Abstract

本发明提供一种数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其包括一本体、一驱动装置、一释放装置、一扭力调整装置及一扭力感测装置。扭力调整装置包括一调节件,调节件转动设置于本体,且调节件与驱动装置的第一扭力杆啮合,用以调节第一扭力杆相对本体产生偏移,进而调整预设的扭力值,并由扭力感测装置的显示器所显示,借此达到易于调整扭力值的目的,同时通过显示器便于了解目前扭矩扳手所预设的扭力值。

数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手 技术领域
本发明是关于一种扭矩扳手,特别是关于一种数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手。
背景技术
如美国发明专利公告第4,290,329号的“Torque release wrench of the preset type”的预设型扭力扳手,其手柄一端具有接合件,接合件转动设置棘轮头,主梁及次梁的一端相应地分别与接合件连接,且位于手柄内,主梁的长度较次梁长,且两者之间具有释放机构。主梁异于接合件的端部通过螺丝与手柄连接,刻度盘与螺丝连接随其转动,通过旋转刻度盘带动螺丝,进而侧向微调主梁相对手柄的位置,以便改变释放机构作用于次梁的抵压程度,达到调整预设扭力的目的。其中,当扭力扳手驱转至预设扭力时,次梁的自由端与释放机构产生脱离连接关系并发出声响提示使用者。
技术问题
然而,前述预设型扭力扳手调整扭力的螺丝是位于手柄的侧面位置,故于调整使用时,不甚便利,刻度盘作为扭力值的显示不够直接与精准,不方便使用者判读。
并且,中国台湾实用新型专利第M568759号,公开了一种扭力扳手。其与前述扳手相似,扭力扳手转轴一端的旋钮也是侧向外露于中空管体外,故于扭力调整时也是不方便操作。
技术解决方案
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其以显示器显示扭矩扳手的扭力值,方便使用者观察与判断当前扭力值,且扭力调整装置能够提供使用者快速地调整扭力值。
为达上述目的,本发明于一项实施例中提供一种数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其包括一本体、一驱动装置、一释放装置、一扭力调整装置及一扭力感测装置。本体沿着一第一轴线设有一第一端及一远离第一端的第二端,第一端与第二端之间设有一操作孔,操作孔沿着一垂直于第一轴线的第二轴线开放于本体;驱动装置具有一驱动部及分别伸入本体的第一端的一第一扭力杆与一第二扭力杆,驱动部能够驱转紧固件,第一扭力杆具有一非全周圆齿槽;释放装置设置于第一扭力杆与该本体之间并选择性与第二扭力杆扣接,当扭矩扳手驱转紧固件达到预设一扭力值时,释放装置能够与第二扭力杆产生断开状态;扭力调整装置能够转动的设于本体且与第一扭力杆连接,扭力调整装置包括一调节件,调节件沿着一垂直于第一轴线与第二轴线的第三轴线转动设置于本体且局部外露于操作孔,调节件与非全周圆齿槽啮合,用以调节该第一扭力杆相对本体产生偏移;以及扭力感测装置设置于本体,扭力感测装置能够感测扭矩扳手的扭力值,于一显示器显示出扭力值。
借此,本发明以显示器显示扭矩扳手的当前扭力值,方便使用者观察与判断。
本发明调节件以非全周圆齿槽与第一扭力杆的末端啮合,据以提供使用者快速且省力地驱转调节件,进调整扭力值。
并且,本发明调节件局部外露于操作孔,提供使用者手握持于本体即能够以手指进行操作,使用上相当便利。
进一步的,该调节件具有分布于其圆周方向上的一螺旋齿,该非全周圆齿槽为螺旋齿槽,该螺旋齿与该非全周圆齿槽啮合,且该调节件的圆周方向包括一位于该本体内啮合区及一位于该本体外的拨动区。
进一步的,该非全周圆齿槽为半圆形,该螺旋齿的两端分别与该本体之间设有一间隔件。
