本发明涉及垃圾桶,更具体地说,涉及一种垃圾桶及桶盖和垃圾袋自动切割机构。
背景技术
相关技术中智能垃圾桶内的垃圾袋封口时通常是直接从垃圾袋的两侧夹持后进行切割,由于垃圾袋还处于展开状态,该切割方式就需要很长的切割件,要将长条状的切割件加热,需求的热量较高,需要加热的时间长,耗电量大,不够环保。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种垃圾桶及桶盖和垃圾袋自动切割机构。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种垃圾桶的垃圾袋自动切割机构,包括第一导向组件、第二导向组件、第一切割组件、第二切割组件、以及切割驱动装置;
所述切割驱动装置带动所述第一切割组件沿所述第一导向组件来回移动;
所述切割驱动装置带动所述第二切割组件沿所述第二导向组件来回移动;
所述第一切割组件、第二切割组件在来回移动时相互靠近、远离,在靠近时对垃圾袋上端的扭转封口夹持并切割;并在远离后,留出空间供上端新的垃圾袋向下展开。
优选地,所述第一导向组件、第二导向组件分别包括并排间隔设置的第一导轨、第二导轨,所述第一切割组件由所述第一导轨向所述第二导轨延伸,所述第二切割组件由所述第二导轨向所述第一导轨延伸。
优选地,所述第一切割组件包括与所述第一导轨滑动配合的第一支座,所述第二切割组件包括与所述第二导轨滑动配合的第二支座,所述第一支座、第二支座中的至少一个上设有切割件,在所述第一切割组件、第二切割组件靠近 后,所述切割件切割封口位置。
优选地,所述切割件可拆卸地安装在所述第一支座上,并与所述第二支座相对,所述第二支座上设有与所述切割件相对的避让槽。
优选地,所述自动切割机构还包括用于对所述第一切割组件、第二切割组件靠近后的位置进行设定的位置开关,在所述第一切割组件、第二切割组件靠近夹持封口后停止移动,并将所述切割件与电源导通后发热。

优选地,所述第一驱动组件还包括第一电机和分别与所述第一主动轮、第一电机啮合的第一齿轮组,让所述第一电机带动所述第一主动轮转动,所述第二驱动组件还包括第二电机和分别与所述第一主动轮、第一电机啮合的第一齿轮组,让所述第二电机带动所述第二主动轮转动。
一种垃圾桶桶盖,包括所述的自动切割机构,以能对所述垃圾袋上端的扭转封口夹持并切割。

本发明的较佳实施方式
为了对本实用新型的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型一个优选实施例中的垃圾桶包括桶体1和桶盖2,优选地,桶盖2可翻转地安装在桶体1上,以打开后投放、取出垃圾。
桶盖2可以集成存放垃圾袋3、垃圾袋3展开、垃圾袋3打包、垃圾袋3切割等一整条完整的垃圾袋3处理动作,基本可以实现自动化。
结合图3、图4所示,桶盖2包括主体21和转动设置在主体21上侧的盖体22,主体21上设有旋转打包机构23、以及自动切割机构24,盖体22上设有鼓风展开机构25,以在转动到主体21上后向旋转打包机构23的环形存放盒231上敞开的垃圾袋3吹气。
垃圾袋3展开后整体呈长筒状,轴向收缩后,让垃圾袋3的周圈沿存放盒231放置,且垃圾袋3封口的底部位于存放盒231的中部。垃圾袋3可以切割 成若干袋体,实现连续的打包和垃圾袋3的放置展开,存放盒231的中部形成供垃圾投入到垃圾袋3中的投放口。
环形存放盒231供垃圾袋3存放并能让垃圾袋3向下展开,鼓风展开机构25让存放盒231上的垃圾袋3展开到桶体1内的、将装有垃圾的垃圾袋3旋转打包的旋转打包机构23、以及将打包后的垃圾袋3的封口切割的自动切割机构24。
结合图3至图5所示,垃圾袋鼓风展开机构25通常设置在存放盒231的上方,包括用于向垃圾桶的桶体1上端敞开的垃圾袋3吹气的送风件251,以让垃圾袋3向下展开到垃圾桶的桶体1内侧。
