如图1所示,系统架构100可以包括服务器101,网络102和终端设备103、104、柜机105。网络102用以在服务器101与终端设备103、104、柜机105之间提供通信链路的介质。网络102可以包括各种连接类型,例如有线、无线通信链路或者光纤电缆等等。
终端设备103、104以及柜机105可以是硬件,也可以是软件。当终端设备103、104以及柜机105为硬件时,可以是各种电子设备,当终端设备103、104以及柜机105为软件时,可以安装在电子设备中。其可以实现成多个软件或软件模块(例如用来提供分布式服务的多个软件模块),也可以实现成单个软件或软件模块。在此不做具体限定。
终端设备103可以接收寄件用户输入的寄件信息,并基于寄件信息中的寄送位置与各个投放柜的位置之间的距离,确定出候选投放柜,然后接收用户在候选投放柜中确定的目标投放柜的标识信息,并通过网络102将寄件信息以及目标投放柜的标识信息发送至服务器101。
服务器101在接收到寄送信息以及目标投放柜的标识信息后,基于寄送信息以及目标投放柜的标识信息生成运单信息,并通过网络102将运单信息发送至终端设备104。
终端设备104在接收到运单信息后,向揽收用户呈现该运单信息,并在接收到揽收用户指示确认运单信息的指令后,接收用于开启运单信息中包括的、目标投放柜的标识信息所表征的目标投放柜的开柜信息。
当柜机105接收到终端设备103触发的物品投放指令后,生成用于使终端设备104开启目标投放柜的开柜信息,并将该开柜信息发送至服务器101,以使服务器101将该开柜信息转发至终端设备104。
需要说明的是,本公开的实施例所提供的用于发送信息的方法一般由终端设备103执行,相应地,用于发送信息的装置一般设置于终端设备103 中。

在本实施例中,当用于发送信息的方法的执行主体(例如图1所示的终端设备103)接收到第一终端的用户使用第一终端录入的,或者使用其他终端设备发送的寄件信息后,基于寄件信息中的寄送位置,以及寄送位置与各个投放柜的位置之间的距离,将位置与寄送位置的距离在预设范围内的投放柜确定为候选投放柜。其中,第一终端的用户可以是寄件用户。可以理解,投放柜与取件柜的概念是相对的,即,当用户确定某一个柜体为寄送位置时,该柜体则被称为投放柜,当用户确定某一个柜体为收件位置时,该柜体则被称为取件柜。需要说明的是,本公开中的柜体是与柜机通信连接的箱体。
步骤202,接收用户在候选投放柜中确定的目标投放柜的标识信息,其中,目标投放柜用于存放待寄送的目标物品。

本实施例提供的用于发送信息的方法,当第一终端接收到寄件信息后,基于寄件信息中的寄送位置与各个投放柜的位置之间的距离,确定候选投放柜;接收用户在候选投放柜中确定的、用于存放待寄送的目标物品的目标投放柜,然后,发送寄件信息以及目标投放柜的标识信息,使揽收用户在接收到寄件信息以及用于存放待寄送的目标物品的目标投放柜的标识信息后,完成目标物品的寄送,可以提高寄送物品的效率。由此,解决了寄送物品效率低的问题。
可选地,用于发送信息的方法包括:基于寄件信息中的收件位置与各个取件柜的位置之间的距离,确定候选取件柜;接收用户在候选取件柜中确定的目标取件柜的标识信息,其中,目标取件柜用于存放已送达的目标物品;发送目标取件柜的标识信息。
在本实施例中,第一终端可以基于寄件信息中的收件位置,以及收件位置与各个取件柜的位置之间的距离,将位置与收件位置的距离在预设范围内的取件柜确定为候选取件柜,接收用户在候选取件柜中确定的用于存放已送达的目标物品的目标取件柜的标识信息,并将该目标取件柜的标识信息发送服务器,以使服务器将其转发至第二终端,或者第一终端可以直接将目标取件柜的标识信息发送至第二终端。目标取件柜的标识信息可以是目标取件柜的编号、可以是目标取件柜的位置信息等可以用于标识目标取件柜的信息。
本实施例中,采用目标取件柜作为目标物品的收件方,可以进一步提高寄送物品的效率,以及增加用户的便利性。
可选地,用于发送信息的方法包括:获取时效信息,时效信息用于表征目标物品存入目标投放柜的最晚时间;发送时效信息。
在本实施例中,第一终端可以获取时效信息,并将该时效信息发送至服务器。其中,时效信息用于表征目标物品存入目标投放柜的最晚时间,该 时效信息可以是用户设定的时间,例如,用户设定在确定出目标投放柜后3小时内将存放物品;该时效信息也可以是提供投放柜的平台规定的时间;该时效信息还可以是第一终端基于寄件地址与目标投放柜的位置之间距离计算出的时间等。
本实施例通过获取时效信息,使寄件用户在预定的时间内完成寄送物品的投放,可以提高寄件的效率以及提高投放柜的利用率。
可选地,用于发送信息的方法包括:接收并呈现用于表征取消寄送目标物品的信息。
在本实施例中,第一终端可以接收服务器发送的用于表征取消寄送目标物品的信息,并将该信息呈现给用户,使用户及时了解其所寄送物品的状态,提升用户的使用舒适度。

