本申请要求于2020年12月23日提交国家知识产权局、申请号为202011536963.5、申请名称为“设备控制方法、装置和电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及智能控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种设备控制方法、装置和电子设备。
背景技术
随着终端技术和物联网技术的不断发展,用户拥有越来越多种类和功能的电子设备。其中,许多电子设备都具备音频播放功能,比如:手机、平板、电脑、智能电视和智能音箱等;当人们在同一环境中使用多个电子设备时,则可能受到这些电子设备的影响,从而导致用户的设备使用体验低下。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种设备控制方法、装置和电子设备,用于降低电子设备对用户的影响,以提高用户的设备使用体验。
为了实现上述目的,第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种设备控制方法,应用于电子设备,该方法包括:
获取用户所在的目标区域中处于在线状态的音频设备的设备集;其中,音频设备包括第一类设备和第二类设备,第二类设备的设备共用率高于第一类设备的设备共用率;
响应于检测到用户的目标行为,控制设备集中关联账号满足预设要求的第一类设备降低音量。
其中,音频设备所形成的设备集的呈现形式可以是列表形式(即设备集具体为设备列表),也可以是其他表示设备集合的呈现形式。
第一类设备可以包括手机和智能手表等私人设备,以及平板和电脑等可供多人使用,但共用率相对偏低的公共设备;第二类设备可以包括智能电视和智能音箱等可供多人使用,且共用率相对较高的公共设备。
用户的目标行为可以是用户进入通话状态或睡眠状态等容易受到环境声音干扰的用户行为。
在一些应用场景中,比如家庭场景中,用户可以通过其中的一些电子设备(称为控制设备,可以是手机、平板等)对其他电子设备进行控制和/或管理,例如,用户可以通过用户账号登录手机A上用于控制和/或管理电子设备的应用程序,通过关联场景中的电子设备,对关联的电子设备进行控制和/或管理。音频设备的关联账号可以是音频设备登录的账号,也可以是音频设备关联的控制设备登录的账号。
本实施例提供的设备控制方法,在检测到用户进入通话状态或睡眠状态等目标用户行为时,对于同一环境中处于在线状态的音频设备,可以根据这些设备的分类和关联账号,对这些设备进行不同的音量控制方式,从而可以降低这些设备对用户的影响,并可以在提升个人用户的设备使用体验的同时,提升公共空间下的集体用户的设备使用体验。
在第一方面的一种可能的实施方式中,响应于检测到用户的目标行为,控制设备集中关联账号满足预设要求的第一类设备降低音量,包括:
响应于检测到用户进入通话状态,控制设备集中与接听设备关联相同账号的第一类设备降低音量。
其中,接听设备可以是执行该方法的电子设备,也可以是其他音频设备。例如,执行该方法的电子设备为手机,用户可以在手机上接听通话,此时接听设备为手机;用户也可以将通话转移到平板上接听,此时接听设备为平板。
上述实施方式中,当用户进入通话状态时,控制设备集中与接听设备关联相同账号的第一类设备降低音量,可以降低这些电子设备对接听设备的影响;对于设备集中的其他设备不进行音量控制,即保持其音量不变,这样可以增强公共空间下其他用户的体验。
在第一方面的一种可能的实施方式中,该方法还包括:如果接听设备属于第二类设备,则还控制设备集中所述接听设备之外的第二类设备降低音量。
上述实施方案中,当用户选择在第二类设备(即共用率较高的设备)上接听通话时,说明此次通话为一次公共属性的通话行为,即可以被公共空间下的其他用户收听,此时,除了同账号的第一类设备之外,还控制除接听设备之外的第二类设备降低音量,可以进一步降低其他电子设备对接听设备的影响,提升各个参与通话的用户的使用体验;另外,考虑到其他用户的个人需求,对于非同账号的第一类设备不进行音量控制,即保持其音量不变,这样可以增强这些用户在公共空间下的设备使用体验。
在第一方面的一种可能的实施方式中,如果目标区域中有其他用户,则控制设备集中关联账号满足预设要求的第一类设备降低音量;
如果目标区域中没有其他用户,则控制设备集中除接听设备之外的所有设备降低音量。
通过上述实施方式,可以在无人情况下,进一步降低周围音频设备对用户的影响,提升用户的使用体验。
在第一方面的一种可能的实施方式中,响应于检测到用户的目标行为,控制设备集中关联账号满足预设要求的第一类设备降低音量,包括:
响应于检测到用户进入睡眠状态,控制设备集中与电子设备关联相同账号的第一类设备和该电子设备降低音量。
上述实施方式中,控制电子设备、与电子设备同账号的第一类设备降低音量,可以降低这些电子设备对用户的睡眠影响;对于其他音频设备,可以不进行音量控制,即保持其音量不变,这样可以增强公共空间下其他用户的体验。
在第一方面的一种可能的实施方式中,该方法还包括:控制设备集中的未降低音量的其他设备发出提醒消息。这样可以提醒使用这些设备的用户在使用设备时保持低音量,从而可以进一步提升用户的设备使用体验。
在第一方面的一种可能的实施方式中,如果目标区域中有其他用户,则控制设备集中关联账号满足预设要求的第一类设备降低音量;
如果目标区域中没有其他用户,则控制设备集中的所有设备降低音量。
通过上述实施方式,可以在无人情况下,进一步降低周围音频设备对用户的影响,提升用户的使用体验。
在第一方面的一种可能的实施方式中,目标区域中处于在线状态的音频设备的关联账户为第一账号或第二账号,第一账号为电子设备的关联账号,第二账号与第一账号属于同一目标群组。其中,第二账号可以包括一个或多个;目标群组也可以包括一个或多个。
上述实施方式中,设备集包括电子设备所在目标群组中的各账号关联的音频设备,这样可以得到更全面的音频设备,即可以对用户周围的更多音频设备进行控制,这样就可以进一步降低周围音频设备对用户的影响。
在第一方面的一种可能的实施方式中,目标区域中处于在线状态的音频设备满足下列要求中的至少一种:
与电子设备之间的距离小于预设距离;
与电子设备处于同一无线局域网络,比如同一Wi-Fi网络;
与电子设备可建立近距离通信连接,比如蓝牙连接;
与电子设备处于同一目标建筑空间,比如同一房间、同一房屋等。
第二方面,本申请实施例提供一种设备控制装置,应用于电子设备,包括:
通信模块,用于获取用户所在的目标区域中处于在线状态的音频设备的设备集;音频设备包括第一类设备和第二类设备,第二类设备的设备共用率高于第一类设备的设备共用率;
