本申请涉及空调器的技术领域,特别涉及一种外壳及风管机。
在相关的技术中,风管机属于空调器的一种。风管机通常具有壳体,壳体上开设有回风口,在回风口处还设置有过滤网,利用过滤网过滤进入壳体内部的空气。风管机的滤网盖板是通过螺钉固定在风管机的壳体上,当需要更换或清洗壳体中的滤网时,操作人员需要利用工具来拆装固定滤网盖板的螺钉,滤网的更换过程较为繁琐。此外,为了保证过滤网能够稳定地安装在壳体的回风口处,一般会在壳体的回风口处设置有卡板,在人工搬运风管机的过程中,搬运人员会通过对卡板施加作用力以将风管机抬起。但是目前风管机的卡板通常是一块平整的金属板,其结构强度较低,在搬运的过程中容易变形,导致卡板阻挡过滤网,影响更换过滤网。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种外壳及风管机,提升卡板的强度,使卡板不易变形,并便于滤网更换。
根据本申请实施例的外壳,包括壳体和卡板。所述壳体一侧设置有回风口,所述卡板包括固定板以及设置于所述固定板的侧面的第一卡板折边,所述第一卡板折边沿所述固定板的长度方向布置,所述固定板沿长度方向的两端连接于所述回风口的两个侧壁,以使得所述卡板与所述回风口的两个所述侧壁限定出用于安装过滤网的插槽。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述卡板还包括第二卡板折边,所述第一卡板折边和所述第二卡板折边位于所述固定板的同一侧面,并且相对布置。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述第一卡板折边的宽度小于所述第二卡板折边的宽度。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述第二卡板折边的边缘设置有边板,所述边板沿所述固定板的长度方向布置,所述边板的自由端位于所述第一卡板折边和所述第二卡板折边之间。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述边板朝向所述固定板所在的一侧倾斜设置。

根据本申请实施例的外壳和风管机,卡板在壳体的回风口处与壳体之间形成用于安装过滤网的插槽,从而将过滤网稳定安装在壳体的回风口。在卡板的固定板设置有第一卡板折边,从而增加了卡板的强度。在搬运时,由于第一卡板折边沿固定板的长度方向设置,从而使得固定板不容易弯折变形,更可靠耐用。
本申请实施例还提供了一种外壳,包括壳体和盖板组件。所述壳体一侧具有开口,所述壳体内具有回风通道和滤网安装位,所述回风通道的一端具有回风口,所述滤网安装位设置在所述回风口处。所述盖板组件包括封板、压条和滤网盖板。所述封板盖设在所述开口处,所述封板遮挡所述开口的部分区域,以使所述开口的至少部分敞开区域形成与所述滤网安装位连通的滤网拆装口,所述压条压设在所述封板上。所述滤网盖板可开合地设置在所述滤网拆装口处,以选择性地敞开或封闭所述滤网拆装口。当所述滤网盖板处于封闭所述滤网拆装口的关闭状态,所述滤网盖板与所述压条卡接。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述封板靠近所述滤网拆装口的一侧具有弯折形成的搭接边,所述搭接边抵靠在所述壳体上,所述压条压设在所述搭接边上,所述压条、所述搭接边和所述壳体通过紧固件紧固连接。

根据本申请实施例的外壳及空调器,外壳包括壳体和盖板组件,封板盖设在开口处,封板遮挡开口的部分区域,以使开口的至少部分敞开区域形成与滤网安装位连通的滤网拆装口,压条压设在封板上,当滤网盖板处于封闭滤网拆装口的关闭状态,滤网盖板与设置在封板上的压条之间通过卡接进行固定,滤网盖板不需要通过螺钉进行固定,因此,在拆装滤网时,操作人员不需要使用工具就可以打开或关闭滤网盖板,由此,可以简化滤网的拆装流程,进而可以便于滤网更换。