进一步的,还包括一保持装置,该本体设有一容置空间,该保持装置沿着该第二轴线方向设于该第一扭力杆与该本体之间,用以保持该调节件与该非全周圆齿槽的啮合。
进一步的,该第一扭力杆具有一末端,该末端具有该非全周圆齿槽,且异于该非全周圆齿槽的一侧设有一容置孔,该保持装置包括一顶珠与一弹簧,该顶珠与该弹簧设于该容置孔,且该弹簧使该顶珠抵接于该容置空间的一内壁。
进一步的,还包括一防护盖,其能够相对该本体于一盖合位置及一开启位置移动,于该盖合位置时,该防护盖覆盖该操作孔与该调节件,于该开启位置时,该调节件能供使用者操作。
进一步的,还包括一限位装置,于该盖合位置时,该限位装置能够限制该调节件的转动。
进一步的,该限位装置包括一抵压件,该抵压件具有一固定端及一抵压端,该固定端固定于该防护盖,该抵压端能够弹性地抵压于该调节件;该防护盖具有一枢设部枢转地设于该显示器的一侧。
进一步的,还包括一定位装置,该本体包括一握持件套设于该第二端,该定位装置设于该握持件与该防护盖之间,使该防护盖保持于该盖合位置;该防护盖具有一枢设部枢转地设于该显示器的一侧,该防护盖远离该枢设部设有一顶靠部,该定位装置包括一限位件以及至少一弹性体,该弹性体顶持于该限位件,使该限位件朝该顶靠部抵接。
进一步的,该操作孔与该显示器位于该本体的同一侧。
进一步的,该扭力感测装置具有一感测元件、一被感测元件,该显示器与于该感测元件电性连接,该被感测元件能够随该第一扭力杆位移,该感测元件能够以非接触式感测该被感测元件的位移变化产生一扭力讯号,该显示器依据该扭力讯号显示该扭力值。
进一步的,该扭力感测装置包括一电路板、一处理单元及一电源,该电路板、该处理单元与该电源设于该显示器内,该处理单元与该显示器与该电路板电性连接,该本体的第二端设有一感测孔,该感测孔连通于该本体内,该被感测元件设于该第一扭力杆,该感测元件通过该感测孔感测该被感测元件。
进一步的,该扭力感测装置包括一电路板、一处理单元、一电源及一放大机构,该电路板、该处理单元与该电源设于该显示器内,该处理单元与该显示器与该电路板电性连接,该放大机构设于该本体且与该第一扭力杆连接,该被感测元件设于该放大机构,通过该感测元件感测位移变化。
进一步的,该放大机构包括一摆动件及一转盘,该摆动件一端通过一第一枢轴摆动设置于该本体,该摆动件沿着平行于该第二轴线的方向与该第一扭力杆连接,且能够随该第一扭力杆位移相对该本体产生摆动,该转盘沿着平行于该第二轴线的方向设置于该本体,该被感测元件设于该转盘上,该转盘能够随着该摆动件的摆动产生旋转动作。
进一步的,该放大机构设于本体且位于该显示器内,该第一枢轴的轴线平行于该第二轴线且垂直于该第一轴线,该摆动件的另一端设有一齿部,且该摆动件与一连动件的一端连接,该连动件的另一端穿伸于该本体的一开口槽与该第一扭力杆连接,且该连动件与该第一枢轴呈平行设置;该转盘通过一第二枢轴转动设于该本体,该第一枢轴的轴线平行于该第二轴线且垂直于该第一轴线,该转盘具有一齿轮部与该齿部啮合,以及该转盘具有一供该被感测元件设置的圆盘部。
进一步的,该第一扭力杆与该第二扭力杆分别能够于该扭矩扳手扳动时产生弹性弯曲,该第二扭力杆的长度小于该第一扭力杆的长度,该驱动装置异于该驱动部设有一连接部,该连接部具有一第一组设孔及一并列设置的第二组设孔,该第一扭力杆远离其末端设有一第一固定端与该第一组设孔接合,该第二扭力杆具有一第二固定端及一第一卡掣部,该第二固定端与该第二组设孔接合,该第一卡掣部与该释放装置卡扣连接;该释放装置包括一杠杆、一顶持件及一释放件,该杠杆枢设于该第一扭力杆,且能够于一第一位置及一第二位置之间动作,于该第一位置时,该杠杆与该第一卡掣部扣接,该释放装置处于保持状态,于该第二位置时,该杠杆与该第一卡掣部断开,该释放装置处于所述断开状态;该杠杆具有一第二卡掣部及一抵靠部,该顶持件弹性地设于该抵靠部与该第一扭力杆之间,用以使该第二卡掣部保持与该第一卡掣部扣接位于该第一位置,该释放件设置于该本体,当该扭矩扳手扳动达到预设的该扭力值时,该释放件能够抵接于该杠杆,以促使该第一卡掣部与该第二卡掣部产生所述断开状态。

