[44] 如图 6至图 9所示, 当欲将盖板组从马桶上拆除吋, 分别按压按钮 4, 则按钮 4的 凸块 41利用其斜面即可推动卡片 22的斜面 223向后摆动, 待卡片 22松释对定位销 24的限制, 定位销 24在其弹簧 26的复位力下会向上移动, 并卡制在卡片 22的内 端以阻止卡片 22向回摆动, 而推块 25受其斜面 253被定位销 24斜面的顶推, 使得 柱头 251是凸伸在定位通孔 212中, 而此吋的卡片 22是脱离对定位杆 A1的限位关 系, 再向上抬起盖板组, 当定位杆 A1环槽 A2下部的倒斜锥面 A4在经过柱头 251 吋, 该倒斜锥面 A4会挤压柱头 251向限位孔 213中回缩, 则定位销 24则会被推块 2 5推顶而向下移动, 在卡片复位弹簧 23复位力的作用下, 卡片 22又恢复至原始状 态 (见图 2、 3) , 以将盖板组顺利的从马桶上拆除, 此拆除过程不需对按钮持 继施力, 令拆除动作更加省力、 简单。 与此同吋, 定位销复位弹簧 26处于压缩 蓄能状态, 亟待下一次动作释放。
[45] 综上所述, 本发明盖板组与马桶实现快速装、 拆的结构, 重点在于在连接块 2 上可摆动的卡片 22的设置, 以令伸置于连接装置 B中的定位杆 A1可由该卡片 22动 态卡制, 以此将盖板组快速的安装于马桶上。 另外, 在连接块 2上定位销 24及推 块 25与推块复位弹簧 26的设置, 使得在拆除盖板组吋, 按压按钮 4推动卡片 22摆 动后, 定位销 24对卡片 22具有一延吋限位的作用, 以方便定位杆 A1从连接装置 B 中脱出, 这样按压按钮 4与搬动盖板组不需同吋进行, 仅需一人即可完成, 令拆 除盖板组方便、 快捷。

Claims

权利要求书
[1] 1、 一种马桶盖板组快装结构, 其包括有两固定在马桶上的定位杆与分别与 定位杆配合的两设置在盖板组上的连接装置构成; 其特征在于: 连接装置 包括成型在坐垫的套座、 固定在盖板上的转轴、 连接转轴的连接块、 罩置 连接块的连接套以及一位于连接套上的启动按钮; 连接块包括本体、 卡片 及卡片复位弹簧, 本体纵向设有定位通孔, 卡片是横向枢接在定位通孔上 方的本体上, 卡片尾端形成有斜面; 卡片复位弹簧横向设置, 一端顶靠在 本体上, 另一端顶持在卡片尾端的后方; 而启动按钮前端对应上述卡片的 斜面设有一配合斜面, 按钮活动的伸缩于连接套中, 并可利用其斜面与卡 片斜面配合以推动卡片摆动; 而定位杆的上部径向设有一环槽, 在环槽的 上部形成具斜导面的正锥体。
[2] 2、 如权利要求 1所述的马桶盖板组快装结构, 其特征在于: 连接块还包括 定位销、 推块及一定位销复位弹簧; 在定位通孔中部相对本体外端方向横 向开设有限位孔, 此限位孔延伸至本体外端并贯通, 在连接块本体的定位 通孔外侧纵向设有通孔以容置定位销及定位销复位弹簧, 推块是置于限位 孔中, 并由定位销限制, 二者之间呈斜面配合, 通孔是与限位孔相通; 定 位杆的环槽下部形成倒斜锥面, 斜锥面下部的定位杆上形成有缩颈。
[3] 3、 如权利要求 2所述的马桶盖板组快装结构, 其特征在于: 定位销上部形 成柱销, 而下部形成一具斜面的块体。
[4] 4、 如权利要求 2所述的马桶盖板组快装结构, 其特征在于: 推块前部形成 弧形柱头, 而后部形成具斜面的块体, 该块体中部纵向形成定位槽。
[5] 5、 如权利要求 1所述的马桶盖板组快装结构, 其特征在于: 本体前部形成 异形孔以与转轴后部形成的异形缩颈配合中, 而本体后部的上方形成有凹 陷区; 卡片是横向枢接在此凹陷区中。
[6] 6、 如权利要求 1所述的马桶盖板组快装结构, 其特征在于: 卡片为一异形 片体, 其前端是由一轴枢接在定位通孔的内侧, 其中部对应定位通孔形成 弧弯段, 在卡片的尾端形成一斜面。
[7] 7、 如权利要求 1所述的马桶盖板组快装结构, 其特征在于: 卡片在斜面后 方延伸一定位卡片复位弹簧的凸粒。
[8] 8、 如权利要求 1所述的马桶盖板组快装结构, 其特征在于: 卡片近弧弯段 的外侧向内延伸一档柱。
[9] 9、 如权利要求 1所述的马桶盖板组快装结构, 其特征在于: 连接套为一套 体, 其侧壁上形成有缺槽孔恰对准连接块的定位通孔, 其前端是伸置于套 座中, 而后端形成缩颈孔。
[10] 10、 如权利要求 1所述的马桶盖板组快装结构, 其特征在于: 启动按钮的前 端对应卡片的斜面形成一具斜面的凸块, 邻接凸块的按钮上形成档墙, 则 档墙的外部则为按压部, 按压部凸伸于连接套之外。
