背景技术

本发明的震动装置通过内置高速转动圆球(圆球重心偏离轴心),依靠偏心圆球高速转动产生不同方向的离心力,带动飞机杯杯体产生各个方向的运动。这种装置在牙箱减速比小的情况下输出超高的转速和离心力,既能满足震动强和震动幅度大,又能满足伸缩频率高力度大的要求。能很好的起到刺激男性生殖器的作用,带给男性超强的愉悦感。
另外,本发明的飞机杯通过对阴茎全面的离心力物理传导按摩、多力度刺激,在男性可受范围内充分按摩刺激阴茎敏感点,辅助通络。增加阴茎充血量和降低阴茎敏感神经敏感度,使用后无副作用。
本发明提供一种震动装置,包括马达、减速机构以及转动体,所述马达的输出经减速机构减速后带动转动体转动,其中,所述转动体为偏心结构,内部设置有空腔,所述马达与减速机构均内置于转动体的内部空腔中。
作为优选,所述马达的输出转速可以调节。
作为优选,所述减速机构为减速齿轮组。
作为优选,所述转动体为带有偏心块的两端削平的圆球,削平的端面与转动体的转动方向平行。
作为优选,所述偏心圆球为两个半球块组合而成。
作为优选,所述偏心块的位置可以调整。
本发明还提供一种具备所述震动装置的飞机杯,包括杯罩、杯体以及底座组成,杯罩下缘与飞机杯杯体的上缘配合,所述震动装置位于杯罩与杯体的顶部之间,杯体的底部开口,转动体通过支撑轴与飞机杯杯体顶部配合,从而震动装置的震动使得飞机杯体的震动。
作为优选,马达固定在转动体上,转动体与支撑轴紧固装配,支撑轴设置为可以在飞机杯的杯体的轴槽内旋转,马达的输出经减速机构减速后驱动转动体转动。
作为优选,马达固定在支撑轴上,转动体设置为可以绕支撑轴旋转,马达的输出经减速机构减速后驱动转动体围绕支撑轴旋转。
作为优选,飞机杯杯体的尺寸可以调整。
作为优选,杯体内壁与杯底设置有用于按摩的毛绒状结构。
作为优选,所述毛绒状结构为从杯口到杯底错位均匀排列的由硅胶制成的圆柱状凸点,圆柱状凸点与杯壁形成一体粘连使杯子中间形成直径约3cm的圆柱空间。
本发明还提供一种包含所述震动装置的振动棒,包括振动棒罩体以及振动棒本体,罩体下缘与棒体上缘配合,所述震动装置的转动体位于罩体与棒体配合形成的空间内,转动体通过支撑轴与棒体顶部配合,从而震动装置的震动使得振动棒振动。
作为优选,所述减速机构为减速齿轮组。
作为优选,所述转动体为带有偏心块的两端削平的圆球,削平的端面与转动体的转动方向平行。
作为优选,所述偏心圆球为两个半球块组合而成。
作为优选,所述偏心块的位置可以调整。
本装置利用马达通过减速箱驱动偏心圆球高速转动,产生离心力,偏心圆球高速转动产生的离心力分布在圆球质心的法线方向,随着偏心圆球旋转到不同角度,产生不同方向的离心力,与杯体方向相同的离心力产生抽插运动,与杯体垂直或呈一定夹角的离心力带动杯体呈各个方向的震动。由于偏心圆球高速转动,本装置产生震动和抽插叠加的技术效果。
具体地说,本发明提供一种震动装置以及使用该震动装置的飞机杯以及振动棒。所述震动装置内置高速转动圆球(圆球重心偏离轴心),依靠偏心圆球高速转动产生不同方向的离心力,带动飞机杯杯体产生各个方向的运动。因此,能够实现功能多样、小型化、并且能够高效地发挥振动功能的震动装置、具备它的飞机杯。另外,该装置在牙箱减速比小的情 况下输出超高的转速和离心力,既能满足震动强和震动幅度大,又能满足伸缩频率高力度大的要求。能很好的起到刺激男性生殖器的作用,带给男性超强的愉悦感。

下面将通过具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例, 本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
