本申请提供的电动锁体,首先通过设置行星齿轮组件,使电机旋转连接太阳轮,即电机可控制太阳轮的转动。其次使行星轮连接保持架,即行星轮可控制保持架的转动。再次,锁舌连接保持架,即保持架可控制锁舌的运动。另外,本申请可通过齿圈、行星轮、以及太阳轮的相互配合最终使行星轮进行旋转,进而带动保持架旋转,最终带动连接保持架的锁舌运动从而使所述锁舌在收容于所述壳体的开锁状态与凸出于所述壳体的上锁状态之间转换。
齿圈、行星轮、以及太阳轮三者具体的配合方法可以理解为,当所述齿圈处于固定状态时,所述太阳轮可在所述电机的带动下进行旋转,以使所述行星轮相对所述齿圈旋转,此时可通过电机来实现开关门。当电机出现故障导致太阳轮无法转动时,此时太阳轮处于固定状态,便可通过控制所述齿圈进行旋转,以使所述行星轮相对所述太阳轮旋转。这样即使当电机发生故障时,依然可以通过控制齿圈进行旋转来实现开关门。
综上,本申请提供的驱动机构,通过采用电机控制太阳轮旋转,或者通过控制齿圈旋转两种方式来实现开关门,增加了控制门锁的方法,避免了单一的电机锁中因电机损坏而无法开关门的问题,降低了开门的难度与风险性。

以下是本申请的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在 不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。
在介绍本申请的技术方案之前,再详细介绍下相关技术中的技术问题。
门锁是门上的重要结构件之一,门锁可以控制门进而打开与关闭房间、空间等等。而电动锁体是门锁上的重要结构件之一。相关技术中通常采用纯机械式的门锁结构,即利用钥匙带动门锁内的结构运动从而实现开关门。随着科技的进步以及用户的需求不断发生改变,现在电子锁已经出现了在了人们的视野中,并备受用户注意。电子锁在常规情况下不需要使用钥匙,只需要通过人脸识别,密码输入,指纹输入,声音识别等方法便可通过内置电路自动带动门锁内的结构运动从而实现开关门。这带来了极大的便利与用户体验感。但是,一旦电机锁内的电机、电路结构、或者其他结构件发生了故障,导致电机锁内的某个环节出现了问题,就会导致电机锁无法正常工作,门外的用户便无法通过电子锁开门的方法打开门进入房间,只能通过钥匙开门的方法进入房间。并且门内的用户也无法打开门走出房间,此时只能对门或门锁采用暴力拆除的方法,从而对门造成不可逆的损失,极大地增加了开锁的难度与风险性。
鉴于此,为了解决上述问题,本申请提供了一种电动锁体,请一并参考图1-图7,图1为本申请一实施方式中电动锁体的立体结构示意图。图2为图1的俯视图。图3为本申请一实施方式图2中沿A-A方向的截面示意图。图4为本申请另一实施方式中沿A-A方向的截面示意图。图5为本申请一实施方式中驱动机构的立体结构示意图。图6为本申请一实施方式中部分驱动机构的俯视图。图7为本申请另一实施方式中部分驱动机构的俯视图。本实施方式提供了一种电动锁体1,所述电动锁体1包括壳体10,所述壳体10内具有收容空间11。驱动机构20,所述驱动机构20设于所述收容空间11内,所述驱动机构20包括电机21、行星齿轮组件22、以及保持架26;所述行星齿轮组件22包括齿圈23、行星轮24、以及太阳轮25,所述电机21转动连接所述太阳轮25,所述齿圈23具有容置空间,所述行星轮24与部分所述太阳轮25均设于所述容置空间内,且所述行星轮24转动连接于所述太阳轮25与所述齿圈23之间;保持架26,所述保持架26设于所述行星齿轮组件22的一侧,所述齿圈23与所述太阳轮25均抵接所述保持架26,所述行星轮24连接所述保持架26。
当所述齿圈23处于固定状态时,所述太阳轮25在所述电机21的带动下进行转动,以使所述行星轮24相对所述齿圈23转动,进而使所述保持架26转动;或者,当所述太阳轮25处于固定状态时,可通过控制所述齿圈23进行转动,以使所述行星轮24相对所述太阳轮25转动,进而使所述保持架26转动。