目前,风管机通常具有长方体形状的壳体100,壳体100内部用于放置制造冷风或热风的各个部件,例如设置有底盘部件、电控模块、风轮风机模块、接水盘和蒸发器。壳体100可以由上盖板、下盖板、下部围板和配管压板围合组成。壳体100在长度方向的两端设置有 回风口110和出风口,在回风口110处一般设置有过滤网300,用于对进入壳体100内部的空气进行过滤。风管机在工作的过程中,将空气从回风口吸入,经过制冷或加热后从出风口排出。为了使过滤网300稳定安装在回风口110处,通常会在回风口110处设置有过滤网300的卡板200。目前的卡板200一般设置为矩形状,其长度方向上的两端与回风口110的左右两侧的侧壁120固定连接。卡板200除了有将过滤网300卡住在壳体100的回风口110的作用,在搬运风管机时,也需要对卡板200施加抬起力,但是目前的卡板200强度较低,在搬运的过程中,容易弯折变形。
参照图1、图2和图3,本申请实施例提出一种风管机,风管机包括壳体100和卡板200。卡板200包括固定板210和第一卡板折边220,固定板210长度方向上的两端与回风口110的左右两侧的侧壁120固定连接,使得卡板200与壳体100回风口110处的各个侧壁120之间形成用于安装过滤网300的插槽。安装时,可以将过滤网300从上到下插入插槽,从而将过滤网300固定在壳体100的回风口110。由于在固定板210上设置了第一卡板折边220,从而增加了固定板210的强度。而且第一卡板折边220沿固定板210的长度方向设置,使得固定板210不容易弯折变形。第一卡板折边220的各个端角可以设置为圆角,可以减少安装人员被尖锐端角割伤的情形。
结合图3、图4和图5,可以理解的是,卡板200还包括第二卡板折边230,固定板210可以是矩形板,第一卡板折边220和第二卡板折边230位于固定板210的同一侧面的上下两侧,并且相对布置。第一卡板折边220和第二卡板折边230可以是固定板210的上下两侧通过弯折得到。第一卡板折边220可以与固定板210垂直设置,并且第一卡板折边220和第二卡板折边230可以相互平行设置。通过设置两个折边,可以进一步增加固定板210的强度。在安装时,第一卡板折边220和第二卡板折边230所在的一侧朝向壳体100内部,以方便搬运时手掌的握持。
结合图4,可以理解的是,第一卡板折边220的宽度小于第二卡板折边230的宽度。在将卡板200安装到壳体100时,第一卡板折边220与壳体100的上端面抵接,第二卡板折边230从回风口110嵌入到壳体100内,第一卡板折边220在竖直方向上的投影比第二卡板折边230的投影要远离过滤网300。由于过滤网300存在一定的重量,在过滤网300抽出或插入插槽时,容易往卡板200所在的一侧倾斜。因此,将第一卡板折边220的宽度设置为小于第二卡板折边230的宽度,使得过滤网300在插入或抽出插槽时,不会因为被第一卡板折边220刮到而损坏。
结合图3、图4和图5,可以理解的是,第二卡板折边230的边缘设置有边板240,边板240沿固定板210的长度方向设置,边板240朝向第一卡板折边220。第二卡板折边230和边 板240可以矩形的板状。边板240可以由第二卡板折边230弯折形成,通过在第二卡板折边230设置边板240,可以进一步增加卡板200的强度。边板240自由端的各个端角还可以设置为圆角,使得安装人员在安装时,减少出现被尖锐的端角割伤的情形。
结合图3、图4和图5,可以理解的是,边板240为倾斜设置,并且边板240背离插槽。边板240背离插槽倾斜设置,即边板240的自由端朝向固定板210所在的一侧倾斜。这样的设置,在搬运的过程中,由于边板240和第二卡板折边230存在一定的角度,使得搬运人员的手指不易触碰到边板240的边沿而被刮伤,并且搬运人员的手心和手指可以沿着第二卡板折边230和边板240弯曲,从而具有更好的握持感。过滤网300在插槽内抽出,或者插入插槽时,由于边板240背离插槽倾斜,所以边板240的自由端在上述的过程中也不会刮到过滤网300,如此,过滤网300也就不会因为被边板240的自由端刮到而损坏。
结合图3、图4和图5,可以理解的是,边板240与第二卡板折边230之间的夹角可以是0°至90°,如此,边板240和第二卡板折边230之间形成锐角或者直角,相较于形成钝角,边板240和第二卡板折边230形成搬运时的施力位置,具有良好的握持感。