以下参照各附图详细描述本发明的示例性实施例,且不意图将本发明的技术原理限制于特定公开的实施例,本发明的范围仅由权利要求范围限制,涵盖了替代、修改和等同物。
请参阅图1至图7所示,本发明为一种数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手100的第一实施例,其包括一本体10、一驱动装置20、一释放装置30、一扭力调整装置40及一扭力感测装置50。
本体10,为中空状并具有一容置空间11。本体10沿着一第一轴线L1设有一第一端12及一远离第一端12的第二端13,第一端12与第二端13之间设有一操作孔14,操作孔14沿着一垂直于第一轴线L1的第二轴线L2开放于本体10的顶侧。另外,本体10沿着一垂直于第一轴线L1与第二轴线L2的第三轴线L3的方向上分隔设置一第一外侧面10a与一第二外侧面10b,且本体10设有一第一枢孔15贯穿于第一外侧面10a与第二外侧面10b,第一枢孔15连通于容置空间11。
驱动装置20,具有一驱动部21及一连接部22,驱动部21能够驱转紧固件,且连接部22设有一第一扭力杆23、一第二扭力杆24且分别伸入本体10的容置空间11。于本发明实施例中,驱动部21为换向棘轮式,连接部22具有一第一组设孔221及一并列分隔设置的第二组设孔222。
第一扭力杆23,具有一末端231及一远离末端231的第一固定端232。第一固定端232结合于第一组设孔221,使第一扭力杆23与连接部22连接,末端231伸入本体10并具有一非全周圆齿槽233,于本发明实施例中,非全周圆齿槽233为半圆形的螺旋齿槽。另外,第一扭力杆23与末端231与第一固定端232之间设有一第二枢孔234,第二枢孔234沿着平行于第二轴线L2的方向设置。
第二扭力杆24,长度小于第一扭力杆23的长度,第二扭力杆24具有一第二固定端241及一第一卡掣部242,第二固定端241结合于第二组设孔222,使第二扭力杆24与连接部22连接,第一卡掣部242与释放装置30卡扣连接。其中,第一扭力杆23与第二扭力杆24分别能够于扭矩扳手100扳动时产生弹性弯曲,且因第二扭力杆24长度小于第一扭力杆23的长度,故第二扭力杆24的弹性变形量较第一扭力杆23的弹性变形量小。
释放装置30,设置于第一扭力杆23与本体10之间并选择性与第二扭力杆24扣接,当扭矩扳手100驱转紧固件达到预设一扭力值时,释放装置30能够与该第二扭力杆24产生断开状态。配合图2及图3所示,释放装置30包括一杠杆31、一顶持件32及一释放件33,杠杆31通过一销34枢设于第一扭力杆23的第二枢孔234,且能够于一第一位置及一第二位置之间动作,于第一位置时,杠杆31与第一卡掣部242扣接,释放装置30处于保持状态,于第二位置时,杠杆31与第一卡掣部242断开,释放装置30处于断开状态。杠杆31具有一第二卡掣部311及一抵靠部312,顶持件32弹性地设于抵靠部312与第一扭力杆23的一凹槽235之间,用以使第二卡掣部311保持扣接于第一卡掣部242位于第一位置,释放件33设置于本体10内。于本发明实施例中,顶持件32为弹簧,释放件33为螺丝,螺固于本体10并朝向容置空间11。当扭矩扳手100扳动使第一扭力杆23与第二扭力杆24弯曲状并达到预设的扭力值时,释放件33能够抵接于杠杆31,以促使第二扭力杆24的第一卡掣部242与杠杆31的第二卡掣部311产生断开,表示扭力值已达到设定的状态。