处理模块,用于响应于检测到用户的目标行为,控制设备集中关联账号满足预设要求的第一类设备降低音量。

具体实施方式
下面结合本申请实施例中的附图对本申请实施例进行描述。本申请实施例的实施方式部分使用的术语仅用于对本申请的具体实施例进行解释,而非旨在限定本申请。
目前,用户拥有的电子设备越来越多,许多电子设备都具备音频播放功能,比如:手机、平板、电脑、智能电视和智能音箱等。当用户在同一环境中使用多个音频设备(即具备音频播放功能的电子设备)时,这些音频设备可能会对用户产生干扰,例如:在家庭场景中,用户在看电视时接听来电,电视音量过大则会影响用户通话;另外,家庭成员之间的作息习惯不尽相同,在使用音频设备时也会存在互相影响休息的情况。这些就会影响用户的设备使用体验。
一种可选的方案是,检测用户的当前状态,在检测到用户进入通话或睡眠状态时,将其他音频设备的音量上限调整为预设的音量值,以减少音频设备间的影响。
考虑到上述这种控制方式对其他音频设备都进行音量调控,而可能会影响公共空间中其他用户的设备使用体验,本申请实施例提供另一种设备控制方法,通过对设备进行分类,在用户进入通话或睡眠状态后,根据设备的分类对设备进行不同的控制,来提升设备控制的智能性,尽可能的在满足个人用户的设备使用体验的同时,兼顾公共空间下的集体用户的需求。下面将以家庭场景作为示例性场景进行说明。
图1为本申请实施例提供的家庭场景示意图,如图1所示,家庭场景1000可以被划分为一个或多个区域,其中的一个或多个区域可以包括一个或多个音频设备,该音频设备可以是便携式电子设备(例如手机、平板、可穿戴设备等),也可以是非便携式电子设备(例如智能音箱、智能电视等智能家居设备)。家庭场景1000中还可以包括其他类型的电子设备,例如路由器、智能灯等。
例如,图1中所示的,家庭场景1000可以被划分为七个区域:客厅、主卧、次卧、书房、卫生间、厨房和走廊;其中,客厅中包括手机1001、平板1002、智能手表1003、智能电视1004、路由器1005和智能音箱1006;主卧中包括智能灯1007,次卧中包括智能音箱1008,书房中包括电脑1009。
各电子设备可以通过其通信功能与其他电子设备进行数据交互。用户可以通过其中的一些电子设备(例如手机、平板等)对其他电子设备进行控制和/或管理。
其中,电子设备可以通过云端设备与其他电子设备之间进行数据交互,也可以与其他电子设备建立近距离通信连接,通过建立的近距离通信连接进行数据交互。建立近距离通信连接的技术包括但不局限于:无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)(如无线保真(wireless fidelity,Wi-Fi)网络)、蓝牙(bluetooth,BT)技术、超宽带(ultrawide band,UWB)技术、近场通信(near field communication,NFC)技术、红外(infrared,IR)技术、通用2.4G/5G频段无线通信技术等。其中,电子设备之间通过近距离通信连接进行数据交互的方式,可以为设备间直接传输,也可以为设备间间接传输。
以场景中包括三人为例,如图2所示,家庭场景1000中包括用户A、用户B和用户C。以用户A为例,用户A在通话或睡觉时,如果用户B和/或用户C在使用音频设备播放音频内容,则可能会对用户A产生影响。
本实施例提供的设备控制方法,可以在检测到某用户A的目标用户行为时,对同一环境中的电子设备进行控制,降低这些电子设备对用户A的影响,并可以在满足用户A的设备使用体验的同时,兼顾其他用户的需求。其中,目标用户行为可以是用户进入通话状态或睡眠状态等容易受到环境声音干扰的用户行为。下面结合通话场景和入睡场景对设备控制过程进行说明。
图3为本申请实施例提供的通话场景示意图,如图3所示,用户A、用户B和用户C在客厅中,其中,用户A在使用平板,用户B在看电视,用户C在玩手机。此时,用户A的手机A接收到来电(即通话请求),用户A接听通话时,场景中其他电子设备的声音则可能会影响用户A的通话过程。针对该情况,本实施例中,可以对接听设备之外的其他音频设备进行控制,降低这些设备对用户接听通话的影响,并兼顾其他用户的需求。下面介绍设备控制的具体流程。
图4为本申请实施例提供的一种设备控制方法的流程示意图,该方法的执行主体可以是家庭场景1000中的任一电子设备,比如,用户的手机1001、智能手表1003等便携式的电子设备。该设备控制方法的执行主体也可以是家庭场景1000中的指定电子设备,比如,可以由家庭场景1000中的路由器1005收集各个音频设备的工作数据,由路由器1005根据收集的设备工作数据进行该设备控制过程。结合图3所示的场景,本申请实施例中以执行主体为用户A拥有的手机A为例进行示例性说明。
参见图4,本实施例提供的设备控制方法可以包括如下步骤:
S110、在检测到用户进入通话状态时,获取同一环境中处于在线状态的音频设备的设备列表。
本实施例中,手机A可以接收通话请求或向外发出通话请求,其可以在检测到通话请求时,认为用户进入通话状态;考虑到通话可能未能接通,为了节省处理资源,也可以在检测到通话请求被接通时,认为用户进入通话状态。该通话请求可以是运行电话应用或即时通讯类应用进行的语音通话请求或视频通话请求。
作为一种可选的实施方式,手机A在检测到用户进入通话状态后,可以通过用户账号从云端设备获取家庭场景中处于在线状态的音频设备的设备列表(简称为在线设备列表),然后从中选出同一环境中的在线设备列表,其中,该同一环境可以是手机A所在的目标区域内。
如前所述,用户可以通过场景中的一些电子设备(例如手机、平板等)对其他电子设备进行控制和/或管理。例如,用户可以通过用户账号登录手机A上用于控制和/或管理电子设备的应用程序,通过关联场景中的电子设备,对关联的电子设备进行控制和/或管理。以华为技术有限公司提供的“智慧生活”应用程序为例进行说明。图4示出了“智慧生活”应用程序的示例性用户界面。
如图5中的(a)所示,用户打开“智慧生活”应用程序后,对应的用户界面10可以包括场景名称101(此处的示例性场景名称101为“A的家”)。当手机A检测到用户点击位于场景名称101右侧的图标102的操作,应用程序可以提供“家庭名称”选项供用户修改场景名称101,还可以提供“房间管理”选项供用户设置场景中的房间,例如添加房间、删除房间、更改房间名称。
其中,这里所说的房间可以是根据现实中的房间生成的,例如用户在“智慧生活”应用程序中建立家庭场景1000的栅格地图/点云地图后计算出的房间。在另一些实施方案中,这里所说的房间是虚拟的,是用户根据自己的需求建立的虚拟房间。家庭场景1000中一些位置比较固定的电子设备具有可供用户配置的位置标签,具有相同位置标签的电子设备处于同一房间中。
