本发明涉及摄像机调整结构及便携式鸣笛抓拍电子设备,属于摄像机拍摄技术领域。
背景技术
随着机动车保有量持续增长,其鸣笛噪音已成为市区环境的重要问题,交管部门在特定区域设置禁鸣区,由于取证困难很难对违法车辆进行取证和处罚。便携式鸣笛抓拍设备相比传统鸣笛抓拍设备具有移动使用的优势,但是由于便携式鸣笛抓拍设备需要内置摄像机,且摄像机的拍摄范围需与声音识别系统的方位互相配合才能抓拍到准确的违法图像,也就是说需要保证摄像头的拍摄角度与鸣笛声的来源高度匹配,传统鸣笛抓拍设备声音识别系统与摄像机是独立安装,因此其监测方向是可以独立调整的,而便携式鸣笛抓拍设备的摄像机由于体积相对较大,因此实际调节比较困难。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种摄像机调整结构及便携式鸣笛抓拍电子设备,解决了现有技术中便携式鸣笛抓拍设备摄像机拍摄角度调节困难的技术问题。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种摄像机调整结构,包括反光镜固定板、反光镜载板及连接于反光镜载板的反光镜,反光镜固定板向摄像机的拍摄方向倾斜设置,反光镜载板通过至少三个不共线分布的弹簧螺栓组件连接于反光镜固定板;
弹簧螺栓组件包括螺栓、弹簧,螺栓一端固定连接于反光镜载板,另一端穿过反光镜固定板且设有螺母,弹簧两端分别连接反光镜固定板、反光镜载板。
优选,前述的一种摄像机调整结构,反光镜载板通过侧挡板连接反光镜的边沿,且侧挡板与反光镜载板是一体式结构。
优选,前述的一种摄像机调整结构,还包括至少两个压板,压板连接于反光镜固定板,且至少有两个压板连接于反光镜的相对边。
优选,前述的一种摄像机调整结构,压板设有至少两个弹性压片,弹性压片连接于反光镜的反射面。

本发明所达到的有益效果:
相对于现有技术,本发明能够在不调整摄像机相对于壳体位置的前提下实现摄像机拍摄角度的调整,并且调整过程快速高效,由于采用螺纹调节,因此调节精度也较高。
由于现有技术中用于抓拍的摄像机体积通常较大、且长度较长,因此采用本发明记载的摄像机调整结构能够使摄像机在壳体内竖向放置,这就能够在不改变现有摄像头的前提下,使整个便携式鸣笛抓拍电子设备的厚度大大降低,提升便携性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1至图4所示:本实施例公开了一种摄像机调整结构,包括反光镜固定板2、反光镜载板3及连接于反光镜载板3的反光镜9,反光镜固定板2向摄像机1的拍摄方向倾斜设置,反光镜载板3通过至少三个不共线分布的弹簧螺栓组件连接于反光镜固定板2。
反光镜固定板2整体呈V型,其一边还设有摄像机预留孔,摄像机1穿过该摄像机预留孔,便于反光镜固定板2的安装以及与摄像机1之间相对位置的确定。
弹簧螺栓组件包括螺栓8、弹簧5,螺栓8一端固定连接于反光镜载板3,另一端穿过反 光镜固定板2且设有螺母,弹簧5两端分别连接反光镜固定板2、反光镜载板3,在弹簧5的作用下,反光镜固定板2、反光镜载板3始终具有使两者间距增大的弹性力。由于弹簧螺栓组件至少有三个,且不共线,因此可通过旋转螺母对反光镜固定板2、反光镜载板3之间的角度进行调整,并且可在一定范围内沿着任意轴线进行调整。三个弹簧螺栓组件最好呈L型分布(直角三角形),且其中两个呈水平分布,其中两个呈竖直分布,当调整竖直方向的角度时,以水平分布的两个为轴心,调整最高或最低处的弹簧螺栓组件,当调整水平方向的角度时,以竖直的两个为轴心,调整最左边或最右边的弹簧螺栓组件。为了便于调整,本实施例的螺母最好采用蝶形螺母。弹簧5最好套接于螺栓8,这样能够对弹簧5起到导向、定位的作用。反光镜9的固定方式如下:
反光镜载板3通过侧挡板31连接反光镜9的边沿,且侧挡板31与反光镜载板3是一体式结构,所谓一体式结构,就是指侧挡板31是直接通过反光镜载板3折弯得到的。本实施例还至少两个压板4,压板4连接于反光镜固定板2,且至少有两个压板4连接于反光镜9的相对边。具体的,对比图1及图4:每个压板4设有至少两个弹性压片41,弹性压片41连接于反光镜9的反射面,这样能够使弹性压片41始终以弹性力压紧反光镜9,避免其发生松动。压板4可通过螺钉连接于反光镜载板3。
本实施例还公开一种便携式鸣笛抓拍电子设备,包含壳体及本实施例前述的摄像机调整结构,反光镜固定板2连接于壳体,具体的,反光镜固定板2的两端分别设有上翻边21、下翻边22,上翻边21、下翻边22通过螺钉安装于壳体。
本实施例的反光镜固定板2还设有水平段24,水平段24设有摄像机连接孔23,摄像机1的镜头穿过摄像机连接孔23,这样能够提升反光镜固定板2与摄像机1镜头的位置精度,同时也便于调节摄像机1镜头与反光镜9的间距。
壳体还设有拍摄入口挡片7,拍摄入口挡片7通常采用透明玻璃或树脂,作为拍摄入口使用。其中,在绝大多数情况下,拍摄入口挡片7垂直于反光镜9镜头所在的平面,反光镜9与拍摄入口挡片7、摄像机1轴线之间的角度相等。
使用时,便携式鸣笛抓拍电子设备还设有拾音设备(用于检测鸣笛声)及补光设备(如LED灯),拾音设备及补光设备的工作面朝向相同,当拾音设备检测到鸣笛声时,立刻开启摄像机1对违章车辆进行抓拍,由于抓怕要求比较高且必须抓拍到车牌,因此当摄像机1无法达到拍摄要求时,需要在保证整个设备角度不变的情况下对拍摄角度进行调整,由于摄像机1与壳体6之间位置已固定,因此只需对反光镜9的角度进行调整即可。旋转相应的蝶形螺母即可实现反光镜9在一定角度范围内相对于反光镜载板3角度的调整。
相对于现有技术,本实施例能够在不调整摄像机1相对于壳体1位置的前提下实现摄像机1拍摄角度的调整,并且调整过程快速高效,由于采用螺纹调节,因此调节精度也较高。由于现有技术中用于抓拍的摄像机体积通常较大、且长度较长,因此采用本实施例记载的摄像机调整结构能够使摄像机在壳体6内竖向放置,这就能够在不改变现有摄像头的前提下,使整个便携式鸣笛抓拍电子设备的厚度大大降低,提升便携性。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。
