一种反应釜辅助喂料机构,其包括反应釜(1),所述反应釜(1)的上部设置有喂料口(11),其还包括辅助机构(2),所述辅助机构(2)包括第一环形箍(21);所述第二环形箍(22)与所述第一环形箍(21)平行设置,所述第二环形箍(22)的大小与所述喂料口(11)的大小相等;第一阻挡件(23)设置于所述第一环形箍(21)底部;第二阻挡件(24)设置于所述第一环形箍(21)底部,且其与所述第一阻挡件(23)交叉设置;所述连接件(25)连接所述第二环形箍(22)与所述第一环形箍(21);通过在第一环形箍(21)上设置第一阻挡件(23)和第二阻挡件(24),保证了防护眼镜和头盔等不会掉落进反应釜内,由人工进行精确投喂。
Description
本实用新型涉及反应釜设备技术领域,具体为一种反应釜辅助喂料机构。
反应釜是一种综合反应容器,广泛应用于石油、化工、橡胶、农药、染料、医药、食品等领域,用来完成硫化、硝化、氢化、烃化、聚合、缩合等工艺过程。在进行工艺制作过程中,需要将反应料送入到反应釜内,这就涉及到反应釜的上料装置。
现有技术中的上料装置就是通过行车运输,如图1所示,将反应料装在料袋里面,料袋的一端固定好后通过行车上的起吊装置01吊起,行车将反应料运输到反应釜02的入料口03上方,再将盛装反应料的料袋底端打开,反应料直接从料袋的底端开口处落入反应釜02的入料口03中。
目前市场上的这样的上料装置使用范围较广,反应料比较多的情况下,一下子从料袋底端出料口出来的反应料压力很大,出料的速度会很快,导致出来的反应料容易飞溅,这样的上料装置会导致反应料在落入的过程中出现偏差从而落到反应釜外面甚至是工人身上,既不安全也不环保节约;同时,由人工上料的话,人身体上的如口罩,防护眼镜及头盔等可能会出现掉落进反应釜的情况。
在申请号为CN201921396966.6的实用新型专利中公开了一种反应釜的上料辅助装置及反应釜装置,包括辅助机架,所述辅助机架上设置有支撑料袋底部的托架结构,所述托架结构在垂直方向上的设置高度高于反应釜入料口的设置高度,所述托架结构上开设有与料袋的出料口、反应釜的入料口相对应的通孔;包括反应釜、底座,所述反应釜设置于底座上,所述反应釜的入料口设置有沿入料口边沿延伸形成的环形引导板,所述环形引导板内环壁从远离反应釜内部的一端至另一端向入料口中心轴线方向倾斜。
但是,该实用新型在实际使用过程中,其通过行车在进行投喂,其投喂的速度无法控制,且行车运行会增加反应料的晃动,其无法做到精确投喂。
实用新型内容
针对以上问题,本实用新型提供了一种反应釜辅助喂料机构,其通过在第一 环形箍上设置第一阻挡件和第二阻挡件,保证了防护眼镜和头盔等不会掉落进反应釜内,由人工进行精确投喂,解决了传统人工投喂过程中物件容易掉落进反应釜的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种反应釜辅助喂料机构,其包括反应釜,所述反应釜的上部设置有喂料口,其还包括辅助机构,所述辅助机构包括:
第一环形箍;
第二环形箍,所述第二环形箍与所述第一环形箍平行设置,所述第二环形箍的大小与所述喂料口的大小相等;
第一阻挡件,所述第一阻挡件设置于所述第一环形箍底部;
第二阻挡件,所述第二阻挡件设置于所述第一环形箍底部,且其与所述第一阻挡件交叉设置;以及
连接件,所述连接件连接所述第二环形箍与所述第一环形箍。
作为改进,所述第一环形箍的直径为D1,所述第二环形箍的直径为D2,该D1与D2满足条件D1<D2。
作为改进,所述第一阻挡件阵列设置于所述第一环形箍底部,且相邻两个所述第一阻挡件之间的距离为H1。
作为改进,所述第二阻挡件阵列设置于所述第一环形箍底部,且相邻两个所述第二阻挡件之间的距离为H2,H1与H2满足条件H1=H2。
作为改进,所述喂料口沿其圆周阵列设置有缺口。
作为改进,所述第二环形箍沿其圆周阵列设置有卡合块,该卡合块与所述缺口可卡合设置。
作为改进,所述卡合块呈L型设置,其包括与所述喂料口平行设置的第一卡合件和与所述喂料口垂直设置的第二卡合块。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
(1)本实用新型通过在第一环形箍上设置第一阻挡件和第二阻挡件,保证了防护眼镜和头盔等不会掉落进反应釜内,由人工进行精确投喂;