当用户点击“更多”图标103后,手机A可以弹出更多选项,例如“添加设备”、“创建场景”、“共享设备”和“连接三方平台”。其中,“添加设备”选项可供用户添加并关联新的电子设备;“创建场景”选项可供用户创建新的智能场景;“共享设备”选项可供用户将关联的一个或多个电子设备的控制权分享给其他用户,使得其他用户对分享后的一个或多个电子设备进行管理和/或控制,从而满足多用户使用的需求;“连接三方平台”选项可供用户将其他用于管理电子设备的应用程序中的账户关联到“智慧生活”应用程序中,从而使得“智慧生活”应用程序能够管理更多的电子设备。
用户可以在“家居”图标108对应的界面中查看关联的电子设备,图5中的(a)即示出了“家居”图标对应的界面,此时“家居”图标可以显示为被选中状态(此处图标被选中的示例性表现为“家居”图标被填充)。在该界面中,每个在家庭场景1000中且与“智慧生活”应用程序相关联的电子设备会生成一张卡片,可供用户在卡片中查看设备名称、设备状态以及所处的房间。例如图5中的(a)所示的,用户关联了场景中的智能电视1004(对应卡片104)、路由器1005(对应卡片105)、音箱1006(对应卡片106)和智能灯1007(对应卡片107)。
其中,设备状态可以包括在线状态和离线状态,在线状态可以指该设备处于开机状态,并且处于WLAN中或者与手机A建立了通信连接(比如蓝牙连接);离线状态可以指该设备断电,或者,未处于WLAN中也未与手机A建立通信连接。
如图5中的(a)和(b)所示,用户可以点击“我的”图标109,打开“我的”界面20,通过“账号中心”图标201登录账号、退出账号、管理与该账号相关的其他服务(比如云空间服务)等。
用户也可以在共享设备时建立共享群组,将关联的电子设备分享给群组中的其他用户账号。如图5中的(b)和(c)所示,用户可以点击“我的”界面20中的“我的共享”图标202,打开“我的共享”界面30,查看已建立的共享群组以及建立新的设备共享群组,例如图中所示的已建立的“家庭群组”301,该群组中用户A(对应群组成员中的“A”)向用户B(对应群组成员中的“A”)共享其关联的电子设备。
可以理解的是,上述只是以用户A向用户B共享电子设备的控制权为例进行示例性说明,用户A也可以作为被共享者接受其他用户的共享,对应的,“家居”图标108对应的界面中可以展示用户A接受共享的电子设备对应的卡片。另外,该共享群组也可以采用其他形式体现,例如,界面中不显示群组字样,只是显示共享成员的相关信息,用户A与每个共享成员都可以形成一个共享群组。
同一共享群组中的成员很可能处于同一环境,在获取在线设备列表时,则可以根据电子设备登录的账号和设备共享服务对应的共享群组中其他用户的账号,从云端设备获取家庭场景中的在线设备列表,然后从中选出在同一环境的在线设备列表。
另外,用户还可以将云空间等其他服务共享给其他用户账号,为了使用户享受到更智能的多设备感知服务,本实施例中,除了共享设备服务对应的共享群组之外,还可以根据其他共享群组获取在线设备列表,以获取到更多的可控设备。即手机A可以从云端设备获取其所在的各个共享群组中所有账号所关联的处于在线状态的音频设备(简称为在线设备);然后从中选出手机A所在环境中的在线设备(称为目标在线设备)。下面举例说明:
假设用户A通过账号A登录了手机A的云空间服务和“智慧生活”应用程序,在“智慧生活”应用程序中关联了智能电视1004和音箱1006,而且添加了账号B作为家庭群组的共享成员,用户A还通过账号A(作为系统账号)登录了平板1002和智能手表1003。用户B通过账号B登录了手机B的云空间服务和“智慧生活”应用程序,在“智慧生活”应用程序中关联了音箱1008,并且,在云空间服务中添加了共享成员账号A和账号C。用户C通过账号C登录了手机C的云空间服务和“智慧生活”应用程序,未在“智慧生活”应用程序中关联任何设备,并且,用户C还通过账号C登录了电脑1009。假设除了电脑1009之外,其他电子设备均处于在线状态。
那么,账号A所在的共享群组包括两个:“智慧生活”应用程序中的家庭群组(包括账号A和账号B),云空间服务中的共享群组(包括账号A、账号B和账号C)。根据这两个共享群组可知,手机A所在的共享群组中的所有账号共包括三个:账号A、账号B和账号C,手机A则可以从云端设备获取这三个账号下关联的所有在线设备,其中,账号A关联的在线设备包括:手机A、平板1002、音箱1006、智能手表1003和智能电视1004,账号B关联的在线设备包括:手机B和音箱1008,账号C关联的在线设备包括:手机C。
可以理解的是,上述从云端设备获取在线设备列表时所采用的目标群组,不限于云空间服务和“智慧生活”应用程序的共享群组,其也可以是其他服务对应的共享群组/家庭群组。
另外,在用户建立多个群组的情况下,如果群组标记有地理信息,则可以根据手机A的位置和各群组的地理信息,确定目标群组。比如,用户A还在“智慧生活”应用程序中关联了位于公司的电子设备,并建立了公司群组,将公司某同事的账号作为该群组的共享成员,以共享公司的电子设备。用户A可以分别为建立的家庭群组和公司群组标记地理信息,或者,手机A可以根据群组中共享的电子设备的位置自动生成每个群组的地理信息。在确定目标群组时,手机A则可以将与自身位置匹配的群组(即家庭群组)作为目标群组。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,手机A也可以从路由器获取连接到Wi-Fi的设备列表,然后从中选出同一环境中的在线设备(即目标在线设备)。其中,该方式比较简单,可以较快的获取到目标在线设备;在连接方式多样化的情况下,从云端设备获取在线设备的方式,可以获取到更全面的目标在线设备。
本实施例中,除了手机A之外的目标在线设备可以是与手机A之间的距离小于预设距离的电子设备,也可以是与手机A连接在同一Wi-Fi网络的电子设备,或者是与手机A连接在同一Wi-Fi网络中的Wi-Fi信号强度大于预设阈值的电子设备,还可以是与手机A在同一房间中的电子设备,或者是可以与手机A建立近距离通信连接的电子设备。目标在线设备还可以采用其他方式确定,具体的确定方式本实施例不做特别限定。
其中,手机A可以采用全球卫星定位系统(global positioning system,GPS)定位、蓝牙测距或UWB测距等技术确定与其他电子设备之间的距离,预设距离的值可以根据需要设置,例如5米。另外,手机A可以从路由器获取连接到Wi-Fi网络中的各电子设备的Wi-Fi信号强度。对于有些位置比较固定的电子设备(例如智能电视),手机A可以从“智慧生活”应用程序中获取该设备所处的房间;对于一些位置不固定的电子设备,手机A可以采用GPS定位、蓝牙定位或UWB定位等技术确定该设备所处的房间。
