一种高位肛瘘可调型持续牵引挂线装置,包括:固定带(1)、调节带(2)、贴合座(3)和牵引单元(4),其中:调节带(2)一端活动连接在固定带(1)上,调节带(2)另一端与贴合座(3)连接;贴合座(3)中心开设有排便孔(31),至少一个牵引单元(4)设置在贴合座(3)底部,贴合座(3)上开设有让橡皮筋穿过的挂线孔(32)。本发明的有益效果在于,将贴合座(3)固定于肛门周围,不影响患者排便,通过旋转牵引单元(4)上的调节旋钮(42)可逐渐拉紧橡皮筋,将橡皮筋的向心性切割力调整为单向向下切割,从而减少术后肛门产生钥匙孔样畸形的概率,有助于术后伤口的康复。
Description
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种高位肛瘘可调型持续牵引挂线装置。
当前高位肛瘘手术时,因瘘管位置高达耻骨直肠环肌肉水平,切除瘘管需要同步切除耻骨直肠环,但因一次性切断直肠环肌肉会导致大便失禁,肛门移位等严重并发症,因此采用橡皮筋勒紧耻骨直肠环达到慢性切断目的,但橡皮筋在勒断耻骨直肠环过程产生的向心性切割力会导致术后肛门产生钥匙孔样畸形,不利于肛门功能的恢复。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种高位肛瘘可调型持续牵引挂线装置。
本发明采用如下发明方案:
一种高位肛瘘可调型持续牵引挂线装置,包括:固定带、调节带、贴合座和牵引单元,其中:
所述调节带一端活动连接在所述固定带上,所述调节带另一端与贴合座连接;
所述贴合座中心开设有排便孔,至少一个提供拉力的牵引单元设置在所述贴合座底部,所述贴合座上靠近牵引单元处开设有让橡皮筋穿过的挂线孔。
可选地,所述牵引单元包括:基座、调节旋钮、弹性件和牵引钩,所述基座固定设置在所述贴合座底部,所述调节旋钮和牵引钩活动设置在所述基座上,所述调节旋钮通过弹性件与牵引钩连接,所述基座两端分别设置有带螺纹的调节孔以及让牵引钩通过的牵引孔,所述调节旋钮设置在调节孔中,所述牵引钩穿设在所述牵引孔内。
可选地,所述固定带两端通过皮带扣或魔术贴连接。
可选地,所述调节带与固定带连接的一端为活动端,所述活动端设置有卡扣或魔术贴。
可选地,所述牵引单元还包括滑轮,所述滑轮设置在所述基座上靠近牵引钩处。
可选地,所述牵引单元还包括:壳体,所述壳体罩设在所述基座上并使调节旋钮和牵引钩外露,所述壳体上开设有贯通的刻度槽,所述牵引钩位于壳体内部的一端连接一个刻度针,所述刻度针穿过所述刻度槽延伸至壳体外部。
可选地,所述牵引挂线装置包括还包括:滑动套和连接环,所述滑动套套设在所述固定带上,所述调节带的活动端通过连接环与滑动套连接。
本发明的有益效果在于,将贴合座固定于肛门周围,不影响患者排便,在贴合座上多个位置设计专门的挂线孔,通过圆孔可将肛瘘挂线的橡皮筋固定于牵引单元上,通过旋转调节旋钮可逐渐拉紧橡皮筋,将橡皮筋的向心性切割力调整为单向向下切割,从而减少术后肛门产生钥匙孔样畸形的概率,有助于术后伤口的康复,而且患者可持续穿戴,不影响日常生活,且并可通过牵引单元上的刻度值可以直观的显示当前拉力,根据患者病情量化控制需要牵引的力度。

实施例一:
如图1-3所示,一种高位肛瘘可调型持续牵引挂线装置,包括:固定带1、调节带2、贴合座3和牵引单元4,其中:
所述调节带2一端活动连接在所述固定带1上,所述调节带2另一端与贴合座3连接;
所述贴合座3中心开设有排便孔31,至少一个提供拉力的牵引单元4设置在所述贴合座3底部,所述贴合座3上靠近牵引单元4处开设有让橡皮筋穿过的挂线孔32。