送风件251位于存放盒231的上侧,且送风件251的送风方向与存放盒231的内圈相对,在垃圾袋鼓风展开机构25向下吹气后垃圾袋3的底部展开到桶体1的内壁面上,上端存放盒231的内圈可以作为投放口让垃圾从此投入。
借用鼓风展开机构吹风的方式展开垃圾袋,展开方式智能快捷,新垃圾袋内没有放置和接触过垃圾,干净卫生,吹气过程不会有异味流动,能减少环境中的异味。
送风件251的出风口2511呈长条形,可以提升垂向垃圾袋3的辐射范围。
鼓风展开机构25还包括鼓风舱252,送风件251设置在鼓风舱252内,鼓风舱252上设有供气体进入的进气口和供送风件251送出的气体吹出的送风口2521。
鼓风舱252包括下盖和上盖,进气口形成于上盖、下盖的配合面,送风口2521形成于下盖上。
鼓风舱252可翻转地设置,使得盖体22带动整个鼓风展开机构25翻转,在打开后能扔垃圾,关闭后能吹气展开垃圾袋3。
送风口2521与出风口2511正对,且送风口2521的外形不小于出风口2511。
进一步地,鼓风舱252内设有若干送风件251,鼓风舱252上设有分别与各送风件251的出风口2511相对的若干送风口2521,让各送风件251送出的风经送风口2521吹出。
进一步地,各送风件251的出风口2511首尾依次排布,形成半封闭形状,也可形成封闭的形状,或者,各送风件251的出风口2511沿同一方向依次排布,形成一字型等。
在桶盖2盖合状态,鼓风展开机构25向存放盒231内吹气让垃圾袋3向下展开贴合到垃圾桶桶体1的内壁面,盖体22可以翻转打开,向垃圾袋3内放置垃圾。
结合图6至图9所示,在垃圾袋3放满需要打包取出时,则可启动旋转打包机构23,旋转打包机构23包括用于带动存放盒231转动的旋转驱动装置232,旋转驱动装置232和存放盒231相互作用,让存放盒231及存放盒231内的垃圾袋3相对装有垃圾的垃圾袋3转动,让存放盒231转动后使得向下展开存放了垃圾的垃圾袋3旋转后将上端扭转封口。
旋转驱动装置采用旋转存放盒的方式扭转封口,封口更加的紧致,里面的垃圾不容易泄露,封口小,利于后续的自动切割。
旋转驱动装置232包括转动设置的驱动件2321,以在转动时带动存放盒231转动。进一步地,驱动件2321为转动设置、并与存放盒231周向定位的环形驱动盘,在驱动盘转动时,带动存放盒231转动,相对下面装有垃圾的垃圾袋3产生扭转。
进一步地,驱动盘和存放盒231同心设置,驱动盘和存放盒231卡合,从而在驱动盘转动时带动存放盒231转动。
在一些实施例中,驱动盘包括环形的齿环2322,齿环2322的外圈分布有齿牙,存放盒231位于齿环2322的内圈。
驱动盘还包括在齿环2322内圈设置的定位部2323,定位部2323上设有与存放盒231卡合的卡合部2324。
本实施例中,定位部2323为环形,定位部2323沿齿环2322内圈周圈设置,存放盒231放置在定位部2323上,卡合部2324为在定位的一侧向上凸起设置的凸台,存放盒231的底部设有供凸台卡入的凹槽2311。
定位部2323上沿周圈设有若干卡合部2324,与存放盒231底部的各凹槽2311卡合配合,同步转动。在其他实施例中,驱动盘和存放盒231的卡合位 置也可位于齿环2322的内壁面和存放盒231的外壁面上,或者直接在存放盒231的周圈上设置齿牙,或其他结构,让旋转驱动装置232带动存放盒231直接转动。
通常,旋转驱动装置232还包括用于带动驱动件2321转动的旋转电机2325,以及用于旋转电机2325的输出传动的齿轮组。
在装有垃圾的垃圾袋3扭转封口后,则需要和存放盒231内的垃圾袋3切割开,以进行下一次的垃圾存放。