本实施例中,对于不同的目标用户行为,可以采用相同的方式确定同一环境,也可以采用不同的方式确定同一环境。本实施例中以采用不同的方式确定同一环境为例进行示例性说明。
以通话场景下,同一环境指同一房间(即手机A所在的房间)为例,本实施例中,手机A检测到用户进入通话状态后,如前所述,可以在云端设备获取到手机A所在的共享群组中各账号下关联的在线设备:手机A、平板1002、智能手表1003、智能电视1004、音箱1006、音箱1008、手机B和手机C。然后可以从中选取同一房间(即手机A所在房间:客厅)的目标在线设备:手机A、平板1002、智能手表1003、智能电视1004、音箱1006、手机B和手机C。
S120、判断同一环境中是否有人,若无人,则执行步骤S130;若有人,则执行步骤S140。
手机A在确定目标在线设备之外,还可以判断该同一环境中是否有人,如果没有人,则可以控制接听设备之外的所有目标在线设备降低音量;如果有人,则可以根据电子设备的分类对电子设备进行不同的控制。
在具体判断时,手机A可以通过智能门锁、路由器、内置或外置的摄像头、人体传感器等器件中的一个或多个器件确定周围环境中是否有人。其中,手机A可以从智能门锁获取进出人员信息,从路由器获取连接到同一Wi-Fi的电子设备的设备信息,从摄像头和人体传感器获取周围环境中的人员信息;手机A可以根据一种或多种信息来判断环境中是否有人。
S130、控制设备列表中除接听设备之外的所有设备降低音量。
具体的,对于除接听设备之外的每个目标在线设备,在该设备的音量超过预设音量值的情况下,可以将该设备的音量调整为预设音量值,或者也可以采用其他音量控制方式进行设备控制,本实施例对此不做特别限定。
S140、根据设备列表中各设备的分类进行设备控制。
对于同一环境中有人的情况,手机A可以对目标在线设备进行分类,不同分类的目标在线设备可以采用不同的控制方式。
本实施例中,可以依据电子设备的设备共用率将电子设备分为以下三类:私人设备、低共用率的公共设备(简称为低共用设备)、高共用率的公共设备(简称为高共用设备)。
其中,私人设备、低共用设备和高共用设备的共用率依次增高。
可以理解的是,也可以将电子设备分为其他数量的分类,比如简单的分为私人设备和共用设备两类,或者分出更多的分类,本实施例以总共分为三类为例进行示例性说明。
本实施例中,电子设备的分类方法包括但不限于如下三种方式:
第一种,根据设备类型进行分类。例如图6中所示的,可以将手机和智能手表等通常为一人专属使用的设备确定为私人设备;将平板和电脑等可供多人使用,但共用率相对偏低的设备确定为低共用设备;将智能电视和智能音箱等可供多人使用,且共用率相对较高的设备确定为高共用设备。本实施例中后续即是以该分类方法为例进行示例性说明。
第二种,根据电子设备登录的账号进行分类,即可以为账号标记分类,电子设备的分类为其登录的账号所属的分类。例如,平板在登录账号1时,属于低共用设备;在登录账号2时,属于私人设备。
第三种,根据电子设备的账号切换频率进行分类。具体的,该账号切换频率可以根据电子设备在预设时间段内的账号切换次数确定,在具体实现时,可以在账号切换次数小于第一次数阈值时,可以认为该电子设备属于私人设备;在账号切换次数大于或等于第一次数阈值、小于第二次数阈值时,可以认为该电子设备属于低共用设备;在账号切换次数大于或等于第二次数阈值时,可以认为该电子设备属于高共用设备。其中,第一次数阈值和第二次数阈值可以根据实际需要设置,例如,第一次数阈值可以是两次,第二次数阈值可以是四次。
考虑到用户可以在私人设备上接听通话,也可以在将通话转移到低共用设备(比如平板)或强共用设备(比如智能电视)上接听,比如,用户A可以在手机A上接听通话,也 可以转移到平板上接听通话,还可以转移到智能电视上接听通话。本实施例中,对于不同的接听设备,可以采用不同的控制方式。
如图7中所示的,在目标用户行为是用户进入通话状态的情况下,在具体进行设备控制时,可以判断接听设备的设备分类(步骤S141),如果接听设备属于私人设备或低共用设备,可以控制设备列表中与接听设备同账号的私人设备和同账号的低共用设备(即与接听设备登录同一账号的私人设备和低共用设备)降低音量(步骤S142)。如果接听设备属于高共用设备,可以控制设备列表中与接听设备同账号的私人设备、同账号的低共用设备、除接听设备之外的高共用设备降低音量(步骤S143)。
例如,基于前述的第一种分类方法可知,用户A所在房间(即同一环境)的在线设备中,私人设备包括:手机A、智能手表1003(与手机A同账号)、手机B和手机C;低共用设备包括:平板1002(与手机A同账号);高共用设备包括:智能电视1004和音箱1006。如果用户A在手机A上接听通话时,则可以控制平板1002和智能手表1003降低音量,手机B、手机C、智能电视1004和音箱1006保持音量不变;如果用户A在平板1002上接听通话,则可以控制手机A和智能手表1003降低音量,手机B、手机C、智能电视1004和音箱1006保持音量不变;如果用户A在智能电视1004上接听通话,则可以控制手机A、平板1002、智能手表1003和音箱1006降低音量,手机B和手机C保持音量不变。
本实施例中,当用户选择在私人设备或低共用设备上接听通话时,控制同账号的私人设备和低共用设备降低音量,可以降低这些电子设备对接听设备的影响;对于非同账号的私人设备、非同账号的低共用设备和所有高共用设备(即同账号和不同账号的高共用设备),不进行音量控制,即保持其音量不变,这样可以增强公共空间下其他用户的体验。
当用户选择在高共用设备上接听通话时,说明此次通话为一次公共属性的通话行为,即可以被公共空间下的其他用户收听,此时,除了同账号的私人设备和低共用设备之外,还控制除接听设备之外的高共用设备降低音量,可以进一步降低其他电子设备对接听设备的影响,提升各个参与通话的用户的使用体验;另外,考虑到其他用户的个人需求,对于非同账号的私人设备和低共用设备,不进行音量控制,即保持其音量不变,这样可以增强这些用户在公共空间下的设备使用体验。
上面介绍了通话场景下的设备控制过程,下面介绍入睡场景下的设备控制过程。
图8为本申请实施例提供的入睡场景示意图,如图8所示,用户A在主卧中睡觉,用户B在次卧中听音乐,用户C在客厅里看电视,此时,该家庭场景中各电子设备的声音则可能会影响用户A睡觉。针对该情况,本实施例中,本申请实施例提供的设备控制方法,可以对同一环境中的电子设备进行控制,降低这些电子设备对用户A的睡眠影响,并兼顾其他用户的需求。下面介绍设备控制的具体流程。