以下实施方式中,自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件,以下通过参考附图描述的实施方式是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参考附图2A、2B所示,本发明的震动装置1整体包括马达2、减速齿轮组3、带有偏心块4的偏心球5。偏心球5为空心结构,马达2和减速齿轮组3内置于偏心球5的空心结构内。马达2的输出轴驱动减速齿轮组的主动齿轮,通过齿轮组减速之后,带动偏心球5转动。在一个优选实施例中,偏心球5由两部分5-1和5-2组成。由于偏心块4的存在,使得偏心球在圆周方向上产生不均匀的离心力,从而使得偏心球5产生震动。
在其他实施例中,偏心球5可以使用能够进行轴向转动的其他偏心结构来产生震动效果,如圆盘、长方体、多面体、甚至不规则形状的转动体。
在一个可选实施例中,参考附图2A、2B所示,减速齿轮组3由三级齿轮组成,包括与马达2的输出轴配合的主动齿轮3-1、与主动齿轮啮合的第一级从动齿轮3-2、以及与第一级从动齿轮啮合的第二级从动齿轮3-3。
参考附图3A、3B所示,减速齿轮组3的最后一级从动齿轮3-3驱动偏心球5的支撑轴6,进而带动偏心球转动。马达2固定在偏心球5上,当偏心球5转动时,马达2以及减速齿轮组3与偏心球5一起转动。
作为另一种可选方案,参考附图4A、4B所示,马达2固定在偏心球5的支撑轴6的一端,马达2的输出轴驱动减速齿轮组3,减速齿轮组3的第二级从动齿轮3-3固定到偏心球5,从而可以驱动偏心球5转动。偏心球5可以绕其支撑轴6转动。从而,当偏心球5转动时,马达2、减速齿轮组3、以及支撑轴6保持静止。
参考附图1A、1B所示,本发明还涉及一种具备所述震动装置杯罩8、杯体10、底座11的飞机杯。开机键9设置在杯罩8上,用以开启或者关闭驱动马达。飞机杯罩8与飞机杯体10紧密扣合。飞机杯体10可以设计为适于用手把握的形状。
震动装置1置于由杯罩8和杯体10形成的空间内。参考附图6与附图7所示,偏心球5可以与其支撑轴6紧固,也可以围绕支撑轴6转动。当偏心球5与支撑轴6紧固时,支撑轴6可转动地设置在杯体10上缘的转动槽内。当偏心球5与支撑轴6进行相对转动时,支撑轴6被固定在杯体上缘的转动槽内。
参考附图5,偏心球5在做圆周运动时,偏心块4运动到每个不同位置,离心力都沿着球运动轨迹的切线方向,该离心力能够分解为垂直于杯体和沿着杯体两个方向的分力。 其中垂直于杯体的分力使得杯体左右摇摆,沿着杯体方向的分力使杯体进行抽插运动。
当偏心块4位于位置①时,离心力只有垂直于杯体方向的分力F1,沿着杯体方向的分力F2为0;此时杯体往右晃动的振幅最大,而不产生沿着杯体的抽插运动。
当偏心块4从位置①运动至位置②的过程中,离心力可以分解为垂直于杯体方向的分力F1和沿杯体方向的分力F2,并且F1逐渐减小,F2逐渐增大。相应地,在这个过程中,杯体往右晃动的振幅逐渐减小,而杯体向下的抽插运动的振幅开始出现,并逐渐增加。
在位于位置②时,分离F1与F2的两个分力大小相等。在此位置,杯体往右晃动的力与杯体向下的力大小相同。
当偏心块4从位置②运动至位置③的过程中,F1开始逐渐小于F2。在这一过程中,杯体向右晃动的力进一步减弱,而沿着杯体向下的力进一步增加。
当偏心块4位于位置③时,F1减小至0,离心力完全沿着杯体方向。在这个位置,只有使杯体向下运动的力。
当偏心块4从位置③运动至位置④的过程中,离心力的F1分量从0逐渐增加,F2分量逐渐减小。在这一过程中,使得杯体向左晃动的力开始出现并逐渐增加,同时杯体向下的力逐渐减小,但是F2仍然大于F1,所以叠加之后的效果是杯体向下的抽插的力度仍然强于向左晃动的力。
直至偏心块4运动至④时,两个分力F1与F2大小相等。杯体向下的抽插的力度与使得杯体向左晃动的力矩相同。
当偏心块4从位置④运动至位置⑤的过程中,F2开始逐渐小于F1。这个过程中,使得杯体向左晃动的力矩逐渐大于使杯体向下的力矩。