结合图3、图4和图5,可以理解的是,边板240与第二卡板折边230之间的倾斜夹角可以设置为30°至80°。当边板240与第二卡板折边230的倾斜夹角设置在30°至80°时,例如75°,搬运人员的手指比较不容易触碰到边板240的边沿,而且握持感也会比较舒适。
结合图3、图4和图5,可以理解的是,固定板210的两端设置有安装部211,安装部211与回风口110的两个侧壁120固定连接,第二卡板折边230和边板240的两端设置有避让缺口260。通常壳体100的侧壁120会有一定的厚度,在将卡板200安装到壳体100的回风口110时,为了美观,需要将第二卡板折边230和折板从回风口110嵌入壳体100内,所以第二卡板折边230和边板240长度方向上与固定板210的安装部211对应位置的两端设置有避让缺口260,可以让第二卡板折边230和边板240顺畅地嵌入到壳体100的内部。固定板210的两端设置的安装部211可以通过螺钉与回风口110的两个侧壁120固定连接。在安装部211的中部开设有螺钉孔,在壳体100的侧壁120开设有与安装部211的螺钉孔对应的螺钉孔,螺钉穿过上述的两个螺钉孔,将固定板210固定安装在壳体100的侧壁120上。固定板210的安装部211上还可以设置有卡扣,在壳体100的侧壁120对应的位置设置有卡槽,固定板210的安装部211可以通过卡扣和卡槽的配合将固定板210固定在壳体100的侧壁120上。
结合图3、图4和图5,可以理解的是,卡板200设置有加强筋250,加强筋250沿固定板210的长度方向设置。加强筋250可以是朝向壳体100内腔的柱形凸起。加强筋250可以设置成与第一卡板折边220和第二卡板折边230平行。通过沿固定板210在长度方向设置的加强筋250,可以进一步提升卡板200的强度。
结合图3、图4和图5,可以理解的是,加强筋250可以是固定板210在其中部直接冲压成型,加强筋250与第一卡板折边220位于固定板210的同一侧面。加强筋250通过在固定板210的中部冲压成型,使得固定板210的整体性较好,相较于其他的方式,还可以节省相应的材料。而且将加强筋250设置在固定板210上与第一卡板折边220相同的侧面,使得固定板210上第一卡板折边220、第二卡板折边230和加强筋250等凸起的部分都朝向壳体100腔体所在的一侧,从而使得固定板210朝向外侧的部分较为平整,使得风管机在搬运时可以有更好的握持感,也可以提升风管机的整体美观度。
可以理解的是,壳体100连接有过滤网300,过滤网300的顶部设置有磁吸件。磁吸件可以是磁铁,磁体可以永磁铁,也可以是通过电路连接的电磁铁。当过滤网300插装在插槽中时,过滤网300顶部的磁吸件与壳体100的顶部侧壁吸附。过滤网300从上至下插入到壳体300的插槽后,过滤网300的底部与壳体300的底部抵接时,过滤网300上的磁铁刚好与壳体300顶部侧壁的端面相对,并且磁铁能够与壳体300顶部侧壁的端面吸附。过滤网300通过磁吸件与壳体100吸附的安装方式,在安装牢靠的同时,还可以减少螺钉等连接件的使用,而且也方便过滤网300在插槽的拆装,提升了过滤网300的拆装效率。
结合图1至图5,在一些具体实施例中,风管机的组装,首先将内部的部件安装到壳体100的下围板内,然后安装上盖板、下盖板和配管压板。将卡板200的固定板210两端的安装部211通过螺钉与壳体100的回风口110两侧的侧壁120固定连接,从而将卡板200安装到壳体100的回风口处。卡板200的固定板210的上下两侧通过弯折得到第一卡板折边220和第二卡板折边230。在将卡板200安装到壳体100时,固定板210与壳体100固定连接,第一卡板折边220的下端面与壳体100的上端面抵接,可以使卡板200更加稳定地安装在壳体100上。上述壳体100的上端面可以是壳体100左右两个侧壁120在顶部设置的翻边。卡板200的第二卡板折边230则通过壳体100的回风口110嵌入壳体100的腔体内。