本实用新型涉及一种电动驱动的清洁刷结构,具体是指一种双角度使用的清洁刷。
背景技术
目前,以电池作为电源电动驱动的清洁刷主要是由刷柄、安装在刷柄内的电池、电机和齿轮组、安装在刷柄头部并连接在齿轮组的输出轴上的刷头、及安装在刷柄外表面的控制开关等结构构成,工作时通过控制开关来控制电机的启动,并经齿轮组驱动刷头实现转动,则用户只需将刷头接触待清洁的工作面即可完成清洁工作,故具有使用轻松、省力等优点。然而,上述清洁刷的刷柄都是一根直柄,当用户握持刷柄使用时,只能使刷头处于直线使用状态,即刷头的轴心线与刷柄的轴心线始终处于同一直线上,而不少场所却要求刷头能够相对刷柄处于弯折使用状态,即用户握持刷柄时,刷头的轴心线与刷柄的轴心线交叉,但传统的清洁刷都是不具备这种功能的,使用功能过于单一,由此导致这类清洁刷的使用都受到了一定的限制,也就难以满足用户更高的使用需要。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种能进行双角度使用的清洁刷,该清洁刷的使用功能更加丰富,且使用场所受限制小,能满足用户更高的使用需要。
本实用新型的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种双角度使用的清洁刷,包括刷柄、安装在刷柄内的电池、电机和齿轮组、安装在刷柄头部并连接在齿轮组的输出轴上的刷头、及安装在刷柄外表面并控制所述电机启闭的控制开关,所述的刷柄是由头部和柄部构成,在头部后端面与柄部前端面之间分别设有互相转动密封连接的连接孔和连接柱;所述的柄部前端面上设有两个锁孔;所述的头部后端外表面上设有推块,该推块后部设有伸出头部后端面并选择配装两个锁孔的锁块。
所述的两个锁孔是以柄部的轴心线为中心对称设置在柄部前端面上。
所述的柄部前端设有一块中连接板,该中连接板的两侧分别设有弧盖,且两个弧盖互相扣合固定在中连接板上;所述的连接柱一体成型于中连接板的前端;每个所述的锁孔正好被两个弧盖对中剖分成两半。
所述的头部后端面上设有一圈沿连接孔的孔口圆周围合凸起的止脱环,所述的两个弧盖内表面设有止脱槽,且两个弧盖互相扣合固定在中连接板上,并使所述止脱环转动配装 在止脱槽内。
所述的头部后端面与柄部前端面设为相对转动的椭圆面。
所述的连接柱为外端小、内端大的锥柱,相应的连接孔为外端大、内端小的锥孔,所述的连接柱外表面设有嵌装固定的密封圈,该密封圈与所述连接孔作动密封接触。
所述的头部相对柄部转动,该头部的轴心线与柄部的轴心线在同一直线上,或头部的轴心线与柄部的轴心线交叉。
所述的连接柱内设有供导线穿过的导线孔;所述的柄部后端设有供接长杆插装的安装孔。
所述的推块轴向移动设置在头部外表面的滑槽内,该滑槽内还设有顶推所述推块向后移动的推块弹簧。
所述的刷头为布刷头或毛刷头。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型主要是将清洁刷的刷柄设为由头部和柄部构成的两段式结构,并且在头部后端面与柄部前端面之间分别设有相互配插的连接孔和连接柱,从而构成两者之间的互相转动密封连接;同时,柄部前端面上还设有两个锁孔,相应在头部后端外表面上设有推块,该推块后部设有伸出头部后端面的锁块;当头部相对柄部转动,并使头部的轴心线与柄部的轴心线在同一直线上,或头部的轴心线与柄部的轴心线交叉,即头部与柄部转动至直线使用状态或弯折使用状态时,就能通过推块推动锁块选择配装在两个锁孔内,从而实现两种使用状态的锁定;因此,改进后的这种清洁刷,不但使用功能更加丰富,而且使用场所受限制小,也能满足用户更高的使用需要。

具体实施方式
下面将按上述附图对本实用新型实施例再作详细说明。
如图1~图5所示,1.刷头、2.齿轮组、21.输出轴、3.电机、4.头部、41.滑槽、42.连接孔、43.止脱环、5.推块弹簧、6.推块、61.锁块、7.控制开关、8.柄部、81.安装孔、82.导线孔、83.中连接板、84.连接柱、85.密封圈、86.弧盖、87.锁孔、88.止脱槽、9.电池。
一种双角度使用的清洁刷,如图1、图3所示,涉及一种以电池作为电源而电动驱动刷头旋转工作的清洁刷,其结构主要是由刷柄、电池9、电机3、齿轮组2、刷头1和控制开关7等构成。
所述的刷柄采用头部4和柄部8共同构成的两段式结构,该头部4与柄部8之间设为相互转动的连接关系,且头部4后端面与柄部8前端面设为相对转动的椭圆面,故当头部4相对柄部8转动时,该头部的轴心线与柄部的轴心线处于同一直线上,或头部的轴心线与柄部的轴心线交叉,即头部4与柄部8转动至如图1、图2所示的直线使用状态或图3、图4所示的弯折使用状态。
所述的头部4与柄部8的转动连接结构为:在头部4后端面设有沿其轴心线设置的连接孔42,该连接孔为外端大、内端小的锥孔,还设有一圈沿连接孔42的孔口作圆周围合凸起的止脱环43;而柄部8前端设有一块中连接板83,该中连接板是沿柄部8前端面的直径线向外延伸的,在中连接板83的两侧分别设有弧盖86,且两个弧盖互相扣合并经螺钉固定安装在中连接板83上而形成一体,则两个弧盖86的外端面即构成了整个柄部8的前端面;同时,中连接板83的前端设有一体成型的连接柱84,该连接柱为外端小、内端大的锥柱,在连接柱84外表面设有嵌装固定的密封圈85,故将连接柱84配装在连接孔42内,并使密封圈85与连接孔42作动密封接触,就能形成头部4与柄部8之间的互相转动密封连接。
