本发明涉及一种轮胎生产设备,特别是涉及一种三角胶胶片贴合系统。
轮胎生产设备包括轮胎成型机、轮胎钢丝圈机械、轮胎定型硫化机、胶囊硫化机、垫带硫化机、内胎接头机和内胎硫化机,以及力车胎机械、轮胎翻修机械、再生胶生产机械和一些辅助设备,如橡胶胎用三角胶与钢圈贴合机,传统的橡胶胎用三角胶与钢圈贴合机机构大都较为复杂,工艺稳定性较差,橡胶胎的尺寸不同就需要用不同的设备,通用性较差。
本发明的目的在于提供一种贴合效果好、通用性强的三角胶胶片贴合系统。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:本发明是一种三角胶胶片贴合系统,包括钢丝圈送料机构、钢丝圈贴合机构、胶片送料机构、胶片贴合机构。

4、由于本发明胶片送料机构包括胶片送料架、送料框架、胶片输送带、胶片滚轮、胶片导向轮组、胶片切料机构、多个胶片压料机构,胶片导向轮组与多个胶片压料机构分别顶压在置于输送带上的三角胶的两侧,将三角胶牢牢的定位,以便胶片切料机构准确的切料,具有切料准确的优点。

所述圈撑开机构25包括撑开气缸251、撑开盘252、多根撑开杆253、多个撑开座254;所述撑开气缸251的缸体固定在圈转盘机构24上转盘244的中央,撑开气缸251的活塞杆杆端与撑开盘252中央连接,多根撑开杆253的内端分别与撑开盘252的外沿铰接,多根撑开杆253的外端分别与多个撑开座254的内端铰接且多根撑开杆253等距、均匀分布,撑开座254的外沿设有用于支撑钢丝圈的凹槽2541。
所述防倒胶机构26包括多组防倒胶单元260,该多组防倒胶单元260等距、均匀安装在圈转盘机构24上转盘244的周边上;所述防倒胶单元260包括防倒胶导轨261、防倒胶滑板262、防倒胶气缸263、防倒胶连杆264、防倒胶头265、防倒胶丝杆266、防倒胶把手267;所述防倒胶导轨261固定在转盘244上,防倒胶滑板262滑接在防倒胶导轨261上,防倒胶气缸263的缸体固定在防倒胶滑板262正面上,防倒胶气缸263的活塞杆杆端与防倒胶连杆264的一端连接,防倒胶连杆264的中部铰接在防倒胶滑板262上,防倒胶连杆264的另一端与防倒胶头265连接,防倒胶把手267固定在防倒胶丝杆266的顶部,防倒胶丝杆266可转动的安装在转盘244上,防倒胶丝杆266的中部螺接在防倒胶滑板262的背面,驱动防倒胶滑板262上下移动。
所述滚压机构27有两组,相对而设;所述滚压机构27包括滚压机架271、滚压气缸272、滚压轮273;所述的滚压机架271固定在圈贴合机架21上,滚压气缸272的缸体固定在滚压机架271上,滚压气缸272的活塞杆杆端与滚压轮273连接。
所述钢丝圈贴合机构2的工作原理:所述圈撑开机构25向外展开,撑住钢丝圈10,横向移动机构22驱动圈转盘机构24、圈撑开机构25向胶片贴合机构4移动,胶片贴合机构4上的三角胶套接在钢丝圈10上,多组防倒胶机构26防止三角胶倒下,三角胶完成与钢丝圈10的套接后;横向移动机构22驱动圈转盘机构24、圈撑开机构25向回移动,同时,两组滚压机构27不断的滚压套接在一起的三角胶与钢丝圈10,完成三角胶与钢丝圈10的紧密结合。
如图8、图9所示,所述胶片送料机构3包括胶片送料架31、送料框架32、胶片输送带33、胶片滚轮34、胶片导向轮组35、胶片切料机构36、多个胶片压料机构37、框架升降机构38;所述送料框架32的一端铰接在胶片送料架31顶部,送料框架32的另一端与框架升降机构38铰接,胶片输送带33安装在送料框架32内,胶片滚轮34安装在送料框架32的一端且位于胶片输送带33的出料端,胶片导向轮组35安装在送料框架31的内侧且位于胶片输送带33的一侧,胶片切料机构36、多个胶片压料机构37皆安装在送料框架31上且位于胶片输送带33的正上方。
