在一些实施例中,由于第二任务信息是在第一任务信息的基础上经过预设操作生成的,所以可以将第二任务信息称为是由第一任务衍生的。如果第二任务信息经过相应用户的预设操作之后生成第三任务信息,可以认为第三任务信息是由第二任务信息衍生的,并且也可以认为第三任务信息是由第一任务信息衍生的。在一些实施例中,任务每经过一次指派,均可以向上一级指派者报告,例如体现在指派者的预设字段的内容里。在一些实施例中,可以采用逐级汇报或报告的方式,例如,如果相应任务的执行过程为Y-Z-W-V,则在W将任务指派给V时,会向Z发送指派报告,表明W将任务指派给了V。在Z的客户端接收到相应的报告之后,可以在相应的任务信息的预设字段添加相应的信息或备注,以使得用户Z在查看相应的任务信息时能够得知该任务已经由W指派给V。相应地,用户Z的客户端在接收到相应的报告内容之后,会向上一级指派者Y的客户端发送相应的报告,以使得在Y的相应任务信息中显示该任务的执行者已经由W变更为V。应该理解,逐级汇报或报告的方式仅是示例性的,而不用于限制本公开,可以采用其他合适的方式。
本公开的实施例还提供了一种信息处理方法,信息处理方法包括步骤S501:在即时通信客户端接收第一任务信息,在所述即时通信客户端的任务界面中显示所述第一任务信息。在一些实施例中,即时通信客户端可以是任何合适的即时通信应用的客户端,用户利用该客户端可以进行即时通信。在一些实施例中,在该即时通信客户端中可以进行待办事项或任务设置,使得相应的即时通信应用可以应用于工作或游戏等应用场景。在一些实施例中,可以在在即时通信客户端接收第一任务信息,在即时通信客户端的任务界面中显示第一任务信息。
在一些实施例中,本公开的信息处理方法还可以包括步骤S502,响应于对第一任务信息的预设操作,在即时通信客户端的任务界面中显示第二任务信息,其中,所述第一任务信息和所述第二任务信息的执行者不同。在一些实施例中,预设操作可以是使得任务的执行者发生变更的任何合适的操作。在一些实施例中,除了执行者之外,预设操作还使得第一任务信息和第二任务信息的预设字段的内容发生变更。
在一些实施例中,由于第二任务信息是在第一任务信息的基础上经过预设操作生成的,所以可以将第二任务信息称为是由第一任务衍生的。如果第二任务信息经过相应用户的预设操作之后生成第三任务信息,可以认为第三任务信息是由第二任务信息衍生的,并且也可以认为第三任务信息是由第一任务信息衍生的。在一些实施例中,任务每经过一次指派,均可以向上一级指派者报告,例如体现在指派者的预设字段的内容里。在一些实施例中,可以采用逐级汇报或报告的方式,例如,如果相应任务的执行过程为Y-Z-W-V,则在W将任务指派给V时,会向Z发送指派报告,表明W将任务指派给了V。在Z的客户端接收到相应的报告之后,可以在相应的任务信息的预设字段添加相应的信息或备注,以使得用户Z在查看相应的任务信息时能够得知该任务已经由W指派给V。相应地,用户Z的客户端在接收到相应的报告内容之后,会向上一级指派者Y的客户端发送相应的报告,以使得在Y的相应任务信息中显示该任务的执行者已经由W变更为V。应该理解,逐级汇报或报告的方式仅是示例性的,而不用于限制本公开,可以采用其他合适的方式。在一些实施例中,第二任务信息包括相应任务的执行者以及由第二任务信息衍生的相关任务信息的执行者。例如,用户Z的相应任务的预设字段可以显示相应任务的执行者变化过程Y-Z-W-V。
在一些情况下,任务可能经历层层下发的情况,而在现有的任务分类中,并不能很好地对这种任务进行分类,本公开的方法通过在第二任务信息中显示相应任务的随时间变化的执行者,很好地解决了这一问题,对这类层层下发的任务可以起到很好的分类、跟踪和管理的作用。