另外,为了防止转动密封连接的头部4与柄部8之间出现脱离,在两个弧盖86内表面均设有止脱槽88,则当两个弧盖86互相扣合固定在中连接板83上时,正好将头部4后端面上的止脱环43转动配装在内,则在不影响头部4与柄部8之间相对转动的基础上,也能有效防止头部4与柄部8之间出现意外脱离。
而当头部4相对柄部8转动至清洁刷处于直线使用状态或弯折使用状态时,还必须给予这两种使用状态的锁定,故需在头部4后端外表面上设有推块6,该推块轴向移动设置在头部4外表面的滑槽41内,在滑槽内设有顶推推块6向后移动的推块弹簧5,推块6后部设有锁块61;相应在柄部8前端面上设有两个以柄部的轴心线为中心作对称设置的锁孔87,这两个锁孔的每个锁孔都正好被两个弧盖86对中剖分成两半;当清洁刷分别处于直线使用状态或弯折使用状态时,锁块61在推块弹簧5的作用下将始终伸出头部4后端面,并分别配装在两个锁孔87内,此时头部4相对柄部8无法转动,从而实现两种使用状态的锁定;当手动推动推块6克服推块弹簧5的弹力,并使得锁块61内缩而脱离锁孔87,此时头部4又能相对柄部8转动而实现使用状态的转换。
所述的电机3和齿轮组2均设置在头部内,且齿轮组的输出轴21伸出头部4前端并 安装刷头1,该刷头是用于清洁的部件,可根据实际使用需要选用布刷头或毛刷头,如毛刷头包括尖毛刷、平毛刷、球毛刷等。
所述的电池9设置在柄部8内,控制开关7安装在柄部8外表面上,该电机3、电池9和控制开关7之间作电路连接,故控制开关7能控制电机3的启闭,则连接柱84和中连接板83内也要设有供导线穿过的导线孔82,以在不影响头部4相对柄部8转动的基础上实现供电;所述的柄部8后端设有一个后开口的安装孔81,可供接长杆插装,则用户既能直接手持柄部使用,又能手持接长杆用于高处清洁。

  1. 一种双角度使用的清洁刷,包括刷柄、安装在刷柄内的电池(9)、电机(3)和齿轮组(2)、安装在刷柄头部并连接在齿轮组(2)的输出轴(21)上的刷头(1)、及安装在刷柄外表面并控制所述电机(3)启闭的控制开关(7),其特征在于所述的刷柄是由头部(4)和柄部(8)构成,在头部(4)后端面与柄部(8)前端面之间分别设有互相转动密封连接的连接孔(42)和连接柱(84);所述的柄部(8)前端面上设有两个锁孔(87);所述的头部(4)后端外表面上设有推块(6),该推块后部设有伸出头部(4)后端面并选择配装两个锁孔(87)的锁块(61)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双角度使用的清洁刷,其特征在于所述的两个锁孔(87)是以柄部(8)的轴心线为中心对称设置在柄部(8)前端面上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种双角度使用的清洁刷,其特征在于所述的柄部(8)前端设有一块中连接板(83),该中连接板的两侧分别设有弧盖(86),且两个弧盖互相扣合固定在中连接板(83)上;所述的连接柱(84)一体成型于中连接板(83)的前端;每个所述的锁孔(87)正好被两个弧盖(86)对中剖分成两半。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种双角度使用的清洁刷,其特征在于所述的头部(4)后端面上设有一圈沿连接孔(42)的孔口圆周围合凸起的止脱环(43),所述的两个弧盖(86)内表面设有止脱槽(88),且两个弧盖(86)互相扣合固定在中连接板(83)上,并使所述止脱环(43)转动配装在止脱槽(88)内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双角度使用的清洁刷,其特征在于所述的头部(4)后端面与柄部(8)前端面设为相对转动的椭圆面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双角度使用的清洁刷,其特征在于所述的连接柱(84)为外端小、内端大的锥柱,相应的连接孔(42)为外端大、内端小的锥孔,所述的连接柱(84)外表面设有嵌装固定的密封圈(85),该密封圈与所述连接孔(42)作动密封接触。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双角度使用的清洁刷,其特征在于所述的头部(4)相对柄部(8)转动,该头部(4)的轴心线与柄部(8)的轴心线在同一直线上,或头部(4)的轴心线与柄部(8)的轴心线交叉。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种双角度使用的清洁刷,其特征在于所述的连接柱(84)内设有供导线穿过的导线孔(82);所述的柄部(8)后端设有供接长杆插装的安装孔(81)。