所述胶片导向轮组35由轮架351和多个导向轮352组成;所述多个导向轮352沿轮架351的长度方向等距、间隔设置。
所述胶片切料机构36包括切料架361、切料气缸362、切料刀363;所述切料架361安装在送料框架31上,切料气缸362的缸体固定在切料架361上,切料气缸362的活塞杆杆端与切料刀363连接,切料刀363伸向胶片输送带33。
所述框架升降机构38包括升降电机381、升降丝杆382、升降块383、升降连接杆384;所述升降电机381安装在胶片送料架32上,升降电机381的输出轴与升降丝杆382的下端连接,升降丝杆382的中部螺接在升降块383内,升降连接杆384的下端与升降块383连接,升降连接杆384的上端铰接在送料框架32上,可向上顶起送料框架32。
在本实施例中,所述胶片输送带33有两条,胶片压料机构37有三个;所述两条胶片输送带33皆安装在送料框架32内且相互衔接,胶片切料机构36设置在三个胶片压料机构37之间。
所述胶片压料机构37包括压料架371、压料把手372、压料丝杆373、压料导杆374、滚轮架375、压料滚轮376;所述压料架371安装在送料框架31上,压料把手372固定在压料丝杆373的一端,压料丝杆373可转动的安装在压料架371上,压料丝杆373的中部与滚轮架375螺接,滚轮架375活动套接在压料导杆374上,压料导杆374固定安装在压料架371上,压料滚轮376可旋转的安装在滚轮架375的底面,压料滚轮376伸向输送带33并与胶片导向轮组35相对,以便压紧输送带33上的三角胶。
所述的胶片送料机构3工作原理:三角胶被送入胶片输送带33,胶片导向轮组35与胶片压料机构37配合,将三角胶的两侧顶住,保持三角胶的平整,在胶片输送带33的中部,胶片切料机构36根据需要将三角胶切断,使得三角胶具有准确的长度,再由胶片输送带33送至下一道工序。
如图10-图12所示,所述胶片贴合机构4包括成型鼓动力装置41、成型鼓42、压胶机构43;所述成型鼓42与成型鼓动力装置41以可拆卸的方式动力连接,压胶机构43安装在成型鼓动力装置41的胶片贴合机架411上。
所述成型鼓动力装置41包括胶片贴合机架411、伸缩电机412、伸缩皮带轮组413、伸缩离合器414、伸缩轴415、伸缩轴套416、鼓旋转电机417、鼓皮带轮组418;所述伸缩电机412安装在胶片贴合机架411的外侧,伸缩电机412通过伸缩皮带轮组413与伸缩离合器414连接,伸缩离合器414与伸缩轴415的外端连接,伸缩轴415的中部间隙穿置在伸缩轴套416内;所述鼓旋转电机417安装在胶片贴合机架411的外侧,鼓旋转电机417通过鼓皮带轮组418与伸缩轴套416的外端连接。
所述成型鼓42包括鼓轴套421、鼓内轴422、羽根气缸423、推座424、渐开线转盘425、多个翻转架426、羽根转盘427、多个羽根支架428、多个羽根429、多块模片4210、模片吸盘;所述鼓内轴422的内端与成型鼓动力装置41上的伸缩轴415内端套接,鼓内轴422的外端与渐开线转盘425连接,多个羽根支架428皆滑接在渐开线转盘的滑槽4251内;所述鼓轴套421的内端与成型鼓动力装置41上的伸缩轴套416内端套接,鼓轴套421的外端与羽根转盘427连接;所述羽根气缸423的缸体固定在鼓轴套421的凸台4211上,羽根气缸423的活塞杆杆端与推座424的外侧连接,推座424间隙套接在鼓轴套421上,推座424的内侧与多个翻转架426的外端铰接,多个翻转架426的内端分别与多个羽根429的外端铰接,多个羽根429的内端分别等距、均匀的铰接在羽根转盘427的外沿上,多块模片4210分别贴附在多个羽根429的外壁上,在其中的一个膜片4210上安装有模片吸盘,用于吸附三角胶。
