Claims (3)
- 長手方向に沿うレール側転動溝が設けられた案内レールと、
複数の転動体と、
前記レール側転動溝との間で、前記転動体が転動するスライダ側転動溝が設けられたスライダ本体を含むスライダと、を備え、
前記スライダ本体の材料は、0.1質量%以上0.3質量%未満のCと、0.5質量%以上1.5質量%以下のCrと、0.1質量%以上0.4質量%以下のSiとを含み、残部がFeと不可避不純物である合金鋼であり、
浸炭熱処理された前記スライダ側転動溝の表面層の残留オーステナイト量が15体積%以上45体積%以下であり、
前記スライダ側転動溝の表面硬さが、Hv650以上である、直動案内装置。 - 前記案内レールの前記レール側転動溝の表面には、高周波焼き入れにより形成された硬化層がある、請求項1に記載の直動案内装置。
- 前記スライダ本体の材料には、0.5質量%以上0.35質量%以下のMoが含まれる、請求項1又は2に記載の直動案内装置。