图9为本申请实施例提供的另一种设备控制方法的流程示意图,与图4所示的方法类似,该方法的执行主体可以是家庭场景中的任一电子设备或指定电子设备,本实施例中继续以执行主体为手机A为例进行示例性说明。
参见图9,本实施例提供的设备控制方法可以包括如下步骤:
S210、在检测到用户进入睡眠状态后,获取同一环境中处于在线状态的设备列表。
其中,手机A可以全天检测用户的睡眠状态,也可以将晚上的第一时刻到次日的第二时刻之间的时间段作为检测时间段,在该时间段内进行睡眠检测,以节省能耗。
在具体检测时,可以根据手机A的状态信息进行睡眠检测,也可以从其他电子设备获取信息,结合其他电子设备的输入信息进行睡眠检测,以提高检测结果的准确度。其中,手机A确定用户A入睡的条件包括但不限于如下条件中的至少一种:当前时间处在系统预设的或用户设定的睡眠时间段内;用户关闭主卧中的窗帘、门和/或灯;智能穿戴设备(例如智能手表1003)根据用户A的心率、运动信息和/或脑电信息检测到用户A入睡;手机A在晚上关屏并开始充电;手机A开启勿打扰模式或飞行模式;主卧中的智能音箱(未示出)开始播放助眠音频;用户调节空气净化器或温湿控制设备(未示出)为睡眠模式;用户发出表示入睡的指令:“我睡了”、“晚安”、“关灯”、“播放助眠音乐”等。
手机A获取同一环境中在线设备列表的方式与步骤S110中类似,此处不再赘述。
以睡眠场景下,同一环境指同一房屋(即手机A所在的房屋)为例,本实施例中,用户A的手机A检测到用户进入睡眠状态后,如前所述,可以从云端设备获取到手机A所在的共享群组中各账号下关联的在线设备:手机A、平板1002、智能手表1003、智能电视1004、音箱1006、音箱1008、手机B和手机C。然后可以从中选取同一房屋(即手机A所在的整个家庭环境)的目标在线设备,这些目标在线设备即为上述从云端设备获取的各个在线设备。
S220、判断同一环境中是否有人,若无人,则执行步骤S230;若有人,则执行步骤S240。
手机A在确定目标在线设备(即同一环境中的在线设备)之外,可以判断该同一环境中是否有人,如果没有人,则可以控制所有目标在线设备降低音量;如果有人,则可以根据电子设备的分类对电子设备进行不同的控制。
其中,判断是否有人的方法与步骤S120中类似,此处不再赘述。
S230、控制设备列表中的所有设备降低音量。
具体的,对于每个目标在线设备,可以对其进行音量控制,具体的控制过程可以参见上述步骤S130中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
S240、控制手机A、设备列表中与手机A同账号的私人设备和同账号的低共用设备降低音量,非同账号的私人设备、非同账号的低共用设备和高共用设备发出提醒消息。
对于同一环境中有人的情况,手机A可以对目标在线设备进行分类,不同分类的目标在线设备可以采用不同的控制方式。其中,设备分类方式可以参见上述步骤S140中的相关描述,此处不再赘述。
以前述的同一环境指同一房屋为例,基于第一种分类方法可知,获取的同一环境的在线设备中,私人设备包括:手机A、智能手表1003(与手机A同账号)、手机B和手机C;低共用设备包括:平板1002(与手机A同账号);高共用设备包括:智能电视1004、音箱1006和音箱1008。手机A检测到用户A入睡后,可以控制手机A、平板1002和智能手表1003降低音量,控制手机B、手机C、智能电视1004、音箱1006和音箱1008发出提醒消息。
其中,被控的电子设备发出的提醒消息可以包括文本消息和/或语音消息,例如,对于手机和平板,可以是文本消息;对于智能电视,可以包括文本消息和语音消息;对于智能音箱和智能手表,可以是语音消息。提醒消息的消息内容可以根据需要设置,例如可以是:“有人入睡了,您可以调低音量哦”。
与通话场景类似,控制手机A、与手机A同账号的私人设备和与手机A同账号的低共用设备降低音量,可以降低这些电子设备对用户A的睡眠影响;对于非同账号(即与手机A登录的账号不同)的私人设备、非同账号的低共用设备和所有的高共用设备,可以不进行音量控制,即保持其音量不变,这样可以增强公共空间下其他用户的体验;为了提高智能性,以进一步提升用户的设备使用体验,对于非同账号的私人设备、非同账号的低共用设备和高共用设备,可以控制这些设备发出提醒消息,以提醒使用这些设备的用户可以使设备保持低音量,以免影响他人休息。
本实施例中,在检测到用户退出通话状态或睡眠状态的情况下,也可以将降低了音量的目标在线设备恢复到降低前的音量。
本领域技术人员可以理解,以上实施例是示例性的,并非用于限定本申请。在可能的情况下,以上步骤中的一个或者几个步骤的执行顺序可以进行调整,也可以进行选择性组合,得到一个或多个其他实施例,例如,判断同一环境中是否有人的步骤也可以在获取同一环境中处于在线状态的设备列表之前执行,或者两步骤同时执行。本领域技术人员可以根据需要从上述步骤中任意进行选择组合,凡是未脱离本申请方案实质的,都落入本申请的保护范围。
本实施例提供的设备控制方法,可以在检测到用户进入通话状态或睡眠状态时,获取同一环境中的在线设备,根据这些在线设备的分类对设备进行不同的音量控制方式,从而可以提升设备控制的智能性,在提升个人用户的设备使用体验的同时,提升公共空间下的集体用户的设备使用体验。
基于同一发明构思,作为对上述方法的实现,本申请实施例提供了一种设备控制装置,该装置实施例与前述方法实施例对应,为便于阅读,本装置实施例不再对前述方法实施例中的细节内容进行逐一赘述,但应当明确,本实施例中的装置能够对应实现前述方法实施例中的全部内容。

其中,显示模块210用于支持电子设备执行上述实施例中的界面显示操作和/或用于本文所描述的技术的其它过程。显示模块可以是触摸屏或其他硬件或硬件与软件的综合体。
输入模块220用于接收用户在电子设备的显示界面上的输入,如触摸输入、语音输入、手势输入等,输入模块用于支持电子设备执行上述实施例中接收用户的接听通话操作的步骤和/或用于本文所描述的技术的其它过程。输入模块可以是触摸屏或其他硬件或硬件与软件的综合体。

处理器110可以包括一个或多个处理单元,例如:处理器110可以包括应用处理器(application processor,AP),调制解调处理器,图形处理器(sraphics processing unit,GPU),图像信号处理器(image signal processor,ISP),控制器,存储器,视频编解码器,数字信号处理器(digital signal processor,DSP),基带处理器,和/或神经网络处理器(neural-network processing unit,NPU)等。其中,不同的处理单元可以是独立的器件,也可以集成在一个或多个处理器中。