所述压胶机构43包括压胶机架431、压胶Z轴模组432、压胶X轴模组433、压胶轮434;所述压胶机架431下端垂直固定在胶片贴合机架411上,压胶Z轴模组432安装在压胶机架431上部,压胶X轴模组433固定安装在压胶Z轴模组432的滑块上,压胶轮434固定安装在压胶X轴模组433的滑块上且压胶轮434伸向模片4210。
所述胶片贴合机构4的工作原理:根据轮胎的尺寸,选取不同的成型鼓42,将成型鼓42套接在成型鼓动力装置41上,成型鼓动力装置41驱动成型鼓42旋转,多个羽根支架428在离心力的作用下沿渐开线转盘425上的滑槽4251向外移动、展开,羽根气缸423通过推座424、羽根支架428驱动羽根429展开,将三角胶翻转并套接在钢丝圈贴合机构2上,同时,压胶机构43上的压胶轮434压在三角胶的表面上。
如图1-图3所示,本发明的工作原理:1、结合图4、图5所示,所述钢丝圈送料机构1中的抓取机构14从圈放置架12内抓取钢丝圈10,并将钢丝圈10送至移载机构15的磁铁158处,磁铁158将钢丝圈10吸附,膨胀气缸153通过膨胀连杆机构156驱动三个膨胀头157向外移动,将钢丝圈10撑住,移载机构15移动到钢丝圈贴合机构2处,钢丝圈贴合机构2将钢丝圈10夹住。
2、结合图6、图7所示,所述钢丝圈贴合机构2中的圈撑开机构25向外展开,撑住钢丝圈10,横向移动机构22驱动圈转盘机构24、圈撑开机构25向胶片贴合机构4移动,胶片贴合机构4上的三角胶套接在钢丝圈10上,多组防倒胶机构26防止三角胶倒下,三角胶完成与钢丝圈10的套接后;横向移动机构22驱动圈转盘机构24、圈撑开机构25向回移动,同时,滚压机构27不断的滚压套接在一起的三角胶与钢丝圈10,完成三角胶与钢丝圈10的紧密结合。
3、结合图8、图9所示,三角胶被送入胶片送料机构3中的胶片输送带33,胶片导向轮组35与胶片压料机构37配合,将三角胶的两侧顶住,保持三角胶的平整,在胶片输送带33的中部,胶片切料机构36根据需要将三角胶切断,使得三角胶具有准确的长度,再由胶片输送带33送至下一道工序。
4、结合图10-图12所示,根据轮胎的尺寸,选取胶片贴合机构4中不同的成型鼓42,将成型鼓42套接在成型鼓动力装置41上,成型鼓动力装置41驱动成型鼓42旋转,多个羽根支架428在离心力的作用下沿渐开线转盘425上的滑槽4251向外移动、展开,羽根气缸423通过推座424、羽根支架428驱动羽根429展开,将三角胶翻转并套接在钢丝圈贴合机构2上,同时,压胶机构43上的压胶轮434压在三角胶的表面上。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明专利涵盖的范围内。
Claims (12)
- 一种三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:包括钢丝圈送料机构、钢丝圈贴合机构、胶片送料机构、胶片贴合机构;所述钢丝圈送料机构的出料端与钢丝圈贴合机构衔接,钢丝圈贴合机构与胶片贴合机构相对而设且可配合工作,胶片送料机构的出料端与胶片贴合机构衔接;所述钢丝圈贴合机构包括圈贴合机架、横向移动机构、横向移动架、圈转盘机构、圈撑开机构、多组防倒胶机构、两组滚压机构;所述横向移动机构安装在圈贴合机架上,横向移动架的下端安装在横向移动机构上,圈转盘机构安装在横向移动架的上部,多组防倒胶机构和圈撑开机构皆安装在圈转盘机构的