第二卡板折边230的边缘处还设置有边板240,边板240可以是通过第二卡板折边230弯折形成。边板240朝向固定板210所在一侧倾斜设置,使得搬运人员在搬运的过程中,能够有更好的握持感。搬运人员在搬运风管机的过程中,通常会用手掌包裹第二卡板折边230和边板240,然后用力向上抬起。边板240和第二卡板折边230之间倾斜75°的角度设置,使搬运人员有更好握持感的同时,也不容易因为触碰到边板240的边沿而被划伤。而且第一卡板折边220的宽度比第二卡板折边230的宽度小,在将过滤网300插入插槽时,可以减少过滤网300被第一卡板折边200或边板240刮到损坏的情形。
固定板210的中部通过冲压的方式形成一个加强筋250。通过在固定板210的同一个侧面同时设置有第一卡板折边220、第二卡板折边230、边板240和加强筋250,可以有效增加 卡板200的强度,使得卡板200在搬运的过程中不易弯折变形。加强筋250的凸起部分与第一卡板折边220、第二卡板折边230设置在固定板210的同一侧面,并且都是靠近壳体100安装的过滤网300所在的一侧,使得在搬运时,第二卡板折边230和固定板210提供了手掌着力的位置,但又不会因为加强筋250和第一卡板折边220在固定板210的侧面凸起而对手掌带来不适。固定板210设置为矩形,第一卡板折边220、第二卡板折边230和边板240也设置为矩形,第一卡板折边220、第二卡板折边230分别与固定板210成90°设置,并且第一卡板折边220、第二卡板折边230和加强筋250相互平行设置。固定板210、第一卡板折边220和边板240的各个端脚处设置有圆角,可以减少安装时安装人员被尖锐的端脚割伤的情形。
壳体100的回风口110的左右两个侧壁120由于在竖直方向也设置有翻边,因此具有一定的厚度,通过在第二卡板折边230和边板240的两端设置有避让缺口260,使得在卡板200安装时,固定板210两端的安装部211与两个侧壁120的翻边固定连接,第二卡板折边230和边板240可以顺畅地从回风口110嵌入到壳体100的内腔,从而使得固定板210朝外的一侧较为平整。过滤网300的顶部可以设置有磁铁,在过滤网300插入卡板200与壳体100围合形成的插槽时,磁铁可以刚好和过滤网300顶部相对的壳体100的部分吸合,通过磁吸的安装方式,可以方便过滤网300的拆卸。过滤网300的顶部可以设置有壳体,磁体镶嵌在壳体内,并且在过滤网300插入到插槽后,过滤网300上部的壳体与壳体100的上端面的下盖板匹配,两者之间相互抵接,有利于减少外部杂物进入壳体100的内部。
再参考图6至图10,本申请实施例还提供了一种外壳,该外壳包括壳体10和盖板组件20;壳体10的一侧具有开口,壳体10内具有回风通道10a和滤网安装位10b,回风通道10a的一端具有回风口,滤网安装位10b设置在回风口处;盖板组件20包括封板21、压条22和滤网盖板23;封板21盖设在开口处,封板21遮挡开口的部分区域,以使开口的至少部分敞开区域形成与滤网安装位10b连通的滤网拆装口10c,也就是说,封板21遮挡开口的部分区域之后,开口没有被封板21遮挡的区域即为开口的敞开区域,根据需要,可以将部分敞开区域作为滤网拆装口10c,也可以将整个敞开区域作为滤网拆装口10c,压条22压设在封板21上;滤网盖板23可开合地设置在滤网拆装口10c处,以选择性地敞开或封闭滤网拆装口10c;当滤网盖板23处于封闭滤网拆装口10c的关闭状态,滤网盖板23与压条22卡接。
本申请实施例还提供了一种风管机,该风管机包括滤网和本申请任意实施例所述的外壳,滤网可拆卸地安装在滤网安装位10b上。
压条22主要用于压住封板21,以防止封板21的边缘翘起。滤网用于过滤空气中的灰尘、棉絮等杂质,以防止灰尘、棉絮等杂质从回风口进入风管机内部。滤网安装位10b用于固定 滤网,与滤网安装位10b连通的滤网拆装口10c用于取放滤网,也就是说,从滤网安装位10b上拆下的滤网需要从滤网拆装口10c处取出,同样地,安装滤网时,滤网也需要经过滤网拆装口10c才能安放到滤网安装位10b上。而滤网盖板23则主要用于封闭滤网拆装口10c,一般情况下,只有在需要拆装滤网时,才需要将滤网盖板23打开。