锁舌30,至少部分所述锁舌30设于所述收容空间11内,所述锁舌30连接所述保持架26,当所述保持架26转动时,所述保持架26可驱动所述锁舌30移动,以使所述锁舌30在收容于所述壳体10的开锁状态与凸出于所述壳体10的上锁状态之间转换。
本实施方式提供的壳体10为电动锁体1的外观件,起到保护设于壳体10内的电动锁体1的其他部件的作用,并且壳体10还可为部分部件提供装设的基础。
本实施方式提供的驱动机构20是电动锁体1的重要结构件之一。驱动机构20是驱动电动锁体1运动的核心部件,即通过驱动机构20的运动,从而带动电动锁体1内的其他部件运动,最终实现开关门的目的。
本实施方式提供的锁舌30便是最终实现电动锁体1开锁和上锁的直接部件。具体地:当锁舌30凸出于壳体10时,此时锁舌30便可与门框或墙上的锁孔相配合,从而将门卡住使门无法打卡,即电动锁体1处于上锁状态(如图3所示)。当锁舌30收容于壳体10时,锁舌30便无法与锁孔进行配合,即锁舌30与该部件相分离,从而使门可以被打开,即电 动锁体1处于开锁状态(如图4所示)。可选地,壳体10上开设有连通收容空间11的通孔12,通孔12用于使锁舌30凸出和收容于壳体10。至于如何使锁舌30凸出于壳体10或者收容于壳体10,便是由上述提及的驱动机构20进行驱动控制的,接下来将详细介绍驱动机构20的详细结构。
本实施方式提供的驱动机构20包括电机21。其中,电机21在电源电能供给下进行工作与旋转。可选地,电源可以为外界的电源,或者电源也可以内置于壳体10内,例如电池。
本实施方式提供的驱动机构20还包括行星齿轮组件22。其中,行星齿轮组件22由多个结构件组成。例如行星齿轮组件22包括齿圈23、行星轮24、以及太阳轮25。三个结构件的名称均为本领域技术人员行业内对齿轮的专业的技术术语。齿圈23为一圆环形齿轮,齿圈23内设有容置空间,且齿圈23具有一圈内齿与一圈外齿。另外,行星轮24与太阳轮25均具有一圈外齿,且行星轮24与部分太阳轮25均设于容置空间内。也可以理解为部分太阳轮25设于容置空间内,而其余的太阳轮25则设于容置空间外。至于电机21旋转连接太阳轮25。可以理解的是,电机21旋转连接设容置空间外的太阳轮25,并带动容置空间内的太阳轮25旋转。其次,电机21旋转连接太阳轮25可以为电机21直接连接太阳轮25。或者,电机21与太阳轮25之间还设有其他齿轮组件29,齿轮组件29的一端旋转连接电机21,齿轮组件29的另一端旋转连接设于容置空间外的太阳轮25。电机21旋转带动齿轮组件29旋转,齿轮组件29旋转进而带动设于容置空间外的太阳轮25旋转,最终带动容置空间内的太阳轮25旋转。此时可以看成电机21间接旋转连接太阳轮25。至于齿轮组件29的具体结构,本申请将在后文进行介绍。
其次,行星轮24旋转连接于太阳轮25与齿圈23之间。也可以理解为行星轮24的一端旋转连接齿圈23的内齿,行星轮24相对的另一端旋转连接太阳轮25的外齿。齿圈23、行星轮24、以及太阳轮25三种齿轮通过行星轮24将整个行星轮24组件联动在了一起。可选地,行星轮24的数量可以为多个,且每个行星轮24均匀间隔设置。例如行星轮24的数量为3个,且每个行星轮24相隔120°设置。这样可提高行星轮24组件与保持架26转动的稳定性。
本实施方式提供的驱动机构20还包括保持架26,其中,保持架26为安装行星齿轮组件22、以及其他结构件的支架。并且支架还可连接驱动机构20外的其他部件,从而将保持架26的运动传递给其他部件。例如,行星齿轮组件22设于保持架26的一侧,锁舌30连接于保持架26的另一侧。行星齿轮组件22中的齿圈23与所述太阳轮25均抵接所述保持架26,所述行星轮24连接所述保持架26。这样齿圈23与太阳轮25在旋转时,便不会影响到保持架26的运动状态。而行星轮24连接保持架26,因此行星轮24的旋转可带动保持架26共同进行旋转。保持架26的旋转可进一步带动锁舌30进行运动。