上部,两组滚压机构相对而设且皆安装在横向移动机构上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:所述横向移动机构包括横向导轨、横向滑板、横向电机、横向皮带轮组、横向丝杆;所述横向导轨安装在圈贴合机架上,横向滑板滑接在横向导轨上,横向电机安装在圈贴合机架上且横向电机的输出轴通过横向皮带轮组与横向丝杆的一端连接,横向丝杆的中部与安装在横向滑板上的丝杆螺母螺接,驱动横向滑板沿横向导轨来回移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:所述圈转盘机构包括转盘电机、转盘皮带轮组、转盘轴、转盘;所述转盘电机安装在横向移动架的上部,转盘电机通过转盘皮带轮组与转盘轴的内端连接,转盘轴的中部可旋转的穿置在横向移动架的上部,转盘固定套接在转盘轴的外端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:所述圈撑开机构包括撑开气缸、撑开盘、多根撑开杆、多个撑开座;所述撑开气缸的缸体固定在圈转盘机构上转盘的中央,撑开气缸的活塞杆杆端与撑开盘中央连接,多根撑开杆的内端分别与撑开盘的外沿铰接,多根撑开杆的外端分别与多个撑开座的内端铰接且多根撑开杆等距、均匀分布,撑开座的外沿设有用于支撑钢丝圈的凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:所述防倒胶机构包括多组防倒胶单元,该多组防倒胶单元等距、均匀安装在圈转盘机构上转盘的周边;所述防倒胶单元包括防倒胶导轨、防倒胶滑板、防倒胶气缸、防倒胶连杆、防倒胶头、防倒胶丝杆、防倒胶把手,所述防倒胶导轨固定在转盘上,防倒胶滑板滑接在防倒胶导轨上,防倒胶气缸的缸体固定在防倒胶滑板正面上,防倒胶气缸的活塞杆杆端与防倒胶连杆的一端连接,防倒胶连杆的中部铰接在防倒胶滑板上,防倒胶连杆的另一端与防倒胶头连接,防倒胶把手固定在防倒胶丝杆的顶部,防倒胶丝杆可转动的安装在转盘上,防倒胶丝杆的中部螺接在防倒胶滑板的背面,驱动防倒胶滑板上下移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:所述胶片贴合机构包括成型鼓动力装置和成型鼓;所述成型鼓与成型鼓动力装置以可拆卸的方式动力连接;所述成型鼓动力装置包括胶片贴合机架、伸缩电机、伸缩皮带轮组、伸缩离合器、伸缩轴、伸缩轴套、鼓旋转电机、鼓皮带轮组;所述伸缩电机安装在胶片贴合机架的外侧,伸缩电机通过伸缩皮带轮组与伸缩离合器连接,伸缩离合器与伸缩轴的外端连接,伸缩轴的中部间隙穿置在伸缩轴套内;所述鼓旋转电机安装在胶片贴合机架的外侧,鼓旋转电机通过鼓皮带轮组与伸缩轴套的外端连接;所述成型鼓包括鼓轴套、鼓内轴、羽根气缸、推座、渐开线转盘、多个翻转架、羽根转盘、多个羽根支架、多个羽根、多块模片、模片吸盘;所述鼓内轴的内端与成型鼓动力装置上的伸缩轴内端套接,鼓内轴的外端与渐开线转盘连接,多个羽根支架皆滑接在渐开线转盘的滑槽内,鼓轴套的内端与成型鼓动力装置上的伸缩轴套内端套接,鼓轴套的外端与羽根转盘连接;所述羽根气缸的缸体固定在鼓轴套的凸台上,羽根气缸的活塞杆杆端与推座的外侧连接,推座间隙套接在鼓轴套上,推座的内侧与多个翻转架的外端铰接,多个翻转架的内端分别与多个羽根的外端铰接,多个羽根的内端分别等距、均匀的铰接在羽根转盘的外沿上,多块模片分别贴附在多个羽根的外壁上,在其中的一个膜片上安装有模片吸盘,用于吸附三角胶。