其中,控制器可以是电子设备100的神经中枢和指挥中心。控制器可以根据指令操作码和时序信号,产生操作控制信号,完成取指令和执行指令的控制。
处理器110中还可以设置存储器,用于存储指令和数据。在一些实施例中,处理器110中的存储器为高速缓冲存储器。该存储器可以保存处理器110刚用过或循环使用的指令或数据。如果处理器110需要再次使用该指令或数据,可从所述存储器中直接调用。避免了重复存取,减少了处理器110的等待时间,因而提高了系统的效率。
在一些实施例中,处理器110可以包括一个或多个接口。接口可以包括集成电路(inter-integrated circuit,I2C)接口,集成电路内置音频(inter-integrated circuit sound,I2S)接口,脉冲编码调制(pulse code modulation,PCM)接口,通用异步收发传输器(universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter,UART)接口,移动产业处理器接口(mobile industry processor interface,MIPI),通用输入输出(general-purpose input/output,GPIO)接口, 用户标识模块(subscriber identity module,SIM)接口,和/或通用串行总线(universal serial bus,USB)接口等。
充电管理模块140用于从充电器接收充电输入。其中,充电器可以是无线充电器,也可以是有线充电器。在一些有线充电的实施例中,充电管理模块140可以通过USB接口130接收有线充电器的充电输入。在一些无线充电的实施例中,充电管理模块140可以通过电子设备100的无线充电线圈接收无线充电输入。充电管理模块140为电池142充电的同时,还可以通过电源管理模块141为电子设备供电。
电源管理模块141用于连接电池142,充电管理模块140与处理器110。电源管理模块141接收电池142和/或充电管理模块140的输入,为处理器110,内部存储器121,外部存储器,显示屏194,摄像头193,和无线通信模块160等供电。电源管理模块141还可以用于监测电池容量,电池循环次数,电池健康状态(漏电,阻抗)等参数。在其他一些实施例中,电源管理模块141也可以设置于处理器110中。在另一些实施例中,电源管理模块141和充电管理模块140也可以设置于同一个器件中。
电子设备100的无线通信功能可以通过天线1,天线2,移动通信模块150,无线通信模块160,调制解调处理器以及基带处理器等实现。
天线1和天线2用于发射和接收电磁波信号。电子设备100中的每个天线可用于覆盖单个或多个通信频带。不同的天线还可以复用,以提高天线的利用率。例如:可以将天线1复用为无线局域网的分集天线。在另外一些实施例中,天线可以和调谐开关结合使用。
移动通信模块150可以提供应用在电子设备100上的包括2G/3G/4G/5G等无线通信的解决方案。移动通信模块150可以包括至少一个滤波器,开关,功率放大器,低噪声放大器(low noise amplifier,LNA)等。移动通信模块150可以由天线1接收电磁波,并对接收的电磁波进行滤波,放大等处理,传送至调制解调处理器进行解调。移动通信模块150还可以对经调制解调处理器调制后的信号放大,经天线1转为电磁波辐射出去。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块150的至少部分功能模块可以被设置于处理器110中。在一些实施例中,移动通信模块150的至少部分功能模块可以与处理器110的至少部分模块被设置在同一个器件中。
无线通信模块160可以提供应用在电子设备100上的包括无线局域网(wireless local area networks,WLAN)(如无线保真(wireless fidelity,Wi-Fi)网络),蓝牙(bluetooth,BT),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS),调频(frequency modulation,FM),近场通信技术(near field communication,NFC),红外技术(infrared,IR)等无线通信的解决方案。无线通信模块160可以是集成至少一个通信处理模块的一个或多个器件。无线通信模块160经由天线2接收电磁波,将电磁波信号调频以及滤波处理,将处理后的信号发送到处理器110。无线通信模块160还可以从处理器110接收待发送的信号,对其进行调频,放大,经天线2转为电磁波辐射出去。
在一些实施例中,电子设备100的天线1和移动通信模块150耦合,天线2和无线通信模块160耦合,使得电子设备100可以通过无线通信技术与网络以及其他设备通信。所述无线通信技术可以包括全球移动通讯系统(global system for mobile communications,GSM),通用分组无线服务(general packet radio service,GPRS),码分多址接入(code division multiple access,CDMA),宽带码分多址(wideband code division multiple access,WCDMA), 时分同步码分多址(time division-synchronous code division multiple access,TD-SCDMA),长期演进(long term evolution,LTE),BT,GNSS,WLAN,NFC,FM,和/或IR技术等。所述GNSS可以包括全球卫星定位系统(global positioning system,GPS),全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS),北斗卫星导航系统(beidou navigation satellite system,BDS),准天顶卫星系统(quasi-zenith satellite system,QZSS)和/或星基增强系统(satellite based augmentation systems,SBAS)。
电子设备100通过GPU,显示屏194,以及应用处理器等实现显示功能。GPU为图像处理的微处理器,连接显示屏194和应用处理器。GPU用于执行数学和几何计算,用于图形渲染。处理器110可包括一个或多个GPU,其执行程序指令以生成或改变显示信息。
