Description

一种转动支架限位机构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及支架技术领域,具体为一种转动支架限位机构。
背景技术
支架一词是从英文Scaffold翻译过来的,也译为“脚手架”,本来是建筑行业的一个术语,具体指建筑楼房时搭起的暂时性支持,这种支持会随着楼房的建成而被撤掉。但如今支架的应用极其广泛,工作生活中随处可以遇见,如照相机的三脚架,医学领域用到的心脏支架等,在电动床的转动部也设置有转动支架。
目前市面上部分转动支架在安装时存在无限位或限位件组装难度高、尺寸难以控制问题。本实用新型降低了在生产过程中限位件的组装难度,支架左右窜动的问题,为此,我们提出一种转动支架限位机构解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种转动支架限位机构,具备通过在支架的表面设置有可拆卸的限位件,且限位件位于安装座的侧边设置并与安装座相贴合,由此实现了对安装座限位效果等优点,解决了背景技术提出的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述通过在支架的表面设置有可拆卸的限位件,且限位件位于安装座的侧边设置并与安装座相贴合,由此实现了对安装座限位效果的目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种转动支架限位机构,包括板体,所述板体表面铰接有转杆,所述转杆的转动自由端连接有支架,所述支架的杆体上套设有安装座;
所述支架的表面设置有可拆卸的限位件,所述限位件位于安装座的侧边设置并与安装座相贴合。
优选的,所述支架的表面开设有插孔,且限位件插设固定于插孔内设置。
优选的,所述安装座和插孔的数量均为两个,且两个插孔分别位于两个安装座靠近或者远离侧设置。
优选的,所述支架内固定嵌设有定位层,且定位层的内壁开设有相对应的定位槽和插槽,所述限位件依次贯穿插孔和插槽并与定位槽相固定。
优选的,所述定位槽的内壁开设有内螺纹,所述限位件的端部设置有螺纹,且二者通过螺纹连接。
优选的,所述限位件靠近定位槽的一端开设有螺孔,所述支架的表面开设有与定位槽相连通的通孔,所述通孔内插设有螺栓,且螺栓与螺孔螺旋固定。
优选的,所述限位件靠近定位槽的一端连接有螺杆,所述支架的表面开设有与定位槽相连通的通孔,所述螺杆贯穿通孔并延伸至外侧设置,且螺杆的外延部螺旋连接有螺帽。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术对比,本实用新型具备以下有益效果:
1、该种转动支架限位机构,通过在支架的表面设置有可拆卸的限位件,且限位件位于安装座的侧边设置并与安装座相贴合,由此实现了对安装座限位效果,避免了现有技术中支架左右移动导致与床板及其他物件碰撞干涉的现象,甚至支架失能的情况。
2、该种转动支架限位机构,限位件采用可拆卸的设置方式便于安装,工艺简单,成本较低,避免了普通限位件与支架的连接方式为焊接时,易存在焊接尺寸、焊接位置、焊接处表面处理等问题。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1-6,一种转动支架限位机构,包括板体1,板体1表面铰接有转杆2,转杆2的转动自由端连接有支架3,支架3的杆体上套设有安装座4,为了对安装座起到限位作用,避免其左右移动,支架3的表面设置有可拆卸的限位件6,限位件6位于安装座4的侧边设置并与安装座4相贴合,由此实现了对安装座限位效果,避免了现有技术中支架3左右移动导致与床板及其他物件碰撞干涉的现象,甚至支架3失能的情况,同时,可拆卸的设置方式便于安装,工艺简单,成本较低,避免了普通限位件6与支架3的连接方式为焊接时,易存在焊接尺寸、焊接位置、焊接处表面处理等问题。
在本实施例中,采用了这样一种可拆卸连接的方式,在支架3的表面开设插孔5,并将限位件6插设固定于插孔5内设置,这里限位件6可以采用销体结构,保证其凸出支架3表面一定的长度,例如5mm,由此对安装座4起到限 位作用,在安装时只需通过敲击的方式将销体固定在插孔5内,插孔5开设之前,其位置可在支架3上以凸点定位,由此控制插孔5的朝向以及与左右安装座4的位置关系,本实施例中安装座4和插孔5的数量均为两个,且两个插孔5分别位于两个安装座4靠近或者远离侧设置,这样设置的结构便于在安装座4外侧固定限位件6,易于操作,且同时实现了左右限位效果。
请参阅图3,支架3内固定嵌设有定位层7,且定位层7的内壁开设有相对应的定位槽和插槽,限位件6依次贯穿插孔5和插槽并与定位槽相固定,这里定位槽可以设置为与限位件6紧密贴合的槽体尺寸,使得限位件6插设到定位槽内后能够受到侧壁摩擦力的作用与其保持稳定连接,避免发生限位件6脱落的情况。
为了进一步的固定限位件6,避免发生脱离,请参阅图4,定位槽的内壁开设有内螺纹,限位件6的端部设置有螺纹8,且二者通过螺纹连接,这样即可通过转动限位件6来使得其与定位槽相连接,保证二者连接稳定,避免限位件6脱落。
请参阅图5,还可以采用这样的一种固定方式,在限位件6靠近定位槽的一端开设螺孔,并在支架3的表面开设与定位槽相连通的通孔,在通孔内插设有螺栓9,且螺栓9与螺孔螺旋固定,这样也可固定限位件6的位置,或者采用另一种方式,请参阅图6,限位件6靠近定位槽的一端连接有螺杆10,支架3的表面开设有与定位槽相连通的通孔,螺杆10贯穿通孔并延伸至外侧设置,且螺杆10的外延部螺旋连接有螺帽11,这样在支架3外侧即可固定限位件6,且相对于内侧固定更易观察,固定限位件6难度更小。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种转动支架限位机构,包括板体(1),所述板体(1)表面铰接有转杆(2),所述转杆(2)的转动自由端连接有支架(3),所述支架(3)的杆体上套设有安装座(4);
    其特征在于:
    所述支架(3)的表面设置有可拆卸的限位件(6),所述限位件(6)位于安装座(4)的侧边设置并与安装座(4)相贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种转动支架限位机构,其特征在于:所述支架(3)的表面开设有插孔(5),且限位件(6)插设固定于插孔(5)内设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种转动支架限位机构,其特征在于:所述安装座(4)和插孔(5)的数量均为两个,且两个插孔(5)分别位于两个安装座(4)靠近或者远离侧设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种转动支架限位机构,其特征在于:所述支架(3)内固定嵌设有定位层(7),且定位层(7)的内壁开设有相对应的定位槽和插槽,所述限位件(6)依次贯穿插孔(5)和插槽并与定位槽相固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种转动支架限位机构,其特征在于:所述定位槽的内壁开设有内螺纹,所述限位件(6)的端部设置有螺纹(8),且二者通过螺纹连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种转动支架限位机构,其特征在于:所述限位件(6)靠近定位槽的一端开设有螺孔,所述支架(3)的表面开设有与定位槽相连通的通孔,所述通孔内插设有螺栓(9),且螺栓(9)与螺孔螺旋固定。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种转动支架限位机构,其特征在于:所述限位件(6)靠近定位槽的一端连接有螺杆(10),所述支架(3)的表面开设有与定位槽相连通的通孔,所述螺杆(10)贯穿通孔并延伸至外侧设置,且螺杆(10)的外延部螺旋连接有螺帽(11)。
