Claims (14)
- 배수구에 선택적으로 장착되며, 오수가 유입되는 상부 개방면과, 상기 상부 개방면을 통해 유입된 오수가 배수되는 하부 개방면을 구비한 하우징;상기 하부 개방면을 선택적으로 차폐하며, 상기 하우징 내부에 유입된 오수에 의해 하측으로 회전하여 상기 하부 개방면을 개방하는 개폐부;상기 하우징과 상기 개폐부에 연결되어 상기 개폐부를 상기 하우징을 향해 가압하는 판스프링부; 및상기 하우징의 외주면에 구비되어 상기 판스프링부를 상기 하우징에 고정하는 판스프링 체결부;를 포함하고,상기 판스프링부는상기 개폐부를 가압하는 탄성 지지부; 및상기 탄성 지지부 상단이 절곡되어 형성되며, 상기 판스프링 체결부에 체결되는 절곡부;를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 판스프링 체결부는상기 하우징의 외주면에서 돌출된 스프링 지지바디; 및상기 절곡부가 삽입되어 고정되도록, 상기 스프링 지지바디 중 일부분이 상기 하우징을 향해 함입되도록 형성된 절곡부 삽입홈;을 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 절곡부 삽입홈은상기 하우징에서 멀어질수록 상하 폭이 좁아지도록 형성된것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 절곡부 삽입홈의 좌측과 우측면 중 적어도 하나의 면은 개방면으로 구비되며,상기 절곡부는 상기 개방면을 통해 상기 절곡부 삽입홈에 체결되는것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 절곡부의 외주면은 상기 절곡부 삽입홈과 밀착되며상기 절곡부는상기 탄성 지지부의 상단에서 상기 하우징의 중심을 향해 절곡된 제1절곡부;상기 제1절곡부의 단부에서 상측으로 절곡된 제2절곡부; 및상기 제2절곡부의 단부에서 상기 하우징의 반경방향 외측을 향해 절곡된 제3절곡부;를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 탄성 지지부의 상단과 상기 제3절곡부의 최외측부 사이의 간격은 상기 제2절곡부의 상하 폭보다 좁은것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 개폐부는상기 하부 개방면을 선택적으로 개폐하는 개폐부 바디;상기 개폐부의 상측에 구비되며, 상기 하우징에 연결되는 힌지; 및상기 개폐부 바디의 하면에 구비되며 상기 탄성 지지부의 측면을 지지하는 개폐부 걸림부;를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 판스프링부는상기 절곡부에서 상측으로 연장된 연장부;를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 판스프링 체결부는상기 하우징의 외주면에서 돌출된 스프링 지지바디;상기 절곡부가 삽입되어 고정되도록, 상기 스프링 지지바디 중 일부분이 상기 하우징을 향해 함입되도록 형성된 절곡부 삽입홈; 및상기 지지바디에 구비되어 상기 연장부의 측면을 지지하는 지지바디 걸림부;를 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제1항의 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩에 이용되는 판스프링부.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징은외관을 형성하는 하우징 바디; 및상기 하우징 바디의 내주면에 구비된 나선 단턱;을 포함하는것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 나선 단턱은하측으로 갈수록 상기 하우징 바디의 상단부와 점차 멀어지도록 그 회전 경로가 형성되며,상기 하우징 바디는상기 나선 단턱을 따라 회전하면서 하강하는 오수의 각속도를 가속화하도록 하측으로 갈수록 그 내경이 좁아지도록 형성된것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 하우징 바디의 상기 하부 개방면은그 상단에서 하단으로 갈수록 하향 경사지도록 구성되어 있으며,상기 개폐부는그 상단이 상기 하우징 바디에 힌지 연결되며, 상기 하부 개방면을 선택적으로 개폐하는 개폐부 바디;를 포함하고,상기 나선 단턱의 하부 종점은상기 하우징 바디 중 상기 하부 개방면의 최하단의 상측 또는 상기 하부 개방면의 최하단에 인접한 부분에 형성되는것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 나선 단턱은그 회전 경로가 상기 상부 개방면을 통해 유입되어 상기 하부 개방면으로 향하는 오수에 가해지는 북반구의 전향력이 가해지는 방향과 동일하게 하측으로 가면서 반시계 방향으로 회전하도록 형성된것을 특징으로 하는 조립성 및 내구성이 개선된 하수구 트랩.