显示屏194用于显示图像,视频等。显示屏194包括显示面板。显示面板可以采用液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD),有机发光二极管(organic light-emitting diode,OLED),有源矩阵有机发光二极体或主动矩阵有机发光二极体(active-matrix organic light emitting diode的,AMOLED),柔性发光二极管(flex light-emitting diode,FLED),Mini LED,Micro LED,量子点发光二极管(quantum dot light emitting diodes,QLED)等。在一些实施例中,电子设备100可以包括1个或N个显示屏194,N为大于1的正整数。
电子设备100可以通过ISP,摄像头193,视频编解码器,GPU,显示屏194以及应用处理器等实现拍摄功能。
外部存储器接口120可以用于连接外部存储卡,例如Micro SD卡,实现扩展电子设备100的存储能力。外部存储卡通过外部存储器接口120与处理器110通信,实现数据存储功能。例如将音乐,视频等文件保存在外部存储卡中。
内部存储器121可以用于存储计算机可执行程序代码,所述可执行程序代码包括指令。处理器110通过运行存储在内部存储器121的指令,从而执行电子设备100的各种功能应用以及数据处理。内部存储器121可以包括存储程序区和存储数据区。其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统,至少一个功能所需的应用程序(比如声音播放功能,图像播放功能等)等。存储数据区可存储电子设备100使用过程中所创建的数据(比如音频数据,电话本等)等。此外,内部存储器121可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件,闪存器件,通用闪存存储器(universal flash storage,UFS)等。
电子设备100可以通过音频模块170,扬声器170A,受话器170B,麦克风170C,耳机接口170D,以及应用处理器等实现音频功能。例如音乐播放,录音等。
音频模块170用于将数字音频信息转换成模拟音频信号输出,也用于将模拟音频输入转换为数字音频信号。音频模块170还可以用于对音频信号编码和解码。在一些实施例中,音频模块170可以设置于处理器110中,或将音频模块170的部分功能模块设置于处理器110中。
扬声器170A,也称“喇叭”,用于将音频电信号转换为声音信号。电子设备100可以通过扬声器170A收听音乐,或收听免提通话。
受话器170B,也称“听筒”,用于将音频电信号转换成声音信号。当电子设备100接听电话或语音信息时,可以通过将受话器170B靠近人耳接听语音。
麦克风170C,也称“话筒”,“传声器”,用于将声音信号转换为电信号。当拨打电 话或发送语音信息时,用户可以通过人嘴靠近麦克风170C发声,将声音信号输入到麦克风170C。电子设备100可以设置至少一个麦克风170C。在另一些实施例中,电子设备100可以设置两个麦克风170C,除了采集声音信号,还可以实现降噪功能。在另一些实施例中,电子设备100还可以设置三个,四个或更多麦克风170C,实现采集声音信号,降噪,还可以识别声音来源,实现定向录音功能等。
耳机接口170D用于连接有线耳机。耳机接口170D可以是USB接口130,也可以是3.5mm的开放移动电子设备平台(open mobile terminal platform,OMTP)标准接口,美国蜂窝电信工业协会(cellular telecommunications industry association of the USA,CTIA)标准接口。
本实施例提供的电子设备可以执行上述方法实施例,其实现原理与技术效果类似,此处不再赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上述方法实施例所述的方法。
本申请实施例还提供一种计算机程序产品,当计算机程序产品在电子设备上运行时,使得电子设备执行时实现上述方法实施例所述的方法。
本申请实施例还提供一种芯片系统,包括处理器,所述处理器与存储器耦合,所述处理器执行存储器中存储的计算机程序,以实现上述方法实施例所述的方法。其中,所述芯片系统可以为单个芯片,或者多个芯片组成的芯片模组。
在上述实施例中,可以全部或部分地通过软件、硬件、固件或者其任意组合来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以全部或部分地以计算机程序产品的形式实现。所述计算机程序产品包括一个或多个计算机指令。在计算机上加载和执行所述计算机程序指令时,全部或部分地产生按照本申请实施例所述的流程或功能。所述计算机可以是通用计算机、专用计算机、计算机网络、或者其他可编程装置。所述计算机指令可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,或者通过所述计算机可读存储介质进行传输。所述计算机指令可以从一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心通过有线(例如同轴电缆、光纤、数字用户线)或无线(例如红外、无线、微波等)方式向另一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心进行传输。所述计算机可读存储介质可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质或者是包含一个或多个可用介质集成的服务器、数据中心等数据存储设备。所述可用介质可以是磁性介质(例如软盘、硬盘或磁带)、光介质(例如DVD)、或者半导体介质(例如固态硬盘(Solid State Disk,SSD))等。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,该流程可以由计算机程序来指令相关的硬件完成,该程序可存储于计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法实施例的流程。而前述的存储介质可以包括:ROM或随机存储记忆体RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可存储程序代码的介质。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种设备控制方法,应用于电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户所在的目标区域中处于在线状态的音频设备的设备集;所述音频设备包括第一类设备和第二类设备,所述第二类设备的设备共用率高于所述第一类设备的设备共用率;