扭力调整装置40,能够转动的设于本体10且与第一扭力杆23连接,扭力调整装置40包括一调节件41及两个间隔件42。调节件41具有一分布于调节件41圆周方向上的螺旋齿411,调节件41沿着第三轴线L3并通过一转轴43枢设于本体10的第一枢孔15,使调节件41转动设置于本体10并局部外露于操作孔14,此时的调节件41的圆周方向包括有一位于本体10内的啮合区412及一位于本体10外的拨动区413。调节件41的螺旋齿411与非全周圆齿槽233啮合,通过旋转调节件41,用以调节第一扭力杆23的末端231相对本体10产生偏移,进而调整杠杆31与释放件33之间的距离。间隔件42套设于转轴43设于螺旋齿411的两端与本体10之间,间隔件42能够防止调节件41沿第三轴线L3方向位移,如图5所示。
其中,当使用者转动调节件41的拨动区413时,调节件41的啮合区412能够带动第一扭力杆23的末端231相对本体10偏移,以便调整释放装置30的杠杆31与释放件33的距离。举例来说,当第一扭力杆23的末端231被调节件41带动往第一外侧面10a方向位移,使得杠杆31与释放件33的距离较远时,扭矩扳手100施加至较大的扭力值时才能够让杠杆31与释放件33碰触产生断开;反之,当第一扭力杆23的末端231被调节件41带动往第二外侧面10b方向位移,使得杠杆31与释放件33的距离较近时,扭矩扳手100只要施加较小的扭力值时,即可让杠杆31与释放件33碰触而产生断开。据此通过转动调节件41,能实现扭矩扳手100的扭力值的设定。
扭力感测装置50,设置于本体10,扭力感测装置50能够感测扭矩扳手100的扭力值,并由一显示器51显示出扭力值。于本实施例中,扭力感测装置50感测第一扭力杆23的位移变化,并于显示器51显示出扭力值,据以供使用者直接了解当前扭力值的设定状态,方便作业使用。如图2及图3所示,扭力感测装置50包括所述显示器51、一电路板52、一处理单元53及一电源54、一感测元件55、一被感测元件56。操作孔14与显示器51位于本体10的同一侧。电路板52、处理单元53与电源54设于显示器51内,显示器51与处理单元53与电路板52电性连接,且显示器51与感测元件55电性连接,被感测元件56设于第一扭力杆23而随其位移。于本发明实施例中,本体10的第二端13设有一感测孔16,感测孔16沿平行于第二轴线L2方向连通于本体10的容置空间11内,且感测孔16大致上也与操作孔14平行。据此,感测元件55通过感测孔16非接触式感测被感测元件56的位移变化而产生一扭力讯号,显示器51依据扭力讯号显示扭力值。
需说明的是,感测元件55与被感测元件56相互感应的方式也可以是光感测或是磁场感应。如为光感测,感测元件55包括光发射与光接收功能,被感测元件56包括光栅结构,当被感测元件56位移时,光线发射至光栅结构,通过光栅结构的反射、遮光所产生对应的光学特征并通过感测元件55接收而相对应产生光讯号,此光讯号通过处理单元53处理、转换成扭力讯号再由显示器51显示出对应的扭力值,以完成光感测第一扭力杆23的位移量的变化。若为磁场感应,感测元件55磁感应器,被感测元件56则为磁铁,磁感应器与磁铁之间具有非接触的固定间隙,当磁铁随着第一扭力杆23位移时,磁感应器感应两者间的磁场变化而产生对应的电压讯号,处理单元53依据电压讯号而能处理、转换成扭力讯号,再由显示器51显示出对应的扭力值,以完成磁感应第一扭力杆23的位移量的变化。
因此,本发明采用非接触式感测第一扭力杆23的位移变化,以侦测出对应的扭力值,故能够避免环境因素影响感测效果,精准的呈现扭力值,同时因无接触磨耗的问题,也增加使用的寿命。
本发明于一项实施例中,本体10还包括一握持件17,其套设于本体10的第二端13,以供使用者方便握持操作。
请参阅配合图2及图3所示,本发明于一项实施例中,还包括一保持装置60,保持装置60沿着平行于第二轴线L2的方向设于容置空间11内,且位于第一扭力杆23与本体10之间。其中,保持装置60包括一顶珠61与一弹簧62,第一扭力杆23的末端231异于非全周圆齿槽233的一侧设有一容置孔236,顶珠61与弹簧62设于容置孔236,且弹簧62使顶珠61抵接于容置空间11的一内壁111,用以保持调节件41与非全周圆齿槽233的啮合状态。