相关技术中,有一种风管机的滤网盖板是通过螺钉固定在风管机的壳体上,当需要拆下滤网时,操作人员需要利用工具将固定滤网盖板的螺钉取下才能打开滤网盖板,同样地,当滤网安装到滤网安装位上之后,操作人员还需要利用工具将之前取下的螺钉重新装上才能将滤网盖板固定在壳体上,拆装螺钉的过程较为繁琐,且不便于在空间狭小的地方进行操作。
而本申请实施例的滤网盖板23处于封闭滤网拆装口10c的关闭状态时,滤网盖板23与设置在封板21上的压条22之间通过卡接进行固定,滤网盖板23不需要通过螺钉进行固定,因此,在拆装滤网时,操作人员不需要使用工具就可以打开或关闭滤网盖板23,由此,可以简化滤网的拆装流程,进而可以便于滤网更换。
壳体10的开口可以设置在壳体10的底部、顶部或侧部。
滤网安装位10b可以设置成插槽结构,安装滤网时,可以直接将滤网插入插槽中进行固定,滤网安装位10b也可以是其它的结构形式,只要能够固定滤网即可。
封板21与壳体10之间可以是可拆卸地连接,比如,封板21与壳体10之间可以通过螺钉等紧固件进行紧固连接,封板21与壳体10之间也可以是不可拆卸地连接,比如,封板21与壳体10之间可以通过焊接、粘接等方式进行固定连接。
封板21可以是整体结构,也可以是多个子板的组合结构,比如,一实施例中,请参阅图6和图7,封板21包括第一子板211和第二子板212,压条22压设在第一子板211和第二子板212上,也就是说,压条22同时压住第一子板211和第二子板212。第一子板211和第二子板212之间可以通过螺钉等紧固件进行紧固连接,也可以通过焊接、粘接等方式进行固定连接,还可以不连接。
一实施例中,第一子板211可以是配管压板,即配管压板上可以设置供配管通过的通孔,第二子板212可以是下盖板。
请参阅图11和图12,滤网盖板23可以与壳体10转动连接,当需要更换滤网时,操作人员只需要旋转滤网盖板23就可以实现滤网盖板23的打开或关闭,而不需要将滤网盖板23从壳体10上取下,由此,可以更加便于更换滤网。
滤网盖板23与壳体10之间也可以是分体式结构,相当于滤网盖板23打开之后,滤网盖板23可以与壳体10分离。当滤网盖板23处于关闭状态,滤网盖板23与壳体10抵接或卡接,也就是说,当滤网盖板23处于关闭状态,滤网盖板23与压条22卡接的同时,也可以与壳体 10抵接(如图9和图10所示)或卡接。
一实施例中,请参阅图8至图10,封板21靠近滤网拆装口10c的一侧具有弯折形成的搭接边21a,搭接边21a抵靠在壳体10上,压条22压设在搭接边21a上,压条22、搭接边21a和壳体10通过紧固件紧固连接。
封板21可以用较薄的金属板制成,比如,封板21可以是钣金件,压条22压设在搭接边21a上可以防止搭接边21a翘起。压条22、搭接边21a和壳体10通过紧固件紧固连接,既可以保证压条22能够压紧搭接边21a,又可以便于拆装封板21和压条22。
一实施例中,请参阅图8至图10,滤网盖板23的侧壁上形成有第一弹性卡扣23b,压条22的侧壁上形成有第二弹性卡扣22a,当滤网盖板23处于关闭状态,第一弹性卡扣23b和第二弹性卡扣22a卡接。
当滤网盖板23处于关闭状态,第一弹性卡扣23b和第二弹性卡扣22a可以利用自身的弹力卡合在一起,当需要打开滤网盖板23时,操作人员只需要对滤网盖板23施加一定的作用力,可以使第一弹性卡扣23b与第二弹性卡扣22a分离,由此,可以便于打开或关闭滤网盖板23。
第一弹性卡扣23b数量可以是一个,也可以是多个,第二弹性卡扣22a的数量与第一弹性卡扣23b数量相对应,也就是说,只要保证每个第一弹性卡扣23b能够与对应的第二弹性卡扣22a卡接即可。
一实施例中,请参阅图6至图10,滤网盖板23的一侧具有容纳槽23a,当滤网盖板23处于关闭状态,压条22位于容纳槽23a中,也就是说,当滤网盖板23处于关闭状态,压条22可以隐藏在容纳槽23a中,由此,可以使得外壳的外观更加美观。
可以理解的是,在一些实施例中,压条22也可以设置在滤网盖板23的外侧。
