所述的锁定装置3包括设置于壳体1上可解除锁止状态的按压机构31、设置于壳体1内设有可使推杆2始终具有轴向活动趋势的弹性机构32和设置于推杆2上凸起的锁止部33,所述的锁止部33可克服弹性机构32的弹力从按压机构31底部滑过并顶压按压机构31实现锁止。
按压机构31可通过按压使其与锁止部33分离进行解锁,锁止部33用于顶 压按压机构31进行锁止,锁止状态下,弹性机构32通过推杆2间接给锁止部33提供顶压按压机构31的作用力,解锁状态下,弹性机构32给推杆2施加作用力后,推杆2上的夹持部21伸出壳体1,可更换清洁头。
所述的按压机构31包括设置于壳体1上与其铰接的按钮311和设置于壳体1与按钮311之间的按压弹簧312,所述的按压弹簧312可使按钮311始终具有顶压推杆2的趋势,所述的按钮311被按压后可与锁止部33脱离。
由于按钮311铰接在壳体1上,因此按压按钮311一端时,克服按压弹簧312的弹力使得按钮311另一端不再顶压推杆2,同时也解除了锁止部33与按钮311相抵的锁止状态,此时,锁止部33与按钮311分离而无法进行限位锁止,推杆2受到弹性机构32的弹力作用滑向靠近夹持部21的方向。所述的按压弹簧312呈塔形。塔形的按压弹簧312更适合按压机构31的按钮311。
所述的锁止部33上设有便于其从按钮311底部滑过的第一导向斜面331,所述的按钮311上设有与第一导向斜面331相匹配的第二导向斜面313。通过第一导向斜面331和第二导向斜面313的相互配合可以使得锁止部33随推杆2快速轴向移动至按钮311下与其相抵锁止。
所述的弹性机构32包括设置于壳体1内的固定件321和设置于固定件321与推杆2之间的限位弹簧322,所述的限位弹簧322可使推杆2上的锁止部33始终具有顶压按压机构31的趋势,所述的壳体1内设有可防止推杆2被限位弹簧322弹出壳体1的限位部12。
通过在固定件321与推杆2之间设置限位弹簧322来使推杆2上的锁止部33始终具有顶压按压机构31的趋势,保证锁止效果,当处于解锁状态时,限位弹簧322可通过弹性作用将推杆2上的夹持部21伸出壳体1,便于更换清洁头。
通过直接在壳体1与推杆2之间设置限位弹簧322,来使推杆2上的锁止部33始终具有顶压按压机构31的趋势,保证锁止效果,当处于解锁状态时,限位弹簧322可通过弹性作用将推杆2上的夹持部21伸出壳体1,便于更换清洁头。
所述的夹持部21截面呈镊子型。截面呈镊子型的夹持部21,一端容易夹紧清洁部,另一端容易被壳体1压紧收缩。
所述的夹持部21具有弹性可收缩和复原。通过设置具有弹性的夹持部21,可在轴向移动过程中被壳体1压紧收缩或复原,对于清洁头的夹持和更换更加 方便。
所述的推杆2上设有便于推动其运动的推孔22,所述的壳体1上设有供使用者伸入推孔22的让位孔13。通过设置推孔22便于使用者推动推杆2进行更换清洁头或夹紧清洁头并进行锁止,通过设置让位孔13供使用者伸入推孔22。
本实用新型工作原理:本实用新型未使用时,处于解锁状态,使用时,先将清洁头放置于夹持部21中间,然后从推孔22处推动推杆2克服限位弹簧322的弹力使其朝远离清洁头的一侧运动,此时夹持部21受到导向部11的导向和挤压逐渐收缩夹紧清洁头,推杆2上的锁止部33随推杆2一起运动,直至锁止部33上的第一导向斜面331与按钮311上的第二导向斜面313相接触,锁止部33从按钮311底部滑过,然后停止推动推杆2,推杆2受到限位弹簧322朝向清洁头一侧的弹力,推杆2上的锁止部33顶压按钮311完成锁止;锁止状态下需要更换清洁头时,按压按钮311,即可使得按钮311端部与锁止部33分离,锁止部33无法对其限位,推杆2受到限位弹簧322的弹力直接朝夹持部21一侧运动,夹持部21随推杆2运动伸出壳体1逐渐复原,此时原有的清洁头掉落,可清洗和更换新的清洁头。
