请参阅图1至图7,本发明提供流水装配线制造的安全设备,包括固定座6、位于固定座6底部一端对称分布的第一连接底柱3和位于固定座6底部另一端对称分布的第二接底柱8,第一连接底柱3、第二接底柱8均起到支撑固定固定座6的效果,固定座6的中部转动连接有输送带12,固定座6的顶部设置有安全设备,安全设备用于隔离输送带12上的产品与工作人员的隔离,同时安全设备可根据使用需求进行位调节位移,安全设备包括固定底板13,固定底板13位于固定座6的正上方,固定底板13与固定座6相贴合,固定底板13的顶部固定连接有多个保护杆2,多个保护杆2与固定底板13可卡合连接、一体式连接或焊接,多个保护杆2的顶部固定连接有固定顶板1,多个保护杆2与固定顶板1可卡合连接、一体式连接或焊接,固定顶板1靠近输送带12的一侧开设有多个复位卡槽14,两个固定顶板1之间安装有多个固定横柱19,两个安全设备中部放置固定横柱19,可进一步提高安全设备的稳定性,固定横柱19的两端对称分布有复位卡块,且复位卡块与复位卡槽14匹配使用,复位卡块可放置于复位卡槽14内,固定底板13的底部固定连接有多个调节齿轮17,且多个调节齿轮17均位于固定座6的内部,多个调节齿轮17可用于安全设备的移动,固定座6的内部开设有与多个调节齿轮17配合使用的调节滑轨11,调节滑轨11、调节齿轮17匹配使用,多个调节齿轮17在调节滑轨11内旋转移动,从而带动安全设备进行移动,固定底板13远离输送带12的一侧固定连接有定位座20,定位座20的中部转动连接有固定螺纹杆16,且固定螺纹杆16贯穿定位座20的中部,定位座20、固定螺纹杆16用于对安全设备进行固定;
固定顶板1的顶部活动连接有多个滑动开关18,滑动开关18起到把手的作用,滑动开关18的底部固定连接有复位滑板21,且复位滑板21的一端位于复位卡槽14内,滑动开关18滑动的同时可带动复位滑板21一并滑动,复位滑板21远离复位卡槽14的底部对称分布有复位弹簧23,复位弹簧23为弹性材质,受到作用力时会发生形变,失去作用力后恢复原状态,固定顶板1的内部靠近复位卡槽14的位置处开设有与复位滑板21、复位弹簧23配合使用的储物槽22,当滑动开关18、复位滑板21向远离复位卡槽14的一端滑动时,滑动开关18、复位滑板21可滑动至储物槽22内,复位卡槽14的侧壁开设有与复位滑板21配合使用的定位矩形槽24;
固定座6的一端中间设有清洁设备,清洁设备用于清洁输送流水线的输送带12,清洁设备包括清洁杆15,清洁杆15位于两个第二接底柱8的中部顶端,且清洁杆15位于输送带12的正下方,一个第二接底柱8的内壁固定连接有与清洁杆15配合使用的固定盘10,另一个第二接底柱8的内壁转动连接有与清洁杆15配合使用的固定卡环27,固定卡环27远离清洁杆15的一端焊接或一体式连接有调节螺纹杆26,调节螺纹杆26远离固定卡环27的一端焊接或一体式连接有限位转环9,且限位转环9位于第二接底柱8的外部,第二接底柱8的中部开设有与调节螺纹杆26配合使用的调节螺纹槽25,拆卸清洁杆15时,只需旋转限位转环9,使得限位转环9的旋转带动调节螺纹杆26、固定卡环27旋转,使得调节螺纹杆26、调节螺纹槽25螺纹旋转从而改变固定卡环27的位移,第二接底柱8的内壁开设有与固定卡环27配合使用的圆形槽,使得固定卡环27向左端滑动至圆形槽内,从而使得清洁杆15可正常拆卸。
进一步地,固定底板13通过转轴与调节齿轮17转动连接,且转轴位于固定座6的内部,使得调节齿轮17可在调节滑轨11内部旋转。
进一步地,定位座20的内部开设有与固定螺纹杆16配合使用的螺纹孔,固定螺纹杆16靠近固定座6的端部设有橡胶垫,当安全设备想要固定时,只需旋转定位座20中部的固定螺纹杆16,使得固定螺纹杆16与螺纹孔旋转固定,使得固定螺纹杆16一端的橡胶垫与固定座6紧密贴合,从而将安全设备进行了固定。
进一步地,复位卡槽14的横截面为矩形,且复位卡槽14的形状大小与复位卡块的形状大小一致,使得固定横柱19的连接更加便捷。
进一步地,复位卡槽14的高度大于复位卡块的高度,使得复位卡槽14、复位卡块紧密贴合后,复位滑板21可滑动至定位矩形槽24内。
进一步地,每一个固定底板13底部的调节齿轮17的数量均大于五个,进一步使得固定底板13移动更加便捷。
进一步地,复位滑板21的横截面为矩形,且复位滑板21的形状大小与定位矩形槽24的形状大小一致,使得复位滑板21可深入定位矩形槽24内,进一步提高了固定横柱19的稳定性,复位滑板21的长度大于复位卡槽14的长度,使得固定横柱19两端的复位卡块可通过复位滑板21卡合在复位卡槽14内。
进一步地,固定座6的底部中间固定连接有操作电箱4,操作电箱4的一侧表现固定连接有操作箱5,固定座6的底部一端固定连接有电机箱7,进一步提高了流水线的实用性。
