背景技术
江淮地区是我国小麦主要产区之一,采用稻麦轮作种植制度。近年来随着该地区经济的增长,人民生活水平的提高,越来越多的青壮劳动力选择外出务工,农村留守人口呈现出老龄化趋势,从事农业生产的劳动力越来越少,与此同时,随着我国对大中型拖拉机、复合型和多功能型农机具的补贴力度加大,种植集约化成为一种趋势,小型单一的播种机具已经不能满足机械化生产和大型拖拉机的配套需求,复式作业机具逐渐成为该地区主流。我国江淮地区降水量大,稻茬地种植时一般要进行开沟排水,保证排水畅通,做到雨止田干、沟无积水,防止湿害的发生。目前大部分开沟作业是进行旋耕播种后再通过人工开沟或者开沟机进行开沟,作业较为繁琐,浪费时间和人力;而现有能够提升开沟的旋耕施肥播种机存在的问题是不进行开沟作业时,原开沟部位土壤得不到镇压,影响种子发芽。因此当前需要一种开沟作业与镇压作业联动的旋耕施肥播种开沟复式作业机。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供了一种旋耕播种开沟镇压复式作业机,能够在全作业幅宽内进行旋耕、施肥、播种、开沟、镇压的复式作业机,作业质量更加优秀,利于种子发芽,土地资源也可以得到合理利用,提高农作物产量。
本发明是通过以下技术手段实现上述技术目的的。
一种旋耕播种开沟镇压复式作业机,包括施肥播种装置、中间旋耕开沟装置和机架,所述机架下部安装中间旋耕开沟装置,所述中间旋耕开沟装置上方设有与机架连接的施肥播种装置,还包括可提升开沟器和分段式镇压轮装置,所述可提升开沟器安装在中间旋耕开沟装置的开沟旋耕刀后方,用于与开沟旋耕刀配合进行开沟作业;

如图4所示,所述分段式镇压轮装置5包括前置镇压轮51和后置镇压轮52,所述前置镇压轮包括前置镇压滚筒轴511、前置镇压滚筒512、竖直杆513、连杆514和压缩弹簧515;所述前置镇压滚筒轴511两侧分别转动副安装前置镇压滚筒512,所述前置镇压滚筒轴511两端分别套接连杆514的一端,所述连杆514的另一端与机架铰接;所述前置镇压滚筒512位于中间旋耕开沟装置4的旋耕刀44后方;连杆514表面固定连接有竖直杆513,竖直杆513套有压缩弹簧515;后置镇压轮52包括连接板521、滑槽导柱522、后置镇压滚筒轴523、后置镇压滚筒524、竖直连接杆525和横梁526,所述后置镇压滚筒轴523上转动副安装后置镇压滚筒524,所述后置镇压滚筒524位于可提升开沟器3后方;后置镇压滚筒轴523外表面套有竖直连接杆525,竖直连接杆525另一端刚性与横梁526刚性连接,横梁526与连接板521一端相连,所述连接板521另一端与开沟铲犁弓32铰接于支臂33一端同一处,连接板521中间有滑槽,滑槽导柱522通过方管527连接于机架1,滑槽导柱522在滑槽内往返运动。
工作过程:
当需要进行开沟作业时,液压缸34伸长,驱动支臂33绕与机架主梁12铰接点在竖直平面内向下运动,在支臂33、提升曲柄35的共同作用下,开沟铲犁弓32到达预定位置,使得刚接在开沟铲犁弓32上的开沟铲31的刀尖轨迹圆直径大于开沟旋耕刀43刀尖轨迹圆直径不超过2cm,开沟铲31的刀尖水平位置高于开沟旋耕刀43的刀尖轨迹圆最低点,与此同时后置镇压轮52中的连接板521与支臂33连接的一端向下运动,与后置镇压滚筒524相近的一端被抬升,此时后置镇压轮52不作业,只有开沟铲31、前置镇压轮51进行开沟、镇压作业;当不需要进行开沟作业时,液压缸34缩短,支臂33绕机架主梁12向上运动,将开沟铲犁弓32及开沟铲31提升,此时开沟铲31不再进行作业,相对应的,在支臂33、连接板521、滑槽导柱522的共同作用下,后置镇压轮52下降到合适位置进行镇压工作,与前置镇压轮51共同完成全幅宽的镇压工作。