上述内容即为本实施方式中提供的驱动机构20的机械结构。至于具体如何实现驱动机构20的运动。本实施方式可通过齿圈23、行星轮24、以及太阳轮25的相互配合最终使行星轮24进行旋转,进而带动保持架26旋转,最终带动连接保持架26的锁舌30运动从而实现开关门。齿圈23、行星轮24、以及太阳轮25三者具体的配合方法可以为:通过使齿圈23或太阳轮25中的任何一个结构固定,使齿圈23或太阳轮25中的另一个与行星轮24进行旋转配合,从而使行星轮24可绕太阳轮25进行公转,进而带动保持架26旋转。例如,当所述齿圈23处于固定状态时,所述太阳轮25在所述电机21的带动下进行旋转,以使所述行星轮24相对所述齿圈23旋转,进而带动保持架26旋转,最终带动连接保持架26的锁舌30运动从而实现开关门。当电机21出现故障无法正常工作时,太阳轮25便无法进行转动,此时太阳轮25处于固定状态,因此便可通过直接控制所述齿圈23进行旋转,以使所述行星轮24相对所述太阳轮25旋转,进而带动保持架26旋转。这样即使当电机21发 生故障时,依然可以通过控制齿圈23进行旋转来实现开关门。
另外,在相关技术中电动锁体1是安装于门内的,而驱动机构20安装于门外。但本实施方式将驱动机构20设于壳体10内的收容空间11,即驱动机构20也同样设于门内,这样可简化门外的结构,使门整体看上去更为简洁。并且若电动锁体1损坏时,只需将门内的电动锁体1整体替换掉即可,便于维修与替换。
可选地,请再次参考图1、图3、图4,至于如何使齿圈23固定与旋转,本实施方式的所述电动锁体1还包括控制机构28,至少部分所述控制机构28设于所述收容空间11内,所述控制机构28连接所述齿圈23,所述控制机构28具有固定状态与转动状态,所述控制机构28用于控制所述齿圈23固定或转动。在本实施方式中可通过增设控制机构28,使控制机构28与齿圈23连接。由于控制机构28具有固定状态与转动状态。因此当控制机构28固定时便可使齿圈23固定,所述太阳轮25在所述电机21的带动下进行旋转,以使所述行星轮24相对所述齿圈23旋转。当控制机构28转动时,便可使齿圈23旋转,此时太阳轮25处于固定状态,以使所述行星轮24相对所述太阳轮25旋转。
进一步可选地,控制机构28包括但不限于锁芯结构,即可通过钥匙与锁芯结构配合从而实现固定与旋转。或者为其他具有驱动功能的机构。
进一步可选地,所述电机21与所述控制机构28设于所述行星轮24组件的同一侧。这样可简化电动锁体1的结构,从而降低减小电动锁体1的整体尺寸
可选地,请再次参考图6-图7,齿轮组件29包括第一齿轮291、第二齿轮292、以及第三齿轮293,第一齿轮291旋转连接电机21,第二齿轮292旋转连接第一齿轮291,第三齿轮293旋转连接第二齿轮292。通过多个齿轮可将电机21的转动传输至太阳轮25上,从而提高太阳轮25转动的稳定性与可控性。
可选地,请再次参考图6-图7,本实施方式中,所述驱动机构20还包括涡轮294与蜗杆295,所述蜗杆295连接所述电机21,所述涡轮294的一端转动连接所述蜗杆295,所述涡轮294的另一端转动连接所述齿轮组件29。
上文提及可通过齿轮组件29将电机21的转动传输给太阳轮25,在本实施方式中还可在电机21与齿轮组件29之间增设涡轮294与蜗杆295。其中,蜗杆295连接所述电机21,所述涡轮294的一端转动连接所述蜗杆295,所述涡轮294的另一端转动连接所述齿轮组件29。通过涡轮294与蜗杆295的配合来将电机21的旋转传递至齿圈23,涡轮294与蜗杆295的单级速比较大,旋转时噪音较小,震动较小。涡轮294与蜗杆295具有自锁功能。其中,自锁功能可以理解为当蜗杆295转动时可旋转联动涡轮294转动,但当蜗杆295不动时会锁定涡轮294不动。另外,涡轮294与蜗杆295的旋转方向相互垂直,因此可改变电机21的排布方向,从而简化驱动机构20的结构、并减少电动锁体1的整体尺寸。