直至当偏心块4运动至位置⑤时,F2减小至0,离心力变得完全垂直于杯体方向。此时,叠加的力矩完全使得杯体向左晃动。
当偏心块4从位置⑤运动至位置⑥的过程中,离心力F能够分解为向左的分力F1与向上的分力F2,分力F1逐渐减小,F2逐渐增加,但是F1仍然大于F2。所以,这个过程中,使杯体向左晃动的力矩与使杯体向上的力矩叠加,但是使杯体向左晃动的力矩大于使杯体向上的力矩。
当偏心块4运动至位置⑥时,分力F1与F2大小相等,叠加之后,使杯体向左晃动的力矩与使杯体向上的力矩相等。
当偏心块4从位置⑥运动到位置⑦的过程中,使杯体向左晃动的分力F1逐渐小于使杯体向上运动的分力F2,叠加之后,既有使杯体向左晃动的力矩,也有使杯体向上运动的力矩,而且使杯体向上运动的力矩较大。
当偏心块4运动至位置⑦时,使杯体向左晃动的分力F1减小为零,使杯体向上运动的分力F2达到最大,叠加之后的力矩完全使得杯体向上运动。
当偏心块4从位置⑦运动到位置⑧的过程中,使杯体向右晃动的分力F1开始出现并逐渐增加,使杯体向上运动的分力F2开始逐渐减小,但是F2仍然大于F1,所以在这个过程中,使杯体向右晃动的力矩与使杯体向上运动的力矩叠加,使杯体向上运动的力矩较大。
当偏心块4运动到位置⑧时,使杯体向右晃动的分力F1与使杯体向上运动的分力F2大小相等,叠加之后,使杯体向右晃动的力矩与使杯体向上的力矩相等。
当偏心块4从位置⑧运动到位置①时,使杯体向上运动的分力F2逐渐小于使杯体向右晃动的分力F1,使杯体向上运动的力矩与使杯体向右晃动的力矩叠加,使杯体向右晃动的力矩较大,直到当偏心块4运动到位置1○时,使杯体向上运动的分力F2减小为0,使杯体向右晃动的力达到最大值。
由于偏心球直接作用于支撑轴,而支撑轴又固定在飞机杯体上,所以飞机杯的受力情况与上述离心力一致。随着偏心块4的转动,飞机杯的受力不断变化,从而产生晃动。飞机杯开口部用于放入男性生殖器。飞机杯的晃动通过飞机杯内壁的硅胶毛刺作用于男性生殖器,从而产生对男性生殖器的按摩作用。
附图5所示的离心力分析是在不考虑偏心块的自重以及外力如用户的手握力的情况下进行的。而在实际使用过程中,偏心块的重力以及用户的手握力的大小以及位置都会对飞机杯的受力产生一定影响。
因此,在实际使用过程中,飞机杯的震动会根据用户手握的位置、手握力的大小以及杯体的方向,而产生不同的力矩,从而造成杯体的不同的晃动,给使用者带来不同的按摩体验。
在一个可选实施例中,用户可以可以通过设置在飞机杯壳体上的滑块或者旋钮等结构来调节偏心块相对于偏心球的位置,从而可以调节偏心球转动产生的离心力的大小,进而改变晃动的力度。在一个实施例中,飞机杯由杯壳、滑轨、偏心圆球组成,其中滑轨的底座固定在杯壳内壁,滑轨滑动板固定在偏心球壳的内部上。当客户在使用的过程中需要调整偏心球位置来改变晃动力度的时候,可以通过抽拉滑轨以调节其长短来改变偏心圆球对于整个产品中心的距离,通过滑轨内的钢珠滚动可以使作用力向四周扩散,确保飞机杯整体水平和垂直方向的稳定性。
在一个可选实施例中,飞机杯的尺寸,包括高度以及内径都可以通过伸缩结构进行调节。例如,飞机杯内壁毛刷可以由多个块状的单独的块状组合而成,在需要改变内径大 小的时候就可以使用旋转的方式来改变每个块状之间的左右间距来放大或者缩小内径。在需要改变飞机杯内径长度的时候,使用拉伸的方式去改变块状之间的前后距离来改变内壁长度。
参考附图8A、8B,杯体10的内壁设置有毛刷结构,用于对插入飞机杯内部的男性生殖器官进行刺激按摩。优选地,所述毛刷结构由符合人体工程学的材料,如硅胶等构成。
参考图9,从飞机杯顶部开口13到飞机杯底部均匀地交错排列有高度为约1.5cm(通过具有足够的高度,而能够产生弯曲)的圆柱状毛刷12(硅胶等),圆柱状毛刷12与杯壁粘接为一体。并且在飞机杯内部中间,形成直径为约3cm的圆柱空间,该空间用于非勃起和勃起状态的男性阴茎插入,是动力传导到凸点而按摩阴茎的必要空间。