本发明于一项实施例中,还包括一防护盖70,其能够相对本体10于一盖合位置及一开启位置移动。配合参照图1,防护盖70于盖合位置时,防护盖70覆盖操作孔14与调节件41,避免误触情形发生,同时也具有防尘的功效;配合参照图6,于开启位置时,防护盖70呈直立状,使调节件41外露于本体10供使用者操作。于本发明实施例中,防护盖70具有一枢设部71枢转地设于显示器51的一侧,远离枢设部71设有一内凹状的顶靠部72。并且,防护盖70还包括一限位装置73,于盖合位置时,限位装置73能够限制调节件41的转动。限位装置73包括一呈J字形的抵压件731,抵压件731具有一固定端732及一抵压端733,固定端732固定于防护盖70,抵压端733能够弹性地抵压于调节件41,用以使调节件41不会转动,确保扭力值的精准。
本发明于一项实施例中,还包括一定位装置18,其设于握持件17与防护盖70之间,使防护盖70保持于盖合位置。于本发明实施例中,定位装置18包括一限位件181以及至少一弹性体182,限位件181为U字形,弹性体182为两个,限位件181同方向的两个端脚181a与弹性体182设置于握持件17的两个固定孔171内,弹性体182分别顶持于限位件181的端脚181a,使限位件181异于端脚181a的一抵缘181b于朝顶靠部72抵接,以使防护盖70固定保持于盖合位置。
如图8至图11所示,为本发明第二实施例,其与第一实施例中相同的元件标号代表相同的元件、结构与功能,于本实施例中不再赘述。于本实施例中,扭力感测装置50还包括一放大机构57,放大机构57设于本体10且与第一扭力杆23连接,被感测元件56a设于放大机构57,被感测元件56a通过放大机构57放大第一扭力杆23的位移,使感测元件55a感测到位移变化。
其中,放大机构57设于本体10且位于显示器51内,放大机构57包括一摆动件571及一转盘572。摆动件571概呈扇形,其一端通过一第一枢轴574摆动设置于本体10的一第一穿孔575,且第一枢轴574的轴线平行于第二轴线L且垂直于第一轴线L1,摆动件571的另一端设有一齿部571a。摆动件571沿着平行于第二轴线L2的方向与第一扭力杆23连接,且能够随第一扭力杆23位移相对本体10产生摆动,转盘572沿着平行于第二轴线L2的方向设置于本体10。被感测元件56a是设置于转盘572上,且转盘572能够随着摆动件571的摆动产生旋转动作。
于本实施例中,放大机构57更包括一连动件573。摆动件571于两端间设一连设孔571b,以供连接于连动件573的一端,连动件573的另一端穿伸于本体10的一开口槽576与第一扭力杆23的孔槽577连接,使摆动件571与第一扭力杆23通过连动件573产生连动关系,即摆动件571能够随第一扭力杆23的位移并以第一枢轴574为中心而摆动,其中,连动件573与第一枢轴574呈平行设置。转盘572通过一第二枢轴578转动设于本体10的一第二穿孔579,第二枢轴578的轴线平行于第二轴线L2且垂直于第一轴线L1,即第二枢轴578与第一枢轴574、连动件573互呈平行关系,转盘572具有一齿轮部572a与齿部571a啮合,以及转盘572具有一供被感测元件56a设置的圆盘部571b,圆盘部572b外径大于齿轮部572a,被感测元件56a大致上设于圆盘部572b的周缘上供感测元件55a无接触式地感应。
借此,参照配合图9A、图9B及图11所示,当第一扭力杆23位移,通过连动件573使摆动件571依据第一扭力杆23的位移而摆动,使齿部571a驱使齿轮部572a产生旋转,且于本实施例中,齿部571a的齿数恰能够使齿轮部572a转动一圈,因此,当齿轮部572a被带动一圈时,圆盘部572b也就跟着转动一圈,因此通过放大机构57能够放大第一扭力杆23的位移量,据以得到更精密显示扭力值的效果。
综合上述,本发明具有下列优点:
1.本发明调节件41的螺旋齿411与第一扭力杆23的非全周圆齿槽233啮合,以使调节件41以非全周圆齿槽233与第一扭力杆23啮合,据此调节件41与第一扭力杆23啮合面积小,能够提供使用者快速且轻力地驱转调节件41,让使用者便于调整扭力值。