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:所述钢丝圈送料机构包括圈送料机架、一个以上的圈放置架、龙门架、抓取机构、移载机构;所述一个以上的圈放置架安装在圈送料机架上,龙门架的下端固定在圈送料机架上且位于圈放置架的一侧,抓取机构安装在龙门架的上部,抓取机构的第一工作位和第二工作位分别与圈放置架的出料端和移载机构的进料端衔接,移载机构安装在圈送料机架上且移载机构的出料端与钢丝圈贴合机构衔接;所述移载机构包括移载直线模组、移载移动架、膨胀气缸、膨胀盘、膨胀轴、膨胀连杆机构、多个膨胀头、多块磁铁;所述移载直线模组安装在圈送料机架上,移载移动架的下端固定在移载直线模组的滑块上,膨胀气缸的缸体固定在移载移动架的上部,膨胀气缸的活塞杆杆端与膨胀连杆机构的一端连接,膨胀连杆机构的中央和膨胀盘的中央皆可旋转的套接在膨胀轴上,膨胀轴垂直固定在移载移动架的自由端,膨胀连杆机构的外端分别固定有多个膨胀头,多个膨胀头分别滑接在膨胀盘的多个导向槽内,多个膨胀头沿膨胀盘径向设置且均匀分布,多块磁铁等距、均匀的安装在膨胀盘上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:所述圈放置架上设有多个并排设置的弧形槽,用于放置钢丝圈。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:所述胶片贴合机构还包括压胶机构,该压胶机构安装在成型鼓动力装置上;所述压胶机构包括压胶机架、压胶Z轴模组、压胶X轴模组、压胶轮;所述压胶机架下端垂直固定在胶片贴合机架上,压胶Z轴模组安装在压胶机架上部,压胶X轴模组固定安装在压胶Z轴模组的滑块上,压胶轮固定安装在压胶X轴模组的滑块上且压胶轮伸向模片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:所述胶片送料机构包括胶片送料架、送料框架、胶片输送带、胶片滚轮、胶片导向轮组、胶片切料机构、多个胶片压料机构、框架升降机构;所述送料框架的一端铰接在胶片送料架顶部,送料框架的另一端与框架升降机构铰接,胶片输送带安装在送料框架内,胶片滚轮安装在送料框架的一端且位于胶片输送带的出料端,胶片导向轮组安装在送料框架的内侧且位于胶片输送带的一侧,胶片切料机构、多个胶片压料机构皆安装在送料框架上且位于胶片输送带的正上方;所述胶片导向轮组由轮架和多个导向轮组成;所述多个导向轮沿轮架的长度方向等距、间隔设置;所述胶片切料机构包括切料架、切料气缸、切料刀;所述切料架安装在送料框架上,切料气缸的缸体固定在切料架上,切料气缸的活塞杆杆端与切料刀连接,切料刀伸向胶片输送带;所述胶片压料机构包括压料架、压料把手、压料丝杆、压料导杆、滚轮架、压料滚轮;所述压料架安装在送料框架上,压料把手固定在压料丝杆的一端,压料丝杆可转动的安装在压料架上,压料丝杆的中部与滚轮架螺接,滚轮架活动套接在压料导杆上,压料导杆固定安装在压料架上,压料滚轮可旋转的安装在滚轮架的底面,压料滚轮伸向输送带并与胶片导向轮组相对,以便压紧输送带上的三角胶。
- 根据权利要求10所述的三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:所述胶片送料机构包括两条胶片输送带和三个胶片压料机构;所述两条胶片输送带皆安装在送料框架内且相互衔接,胶片切料机构设置在三个胶片压料机构之间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的三角胶胶片贴合系统,其特征在于:所述滚压机构包括滚压机架、滚压气缸、滚压轮;所述的滚压机架固定在圈贴合机架上,滚压气缸的缸体固定在滚压机架上,滚压气缸的活塞杆杆端与滚压轮连接。
