有电机二20,导流扇21之间驱动连接。
具体的,本实用新型在使用时,将放置有纽扣的架体从料口3处投放至箱体1内,然后自动门23关闭,架体位于转动辊8的中部,启动电机一13,两个电机一13反向转动时,可以通过拨动杆7将架体向一侧推动,当两个电机一13同向转动时,便可以将架体进行转动或者偏转,电机一13同向往复运动(同向正转反转交替)时,架体也会随之发生往复的偏转,使得热量更加容易进入到架体内部,使得烘烤更加均匀。
进一步的,所述机仓5内侧设置有隔热仓,机仓5的外侧开设有散热孔6,所述箱体1内的顶部设置有耐热板14,耐热板14的上端连通有排热仓11,排热仓11的两侧均连通有排热口15,所述排热口15的下端连通有流通管17,排热口15的外端螺纹连接有盖体16,盖体16的腰部为开槽结构,流通管17的下端与电热管19处连通。
本实用新型的工作原理是:
本实用新型在使用时,将放置有纽扣的架体从料口3处投放至箱体1内,然后自动门 23关闭,架体位于转动辊8的中部,启动电机一13,两个电机一13反向转动时,可以通过拨动杆7将架体向一侧推动,当两个电机一13同向转动时,便可以将架体进行转动或者偏转,电机一13同向往复运动(同向正转反转交替)时,架体也会随之发生往复的偏转,使得热量更加容易进入到架体内部,使得烘烤更加均匀。再进一步的,热量穿过耐热板14,进入到排热仓11内,并通过流通管17回流,便于二次利用,避免热量浪费,且通过打开一部分盖体16,热量可以从盖体16腰部排出,利于箱体1内减压。