可选地,请再次参考图5,驱动机构20还可包括保护壳27,保护壳27用于保护驱动机构20的部分结构件,例如涡轮294、蜗杆295、行星齿轮组件22、以及齿轮组件29等。
综上所述,本申请提供的电动锁体1,首先通过设置行星齿轮组件22,使电机21旋转连接太阳轮25,即电机21可控制太阳轮25的转动。其次使行星轮24连接保持架26,即行星轮24可控制保持架26的转动。再次,锁舌30连接保持架26,即保持架26可控制锁舌30的运动。另外,本申请可通过齿圈23、行星轮24、以及太阳轮25的相互配合最终使行星轮24进行旋转,进而带动保持架26旋转,最终带动连接保持架26的锁舌30运动从而使所述锁舌30在收容于所述壳体10的开锁状态与凸出于所述壳体10的上锁状态之间转换。另外,通过采用电机21控制太阳轮25旋转,或者通过控制齿圈23旋转两种方式来实现开关门,增加了控制门锁的方法,避免了单一的电机21锁中因电机21损坏而无法开关门的问题,降低了开门的难度与风险性。
请再次参考图3-图4,本实施方式中,所述电动锁体1还包括传动机构40,所述传动机构40的一端连接所述保持架26,所述传动机构40的另一端连接所述锁舌30;当所述保持架26转动时,所述保持架26通过所述传动机构40驱动所述锁舌30移动。
上述内容提及了驱动机构20最终的运动结果是行星轮24旋转,从而带动与行星轮24连接的保持架26旋转,进而带动与保持架26连接的锁舌30运动。在本实施方式中,电动锁体1还包括传动机构40,且所述传动机构40的一端连接所述保持架26,所述传动机构40的另一端连接所述锁舌30,即保持架26与锁舌30是通过传动机构40间接连接的。当保持架26转动时,保持架26可带动传动机运动,传动机构40运动进而带动锁舌30进行移动,从而使锁舌30可凸出于壳体10或者收容壳体10内。
请一并参考图3-图4,图8,图8为本申请一实施方式中部分驱动机构20与部分传动机构40的立体结构示意图。本实施方式中,所述传动机构40包括输出齿轮41、齿条42、以及锁舌拉板43,所述输出齿轮41连接所述保持架26,所述输出齿轮41啮合于所述齿条42上,所述齿条42连接所述锁舌拉板43,所述锁舌拉板43连接所述锁舌30。
本实施方式还提供了一种传动机构40的具体机构,传动机构40包括输出齿轮41、齿条42、以及锁舌拉板43。其中与保持架26连接的输出齿轮41,初始齿轮还与齿条42相啮合,且齿条42连接锁舌拉板43,最终通过锁舌拉板43连接锁舌30。这样当保持架26转动时,保持架26可带动输出齿轮41转动,进而带动与齿条42移动,这样可将转动转换成线性的移动。齿条42的移动可带动锁舌拉板43移动,最终带动锁舌30进行移动。通过传动机构40带动锁舌30移动,可提高锁舌30移动的稳定性与可调节性。
请一并参考图3-图4,图8,以及图9,图9为本申请一实施方式中部分驱动机构20与部分传动机构40的俯视图。本实施方式中,所述行星轮24连接于所述保持架26的一侧,所述保持架26相对的另一侧开设有缓冲槽270,且自所述保持架26开设所述缓冲槽270的侧壁上凸设有第一凸起部271。
所述传动机构40还包括连接件44,所述输出齿轮41设于所述连接件44上,所述连接件44的周缘设有第二凸起部442,至少部分所述第二凸起部442设于所述缓冲槽270内,且每个所述第二凸起部442设于相邻的两个所述第一凸起部271之间。

