接线盒装置
本公开要求在2020年12月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为202023109832.7的中国专利申请的优先权,以上申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本申请涉及安防技术领域,例如涉及一种接线盒装置。
背景技术
相关技术中的接线盒装置,由于结构设计不够合理,在与电子终端产品电连接时,大多直接从主机中引出一条报警线,之后再与电子终端可插拔连接,以此方式设计,无法同时满足多款电子终端的连接,而且一旦报警线出现异常,也无法方便的进行更换。
发明内容
本申请提供一种接线盒装置,该接线盒装置能够满足一个接口转多个接口的接线要求,继而有效提升报警线与主机的连接便捷性。
本申请采用下述技术方案:
一种接线盒装置,包括:
主机,包括盒体,以及设置于所述盒体内的报警装置;所述报警装置设置有外露于所述盒体的插接口;
转接头,与所述插接口可插拔连接,所述转接头设置有至少两个分线接口;
报警线,与所述分线接口或所述插接口可插拔连接。

下面结合附图和实施例对本申请作说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本申请。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本申请相关的部分而非全部结构。
在本申请的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据情况理解上述术语在本申请中的含义。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,第一特征在第二特征之“上”或之“下”可以包括第一和第二特征直接接触,也可以包括第一和第二特征不是直接接触而是通过它们之间的另外的特征接触。而且,第一特征在第二特征“之上”、“上方”和“上面”包括第一特征在第二特征正上方和斜上方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度高于第二特征。第一特征在第二特征“之下”、“下方”和“下面”包括第一特 征在第二特征正下方和斜下方,或仅仅表示第一特征水平高度小于第二特征。
在本实施例的描述中,术语“上”、“下”、“右”等方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述和简化操作,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅仅用于在描述上加以区分,并没有特殊的含义。
结合图1至图5所示,本实施例提供了一种接线盒装置,包括主机1、转接头2及报警线3。
作为可选,本实施例中的主机1主要用于电子终端产品在展示时被盗时报警,在一实施例中,主机1包括盒体11,以及设置于盒体11内的报警装置;报警装置设置有至少一个外露于盒体11的插接口12,以此方便报警线3通过插接口12与主机1电连接,一旦报警线3从主机1的插接口12拔出后,该报警装置便会报警,以此给予管理人员一提醒,给予盗窃人员一警示。本实施例中,报警装置的电路设置,在相关技术中较为常用,在此不做赘述。
本实施例中,为了方便盒体11的安装和固定,作为可选,在盒体11的下方设置有用于承载盒体11的托板4,在一实施例中,为了方便将盒体11方便快捷的固定至托板4上,作为可选,本实施例在盒体11的下底面的两端分别设置有不干胶,以此通过不干胶将盒体11粘结至托板4上。也可以根据设计需要,通过螺丝紧固的方式将盒体11与托板4紧固。本实施例中的托板4也可以替换为能够承载接线盒装置的展架等物件。
为了使得主机1定位更加稳定可靠,本实施例在盒体11的下底面的正中部还凹设有定位凹槽111,该定位凹槽111可与托板4上的定位凸起相配合,以此有效提升主机1定位后的稳定性。
此外,本实施例中,为了便于报警装置与外部供电装置电连接,在盒体11 的下底面凹设有线槽112,线槽112与盒体11的腔体相贯通。该线槽112从定位凹槽111的中部引出,并呈弯折状且贯通盒体11的外围,由此在与报警装置电连接的导线引出时,导线不会影响盒体11下底面与托板4之间的贴合,同时也便于走线。
本实施例中的盒体11的下底面还设置有便于报警装置的警报声向外传输的声道。作为可选,该声道包括凹设于盒体11下底面且贯通盒体11外围的凹槽113,以及与凹槽113相贯通的音孔114,以此使得警报声能够从音孔114发出后沿凹槽113向外传播。
本实施例中的转接头2与上述插接口12可插拔连接,作为可选,为了能够同时连接多个电子终端产品,本实施例中的转接头2设置有两分线接口21,两分线接口21均与报警线3的插头可插拔连接,作为可选,本实施例中的插接口12和分线接口21可根据需要设置为Microusb接口、Type-c接口或DC接口,继而与Microusb、Type-c或DC形式的插头相配合。
作为可选,本实施例中,转接头2具有插接端22,转接头2通过插接端22与所述插接口12可插拔连接,转接头2的插接端22与转接头2的分线接口21分别设置于转接头2的相对两侧。
此外,为了防止报警线3被随意插拔,作为可选,本实施例在报警线3的插接端一侧设置有固定座31,该固定座31在与托板4固定时,为了使得报警线3的插接端更加稳定,本实施例在固定座31与托板4之间设置有垫圈,固定座31通过穿设于固定座31和垫圈的螺丝与托板4紧固。
也可以根据需要,设置成如图3所示形式,即取消报警线3一侧的固定座31,以此方便报警线3的插拔。
采用上述结构设计的接线盒装置,能够通过转接头2的设置,满足一个接 口转多个接口的连接要求,继而有效提升报警线3与主机1的连接便捷性,以及主机1的通用性。
本申请公开了一种接线盒装置,包括主机、转接头及报警线,其中,主机包括盒体,以及设置于所述盒体内的报警装置;所述报警装置设置有外露于所述盒体的插接口;转接头与所述插接口可插拔连接,所述转接头设置有至少两个分线接口;报警线与所述分线接口或所述插接口可插拔连接。以此结构设计的接线盒装置,通过转接头与主机的可插拔连接,能够有效满足一个接口转多个接口的连接需求,继而有效提升报警线与主机的连接便捷性,以及主机的通用性。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种接线盒装置,包括:
    主机(1),包括盒体(11),以及设置于所述盒体(11)内的报警装置;所述报警装置设置有外露于所述盒体(11)的插接口(12);
    转接头(2),与所述插接口(12)可插拔连接,所述转接头(2)设置有至少两个分线接口(21);
    报警线(3),与所述分线接口(21)或所述插接口(12)可插拔连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的接线盒装置,其中,所述报警线(3)的插头设置为Microusb插头、Type-c插头或DC插头。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的接线盒装置,其中,所述转接头(2)的插接端(22)与所述转接头(2)的分线接口(21)分别设置于所述转接头(2)的相对两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的接线盒装置,还包括被配置为承载所述主机(1)的托板(4),所述主机(1)与所述托板(4)相粘接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的接线盒装置,其中,所述报警线(3)的插接端设置有固定座(31)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的接线盒装置,其中,所述固定座(31)与所述托板(4)之间设置有垫圈,所述报警线(3)通过穿设于所述固定座(31)和所述垫圈的螺丝与所述托板(4)紧固。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的接线盒装置,其中,所述盒体(11)的下底面的中部开设有定位凹槽(111),所述定位凹槽(111)与所述托板(4)上的定位凸起相配合。
  8. 根据权利要求1或7所述的接线盒装置,其中,所述盒体(11)的下底面开设有线槽(112),所述线槽(112)与所述盒体(11)的腔体相贯通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的接线盒装置,其中,所述报警装置通过与所述线槽(112)相配合的导线与外部供电装置电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的接线盒装置,其中,所述盒体(11)的下底面设置有用于使所述报警装置的警报声向外传输的声道。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的接线盒装置,其中,所述声道包括凹设于所述盒体(11)下底面且贯通所述盒体(11)外围的凹槽(113),以及与所述凹槽(113)相贯通的音孔(114)。
