本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座模组通过对相关技术中的卡托卡座模组的结构进行改进,在卡托100的第二端设置凹陷部120,同时使得拨动件320至少部分位于凹陷部120内,在此种情况下,拨动件320与凹陷部120至少部分重叠,从而顶杆机构300与凹陷部120部分重叠,拨动件320与凹陷部120重叠的部分的尺寸可以是卡座200在长度方向减少的尺寸,最终使得顶杆机构300与卡托100在卡座200上装配时的总长度更小,进而可以使得卡托卡座模组在其长度方向的尺寸有所减小,进而用以缓解电子设备的内部空间较为紧张的问题。
本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座模组中,拨动件320的第二端可以伸至凹陷部120中,并与凹陷部120通过紧配合,从而驱动卡托100移动。当然,还可以通过其它方式,一种可选的方案中,凹陷部120可以包括受力面121,受力面121的朝向与卡托帽110的朝向相反,受力面121与拨动件320的第二端相对,拨动件320的第二端可以驱动受力面121,在此种情况下,凹陷部120的受力面121可以接收到来自拨动件320的作用力,由于此时的拨动件320与卡托100的受力面121相接触,使得卡托100也接收到来自拨动件320的作用力,从而卡托100受到拨动件320的作用力的驱动,使得卡托100向着卡托帽110的方向移动,最终使得卡托100至少部分离开卡座200,从而方便用户对卡托100的取出与安装。
在本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座模组中,卡托100可以包括主体部130和檐部140,檐部140的一端与主体部130相连,檐部140的另一端可以设置有避让斜面141,檐部140与主体部130的背离卡托帽110的第一端面相连,且与第一端面形成凹陷部120,由于第一端面包括受力面121,从而受力面121在第一端面形成的凹陷部120中,进而受力面121可与位于凹陷部120内的拨动件320至少部分接触并在需要时可相互配合。在此种情况下,避让斜面141的设置可以使得檐部140避开直角形状的拐角,从而在安装卡托100时,卡托100的檐部140不容易与凹陷部120发生碰撞,从而有利于卡托100 的安装,从而提高了卡托100的可装配性。
在进一步的技术方案中,卡座200可以设置有第一凹槽210,拨动件320可以包括朝向第一凹槽210折弯的折弯部321,折弯部321可以转动地设置于第一凹槽210内,折弯部321背离第一凹槽210的底壁的表面具有第二凹槽3211,拨动件320通过铰接件500与卡座200转动相连,铰接件500可以包括帽体510和杆体520,杆体520穿过拨动件320,且与卡座200相连,具体的,拨动件320通过杆体520与卡座200转动相连,帽体510可以与杆体520固定相连,帽体510能够起到对拨动件320限位的作用,避免拨动件320从杆体520上脱落。帽体510的至少部分位于第二凹槽3211内,帽体510与杆体520固定相连的方式可以为焊接,也可以为铆接,本申请实施例不对帽体510与杆体520的连接方式做出限制。
此种情况下,第一凹槽210和第二凹槽3211的开设,使得卡座200的局部厚度减小,由于拨动件320通过铰接件500与卡座200转动相连接,铰接件500可以包括帽体510和杆体520,杆体520穿过拨动件320,从而使得拨动件320通过杆体520与卡座200相连,帽体510的至少部分位于第二凹槽3211内,使得帽体510与第二凹槽3211至少部分空间重叠,同时,铰接件500可以位于卡座200局部厚度减小的区域,从而使得铰接件500至少部分与第一凹槽210或者第二凹槽3211重叠,从而使得卡托卡座模组在装配后的厚度是小于卡座200、卡托100和铰接件500的总厚度之和,从而能够减小卡托卡座模组在厚度方向的尺寸,进而可以进一步缓解电子设备的内部空间较为紧张的问题。
在本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座模组中,卡托100可以开设有沿其移动方向延伸的导向凹陷部150,卡座200包括导向凸起220,导向凹陷部150与导向凸起220导向滑动配合,在此种情况下,卡托100中的导向凹陷部150与卡座200中的导向凸起220可以实现卡托100安装时的导向滑动配合,从而使得卡托100在卡座200上安装时具有导向性,从而使得安装卡托100时 更为方便。
在本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座模组中,卡托100具有第一表面、第二表面及连接在第一表面与第二表面之间的第三表面,第一表面和第二表面在卡托100的其厚度方向相背设置,导向凹陷部150开设于第一表面的边缘,该边缘沿卡托100的移动方向延伸,导向凸起220在卡托100厚度方向的投影为第一投影,第二表面在卡托100厚度方向的投影为第二投影,第一投影的至少部分与第二投影重合,在此种情况下,导向凹陷部150与导向凸起220至少部分可重叠,进而在安装卡托100时,卡托100上的导向凹陷部150与卡座200上的导向凸起220可以起到配合作用,当用户将卡托100反向安装时,导向凸起220会与卡托100背离导向凹陷部150的一侧发生干涉,进而导致卡托100无法安装,从而可以实现安装卡托100时的防呆功能。
在进一步技术方案中,第一表面可以包括相背的两个边缘,每个边缘均可以开设有导向凹陷部150,从而在每个边缘都可以有导向凹陷部150起到导向的作用,导向凸起220可以与导向凹陷部150一一配合,从而能够使得在安装卡托100时具有更好的导向性,实现卡托100在卡座200上的顺利安装,从而提升卡托100与卡座200的可装配性能。