结合图6、图9、图10所示,自动切割机构24包括第一导向组件241、第二导向组件242、第一切割组件243、第二切割组件244、以及切割驱动装置245,切割驱动装置245带动第一切割组件243沿第一导向组件241来回移动、以及带动第二切割组件244沿第二导向组件242来回移动。
第一切割组件243、第二切割组件244在来回移动时相互靠近、远离,在靠近时对垃圾袋3上端的扭转封口夹持并切割;并在远离后,留出空间供上端新的垃圾袋3向下展开。

第一导向组件241、第二导向组件242分别包括并排间隔设置的第一导轨2411、第二导轨2421,第一切割组件243由第一导轨2411向第二导轨2421延伸,第二切割组件244由第二导轨2421向第一导轨2411延伸,让第一切割组件243、第二切割组件244平行并排。
第一切割组件243包括与第一导轨2411滑动配合的第一支座2431,第二切割组件244包括与第二导轨2421滑动配合的第二支座2441,第一支座2431、第二支座2441中的至少一个上设有切割件2432,在第一切割组件243、第二切割组件244靠近后,切割件2432切割封口位置。
切割件2432可拆卸地安装在第一支座2431上,并与第二支座2441相对,第二支座2441上设有与切割件2432相对的避让槽2442。当垃圾袋3扭转封口后,封口位置刚好与切割件2432的位置相对应,在第一切割组件243、第二切割组件244靠近后,切割件2432与扭转封口位置抵靠切割开。
进一步地,切割件2432为与电源电性连接的热熔头,在夹持封口后,热熔头通电升温熔断切割封口位置。
自动切割机构24还包括用于对第一切割组件243、第二切割组件244靠近后的位置进行设定的位置开关246,在第一切割组件243、第二切割组件244靠近夹持封口后停止移动,并将切割件2432与电源导通后发热,将扭转封口位置熔断。
切割驱动装置245包括用于分别驱动第一切割组件243、第二切割组件244来回移动的第一驱动组件2451、第二驱动组件2452。
第一驱动组件2451包括分别设置在第一导轨2411两端的第一主动轮2453、第一从动轮2454、以及绕设在第一主动轮2453、第一从动轮2454之间的第一传送带2455,第一传送带2455与第一支座2431连接,第一主动轮2453转动带动第一传送带2455转动,让第一传送带2455带动第一支座2431沿第一导轨2411滑动。
进一步地,第一驱动组件2451还包括第一电机和分别与第一主动轮2453、第一电机啮合的第一齿轮组,让第一电机带动第一主动轮2453转动。
第二驱动组件2452包括分别设置在第二导轨2421两端的第二主动轮2456、第二从动轮2457、以及绕设在第二主动轮2456、第二从动轮2457之间的第二传送带2458,第二传送带2458与第二支座2441连接,第二主动轮2456转动带动第二传送带2458转动,让第二传送带2458带动第二支座2441沿第二导轨2421滑动。
进一步地,第二驱动组件2452还包括第二电机和分别与第一主动轮2453、第一电机啮合的第一齿轮组,让第二电机带动第二主动轮2456转动。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的垃圾桶的垃圾袋自动切割机构,其特征在于,所述第一驱动组件(2451)还包括第一电机和分别与所述第一主动轮(2453)、第一电机啮合的第一齿轮组,让所述第一电机带动所述第一主动轮(2453)转动,所述第二驱动组件(2452)还包括第二电机和分别与所述第一主动轮(2453)、第一电机啮合的第一齿轮组,让所述第二电机带动所述第二主动轮(2456)转动。
  9. 一种垃圾桶桶盖(2),其特征在于,包括权利要求1至8任一项所述的自动切割机构(24),以能对所述垃圾袋(3)上端的扭转封口夹持并切割。
  10. 一种垃圾桶,其特征在于,包括权利要求9所述的桶盖。