本实用新型通过设置锁定装置3可使推杆2在轴向方向快速锁止或解除其锁止,推杆2的轴向活动可带动夹持部21快速夹紧清洁头,更换方便,效率高,且无需在壳体1端部安装固定件321对夹持头和清洁头固定,节省了大量时间;通过第一导向斜面331和第二导向斜面313的相互配合可以使得锁止部33随推杆2快速轴向移动至按钮311下与其相抵锁止;通过在固定件321与推杆2之间设置限位弹簧322来使推杆2上的锁止部33始终具有顶压按压机构31的趋势,保证锁止效果,当处于解锁状态时,限位弹簧322可通过弹性作用将推杆2上的夹持部21伸出壳体1,便于更换清洁头;通过设置推孔22便于使用者推动推杆2进行更换清洁头或夹紧清洁头并进行锁止,通过设置让位孔13供使用者伸入推孔22。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可替换清洁头的马桶刷,包括呈中空的壳体(1)和清洁头,所述的壳体(1)内设有推杆(2),其特征在于:所述的推杆(2)一端设有用于夹持清洁头的夹持部(21),另一端伸入壳体(1)内与其轴向活动连接,所述的壳体(1)靠近夹持部(21)的一端设有当推杆(2)向远离夹持部(21)一侧运动时可使夹持部(21)收缩的导向部(11),所述的壳体(1)上设有可使推杆(2)轴向方向锁止和解锁的锁定装置(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可替换清洁头的马桶刷,其特征在于:所述的锁定装置(3)包括设置于壳体(1)上可解除锁止状态的按压机构(31)、设置于壳体(1)内设有可使推杆(2)始终具有轴向活动趋势的弹性机构(32)和设置于推杆(2)上凸起的锁止部(33),所述的锁止部(33)可克服弹性机构(32)的弹力从按压机构(31)底部滑过并顶压按压机构(31)实现锁止。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可替换清洁头的马桶刷,其特征在于:所述的按压机构(31)包括设置于壳体(1)上与其铰接的按钮(311)和设置于壳体(1)与按钮(311)之间的按压弹簧(312),所述的按压弹簧(312)可使按钮(311)始终具有顶压推杆(2)的趋势,所述的按钮(311)被按压后可与锁止部(33)脱离。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可替换清洁头的马桶刷,其特征在于:所述的按压弹簧(312)呈塔形。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可替换清洁头的马桶刷,其特征在于:所述的锁止部(33)上设有便于其从按钮(311)底部滑过的第一导向斜面(331),所述的按钮(311)上设有与第一导向斜面(331)相匹 配的第二导向斜面(313)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可替换清洁头的马桶刷,其特征在于:所述的弹性机构(32)包括设置于壳体(1)内的固定件(321)和设置于固定件(321)与推杆(2)之间的限位弹簧(322),所述的限位弹簧(322)可使推杆(2)上的锁止部(33)始终具有顶压按压机构(31)的趋势,所述的壳体(1)内设有可防止推杆(2)被限位弹簧(322)弹出壳体(1)的限位部(12)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可替换清洁头的马桶刷,其特征在于:所述的弹性机构(32)为设置于壳体(1)与推杆(2)之间的限位弹簧(322),所述的限位弹簧(322)可使推杆(2)上的锁止部(33)始终具有顶压按压机构(31)的趋势,所述的壳体(1)内设有可防止推杆(2)被限位弹簧(322)弹出壳体(1)的限位部(12)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种可替换清洁头的马桶刷,其特征在于:所述的夹持部(21)截面呈镊子型。
  9. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种可替换清洁头的马桶刷,其特征在于:所述的夹持部(21)具有弹性可收缩和复原。
  10. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种可替换清洁头的马桶刷,其特征在于:所述的推杆(2)上设有便于推动其运动的推孔(22),所述的壳体(1)上设有供使用者伸入推孔(22)的让位孔(13)。