在本实施例中,若第二终端确定运单信息所指示的寄件路径,与第二终端用户的预期或者当前的行驶路径之间的相似度满足相似度阈值,则生成承运指令,该承运指令用于表征第二终端用户承运运单信息中的目标物品。其中,运单信息所指示的寄件路径,与第二终端用户的预期或者当前的行驶路径之间的相似度满足相似度阈值,可以是指寄件路径与第二终端用户的行 驶轨迹相同,或者寄件路径与第二终端用户的行驶轨迹的偏差不超出预设的偏差范围。第二终端用户的行驶路径可以通过第二终端上的导航程序获得,可以基于第二终端用户的输入获得,也可以基于第二终端的定位系统确定的第二终端的位置获得。
本实施例提供的用于生成信息的方法,第二终端接收包括目标投放柜的标识信息的运单信息后,若确定运单信息指示的寄件路径与第二终端用户的行驶路径的相似度满足相似度阈值,生成用于表征承运运单信息中的目标物品的承运指令,若检测到承运指令,接收用于开启目标投放柜的开柜信息,可以根据第二终端用户的行驶路径与寄件路径的相近程度实现目标物品的揽收或目标物品的寄送,可以提高寄件效率以及降低运输成本。
可选地,用于生成信息的方法还包括:响应于检测到承运指令,接收用于开启目标投放柜的开柜信息。
在本实施例中,当第二终端检测到用于表征承运运单信息中的目标物品的指令后,基于向服务器发送的信息获取指令接收服务器返回的用于开启目标投放柜的开柜信息。第二终端用户可以利用开柜信息开启目标投放柜,取出目标投放柜中的待寄送目标物品以进行寄送。
在本实施例中,用于表征承运运单信息中的目标物品的指令可以是第二终端呈现运单信息后,接收到的用户触发的确认接收运单信息的指令,例如,用户通过第二终端的显示装置知晓运单信息后,触发的确认承运该运单信息中的目标物品的指令;用于表征承运运单信息中的目标物品的指令也可以是第二终端在接收到运单信息后自动生成的。

