Description

一种紧密型钢帘线 技术领域
本发明属于钢帘线领域,具体涉及一种紧密型钢帘线。
背景技术
钢帘线是子午线轮胎骨架材料中的重要组成部,目前被广泛制作和应用的为紧密型钢帘线。紧密型钢帘线通过在有限的横截面上容纳大量的钢丝,从而形成紧密的截面构造。
但是现有的紧密型钢帘线在制作的过程中注重的是如何防止钢丝的滑动,尤其在不同层之间的滑动从而导致钢帘线结构的不稳定。因此现有的紧密型钢帘线在设计和制作的过程中主要考虑的是如何缩小单丝之间的缝隙间距,从而保证结构的稳定性。但是这种过于紧密的结构会造成橡胶无法渗入钢帘线的内部,容易造成水气沿着钢帘线和沿着钢帘线内部空隙渗入,降低钢帘线的抗腐蚀能力。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种紧密型钢帘线。
实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种紧密型钢帘线,所述钢帘线包括一根直径d0的芯丝I钢丝,以及围绕所述芯丝I钢丝以相同捻向和相同捻距捻制的4根直径为d1的中间层M钢丝和8根直径为d2的外层O钢丝,所述外层O钢丝之间留有缝隙L,且缝隙L平均宽度不小于0.02mm,所有所述缝隙L的总尺寸大于d0且小于d1。该结构的钢帘线既具有紧密稳定的结构,又留有有效的缝隙满足渗胶的需要。
进一步,为了提高钢帘线结构的稳定性,所述外层O钢丝包括4根与任意相邻的两根所述中间层M钢丝相切的第一外层O钢丝和其它4根第二外层O钢丝,所述第二外层O钢丝位于相邻的两根所述第一外层O钢丝之间。其中的4根第一外层O钢丝卡位限制在相邻的两根所述中间层M钢丝所形成的凹槽中,同时与相接触的两根中间层M钢丝形成稳定的三角结构,4组第一外层O钢丝和两根中间层M钢丝所形成的三角结构围绕芯丝I钢丝相互作用,形成该紧密型钢帘线中心稳定的骨架结构。其它4根第二外层O钢丝与两侧相邻的第一外层O钢丝形成用于渗胶的缝隙L,同时第二外层O钢丝的滑动范围被限制两侧相邻的第一外层O钢丝之间,使得所形成的缝隙L的得以周向分布均匀,橡胶从360°的方向渗入钢帘线中,从而避免出现死角的位置。该结构钢帘线不仅具有稳定的结构,同时也满足了渗胶的需要,避免了水气沿着钢帘线和沿着钢帘线内部空隙渗入,提升了钢帘线的耐腐蚀性。
进一步,为了使得本发明的1+4+8结构钢帘线能够实现该有益效果,单丝的尺寸关系, 即所述d0、d1和d2满足如下关系:
0.41<(d 0/d 1)<0.64;
1<(d 2/d 1)<1.32;
d0介于0.06~0.20mm之间。
优选的,所述d0、d1和d2进一步满足如下关系:
0.42<(d0/d1)<0.64;
1.13<(d2/d1)<1.32;
d0介于0.08~0.18mm之间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述芯丝I钢丝、中间层M钢丝和外层O钢丝的抗拉强度分别为Ts1、Ts2和Ts3,三者之间满足如下关系:
50Mpa<(Ts2-Ts1)<400Mpa;
0Mpa≤(Ts3-Ts2)<400Mpa。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述Ts1、Ts2和Ts3,满足如下关系:
50Mpa<(Ts2-Ts1)<150Mpa;
0Mpa≤(Ts3-Ts2)<150Mpa。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述芯丝I钢丝所用的盘条的组分及重量百分比含量为:C含量为≤0.86%,Mn含量为0.30-0.60%,Si含量为0.15-0.30%,P含量不超过0.030%,S含量不超过0.030%,其它成分为Fe。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述中间层M钢丝和外层O钢丝所用的盘条的组分及重量百分比含量为:C含量为0.60-1.02%,Mn含量为0.30-0.70%,Si含量为0.15-0.30%,P含量不超过0.030%,S含量不超过0.030%,Cr含量不超过0.35%,其它成分为Fe。