2.本发明调节件41是外露于本体10的操作孔14,如此一来,使用者能够手握持于本体10,直接以手指(大拇指)进行驱转调节件41,使用上相当就手与方便。
3.本发明扭力感测装置50是采无接触式感应,能够避免外在环境影响感测效果,使用寿命长,据以实现高精密的扭力值设定与判断。
本发明扭力感测装置50利用放大机构57,能放大第一扭力杆23的位移量,以便实现精密显示扭力值的表现。
以上所举实施例仅用以说明本发明而已,非用以限制本发明的范围。举凡不违本发明精神所从事的种种修改或改变都属本发明申请专利范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,包括:
    一本体,其沿着一第一轴线设有一第一端及一远离该第一端的第二端,该第一端与该第二端之间设有一操作孔,该操作孔沿着一垂直于该第一轴线的第二轴线开放于该本体;
    一驱动装置,其具有一驱动部及分别伸入该本体的第一端的一第一扭力杆与一第二扭力杆,该驱动部能够驱转紧固件,该第一扭力杆具有一非全周圆齿槽;
    一释放装置,是设置于该第一扭力杆与该本体之间并选择性与该第二扭力杆扣接,当该扭矩扳手驱转紧固件达到预设一扭力值时,该释放装置能够与该第二扭力杆产生断开状态;
    一扭力调整装置,能够转动的设于该本体且与该第一扭力杆连接,该扭力调整装置包括一调节件,该调节件沿着一垂直于该第一轴线与该第二轴线的第三轴线转动设置于该本体且局部外露于该操作孔,该调节件与该非全周圆齿槽啮合,用以调节该第一扭力杆相对该本体产生偏移;以及
    一扭力感测装置,设置于该本体,该扭力感测装置能够感测该扭矩扳手的该扭力值,于一显示器显示出该扭力值。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,该调节件具有分布于其圆周方向上的一螺旋齿,该非全周圆齿槽为螺旋齿槽,该螺旋齿与该非全周圆齿槽啮合,且该调节件的圆周方向包括一位于该本体内啮合区及一位于该本体外的拨动区。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,该非全周圆齿槽为半圆形,该螺旋齿的两端分别与该本体之间设有一间隔件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,还包括一保持装置,该本体设有一容置空间,该保持装置沿着该第二轴线方向设于该第一扭力杆与该本体之间,用以保持该调节件与该非全周圆齿槽的啮合。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,该第一扭力杆具有一末端,该末端具有该非全周圆齿槽,且异于该非全周圆齿槽的一侧设有一容置孔,该保持装置包括一顶珠与一弹簧,该顶珠与该弹簧设于该容置孔,且该弹簧使该顶珠抵接于该容置空间的一内壁。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,还包括一防护盖,其能够相对该本体于一盖合位置及一开启位置移动,于该盖合位置时,该防护盖覆盖该操作孔与该调节件,于该开启位置时,该调节件能供使用者操作。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,还包括一限位装置,于该盖合位置时,该限位装置能够限制该调节件的转动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,该限位装置包括一抵压件,该抵压件具有一固定端及一抵压端,该固定端固定于该防护盖,该抵压端能够弹性地抵压于该调节件;该防护盖具有一枢设部枢转地设于该显示器的一侧。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,还包括一定位装置,该本体包括一握持件套设于该第二端,该定位装置设于该握持件与该防护盖之间,使该防护盖保持于该盖合位置;该防护盖具有一枢设部枢转地设于该显示器的一侧,该防护盖远离该枢设部设有一顶靠部,该定位装置包括一限位件以及至少一弹性体,该弹性体顶持于该限位件,使该限位件朝该顶靠部抵接。
