L'agrafeuse endoscopique comprend : un scalpel (2), un ensemble cartouche d'agrafes (4), une base de boîte à agrafes (5), un ensemble support de butée d'agrafes (6), un ensemble de sécurité et un ensemble universel d'extrémité arrière de boîte à agrafes (7) ; et un élément de poussée-traction (3), une extrémité de sortie de l'élément de poussée-traction (3) est utilisée pour pousser et tirer le scalpel (2), et un second crochet (31) est fixé à l'extrémité de sortie de l'élément de poussée-traction (3) ; l'ensemble cartouche d'agrafes (4) est monté de manière amovible sur la base de boîte à agrafes (5) ; lorsque l'ensemble cartouche d'agrafes (4) est extrait de la base de boîte à agrafes (5), l'ensemble de sécurité empêche l'élément de poussée-traction (3) de se déplacer vers l'avant ; et lorsque l'ensemble cartouche d'agrafes (4) est monté sur la base de boîte à agrafes (5), l'ensemble cartouche d'agrafes (4) surmonte la résistance de l'ensemble de sécurité et libère la limite sur le déplacement vers l'avant et vers l'arrière de l'élément de poussée-traction (3). La présente invention présente une fonction de sécurité et le scalpel (2) peut être automatiquement caché.