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所设计的1+4+8结构的钢帘线,通过对各层单丝尺寸和比例的控制不仅可以获得稳定结构的钢帘线,而且能够使外层O钢丝之间缝隙L平均宽度不小于0.02mm,改善了帘线的覆胶性能,提高轮胎的抗腐蚀、抗疲劳、抗冲击性能以及粘合保持力,提高了轮胎的使用寿命。另外该结构的钢帘线的线密度低,能够有效降低轮胎的生产成本。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
下面结合附图对本发明的应用原理作详细的描述。
如图1所示的本发明钢帘线的截面结构示意图。由图可以看出,组成钢帘线的结构包括一根直径为d 0的芯丝I钢丝1,以及围绕所述芯丝I钢丝1以相同捻向和相同捻距捻制的4根直径为d 1的中间层M钢丝2和8根直径为d 2的外层O钢丝3。相邻的两根中间层M钢丝2可以留有缝隙也可以紧密接触,8根外层O钢丝3中有4根第一外层O钢丝301与任意相邻的两根所述中间层M钢丝相切,下沉到两根中间层M钢丝2之间缝隙中,另外的4根第二外层O钢丝302则分别位于相邻的两根第一外层O钢丝301之间。
通过调节所述d 0与所述d 1的比值控制中间层M的钢丝之间间隙,避免了因中间层M钢丝2聚集而导致缝隙总尺寸大于芯丝I钢丝1d 0的尺寸,使得芯丝I钢丝1滑动至中间层M而导致结构发生变化。另外通过调节所述d 1与所述d 2的比值控制外层O钢丝3之间间隙,一方面避免了因外层O钢丝3聚集而导致缝隙L总尺寸大于M中间层的钢丝d 1的尺寸,使得M中间层的钢丝滑动至外层O而导致结构发生变化;另一方面,使得第一外层O钢丝301有效的下沉限制在中间层M钢丝2的凹槽中,并与第二外层O钢丝302形成周向分布的缝隙L。
通过对该钢帘线各层单丝比例的控制所制作的钢帘线,能够使得外层O钢丝3之间形成平均缝隙宽度至少为0.02mm的缝隙L,考虑到第二外层O钢丝302可以发生相对滑动,故所形成的缝隙L中至少有4个缝隙L的尺寸大于0.025mm,进而使得橡胶粘流体能够顺利的渗入到钢帘线的M层,改善了帘线的覆胶性能。另外通过各层单丝比例的控制,还使得所述缝隙L的总和大于d0且小于d1,保障了帘线结构的稳定性。
根据本发明的钢帘线采用如下方法制作:原料是钢制盘条,所述芯丝I钢丝所用的盘条的组分及重量百分比含量为:C含量为≤0.86%,Mn含量为0.30-0.60%,Si含量为0.15-0.30%,P含量不超过0.030%,S含量不超过0.030%,其它成分为Fe。所述中间层M钢丝和外层O钢丝所用的盘条的组分及重量百分比含量为:C含量为0.60-1.02%,Mn含量为0.30-0.70%,Si含量为0.15-0.30%,P含量不超过0.030%,S含量不超过0.030%,Cr含量不超过0.35%,其它成分为Fe。将钢丝拉拔到需要的尺寸,使得制作钢帘线时,所述芯丝I钢丝、中间层M钢丝和外层O钢丝的抗拉强度的Ts1、Ts2和Ts3满足如下关系:50Mpa<(Ts2-Ts1)<400Mpa;
0Mpa≤(Ts3-Ts2)<400Mpa。
优选的为:
50Mpa<(Ts2-Ts1)<150Mpa;
0Mpa≤(Ts3-Ts2)<150Mpa。
依据以上说明,本发明制作了芯丝I钢丝1最小尺寸配比的钢帘线,各实施例参数详见下表:

由表1可以看出,实施例1-6中的钢帘线的外层O钢丝3之间的所有缝隙L不小于0.02mm,能够满足渗胶工艺中对缝隙的要求,使得橡胶很好的进入钢帘线的M层。