另外,图8至图10中的第一弹性卡扣23b和第二弹性卡扣22a均设置成向外凸出的结构,在一些实施例中,第一弹性卡扣23b和第二弹性卡扣22a也可以均设置成向内凹陷的结构。当压条22设置在滤网盖板23的外侧时,可以是第一弹性卡扣23b和第二弹性卡中的一个设置成向外凸出的结构,第一弹性卡扣23b和第二弹性卡中的另一个设置成向外凸出的结构。
一实施例中,请参阅图8至图10,滤网盖板23具有朝滤网盖板23的同一侧翻折的第一折边23c、第二折边23d、第三折边23e和第四折边23f,第一折边23c和第二折边23d相对设置,第三折边23e和第四折边23f相对设置,第一折边23c、第二折边23d、第三折边23e和第四折边23f围设出容纳槽23a,第一弹性卡扣23b设置在第一折边23c上。
一实施例中,请参阅图8至图10,壳体10具有位于滤网拆装口10c一侧的第一抵接边10d,第二折边23d的部分区域向外翻折形成第二抵接边23g,当滤网盖板23处于关闭状态, 第二抵接边23g伸入滤网拆装口10c中且与第一抵接边10d抵接,也就是说,滤网盖板23的一侧可以通过第一折边23c与压条22卡接,滤网盖板23相对的另一侧可以通过第二抵接边23g与壳体10抵接,且当滤网盖板23关闭之后,第二抵接边23g可以隐藏在壳体10中,由此,可以使得外壳的外观能够更加美观。
一实施例中,请参阅图11和图12,盖板组件20还包括两个转臂24,每个转臂24的一端伸入容纳槽23a中且与滤网盖板23连接,每个转臂24的另一端伸入滤网拆装口10c且与壳体10的内壁转动连接,也就是说,滤网盖板23可以通过转臂24与与壳体10的内壁转动连接,且当滤网盖板23关闭之后,两个转臂24可以隐藏在壳体10中,由此,可以使得外壳的外观能够更加美观。
可以理解的是,滤网盖板23与压条22之间也不限于依靠第一弹性卡扣23b和第二弹性卡扣22a来实现卡接,比如,以滤网盖板23处于关闭状态时,压条22位于容纳槽23a中的结构形式为例,当滤网盖板23处于关闭状态,滤网盖板23可以依靠自身的弹性形变与压条22卡接,相当于容纳槽23a的内壁与压条22的外壁之间可以通过接触实现卡接。
一实施例中,请参阅图8,滤网盖板23上配置握持部23h。
握持部23h主要用于操作人员在打开或关闭滤网盖板23时握持滤网盖板23,握持部23h的配置方式有多种,比如,一实施例中,请参阅图8,握持部23h可以是滤网盖板23的部分区域向外凸出形成的扣手结构,在另一实施例中,握持部23h也可以是滤网盖板23上配置的拉手等结构。
一实施例中,一种风管机包括以上所述的外壳,该外壳包括壳体10、100,该壳体10、100包括卡板200以及盖板组件20。卡板200以及盖板组件20的具体结构及由此带来的有效效果可参考上文结合附图对实施例的描述,在此不再赘述。
上面结合附图对本申请实施例作了详细说明,但是本申请不限于上述实施例,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本申请宗旨的前提下,作出各种变化。
Claims (22)
- 一种外壳,包括:壳体,一侧设置有回风口;以及卡板,包括固定板以及设置于所述固定板的侧面的第一卡板折边,所述第一卡板折边沿所述固定板的长度方向布置,所述固定板沿长度方向的两端连接于所述回风口的两个侧壁,以使得所述卡板与所述回风口的两个所述侧壁限定出用于安装过滤网的插槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其中,所述卡板还包括第二卡板折边,所述第一卡板折边和所述第二卡板折边位于所述固定板的同一侧面,并且相对布置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的外壳,其中,所述第一卡板折边的宽度小于所述第二卡板折边的宽度。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的外壳,其中,所述第二卡板折边的边缘设置有边板,所述边板沿所述固定板的长度方向布置,所述边板的自由端位于所述第一卡板折边和所述第二卡板折边之间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的外壳,其中,所述边板朝向所述固定板所在的一侧倾斜设置。