在一些实施例中,任务信息的相应预设字段能够追溯到上一级指派者,例如,用户W的客户端的相应任务信息中能够显示相应任务的执行者变化过程Z-W-V,但是不能显示Y到Z的指派过程。通常地,在工作场景中,是由上一级指派任务给下一级,通过使用户仅能追踪到上一级,而不能追踪到上上一级,能够避免信息泄露,同时也最大程度地优化了任务的跟踪管理。
如图6所示,本公开的实施例提供了一种信息处理方法,包括步骤S601,接收第一任务信息。该信息处理方法还包括步骤S602,响应于对第一任务信息的预设操作,生成第二任务信息。在一些实施例中,预设操作包括使第一 任务信息的预设字段(例如,执行者)的内容发生变更的操作。在一些实施例中,第二任务信息包括按照预设顺序(例如,时间顺序等)排列的第一任务信息的执行者、第二任务信息的执行者以及由第二任务信息衍生的相关任务信息的执行者,而不包括第一任务信息的创建者。在一些实施例中,任务信息的相应预设字段能够追溯到上一级指派者,例如,如上所述,用户W的客户端的相应任务信息中能够显示相应任务的执行者变化过程Z-W-V,但是不能显示Y到Z的指派过程。通常地,在工作场景中,是由上一级指派任务给下一级,通过使用户仅能追踪到上一级,而不能追踪到上上一级,能够保护上级主管的决策隐私,同时也最大程度地优化了任务的跟踪管理。
如图7所示,本公开的实施例还提供了一种信息处理装置700。信息处理装置700包括第一类别界面模块701和第二类别界面模块702。在一些实施例中,第一类别界面模块701配置为在即时通信客户端接收第一任务信息之后,在即时通信客户端的任务界面的第一类别界面中显示第一任务信息。在一些实施例中,第二类别界面模块702配置为响应于对第一任务信息的预设操作,在即时通信客户端的任务界面的第二类别界面中显示第二任务信息,其中,第一任务信息和第二任务信息的执行者不同。
应该理解,关于信息处理方法描述的内容也适用于此处的用于信息处理装置700,为了简单的目的,在此不进行详细描述。
在一些实施例中,在即时通信客户端的任务界面的第二类别界面中显示第二任务信息之后,在第一类别界面中显示第一任务信息或不再显示第一任务信息。在一些实施例中,预设操作包括使第一任务信息的预设字段的内容发生变更的操作。在一些实施例中,预设字段包括执行者、截止时间、备注内容、优先级别和参与人中的至少一项。在一些实施例中,响应于对第一任务信息的预设操作,在即时通信客户端的任务界面的第二类别界面中显示第二任务信息包括:基于执行预设操作的用户信息,确定第二任务信息的预设字段的内容。在一些实施例中,在即时通信客户端的任务界面的第二类别界面中显示所述第二任务信息包括:在第二类别界面的子界面中显示第二任务信息。在一些实施例中,第二任务信息包括第一任务信息的创建者、第二任务信息的创建者和第二任务信息的执行者。在一些实施例中,第二任务信息包括按照预设顺序排列的第一任务信息的创建者、第二任务信息的创建者和第二任务信息的执行者。在一些实施例中,第二任务信息包括由第二任务信息衍生的相关任务信息的执行者。在一些实施例中,由第二任务信息衍生的 相关任务信息包括在第二任务信息的基础上经过预设操作生成的任务信息。在一些实施例中,第二任务信息包括第一任务信息的执行者、第二任务信息的执行者以及由第二任务信息衍生的相关任务信息的执行者,而不包括第一任务信息的创建者。

本公开的方法和装置特别适合于任务层层下发的情况,通过对任务进行合适的分类,便利了任务的跟踪与管理。