(2)本实用新型设交叉设置的第一阻挡件和第二阻挡件,在不妨碍反应料进行投喂的前提下保证了人身上的物件不会掉落进反应釜内,提高了反应釜内的 反应质量;
(3)本实用新型通过在第二环形箍上设置卡合块,保证了该辅助喂料机构在喂料口的稳定性,不会产生晃动,保证了投喂的精确度;
综上所述,本实用新型具有结构简单,保证投喂的精确度等优点。

如图1至3所示,一种反应釜辅助喂料机构,其包括反应釜1,所述反应釜1的上部设置有喂料口11,其还包括辅助机构2,所述辅助机构2包括:
第一环形箍21;
第二环形箍22,所述第二环形箍22与所述第一环形箍21平行设置,所述第二环形箍22的大小与所述喂料口11的大小相等;
第一阻挡件23,所述第一阻挡件23设置于所述第一环形箍21底部;
第二阻挡件24,所述第二阻挡件24设置于所述第一环形箍21底部,且其与所述第一阻挡件23交叉设置;以及
连接件25,所述连接件25连接所述第二环形箍22与所述第一环形箍21。
进一步地,所述第一环形箍21的直径为D1,所述第二环形箍22的直径为D2,该D1与D2满足条件D1<D2。
进一步地,所述第一阻挡件23阵列设置于所述第一环形箍21底部,且相邻两个所述第一阻挡件23之间的距离为H1。
进一步地,所述第二阻挡件24阵列设置于所述第一环形箍21底部,且相邻两个所述第二阻挡件24之间的距离为H2,H1与H2满足条件H1=H2。
进一步地,如图4所示,所述喂料口11沿其圆周阵列设置有缺口12。
进一步地,如图5所示,所述第二环形箍22沿其圆周阵列设置有卡合块221,该卡合块221与所述缺口12可卡合设置。
进一步地,所述卡合块221呈L型设置,其包括与所述喂料口11平行设置的第一卡合件2211和与所述喂料口11垂直设置的第二卡合块2212。
需要说明的是,缺口正好是封闭该喂料口时,与封盖配合的缺口。

- 一种反应釜辅助喂料机构,其包括反应釜(1),所述反应釜(1)的上部设置有喂料口(11),其特征在于,还包括辅助机构(2),所述辅助机构(2)包括:第一环形箍(21);第二环形箍(22),所述第二环形箍(22)与所述第一环形箍(21)平行设置,所述第二环形箍(22)的大小与所述喂料口(11)的大小相等;第一阻挡件(23),所述第一阻挡件(23)设置于所述第一环形箍(21)底部;第二阻挡件(24),所述第二阻挡件(24)设置于所述第一环形箍(21)底部,且其与所述第一阻挡件(23)交叉设置;以及连接件(25),所述连接件(25)连接所述第二环形箍(22)与所述第一环形箍(21)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种反应釜辅助喂料机构,其特征在于,所述第一环形箍(21)的直径为D1,所述第二环形箍(22)的直径为D2,该D1与D2满足条件D1<D2。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种反应釜辅助喂料机构,其特征在于,所述第一阻挡件(23)阵列设置于所述第一环形箍(21)底部,且相邻两个所述第一阻挡件(23)之间的距离为H1。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种反应釜辅助喂料机构,其特征在于,所述第二阻挡件(24)阵列设置于所述第一环形箍(21)底部,且相邻两个所述第二阻挡件(24)之间的距离为H2,H1与H2满足条件H1=H2。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种反应釜辅助喂料机构,其特征在于,所述喂料口(11)沿其圆周阵列设置有缺口(12)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种反应釜辅助喂料机构,其特征在于,所述第二环形箍(22)沿其圆周阵列设置有卡合块(221),该卡合块(221)与所述缺口(12)可卡合设置。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种反应釜辅助喂料机构,其特征在于,所述卡合块(221)呈L型设置,其包括与所述喂料口(11)平行设置的第一卡合件(2211) 和与所述喂料口(11)垂直设置的第二卡合块(2212)。