如图3、4所示,所述牵引单元4包括:基座41、调节旋钮42、弹性件43和牵引钩44,所述基座41固定设置在所述贴合座3底部,所述调节旋钮42和牵引钩44活动设置在所述基座41上,所述调节旋钮42通过弹性件43与牵引钩44连接,所述基座41两端分别设置有带螺纹的调节孔以及让牵引钩44通过的牵引孔,所述调节旋钮42设置在调节孔中,所述调节旋钮42与所述调节孔的螺纹配合,所述牵引钩44穿设在所述牵引孔内。所述牵引钩44用于挂接肛瘘手术的橡皮筋,由于调节旋钮42通过弹性件43与牵引钩44连接,通过转动调节旋钮42可调节牵引钩44的拉力,从而灵活调整牵引钩44对橡皮筋的牵引力。所述弹性件43包括弹簧。
所述固定带1两端通过皮带扣或魔术贴连接,所述固定带1用于将牵引挂线装置固定在患者的腰部,方便佩戴。
所述调节带2与固定带1连接的一端为活动端,所述活动端设置有卡扣或魔术贴,所述调节带2端部通过卡扣或魔术贴形成套状结构套设在固定带1上,通过卡扣或魔术贴可以调整调节带2,将所述贴合座3贴合在患者的肛门处,将所述牵引单元4固定在靠近肛门处,与肛瘘手术的橡皮筋挂接。所述排便孔31方便患者排便。
实施例二:
如图5所示,在本实施例中,所述牵引单元4还包括滑轮45,所述滑轮45设置在所述基座41上靠近牵引钩44处,橡皮筋穿过挂线孔32后绕在滑轮45上然后挂接到牵引钩44上,所述滑轮45可以让橡皮筋牵引更加顺畅,减少顿感。
实施例三:
如图6-8所示,在本实施例中,所述牵引单元4还包括:壳体46,所述壳体46罩设在所述基座41上并使调节旋钮42和牵引钩44外露,所述壳体46上开设有贯通的刻度槽46a,所述牵引钩44位于壳体46内部的一端连接一个刻度针44a,所述刻度针44a穿过所述刻度槽46a延伸至壳体46外部。所述刻度针44a和刻度槽46a可以直观的显示拉力,可根据患者病情量化控制需要牵引的力度。
实施例四:
如图9所示,在本实施例中,所述牵引挂线装置包括还包括:滑动套5和连接环6,所述滑动套5套设在所述固定带1上,可在所述固定带1上滑动,所述调节带2的活动端通过连接环6与滑动套5连接。使患者调节贴合座3位置更加便捷。
在使用时,患者穿戴上牵引挂线装置,通过调整调节带2使贴合座3贴紧患者的肛门处,将肛瘘手术勒紧伤口肌肉环的的橡皮筋穿过挂线孔32挂接在牵引单元4的牵引钩44上,转动调节旋钮42,根据挂线肌肉环的粗细及伤口大小调整至适合的牵引力度,使橡皮筋保持持续向下的切力,抵消橡皮筋向上的切力,随着每天橡皮筋慢性切割作用,拉力不断发生变化,需要根据刻度针44a的变化调整调节旋钮42,保持橡皮筋张力,直至橡皮筋脱落。
本发明的有益效果在于,将贴合座固定于肛门周围,患者可持续穿戴,不影响患者日常活动及排便,在贴合座上多个位置设计专门的挂线孔,通过圆孔可将肛瘘伤口高位挂线的橡皮筋固定于牵引单元上,通过旋转调节旋钮可逐渐拉紧橡皮筋,将橡皮筋的向心性切割力调整为单向向下切割,从而减少术后肛门产生钥匙孔样畸形的概率,随着每天橡皮筋慢性切割作用,拉力不断发生变化,可通过牵引单元上的刻度值可以直观的显示当前拉力,根据患者病情量化控制需要牵引的力度,避免传统的手术调整拉力,减轻患者痛苦,通过定量拉力持续牵引橡皮筋,直至橡皮筋脱落,有助于术后伤口的康复。

- 一种高位肛瘘可调型持续牵引挂线装置,其特征在于,包括:固定带(1)、调节带(2)、贴合座(3)和牵引单元(4),其中:所述调节带(2)一端活动连接在所述固定带(1)上,所述调节带(2)另一端与贴合座(3)连接;所述贴合座(3)中心开设有排便孔(31),至少一个提供拉力的牵引单元(4)设置在所述贴合座(3)底部,所述贴合座(3)上靠近牵引单元(4)处开设有让橡皮筋穿过的挂线孔(32)。