在本实施方式中输出齿轮41首先与保持架26并不是刚性连接的,而是柔性连接的。其次,输出齿轮41并不是与保持架26直接连接的。具体地,传动机构40还包括连接件44,输出齿轮41设于连接件44上,是由连接件44与保持架26柔性连接,从而使输出齿轮41间接连接保持架26。并且,行星轮24连接于保持架26的一侧,而输出齿轮41与连接件44连接于保持架26相对的另一侧,从而简化传动机构40的结构。
另外,在保持架26的另一侧开设有缓冲槽270,缓冲槽270的侧壁上凸设有多个间隔设置的第一凸起部271。缓冲槽270用于收容至少部分缓冲件45与连接件44,连接件44除了用于连接输出齿轮41外,连接件44的外周侧壁上还设有多个间隔设置的第二凸起部442,且每个所述第二凸起部442设于相邻的两个所述第一凸起部271之间。也可以理解为,第二凸起部442与第一凸起部271交错排列设置。而在每个第一凸起部271与第二凸起部442之间可设置缓冲件45,即缓冲件45的相对两端分别连接第一凸起部271与第二凸起部442。可选地,缓冲件45为具有弹性的结构件,可选地,缓冲件45可以为弹簧或者弹性泡棉等等。
首先,本实施方式可通过缓冲件45将第一凸起部271与第二凸起部442连接起来,从而将保持架26与传动连接件44连接起来,进而将保持架26与传动机构40连接起来,即 保持架26转动时,可带动传动机构40与锁舌拉板43运动。其次,由于缓冲件45具有缓冲性能,因此可通过缓冲件45实现保持架26与传动机构40的柔性连接,例如当输出齿轮41与齿条42在传动的过程中出现受阻时,可通过反作用力是缓冲件45弹性压缩并吸收应力。当输出齿轮41反向旋转运动时,缓冲件45可释放压缩应力推动驱动齿轮朝反方向旋转。这样不仅可利用缓冲件45来吸收多余的应力,在反向转动时,还可利用这些应力来推动输出齿轮41进行旋转。因此不仅可有效防止输出齿轮41传动中的卡滞现象,还可有效地降低反向运动时所需要的力的大小。
请一并参考图3-图4,图10-图12,图10为本申请一实施方式中电动锁体1为定位状态时的部分结构示意图。图11为本申请一实施方式中电动锁体1为上锁状态时的部分结构示意图。图12为本申请一实施方式中电动锁体1为开锁状态时的部分结构示意图。本实施方式中,所述电动锁体1还包括定位机构50,至少部分所述定位机构50设于所述收入空间内,所述定位机构50连接所述锁舌拉板43,当所述锁舌拉板43移动时可带动所述定位机构50移动,所述电动锁体1还具有定位状态;当所述电动锁体1为所述定位状态与所述上锁状态时,部分所述定位结构凸出于所述壳体10;当所述电动锁体1为所述开锁状态时,所述定位机构50收容于所述收容空间11内。
在本实施方式中电动锁体1还包括定位机构50,至少部分所述定位机构50设于所述收入空间内,所述定位机构50连接所述锁舌拉板43。定位机构50可在锁舌拉板43的带动下也同样凸出于壳体10或收容与壳体10。在定位机构50与锁舌30的相互配合下,可使电动锁体1具有多种状态。即除了上述内容提及的电动锁体1具有上锁状态与开锁状态之外,电动锁体1还具有定位状态。当所述电动锁体1为所述定位状态与所述上锁状态时,部分所述定位结构凸出于所述壳体10;当所述电动锁体1为所述开锁状态时,所述定位机构50收容于所述收容空间11内。
也可以理解为,当电动锁体1为定位状态时,如图4与图10所示,所述锁舌30收容于壳体10内,部分定位机构50凸出于壳体10外。当电动锁体1为上锁状态时,如图3与图11所示,所述锁舌30与部分定位机构50均凸出于壳体10。当电动锁体1为开锁状态时,如图12所示,所述锁舌30与部分定位机构50均收容于壳体10内。定位机构50的作用是电动锁体1在上锁前实现定位作用。在关门时,且在上锁前,凸出于壳体10的部分定位机构50可进入锁孔完成定位。并且利用定位机构50还可实现在开锁状态下实现对门的打开与关闭。
