本发明涉及食品、药品包装设备及方法,尤其涉及一种高速灌装加塞系统及方法。
背景技术
现有的一种灌装加塞系统,灌装装置和加塞装置固定于容器传送装置的一侧,灌装装置先对容器进行灌装,然后加塞装置对灌装后的容器进行加塞。由于加塞过程比灌装过程所需的时间短,因此灌装装置完成第一排容器的灌装之后,切换至第二排容器进行灌装时,需要等待加塞装置对第一排容器完成加塞之后,从而影响系统生产效率。此外部分灌装加塞系统中,灌装装置、加塞装置都需要在容器传输方向上运动,同时等待灌装及加塞的容器在此过程中也是有节拍的输送。在灌装及加塞过程中都需要运动机构进行配合,而灌装及加塞作业需要灌装装置、加塞装置与容器精准的定位配合,由此在进行容器的灌装与加塞作业过程中容易出现定位偏差,运行稳定性难以保证。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、生产效率高、运行稳定性好的灌装加塞系统。
本发明进一步提供上述灌装加塞系统的灌装加塞方法。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:

S3、灌装装置3完成两排以上容器8灌装后,第二加塞装置5对前一排容器8进行加塞,同时第一加塞装置4对后一排容器8进行加塞。
该灌装加塞方法,灌装装置3完成两排以上容器8灌装后,第二加塞装置5对前一排容器进行加塞,同时第一加塞装置4对后一排容器8进行加塞,,有利于提高系统的生产效率。
进一步地,步骤S2中,灌装装置3沿输送装置1移动对各排容器8分别进行灌装,也即灌装装置3采用跟踪灌装,有利于提高灌装工序的效率。
进一步地,本实施例中,步骤S3的具体步骤包括:
S3.1、摆动驱动件64带动第一加塞板61和第二加塞板62摆动,使第一胶塞定位通道63运动至第一顶塞部件71上方,第二胶塞定位通道66运动至第二顶塞部件72上方,此时第一胶塞定位通道63和第二胶塞定位通道66靠拢;
S3.2、第一顶塞部件71将一胶塞9顶入第一胶塞定位通道63内,第二顶塞部件72将另一胶塞9顶入第二胶塞定位通道66;
S3.3、摆动驱动件64带动第一加塞板61和第二加塞板62摆动,同时凸轮块65与滚动件68配合驱动第一加塞板61和第二加塞板62相对滑动,使第一胶塞定位通道63运动至第一加塞装置4下方,第二胶塞定位通道66运动至第二加塞装置5下方,此时第一胶塞定位通道63和第二胶塞定位通道66分开;
S3.4、第一加塞装置4和第二加塞装置5分别将下方的胶塞9压入容器8内。该步骤自动化程度高,可以可同时将两排胶塞9快速、准确地转移至第一加塞装置4、第二加塞装置5下方,并且第一顶塞部件71、第二顶塞部件72仅需升降运动,无需沿输送装置1移动,有利于提高胶塞9进入胶塞定位通道的效率。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种高速灌装加塞系统,其特征在于:包括输送装置(1)、送塞装置(2)、灌装装置(3)、第一加塞装置(4)、第二加塞装置(5)、以及用于将胶塞(9)转移至第一加塞装置(4)和第二加塞装置(5)的胶塞转运装置(6),所述灌装装置(3)、第一加塞装置(4)、第二加塞装置(5)、胶塞转运装置(6)以及送塞装置(2)沿输送装置(1)的输送方向依次布置,所述胶塞转运装置(6)包括平行布置的第一加塞板(61)和第二加塞板(62)、用于驱动第一加塞板(61)和第二加塞板(62)摆动的摆动驱动件(64)、以及用于驱动第一加塞板(61)和第二加塞板(62)相对滑动的凸轮块(65),所述第一加塞板(61)上设有与所述凸轮块(65)配合的滚动件(68),所述第一加塞板(61)上设有与第一加塞装置(4)对应的第一胶塞定位通道(63),所述第二加塞板(62)上设有与第二加塞装置(5)对应的第二胶塞定位通道(66),所述送塞装置(2)下方设有顶塞部件(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高速灌装加塞系统,其特征在于:所述第一加塞板(61)上设有导向杆(67),所述第二加塞板(62)设于所述导向杆(67)上,所述导向杆(67)上套设有弹性件(69),所述弹性件(69)两端分别与所述第一加塞板(61)和第二加塞板(62)抵靠。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的高速灌装加塞系统,其特征在于:所述第一加塞装置(4)和第二加塞装置(5)仅升降运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的高速灌装加塞系统,其特征在于:所述灌装装置(3)包括可沿输送装置(1)往复移动的灌针座(34)以及设于灌针座(34)上的灌针(35)。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的高速灌装加塞系统,其特征在于:所述顶塞部件(7)包括与第一胶塞定位通道(63)对应的第一顶塞部件(71)、以及与第二胶塞定位通道(66)对应的第二顶塞部件(72)。
  6. 一种权利要求1至5中任一项所述的高速灌装加塞系统的灌装加塞方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    S1、输送装置(1)输送容器(8);
    S2、灌装装置(3)对容器(8)进行灌装;
    S3、灌装装置(3)完成两排以上容器(8)灌装后,第二加塞装置(5)对前一排容器(8)进行加塞,同时第一加塞装置(4)对后一排容器(8)进行加塞。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的灌装加塞方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中,灌装装置(3)沿输送装置(1)移动对各排容器(8)分别进行灌装。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的灌装加塞方法,其特征在于:步骤S3的具体步骤包括:
    S3.1、摆动驱动件(64)带动第一加塞板(61)和第二加塞板(62)摆动,使第一胶塞定位通道(63)运动至第一顶塞部件(71)上方,第二胶塞定位通道(66)运动至第二顶塞部件(72)上方,此时第一胶塞定位通道(63)和第二胶塞定位通道(66)靠拢;
    S3.2、第一顶塞部件(71)将一胶塞(9)顶入第一胶塞定位通道(63)内,第二顶塞部件(72)将另一胶塞(9)顶入第二胶塞定位通道(66);
    S3.3、摆动驱动件(64)带动第一加塞板(61)和第二加塞板(62)摆动,同时凸轮块(65)与滚动件(68)配合驱动第一加塞板(61)和第二加塞板(62)相对滑动,使第一胶塞定位通道(63)运动至第一加塞装置(4)下方,第二胶塞定位通道(66)运动至第二加塞装置(5)下方,此时第一胶塞定位通道(63)和第二胶塞定位通道(66)分开;
    S3.4、第一加塞装置(4)和第二加塞装置(5)分别将下方的胶塞(9)压入容器(8)内。