所述实施例为本发明的优选的实施方式,但本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在不背离本发明的实质内容的情况下,本领域技术人员能够做出的任何显而易见的改进、替换或变型均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种旋耕播种开沟镇压复式作业机,包括施肥播种装置(2)、中间旋耕开沟装置(4)和机架(1),所述机架(1)下部安装中间旋耕开沟装置(4),所述中间旋耕开沟装置(4)上方设有与机架(1)连接的施肥播种装置(2),其特征在于,还包括可提升开沟器(3)和分段式镇压轮装置(5),所述可提升开沟器(3)安装在中间旋耕开沟装置(4)的开沟旋耕刀后方,用于与开沟旋耕刀配合进行开沟作业;
    所述中间旋耕开沟装置(4)包括旋耕刀轴(41)、中间开沟刀盘(42)、开沟旋耕刀(43)和旋耕刀(44);所述旋耕刀轴(41)水平安装在机架上,在旋耕刀轴(41)的中间位置固定有与其同步旋转的中间开沟刀盘(42),在中间开沟刀盘(42)的两侧均固定有开沟旋耕刀(43);在旋耕刀轴(41)上设有多组旋耕刀(44);
    所述分段式镇压轮装置(5)包括前置镇压轮(51)和后置镇压轮(52),所述前置镇压轮(51)包括前置镇压滚筒轴(511)、前置镇压滚筒(512)和连杆(514);所述前置镇压滚筒轴(511)两侧分别转动副安装前置镇压滚筒(512),所述前置镇压滚筒轴(511)两端分别套接连杆(514)的一端,所述连杆(514)的另一端与机架铰接;所述前置镇压滚筒(512)位于中间旋耕开沟装置(4)的旋耕刀(44)后方;
    所述后置镇压轮(52)包括连接板(521)、后置镇压滚筒轴(523)和后置镇压滚筒(524);所述连接板(521)一端通过支架与后置镇压滚筒轴(523)连接,且所述连接板(521)与机架(1)滑动副连接;所述后置镇压滚筒轴(523)上转动副安装后置镇压滚筒(524),所述后置镇压滚筒(524)位于可提升开沟器(3)后方;所述连接板(521)另一端与可提升开沟器(3)连接,用于实现可提升开沟器(3)与后置镇压轮(52)工作状态的切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的旋耕播种开沟镇压复式作业机,其特征在于,所述连接板(521)中间设有滑槽,所述机架(1)上设有滑槽导柱(522),所述滑槽导柱(522)位于滑槽内,通过可提升开沟器(3)动作使连接板(521)与机架(1)滑动副运动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的旋耕播种开沟镇压复式作业机,其特征在于,所述支架包括竖直连接杆(525)和横梁(526),所述后置镇压滚筒轴(523)两端分别连接竖直连接杆(525)一端,两个所述竖直连接杆(525)另一端之间通过横梁(526)连接,所述横梁(526)与连接板(521)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的旋耕播种开沟镇压复式作业机,其特征在于,所述可提升开沟器(3)包括开沟铲(31)、连杆机构和驱动机构,所述开沟铲(31)通过连杆机构与驱动机构连接,所述连杆机构一个铰接点与连接板(521)另一端连接,通过驱动机构同步使开沟铲(31)和后置镇压轮(52)工作状态的切换。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的旋耕播种开沟镇压复式作业机,其特征在于,当驱动机构通过 连杆机构使开沟铲(31)处于开沟作业状态时,所述连杆机构通过连接板(521)使后置镇压轮(52)处于非工作状态;当驱动机构通过连杆机构使开沟铲(31)处于非作业状态时,所述连杆机构通过连接板(521)使后置镇压轮(52)处于镇压作业状态。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的旋耕播种开沟镇压复式作业机,其特征在于,所述连杆(514)与机架(1)之间安装竖直杆(513),所述竖直杆(513)上套有压缩弹簧(515)。
