Claims (5)
- 공작기계의 일측 프레임에 설치되는 공작기계의 조작반에 있어서,상기 일측 프레임에 상하 방향으로 높이 조절장치를 설치하고, 상기 높이 조절장치에는 일정 각도 범위 내에서 수평 방향으로 회동 가능하게 조작반을 설치하되,상기 높이 조절장치는 상기 프레임의 일측에 상하 방향으로 LM가이드를 설치하고,상기 LM가이드에는 상기 LM가이드 상에서 상하 방향으로 슬라이드 이동하는 슬라이드 브라켓을 결합하며,상기 슬라이드 브라켓의 일측에는 상기 슬라이드 브라켓을 상기 프레임에 대해 상하 방향으로 지지하는 가스스프링을 설치하고,상기 슬라이드 브라켓의 다른 일측에는 수평 방향으로 회동 가능하게 상기 조작반을 결합하며,상기 LM가이드에는 상하 길이 방향으로 일정 간격으로 위치조정 홈을 설치하고,상기 슬라이드 브라켓에는 상기 위치조정 홈과 대응되는 위치에 상기 슬라이드 브라켓을 관통하여 상기 LM가이드의 위치조정 홈에 삽입되어 상기 슬라이드 브라켓의 상하 방향 위치를 고정하는 인덱스플런저를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 조작반 높이 조절장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 높이 조절장치는 상기 조작반의 일측면 후방에 설치되어 상기 조작반이 회동하지 않은 상태에서는 상기 조작반의 후면에 가려지게 설치하는 것을 특징으로 공작기계의 조작반 높이 조절장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가스스프링 몸체의 일측 선단은 상기 슬라이드 브라켓에 결합하고, 상기 가스스프링 몸체로부터 탄력 지지되어 외부로 연장된 로드의 선단은 상기 프레임에 형성된 설치홈에 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 조작반 높이 조절장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이드 브라켓의 일측에 상하 방향으로 흰지 브라켓을 고정하고, 상기 흰지 브라켓에는 상하 방향으로 흰지축을 설치하며, 상기 흰지축에 상기 조작반을 회동 가능하게 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 조작반 높이 조절장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임에는 상기 LM가이드와 상기 가스스프링의 길이 방향으로 상기 LM가이드와 상기 가스스프링의 설치 위치를 선택하여 설치할 수 있는 다수 개의 설치홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 공작기계의 조작반 높이 조절장치.