在进一步的技术方案中,导向凸起220可以为折弯凸起,所述的折弯凸起,指的是通过对卡座200的局部进行折弯,从而形成的凸起。此种结构可以为一体式的折弯结构,在生产制造中容易实现,从而有利于导向凸起220的成型制造,最终可提升导向凸起220以及卡座200的生产率。
在一种可以选择的技术方案中,导向凹陷部150与导向凸起220可以均为长条状结构,长条状的结构有利于实现导向凹陷部150与导向凸起220更多的面积接触,从而可以提高导向凹陷部150与导向凸起220的配合精度,同时有利于实现两者移动配合的稳定性,从而可以实现较好的导向作用。
在本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座模组中,受力面121对应的区域内可以埋设有金属加强件,金属加强件有更好的韧性与更高的强度,可以避免卡托 100在受到拨动件320的作用力后发生变形,从而导致变性后的卡托100与拨动件320卡死的情况发生,从而较好地确保卡托100能够被顺利推出,需要说明的是,金属加强件的种类多样,可以是合金结构件,例如不锈钢件,也可以是金属性能较好的单一金属,例如铁质件,本申请实施例不对金属加强件的种类做出具体限定。
基于本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座模组,本申请实施例公开一种电子设备,所公开的电子设备包括电路板400和上文实施例所述的卡托卡座模组。
在本申请实施例公开的电子设备中,卡座200可以固定在电路板400上,从而有利于提升卡托100的可装配性,并且卡座200与电路板400可以形成安装空间,卡托100安装在安装空间,从而能够避免卡托100外漏于设备之外,从而提升设备的外观性能。
本申请实施例公开的卡托卡座模组,可以应用于多种电子设备,本申请实施例公开的电子设备可以是手机,平板电脑,电子阅读器、可穿戴设备(例如智能手环)、游戏机等,本申请实施例不限制电子设备的具体种类。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种卡托卡座模组,包括卡托、卡座和顶杆机构,所述卡托与所述卡座配合,所述顶杆机构包括顶杆和拨动件,所述顶杆活动地设置于所述卡座上,所述卡托的第一端包括卡托帽,所述卡托的第二端与所述卡托帽相背设置,所述卡托的第二端设置有凹陷部,所述拨动件转动地设置于所述卡座的端部,所述拨动件的第一端与所述顶杆活动相连;
    所述拨动件的至少部分位于所述凹陷部内,且所述拨动件的第二端通过所述凹陷部可驱动所述卡托向着所述卡托帽的朝向方向移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托卡座模组,其中,所述凹陷部包括受力面,所述受力面的朝向与所述卡托帽的朝向相反,所述受力面与所述拨动件的第二端相对,所述拨动件的第二端通过驱动所述受力面,驱动所述卡托向着所述卡托帽朝向方向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卡托卡座模组,其中,所述卡托包括主体部和檐部,所述檐部的一端与所述主体部相连,所述檐部的另一端设置有避让斜面,所述檐部与所述主体部的背离所述卡托帽的第一端面相连,且与所述第一端面形成所述凹陷部,所述第一端面包括所述受力面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托卡座模组,其中,所述卡座设置有第一凹槽,所述拨动件包括朝向所述第一凹槽折弯的折弯部,所述折弯部转动地设置于所述第一凹槽内,所述折弯部背离所述第一凹槽的底壁的表面具有第二凹槽,所述拨动件通过铰接件与所述卡座转动相连,所述铰接件包括帽体和杆体,所述杆体穿过所述拨动件,且与所述卡座相连,所述帽体与所述杆体固定相连,所述帽体的至少部分位于所述第二凹槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托卡座模组,其中,所述卡托开设有沿其移动方向延伸的导向凹陷部,所述卡座包括导向凸起,所述导向凹陷部与所述导向凸起导向滑动配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卡托卡座模组,其中,所述卡托具有第一表面、 第二表面及连接在所述第一表面与所述第二表面之间的第三表面,所述第一表面和所述第二表面在所述卡托的其厚度方向相背设置,所述导向凹陷部开设于所述第一表面的边缘,所述边缘沿所述卡托的移动方向延伸,所述导向凸起在所述卡托厚度方向的投影为第一投影,所述第二表面在所述卡托厚度方向的投影为第二投影,所述第一投影的至少部分与所述第二投影重合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的卡托卡座模组,其中,所述第一表面包括相背的两个所述边缘,每个所述边缘均开设有所述导向凹陷部,所述导向凸起与所述导向凹陷部一一配合。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的卡托卡座模组,其中,所述导向凹陷部与所述导向凸起均为长条状结构。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的卡托卡座模组,其中,所述受力面对应的区域内埋设有金属加强件。
  10. 一种电子设备,包括电路板和权利要求1-9中任一项所述的卡托卡座模组,所述卡座固定在所述电路板上,且与所述电路板形成安装空间,所述卡托安装在所述安装空间。