可选地,用于发送信息的方法包括:响应于接收到第二终端发送的开柜信息,开启目标投放柜,并生成收件验证信息,其中,收件验证信息用于验证收件方身份;发送收件验证信息。

本实施例中,当柜机识别出存放于目标投放柜中的目标物品为预设的违禁品后,生成警报信息以通过服务器转发至第一终端,提示第一终端用户该物品无法寄送,便于用户更换寄送物品,可以提高投放柜的利用率,以及寄件成功率。
在一些应用场景中,如图6所示,其示出了一个具体的应用场景流程600,包括以下步骤:
步骤601,接收寄件信息:第一终端可以接收用户输入的寄件信息。
步骤602,确定目标投放柜、目标取件柜、获取时效信息:第一终端可以根据各个投放柜的位置与寄送地址之间的距离、以及各个取件柜的位置与收件地址之间的距离,确定出候选投放柜与候选取件柜,并接收用户确定的目标投放柜以及目标取件柜,以及获取投放待寄送物品的最晚时间。
步骤603,发送信息,第一终端将目标投放柜的标识信息、目标取件柜的标识信息以及时效信息发送至服务器。
步骤604,生成并发送柜体占用信息:服务器基于目标投放柜的标识信 息、目标取件柜的标识信息以及时效信息生成柜体占用信息、以及向柜机系统发送该信息以对相应的柜体进行预占位,避免其他寄件用户在相同或者相近的时间内,将其确定为目标投放柜,若当前时刻超过时效信息所指示的寄送物品存入目标投放柜的最晚时间,则将预占位的相应柜体进行释放,以方便其他用户进行寄件。
步骤605,生成运单信息:服务器基于寄件信息、目标投放柜的标识信息、目标取件柜的标识信息生成运单信息。
步骤606,扣除预缴运费:服务器从第一终端用户的预缴押金中扣除本次运费。
步骤607,发送运单信息:服务器将运单信息发送至各个第二终端,可以理解,第二终端可以通过确认接收运单实现运单的承接。
步骤608,确定承运该运单信息中寄送的物品:若第二终端用户当前或者与其的行驶路径与该寄送的物品的寄送路径一致或者相近,则第二终端用户或者第二终端可以确认接收该运单信息,以承运该运单信息中寄送的物品。
步骤609,通知最晚投柜时间:当有第二终端用户承运本次寄送的物品时,服务器向第一终端发送最晚投柜时间,以提醒第一终端用户及时将待寄送的物品放入目标投放柜中。
步骤610,校验向目标投放柜投放物品的用户的身份:第一终端向柜机发送目标投放柜的编码标识,若柜机检测第一终端发送的目标投放柜的编码标识与服务器发送的第一终端发送的目标投放柜的编码标识一致,则验证通过。
步骤611,验证通过,指示投放物品:柜机验证信息通过后,可以开启目标投放柜的柜门或者发送提示信息,以提示第一终端用户可以投放待寄送的物品。
步骤612,用户向目标投放柜中的寄件箱中投放物品:用户可以直接将 待寄送的物品放入目标投放柜中,为了提高待寄送物品的安全性以及隐私性,也可以将待寄送的物品放入目标投放柜中的寄件箱中,该寄件箱在锁闭后需要通过开箱码打开、并且该寄件箱具有定位跟踪装置,可以提高寄件系统的安全性。
步骤613,检测物品是否为违禁品:柜机可以通过目标投放柜内或者寄件箱内安装的摄像装置,以及基于物品识别方法识别存入的物品是否为违禁品,若为违禁品,则向第一终端用户发出提醒消息。
步骤614,关闭箱体、关闭目标投放柜:待寄送物品存入寄件箱后,柜机控制锁闭寄件箱以及目标投放柜。
步骤615,生成开箱码、开柜码。

    响应于接收到寄件信息,基于所述寄件信息中的寄送位置与各个投放柜的位置之间的距离,确定候选投放柜;
    接收用户在所述候选投放柜中确定的目标投放柜的标识信息,其中,所述目标投放柜用于存放待寄送的目标物品;
    发送所述寄件信息以及所述目标投放柜的标识信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    基于所述寄件信息中的收件位置与各个取件柜的位置之间的距离,确定候选取件柜;
    接收用户在所述候选取件柜中确定的目标取件柜的标识信息,其中,所述目标取件柜用于存放已送达的所述目标物品;
    发送所述目标取件柜的标识信息。

    第四接收单元,被配置为接收寄件信息以及目标投放柜的标识信息,其中,所述目标投放柜用于存放待寄送的目标物品;
    第四生成单元,被配置为基于所述寄件信息以及所述目标投放柜的标识信息,生成运单信息;
    第六发送单元,被配置为将所述运单信息发送至第二终端。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    第五接收单元,被配置为接收目标取件柜的标识信息,其中,所述目标取件柜用于存放已送达的所述目标物品;
    所述第四生成单元,包括:
    生成模块,被配置为基于所述目标投放柜的标识信息以及所述目标取件柜的标识信息,生成运单信息。
  26. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    第六接收单元,被配置为接收时效信息,其中,所述时效信息用于指示所述目标物品存入所述目标投放柜的最晚时间;
    第五生成单元,被配置为响应于确定当前时间超过所述目标物品存入所述目标投放柜的最晚时间,且未接收到用于使第二终端用户开启所述目标投放柜的开柜信息,生成用于表征取消寄送所述目标物品的信息。
  27. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    第七接收单元,被配置为接收用于使第二终端用户开启所述目标投放柜的开柜信息;
    第七发送单元,被配置为将所述开柜信息发送至所述第二终端。
  28. 根据权利要求24所述的装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    第八接收单元,被配置为接收收件验证信息,其中,所述收件验证信息用于验证收件方身份;
    第八发送单元,被配置为将所述收件验证信息发送至第三终端。
  29. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-14中任一项所述的方法。
  30. 一种存储有计算机指令的非瞬时计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行权利要求1-14中任一项所述的方法。
