本发明公开一种钢丝绳,包括碳纤维芯和包捻在碳纤维芯外周上的多股外层股,所述外层股由中心的合金钢丝及均匀包捻在合金钢丝外侧的外围钢丝组成,所述合金钢丝的直径大于外围钢丝的直径。所述一种钢丝绳具有强度高,切割性能好的特点,且通过在合金钢丝表面及外围钢丝表面设置磷化层,进一步提高了钢丝绳的强度、耐磨性、抗氧化性及抗腐蚀性,结构简单、易于实现。

本发明涉及一种钢丝绳。
背景技术
钢丝绳是将力学性能和几何尺寸符合要求的钢丝按照一定的规则捻制在一起的螺旋状钢丝束。目前,市场上的钢丝绳存在强度低、切割性能差的问题,对于一些硬度较高的物品,其无法实现切割,由此,急需解决。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供一种钢丝绳,以解决现有钢丝绳强度低、切割性能差的问题。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种钢丝绳,包括碳纤维芯和包捻在碳纤维芯外周上的多股外层股,所述外层股由中心的合金钢丝及均匀包捻在合金钢丝外侧的外围钢丝组成,所述合金钢丝的直径大于外围钢丝的直径。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述合金钢丝的表面设置有磷化层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述外围钢丝的表面设置有磷化层。
本发明的有益效果为,所述一种钢丝绳具有强度高,切割性能好的特点,且通过在合金钢丝表面及外围钢丝表面设置磷化层,进一步提高了钢丝绳的强度、耐磨性、抗氧化性及抗腐蚀性,结构简单、易于实现。

于本实施例中,一种钢丝绳,包括碳纤维芯1和包捻在碳纤维芯1外周上的6股外层股2,所述外层股2由中心的合金钢丝21及均匀包捻在合金钢丝21外侧的9根外围钢丝22组成,所述合金钢丝21的直径大于外围钢丝22的直径,所述合金钢丝21的表面设置有磷化层。所述外围钢丝22的表面设置有磷化层。
所述外层股2与碳纤维芯1之间为面接触,所述合金钢丝21与9个外围钢丝22之间为面接触。
所述一种钢丝绳具有强度高,切割性能好的特点,且通过在合金钢丝21表面及外围钢丝22表面设置磷化层,进一步提高了钢丝绳的强度、耐磨性、抗氧化性及抗腐蚀性,结构简单、易于实现。

1.一种钢丝绳,其特征在于:包括碳纤维芯和包捻在碳纤维芯外周上的多股外层股,所述外层股由中心的合金钢丝及均匀包捻在合金钢丝外侧的外围钢丝组成,所述合金钢丝的直径大于外围钢丝的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢丝绳,其特征在于:所述合金钢丝的表面设置有磷化层。
