Claims (7)
- 規定の第1方向に沿って走行する走行台車を備える搬送装置と、前記第1方向に沿って配置された複数の収容部を備える収容棚と、前記搬送装置に物品を供給する供給装置と、を備えた物品収容設備であって、
上下方向に沿う上下方向視で前記第1方向に直交する方向を第2方向とし、前記第1方向の一方側を第1方向第1側とし、前記第1方向の他方側を第1方向第2側とし、前記第2方向の一方側を第2方向第1側とし、前記第2方向の他方側を第2方向第2側として、
前記搬送装置は、前記走行台車に搭載された第1移載装置及び第2移載装置を備え、
前記第2移載装置は、前記第1移載装置に対して前記第1方向第1側に配置され、
前記第1移載装置及び前記第2移載装置のそれぞれは、前記第2方向に複数の前記物品を並べて載置できる載置部を備えると共に、前記物品を前記第2方向に移動させて前記載置部と前記収容部との間での前記物品の移載動作を行い、
前記供給装置は、前記走行台車が規定の入庫用位置にある状態で前記第1移載装置に対して前記第2方向第1側に隣接するように配置された第1コンベヤ、前記第1コンベヤに対して前記第1方向第1側に配置され、前記走行台車が前記入庫用位置にある状態で前記第2移載装置に対して前記第2方向第1側に隣接するように配置された第2コンベヤ、及び、前記第1コンベヤの前記第2方向第1側の端部に接続される第1接続部と、前記第2コンベヤの前記第2方向第1側の端部に接続される第2接続部とを備えた第3コンベヤを備え、
前記第3コンベヤは、前記第1方向に前記物品を搬送するように構成され、
前記第1接続部が、前記第3コンベヤの前記第1方向第2側の端部に設けられ、
前記第1コンベヤは、前記第2方向に前記物品を搬送するように構成されていると共に、複数の前記物品を前記第2方向に並べて配置可能であり、
前記第2コンベヤは、前記第2方向に前記物品を搬送するように構成されていると共に、複数の前記物品を前記第2方向に並べて配置可能である、物品収容設備。 - 前記第3コンベヤは、前記第1接続部と前記第2接続部との前記第1方向の間に、少なくとも1個の前記物品を配置できるバッファ領域を備えている、請求項1に記載の物品収容設備。
- 前記供給装置を制御する制御システムを更に備え、
前記物品には属性が互いに異なる複数種類があり、
前記制御システムは、前記第3コンベヤに沿って搬送されてくる複数の前記物品を、搬送方向の下流側である前記第1方向第2側から順に第1物品、第2物品、第3物品、第4物品として、
前記第1物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第1コンベヤへ搬送し、
前記第1物品の種類を第1種として、
前記第2物品の種類が前記第1種である場合には、前記第2物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第1コンベヤへ搬送し、前記第2物品の種類が前記第1種と異なる第2種である場合には、前記第2物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第2コンベヤへ搬送し、
前記第3物品の種類が前記第1種である場合には、前記第3物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第1コンベヤへ搬送し、前記第3物品の種類が前記第2種である場合には、前記第3物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第2コンベヤへ搬送し、
前記第4物品の種類が前記第1種であって前記第1コンベヤに新たな前記物品を配置する余地がある場合には、前記第4物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第1コンベヤへ搬送し、前記第4物品の種類が前記第2種であって前記第2コンベヤに新たな前記物品を配置する余地がある場合には、前記第4物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第2コンベヤへ搬送する、請求項1又は2に記載の物品収容設備。 - 前記第3物品の種類が前記第1種及び前記第2種以外である場合には、前記第3物品を前記第3コンベヤの前記第2接続部よりも前記第1方向第2側に配置し、
前記第4物品の種類が前記第2種である場合には、前記第4物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第2コンベヤへ搬送し、
前記第4物品の種類が前記第2種以外である場合は、前記第4物品を前記第3コンベヤの前記第2接続部よりも前記第1方向第2側に配置し、前記第4物品の次に搬送されてきた第5物品の種類が前記第2種である場合、前記第5物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第2コンベヤへ搬送する、請求項3に記載の物品収容設備。 - 前記第3物品の種類が前記第1種及び前記第2種以外である場合には、前記第3物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第2コンベヤへ搬送し、
前記第4物品の種類が前記第1種であって前記第1コンベヤに新たな前記物品を配置する余地がある場合には、前記第4物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第1コンベヤへ搬送する、請求項3に記載の物品収容設備。 - 前記第4物品の次に搬送されてきた第5物品の種類が前記第2種である場合には、前記第3物品を前記第2コンベヤから前記第3コンベヤへ移動させて前記第3コンベヤの前記第2接続部よりも前記第1方向第2側に配置し、前記第5物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第2コンベヤへ搬送し、
前記第5物品の種類が前記第2種以外である場合には、前記第3物品を前記第2コンベヤから前記第3コンベヤへ移動させて前記第3コンベヤの前記第2接続部よりも前記第1方向第2側に配置すると共に、前記第5物品を前記第3コンベヤにおける前記第2接続部よりも前記第1方向第2側に配置し、前記第5物品の次に搬送されてきた第6物品の種類が前記第2種である場合、前記第6物品を前記第3コンベヤから前記第2コンベヤへ搬送する、請求項5に記載の物品収容設備。 - 前記属性は、前記物品の外形の寸法であり、
前記物品の前記種類は、前記物品の寸法が予め定められた寸法区分のいずれに属するかに応じて定まる、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の物品収容設備。