  10. 如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,该操作孔与该显示器位于该本体的同一侧。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,该扭力感测装置具有一感测元件、一被感测元件,该显示器与于该感测元件电性连接,该被感测元件能够随该第一扭力杆位移,该感测元件能够以非接触式感测该被感测元件的位移变化产生一扭力讯号,该显示器依据该扭力讯号显示该扭力值。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,该扭力感测装置包括一电路板、一处理单元及一电源,该电路板、该处理单元与该电源设于该显示器内,该处理单元与该显示器与该电路板电性连接,该本体的第二端设有一感测孔,该感测孔连通于该本体内,该被感测元件设于该第一扭力杆,该感测元件通过该感测孔感测该被感测元件。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,该扭力感测装置包括一电路板、一处理单元、一电源及一放大机构,该电路板、该处理单元与该电源设于该显示器内,该处理单元与该显示器与该电路板电性连接,该放大机构设于该本体且与该第一扭力杆连接,该被感测元件设于该放大机构,通过该感测元件感测位移变化。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,该放大机构包括一摆动件及一转盘,该摆动件一端通过一第一枢轴摆动设置于该本体,该摆动件沿着平行于该第二轴线的方向与该第一扭力杆连接,且能够随该第一扭力杆位移相对该本体产生摆动,该转盘沿着平行于该第二轴线的方向设置于该本体,该被感测元件设于该转盘上,该转盘能够随着该摆动件的摆动产生旋转动作。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,该放大机构设于本体且位于该显示器内,该第一枢轴的轴线平行于该第二轴线且垂直于该第一轴线,该摆动件的另一端设有一齿部,且该摆动件与一连动件的一端连接,该连动件的另一端穿伸于该本体的一开口槽与该第一扭力杆连接,且该连动件与该第一枢轴呈平行设置;该转盘通过一第二枢轴转动设于该本体,该第一枢轴的轴线平行于该第二轴线且垂直于该第一轴线,该转盘具有一齿轮部与该齿部啮合,以及该转盘具有一供该被感测元件设置的圆盘部。
  16. 如权利要求12或14所述的数码显示预设扭力的扭矩扳手,其特征在于,该第一扭力杆与该第二扭力杆分别能够于该扭矩扳手扳动时产生弹性弯曲,该第二扭力杆的长度小于该第一扭力杆的长度,该驱动装置异于该驱动部设有一连接部,该连接部具有一第一组设孔及一并列设置的第二组设孔,该第一扭力杆远离其末端设有一第一固定端与该第一组设孔接合,该第二扭力杆具有一第二固定端及一第一卡掣部,该第二固定端与该第二组设孔接合,该第一卡掣部与该释放装置卡扣连接;该释放装置包括一杠杆、一顶持件及一释放件,该杠杆枢设于该第一扭力杆,且能够于一第一位置及一第二位置之间动作,于该第一位置时,该杠杆与该第一卡掣部扣接,该释放装置处于保持状态,于该第二位置时,该杠杆与该第一卡掣部断开,该释放装置处于所述断开状态;该杠杆具有一第二卡掣部及一抵靠部,该顶持件弹性地设于该抵靠部与该第一扭力杆之间,用以使该第二卡掣部保持与该第一卡掣部扣接位于该第一位置,该释放件设置于该本体,当该扭矩扳手扳动达到预设的该扭力值时,该释放件能够抵接于该杠杆,以促使该第一卡掣部与该第二卡掣部产生所述断开状态。