- 根据权利要求5所述的外壳,其中,所述边板与所述第二卡板折边之间的夹角为0°至90°。
- 根据权利要求6所述的外壳,其中,所述边板与所述第二卡板折边之间的夹角为30°至80°。
- 根据权利要求2所述的外壳,其中,所述固定板的两端设置有安装部,所述安装部与所述回风口的两个侧壁固定连接,所述第二卡板折边的两端与所述安装部对应的位置设置有避让缺口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的外壳,其中,所述卡板设置有加强筋,所述加强筋沿所述固定板的长度方向设置。
- 根据权利要求9所述的外壳,其中,所述加强筋冲压成型于所述固定板的中部,所述加强筋与所述第一卡板折边位于所述固定板的同一侧面。
- 一种风管机,包括权利要求1-10任意一项所述的外壳。
- 一种外壳,包括:壳体,一侧设有开口,所述壳体内具有回风通道和滤网安装位,所述回风通道的一端具有回风口,所述滤网安装位设置在所述回风口处;以及盖板组件,所述盖板组件包括封板、压条和滤网盖板;所述封板盖设在所述开口处,所 述封板遮挡所述开口的部分区域,以使所述开口的至少部分敞开区域形成与所述滤网安装位连通的滤网拆装口,所述压条压设在所述封板上;所述滤网盖板可开合地设置在所述滤网拆装口处,以选择性地敞开或封闭所述滤网拆装口;当所述滤网盖板处于封闭所述滤网拆装口的关闭状态,所述滤网盖板与所述压条卡接。
- 根据权利要求12所述的外壳,其中,所述封板靠近所述滤网拆装口的一侧具有弯折形成的搭接边,所述搭接边抵靠在所述壳体上,所述压条压设在所述搭接边上,所述压条、所述搭接边和所述壳体通过紧固件紧固连接。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的外壳,其中,所述滤网盖板与所述壳体转动连接;或,所述滤网盖板与所述壳体为分体式结构,当所述滤网盖板处于所述关闭状态,所述滤网盖板与所述壳体抵接或卡接。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的外壳,其中,所述滤网盖板的一侧具有容纳槽,当所述滤网盖板处于所述关闭状态,所述压条位于所述容纳槽中,所述滤网盖板依靠自身的弹性形变与所述压条卡接。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的外壳,其中,所述滤网盖板的侧壁上形成有第一弹性卡扣,所述压条的侧壁上形成有第二弹性卡扣,当所述滤网盖板处于所述关闭状态,所述第一弹性卡扣和所述第二弹性卡扣卡接。
- 根据权利要求16所述的外壳,其中,所述滤网盖板的一侧具有容纳槽,当所述滤网盖板处于所述关闭状态,所述压条位于所述容纳槽中。
- 根据权利要求17所述的外壳,其中,所述滤网盖板具有朝所述滤网盖板的同一侧翻折的第一折边、第二折边、第三折边和第四折边,所述第一折边和所述第二折边相对设置,所述第三折边和所述第四折边相对设置,所述第一折边、所述第二折边、所述第三折边和所述第四折边围设出所述容纳槽,所述第一弹性卡扣设置在所述第一折边上。
- 根据权利要求18所述的外壳,其中,所述壳体具有位于所述滤网拆装口一侧的第一抵接边,所述第二折边的部分区域向外翻折形成第二抵接边,当所述滤网盖板处于所述关闭状态,所述第二抵接边伸入所述滤网拆装口中且与所述第一抵接边抵接;或,所述盖板组件还包括两个转臂,每个所述转臂的一端与所述滤网盖板连接,每个所述转臂的另一端伸入所述滤网拆装口且与所述壳体的内壁转动连接,当所述滤网盖板处于所述关闭状态,所述滤网盖板和所述壳体遮挡所述两个转臂。
- 根据权利要求12或13所述的外壳,其中,所述滤网盖板上配置握持部。
- 一种风管机,包括权利要求12-20任意一项所述的外壳。
- 一种风管机,包括权利要求1-10任意一项所述的外壳以及权利要求12-20任意一项 所述的外壳。