按照本发明方法进行了帘线试制,选用实施二、实施例三、实施例五所制作的钢帘线的性能进行测试,并与现有技术中的结构具有等同直径钢帘线的性能进行比较,对比例中的钢帘线的结构可参见中国发明专利CN 209066179 U、CN 1898435 B,实用新型专利CN 203034291 U。具体的橡胶渗透试验覆胶的方法为:截取一段钢帘线置于已放置橡胶的模盒中,然后在放置的钢帘线的另一面也覆盖上橡胶,经过一定时间的高温与高压,形成固化在橡胶中的钢帘线样本,截取25mm的样本,剥开外层O钢丝,测量鞘层钢丝未覆胶部位的近似长度J、宽度K,下标1,2…M代表不同未覆胶部位,计算出未覆胶钢丝的面积,除以按未覆胶部位近似宽度乘以25mm得到的所有钢丝的总面积,得到未覆胶部位的百分比,用1减此百分比就得出覆胶百分比,即覆胶率Pc。具体见公式(1):

由表2中的数据可以看出:三例实施例与对比例帘线等同直径状况下,同等线密度的强度基本相同,实施例帘线覆胶性能优于对比例帘线。
另表2中本实施例中未使用压力降检测橡胶渗透,因1+4+8结构外层O的8根钢丝,其中有4根第一外层O钢丝301与相邻的所述中间层M钢丝2相切,下沉到中间层M钢丝2的缝隙中,形成四个三角形小缝隙,橡胶不能完全渗入至使压力降检测时空气能通过部分缝隙产生流动。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种紧密型钢帘线,其特征在于:所述钢帘线包括一根直径d0的芯丝I钢丝,以及围绕所述芯丝I钢丝以相同捻向和相同捻距捻制的4根直径为d1的中间层M钢丝和8根直径为d2的外层O钢丝,所述外层O钢丝之间留有缝隙L,且所述缝隙L平均宽度不小于0.02mm,所有所述缝隙L的总尺寸大于d0且小于d1。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种紧密型钢帘线,其特征在于:所述外层O钢丝包括4根与任意相邻的两根所述中间层M钢丝相切的第一外层O钢丝和其它4根第二外层O钢丝,所述第二外层O钢丝位于相邻的两根所述第一外层O钢丝之间。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种紧密型钢帘线,其特征在于:所述d0、d1和d2满足如下关系:
    0.41<(d0/d1)<0.64;
    1<(d2/d1)<1.32;
    d0介于0.06~0.20mm之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种紧密型钢帘线,其特征在于:所述d0、d1和d2进一步满足如下关系:
    0.42<(d0/d1)<0.64;
    1.13<(d2/d1)<1.32;
    d0介于0.08~0.18mm之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种紧密型钢帘线,其特征在于:所述芯丝I钢丝、中间层M钢丝和外层O钢丝的抗拉强度分别为Ts1、Ts2和Ts3,三者之间满足如下关系:
    50Mpa<(Ts2-Ts1)<400Mpa;
    0Mpa≤(Ts3-Ts2)<400Mpa。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种紧密型钢帘线,其特征在于:所述Ts1、Ts2和Ts3,满足如下关系:
    50Mpa<(Ts2-Ts1)<150Mpa;
    0Mpa≤(Ts3-Ts2)<150Mpa。
  7. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4或6任一项所述的一种紧密型钢帘线,其 特征在于:所述芯丝I钢丝所用的盘条的组分及重量百分比含量为:C含量为≤0.86%,Mn含量为0.30-0.60%,Si含量为0.15-0.30%,P含量不超过0.030%,S含量不超过0.030%,其它成分为Fe。
  8. 根据权利要求1、2、3、4或6任一项所述的一种紧密型钢帘线,其特征在于:所述中间层M钢丝和外层O钢丝所用的盘条的组分及重量百分比含量为:C含量为0.60-1.02%,Mn含量为0.30-0.70%,Si含量为0.15-0.30%,P含量不超过0.030%,S含量不超过0.030%,Cr含量不超过0.35%,其它成分为Fe。