结合附图5所示,当球体运动到③和⑦位置时,离心力平行地带动杯体上下运动,毛刷12平行于阴茎表面而进行揉擦运动;当球体运动到其他位置时,离心力具有角度地作用于阴茎表面。离心力以圆周运动方式依次作用于阴茎、龟头表面,逐步起到按摩效果。
参考附图10和附图11,本发明还涉及一种振动棒,包括棒体以及震动装置,其中,18为马达,4为偏心块,由包括减速齿轮15、16、17的减速齿轮组构成本发明的减速机构。另外,所述棒体内置有空腔,用于安装所述震动装置。所述震动装置可以位于振动棒的任意部位,例如在附图9中,震动装置位于振动棒的后端部,而在附图11中,震动装置位于振动棒的前端部。
以上所述,仅为本申请示例性的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种震动装置,包括马达、减速机构以及转动体,所述马达的输出经减速机构减速后带动转动体转动,其中,所述转动体为偏心结构,内部设置有空腔,所述马达与减速机构均内置于转动体的内部空腔中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的震动装置,所述马达的输出转速可以调节。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的震动装置,所述减速机构为减速齿轮组。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的震动装置,所述转动体为带有偏心块的两端削平的圆球,削平的端面与转动体的转动方向平行。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的震动装置,所述偏心圆球为两个半球块组合而成。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的震动装置,所述偏心块的位置可以调整。
  7. 一种包含权利要求1所述震动装置的飞机杯,包括杯罩、杯体以及底座组成,杯罩下缘与飞机杯杯体的上缘配合,所述震动装置位于杯罩与杯体的顶部之间,杯体的底部开口,转动体通过支撑轴与飞机杯杯体顶部配合,从而震动装置的震动使得飞机杯体的震动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的飞机杯,马达固定在转动体上,转动体与支撑轴紧固装配,支撑轴设置为可以在飞机杯的杯体的轴槽内旋转,马达的输出经减速机构减速后驱动转动体转动。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的飞机杯,马达固定在支撑轴上,转动体设置为可以绕支撑轴旋转,马达的输出经减速机构减速后驱动转动体围绕支撑轴旋转。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的飞机杯,飞机杯杯体的尺寸可以调整。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的飞机杯,其特征在杯体内壁与杯底设置有用于按摩的毛绒状结构。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的飞机杯,其特征在于,所述毛绒状结构为从杯口到杯底错位均匀排列的由硅胶制成的圆柱状凸点,圆柱状凸点与杯壁形成一体粘连使杯子中间形成直径约3cm的圆柱空间。
  13. 一种包含如权利要求1所述震动装置的振动棒,包括振动棒罩体以及振动棒本体,罩体下缘与棒体上缘配合,所述震动装置的转动体位于罩体与棒体配合形成的空间内,转动体通过支撑轴与棒体顶部配合,从而震动装置的震动使得振动棒振动。