工作原理:首先将安全设备安装,使得安全设备可通过调节滑轨11、调节齿轮17进行左右滑动,实现位移调节,有效的隔离了输送带12上的产品与工作人员的接触,将固定横柱19安装后可进一步增加安全设备的安全性,将滑动开关18向一端滑动,使得复位滑板21随之滑动,使得复位弹簧23受到滑动开关18的拉力而向一侧滑动,接着将固定横柱19两端的复位卡块放置于复位卡槽14内,使得复位卡槽14、复位卡块紧密贴合,接着松动滑动开关18,使得复位弹簧23失去作用力恢复原状态,使得复位滑板21弹回至与定位矩形槽24紧密贴合,从而加固了固定横柱19的连接,使得安全设备稳定性更高,且可根据使用需求调节安全设备的位移;接着将清洁杆15安装,将清洁杆15的一端对准固定盘10的位置处,接着将清洁杆15处于水平的状态,然后旋转限位转环9,使得限位转环9的旋转带动调节螺纹杆26、固定卡环27旋转,使得调节螺纹杆26、调节螺纹槽25螺纹旋转从而改变固定卡环27的位移,使得固定卡环27从圆形槽内滑动至与清洁杆15相连接,从而使得清洁杆15安装,清洁杆15可自动化的清洁输送带12的表面。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 流水装配线制造的安全设备,包括固定座(6)、位于固定座(6)底部一端对称分布的第一连接底柱(3)和位于固定座(6)底部另一端对称分布的第二接底柱(8),所述固定座(6)的中部转动连接有输送带(12),其特征在于:所述固定座(6)的顶部设置有安全设备,所述安全设备包括固定底板(13),所述固定底板(13)位于固定座(6)的正上方,所述固定底板(13)的顶部固定连接有多个保护杆(2),多个所述保护杆(2)的顶部固定连接有固定顶板(1),所述固定顶板(1)靠近输送带(12)的一侧开设有多个复位卡槽(14),两个所述固定顶板(1)之间安装有多个固定横柱(19),所述固定横柱(19)的两端对称分布有复位卡块,且所述复位卡块与复位卡槽(14)匹配使用,所述固定底板(13)的底部固定连接有多个调节齿轮(17),且多个所述调节齿轮(17)均位于固定座(6)的内部,所述固定座(6)的内部开设有与多个调节齿轮(17)配合使用的调节滑轨(11),所述调节滑轨(11)、调节齿轮(17)匹配使用,所述固定底板(13)远离输送带(12)的一侧固定连接有定位座(20),所述定位座(20)的中部转动连接有固定螺纹杆(16),且所述固定螺纹杆(16)贯穿定位座(20)的中部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的流水装配线制造的安全设备,其特征在于:所述固定顶板(1)的顶部活动连接有多个滑动开关(18),所述滑动开关(18)的底部固定连接有复位滑板(21),且所述复位滑板(21)的一端位于复位卡槽(14)内,所述复位滑板(21)远离复位卡槽(14)的底部对称分布有复位弹簧(23),所述固定顶板(1)的内部靠近复位卡槽(14)的位置处开设有与复位滑板(21)、复位弹簧(23)配合使用的储物槽(22),所述复位卡槽(14)的侧壁开设有与复位滑板(21)配合使用的定位矩形槽(24)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的流水装配线制造的安全设备,其特征在于:所述固定座(6)的一端中间设有清洁设备,所述清洁设备包括清洁杆(15),所述清洁杆(15)位于两个第二接底柱(8)的中部顶端,且所述清洁杆(15)位于输送带(12)的正下方,一个所述第二接底柱(8)的内壁固定连接有与清洁杆(15)配合使用的固定盘(10),另一个所述第二接底柱(8)的内壁转动连接有与清洁杆(15)配合使用的固定卡环(27),所述固定卡环(27)远离清洁杆(15)的一端固定连接有调节螺纹杆(26),所述调节螺纹杆(26)远离固定卡环(27)的一端固定连接有限位转环(9),且所述限位转环(9)位于第二接底柱(8)的外部,所述第二接底柱(8)的中部开设有与调节螺纹杆(26)配合使用的调节螺纹槽(25),所述第二接底柱(8)的内壁开设有与固定卡环(27)配合使用的圆形槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的流水装配线制造的安全设备,其特征在于:所述固定底板(13)通过转轴与调节齿轮(17)转动连接,且所述转轴位于固定座(6)的内部。
  5. 根据权利要求6所述的流水装配线制造的安全设备,其特征在于:所述定位座(20)的内部开设有与固定螺纹杆(16)配合使用的螺纹孔,所述固定螺纹杆(16)靠近固定座(6)的端部设有橡胶垫。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的流水装配线制造的安全设备,其特征在于:所述复位卡槽(14)的横截面为矩形,且所述复位卡槽(14)的形状大小与复位卡块的形状大小一致。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的流水装配线制造的安全设备,其特征在于:所述复位卡槽(14)的高度大于复位卡块的高度。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的流水装配线制造的安全设备,其特征在于:每一个所述固定底板(13)底部的调节齿轮(17)的数量均大于五个。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的流水装配线制造的安全设备,其特征在于:所述复位滑板(21)的横截面为矩形,且复位滑板(21)的形状大小与定位矩形槽(24)的形状大小一致,所述复位滑板(21)的长度大于复位卡槽(14)的长度。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的流水装配线制造的安全设备,其特征在于:所述固定座(6)的底部中间固定连接有操作电箱(4),所述操作电箱(4)的一侧表现固定连接有操作箱(5),所述固定座(6)的底部一端固定连接有电机箱(7)。
