一种电子执行器分离装置,包括引风管(1),引风管(1)内装设有四个限位组件,四个限位组件之间装设有电子执行器本体(2),电子执行器本体(2)周侧套设有第一转动环(3),第一转动环(3)周侧套设有第二转动环(4),第一转动环(3)、第二转动环(4)之间装设有多个扇叶(5),引风管(1)内转动配合有转动组件。通过在转动组件一端位于水箱(6)内,水箱(6)内壁底端装设有制冷设备(7),便于对水箱(6)内水制冷,通过转动组件将水箱(6)水搅拌均匀,进而便于风经过水箱(6)靠近引风管(1)一侧时,为经过的风降温,进而提高散热效率。

电子执行器分离装置 技术领域
本实用新型属于电子执行器技术领域,特别是涉及一种电子执行器分离装置。
背景技术
电子执行器是自动控制系统中必不可少的一个重要组成部分。它的作用是接受控制器送来的控制信号,改变被控介质的大小,从而将被控变量维持在所要求的数值上或一定的范围内。
技术问题
然而现如今的电子执行器分离装置散热性能差,尤其是在夏天和高强度工作下,很容易发生损坏,造成事故的发生。
技术解决方案
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电子执行器分离装置,通过在第一转动环、第二转动环之间装设有多个扇叶,便于电子执行器本体通过转动组件带动第一转动环、第二转动环、扇叶转动,形成一个经过电子执行器本体周侧的风道,进而提高电子执行器本体周侧的散热效率,解决了上述现有技术中存在的问题。
为达上述目的,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种电子执行器分离装置,包括引风管,引风管内装设有四个限位组件,四个限位组件之间装设有电子执行器本体,电子执行器本体周侧套设有第一转动环,第一转动环周侧套设有第二转动环,第一转动环、第二转动环之间装设有多个扇叶;引风管内转动配合有转动组件,且第一转动环、第二转动环固定在转动组件一侧,引风管一端装设有水箱,且转动组件一端位于水箱内,水箱内壁底端装设有制冷设备。
可选的,四个限位组件两两对称设置。
可选的,限位组件包括装设在引风管内壁的电动推杆,电动推杆输出端装设有弧形定位板,且电子执行器本体位于四个弧形定位板之间。
可选的,转动组件包括转轴,转轴一端与电子执行器本体转动轴连接,转轴另一端贯穿水箱连接有多个转动板,转轴周侧装设有多个连接板,且第一转动环、第二转动环固定在多个连接板一侧。
可选的,转动板位于制冷设备上方。
可选的,多个转动板环形阵列在转轴周侧,多个连接板环形阵列在转轴周侧。
有益效果
本实用新型的实施例具有以下有益效果:本实用新型的一个实施例通过在第一转动环、第二转动环之间装设有多个扇叶,便于电子执行器本体通过转动组件带动第一转动环、第二转动环、扇叶转动,形成一个经过电子执行器本体周侧的风道,进而提高电子执行器本体周侧的散热效率,通过引风管内装设有四个限位组件,四个限位组件之间装设有电子执行器本体,便于定位电子执行器本体。
当然,实施本实用新型的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

请参阅图1-2所示,在本实施例中提供了一种电子执行器分离装置,包括:引风管1,引风管1内装设有四个限位组件,四个限位组件之间装设有电子执行器本体2,电子执行器本体2周侧套设有第一转动环3,第一转动环3周侧套设有第二转动环4,第一转动环3、第二转动环4之间装设有多个扇叶5;引风管1内转动配合有转动组件,且第一转动环3、第二转动环4固定在转动组件一侧,引风管1一端装设有水箱6,且转动组件一端位于水箱6内,水箱6内壁底端装设有制冷设备7。
本实施例一个方面的应用为:开启电子执行器本体2、制冷设备7,制冷设备7向水箱6内水制冷,电子执行器本体2带动转动组件转动,转动组件将水箱6内水搅拌均匀,转动组件带动第一转动环3、第二转动环4、扇叶5转动,扇叶5带动风经引风管1和水箱6之间降温后进入引风管1经电子执行器本体2周侧吹出引风管1。需要注意的是,本申请中所涉及的电子执行器本体2、制冷设备7可通过蓄电池供电或外接电源。
通过在转动组件一端位于水箱6内,水箱6内壁底端装设有制冷设备7,便于对水箱6内水制冷,通过转动组件将水箱6水搅拌均匀,进而便于风经过水箱6靠近引风管1一侧时,为经过的风降温,进而提高散热效率,通过在第一转动环3、第二转动环4之间装设有多个扇叶5,便于电子执行器本体2通过转动组件带动第一转动环3、第二转动环4、扇叶5转动,形成一个经过电子执行器本体2周侧的风道,进而提高电子执行器本体2周侧的散热效率,通过引风管1内装设有四个限位组件,四个限位组件之间装设有电子执行器本体2,便于定位电子执行器本体2。
本实施例的四个限位组件两两对称设置。
本实施例的限位组件包括装设在引风管1内壁的电动推杆8,电动推杆8输出端装设有弧形定位板9,且电子执行器本体2位于四个弧形定位板9之间,便于通过电动推杆8推动弧形定位板9定位电子执行器本体2。
本实施例的转动组件包括转轴10,转轴10一端与电子执行器本体2转动轴连接,转轴10另一端贯穿水箱6连接有多个转动板11,转轴10周侧装设有多个连接板12,且第一转动环3、第二转动环4固定在多个连接板12一侧,便于电子执行器本体2带动转轴10、多个连接板12带动第一转动环3、第二转动环4、多个扇叶5转动,同时带动多个转动板11转动将水箱6内的水搅匀。
本实施例的转动板11位于制冷设备7上方。
本实施例的多个转动板11环形阵列在转轴10周侧,多个连接板12环形阵列在转轴10周侧。

  1. 一种电子执行器分离装置,其特征在于,包括:引风管(1),引风管(1)内装设有四个限位组件,四个限位组件之间装设有电子执行器本体(2),电子执行器本体(2)周侧套设有第一转动环(3),第一转动环(3)周侧套设有第二转动环(4),第一转动环(3)、第二转动环(4)之间装设有多个扇叶(5);引风管(1)内转动配合有转动组件,且第一转动环(3)、第二转动环(4)固定在转动组件一侧,引风管(1)一端装设有水箱(6),且转动组件一端位于水箱(6)内,水箱(6)内壁底端装设有制冷设备(7)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电子执行器分离装置,其特征在于,四个限位组件两两对称设置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种电子执行器分离装置,其特征在于,限位组件包括装设在引风管(1)内壁的电动推杆(8),电动推杆(8)输出端装设有弧形定位板(9),且电子执行器本体(2)位于四个弧形定位板(9)之间。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种电子执行器分离装置,其特征在于,转动组件包括转轴(10),转轴(10)一端与电子执行器本体(2)转动轴连接,转轴(10)另一端贯穿水箱(6)连接有多个转动板(11),转轴(10)周侧装设有多个连接板(12),且第一转动环(3)、第二转动环(4)固定在多个连接板(12)一侧。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种电子执行器分离装置,其特征在于,转动板(11)位于制冷设备(7)上方。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种电子执行器分离装置,其特征在于,多个转动板(11)环形阵列在转轴(10)周侧,多个连接板(12)环形阵列在转轴(10)周侧。