    响应于检测到所述用户的目标行为,控制所述设备集中关联账号满足预设要求的第一类设备降低音量。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于检测到所述用户的目标行为,控制所述设备集中关联账号满足预设要求的第一类设备降低音量,包括:
    响应于检测到用户进入通话状态,控制所述设备集中与接听设备关联相同账号的第一类设备降低音量。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    如果所述接听设备属于所述第二类设备,则还控制所述设备集中所述接听设备之外的第二类设备降低音量。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述目标区域中是否有其他用户;
    若所述目标区域中没有其他用户,则还控制所述设备集中所述接听设备之外的其他设备降低音量。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述响应于检测到所述用户的目标行为,控制所述设备集中关联账号满足预设要求的第一类设备降低音量,包括:
    响应于检测到所述用户进入睡眠状态,控制所述设备集中与所述电子设备关联相同账号的第一类设备降低音量。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    控制所述设备集中的未降低音量的其他设备发出提醒消息。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述目标区域中是否有其他用户;
    若所述目标区域中没有其他用户,则还控制所述设备集中的其他设备降低音量。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标区域中处于在线状态的音频设备的关联账户为第一账号或第二账号,所述第一账号为所述电子设备的关联账号,所述第二账号与所述第一账号属于同一目标群组。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述目标区域中处于在线状态的音频设备满足下列要求中的至少一种:
    与所述电子设备之间的距离小于预设距离;
    与所述电子设备处于同一无线局域网络;
    与所述电子设备可建立近距离通信连接;
    与所述电子设备处于同一目标建筑空间。
  10. 一种设备控制装置,应用于电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    通信模块,用于获取用户所在的目标区域中处于在线状态的音频设备的设备集;所述音频设备包括第一类设备和第二类设备,所述第二类设备的设备共用率高于所述第一类设 备的设备共用率;
    处理模块,用于响应于检测到所述用户的目标行为,控制所述设备集中关联账号满足预设要求的第一类设备降低音量。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    响应于检测到用户进入通话状态,控制所述设备集中与接听设备关联相同账号的第一类设备降低音量。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    如果所述接听设备属于所述第二类设备,则还控制所述设备集中所述接听设备之外的第二类设备降低音量。
  13. 根据权利要求11或12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    判断所述目标区域中是否有其他用户;
    若所述目标区域中没有其他用户,则还控制所述设备集中所述接听设备之外的其他设备降低音量。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    响应于检测到所述用户进入睡眠状态,控制所述设备集中与所述电子设备关联相同账号的第一类设备降低音量。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    控制所述设备集中的未降低音量的其他设备发出提醒消息。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    判断所述目标区域中是否有其他用户;
    若所述目标区域中没有其他用户,则还控制所述设备集中的其他设备降低音量。
  17. 根据权利要求10-16任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标区域中处于在线状态的音频设备的关联账户为第一账号或第二账号,所述第一账号为所述电子设备的关联账号,所述第二账号与所述第一账号属于同一目标群组。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其特征在于,所述目标区域中处于在线状态的音频设备满足下列要求中的至少一种:
    与所述电子设备之间的距离小于预设距离;
    与所述电子设备处于同一无线局域网络;
    与所述电子设备可建立近距离通信连接;
    与所述电子设备处于同一目标建筑空间。
  19. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:存储器和处理器,所述存储器用于存储计算机程序;所述处理器用于在调用所述计算机程序时执行如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法。
  21. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,当计算机程序产品在电子设备上运行时,使得电子设备执行如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法。
  22. 一种芯片系统,其特征在于,所述芯片系统包括处理器,所述处理器与存储器耦合,所述处理器执行存储器中存储的计算机程序,以实现如权利要求1-9任一项所述的方法。