请一并参考图10-图12,本实施方式还提供了一种定位机构50的具体结构。所述定位机构50包括固定件51,所述固定件51连接所述壳体10,所述固定件51上开设有间隔设置第一通孔511与第二通孔512。第一连杆521、顶杆522、以及第一弹性件523,所述第一连杆521的一端贯穿所述第一通孔511,所述第一连杆521的另一端连接所述顶杆522,所述第一连杆521上开设有第三通孔524,至少部分所述顶杆522设于所述收容空间11内,所述第一弹性件523连接所述顶杆522与所述固定件51。第二连杆531、斜舌532、以及第二弹性件533,所述第二连杆531的一端贯穿所述第二通孔512,所述第二连杆531的另一端连接所述斜舌532,至少部分所述斜舌532设于所述收容空间11内,所述第二弹性件533连接所述顶杆522与所述固定件51。斜舌拉钩54,所述斜舌拉钩54转动连接所述锁舌拉板43,所述斜舌拉钩54包括相连接的第一部分541与第二部分542,所述第一部分541设于所述第三通孔524内,所述第一部分541与所述第一连杆521相互配合以控制所述顶杆522的移动;所述第二部分542靠近所述斜舌532的一端设有第一定位部543,所述斜舌532靠近所述第二连杆531的一端的外周侧壁设有第二定位部544,所述第一定位部543与所述第二定位部544相互配合以控制所述斜舌532的移动。
本实施方式还提供了一种定位机构50的具体结构。定位机构50主要由顶杆522、斜舌532、以及斜舌拉钩54的相互配合,从而实现凸出与收容于壳体10。
固定件51主要起固定定位机构50的部分结构件的作用,且固定件51上开设有间隔设置的第一通孔511与第二通孔512。第一连杆521、顶杆522、以及第一弹性件523为定位机构50的一套组件,其中,所述第一连杆521的一端贯穿所述第一通孔511,所述第一连杆521的另一端连接所述顶杆522,至少部分所述顶杆522设于所述收容空间11内。这样第一连杆521便可在第一通孔511内进行移动,从而带动顶杆522进行移动。并且所述第一弹性件523连接所述顶杆522与所述固定件51,这样当第一连杆521在移动时,可使第一弹性件523具有压缩状态与拉伸状态。另外,第一连杆521上开设有第三通孔524,第三通孔524用于后续与斜舌拉钩54进行配合。
第二连杆531、斜舌532、以及第二弹性件533为定位机构50的另一套组件,与第一套组件相同,所述第二连杆531的一端贯穿所述第二通孔512,所述第二连杆531的另一端连接所述斜舌532,至少部分所述斜舌532设于所述收容空间11内。这样第二连杆531便可在第二通孔512内进行移动,从而带动斜舌532移动。并且第二弹性件533连接所述顶杆522与所述固定件51。这样但第二连杆531在移动时,可使第二弹性具有压缩状态与拉伸状态。
斜舌拉钩54转动连接的锁舌拉板43,斜舌拉钩54包括连接的第一部分541与第二部分542,通过所述第一部分541与所述第一连杆521相互配合以控制所述顶杆522的移动。再通过所述第一定位部543与所述第二定位部544相互配合以控制所述斜舌532的移动。斜舌拉钩54作为连接顶杆522与斜舌532的部件,当顶杆522或斜舌532移动时,可通过斜舌拉钩54使另一个也一同移动。
另外,请一并参考图10-图12,在本实施方式中,所述定位机构50还包括第三弹性件55,所述第三弹性件55连接所述锁舌拉板43与所述斜舌拉钩54。
本实施方式还可增设第三弹性件55,并使所述第三弹性件55连接所述锁舌拉板43与所述斜舌拉钩54。当顶杆522或斜舌532移动时,斜舌拉钩54转动并带动另一个也一同移动,此时第三弹性件55会发生形变,并使斜舌拉钩54具备恢复初始状态的能力,从而便于斜舌拉钩54重复运动。
本实施方式还介绍了定位机构50详细的运动过程。当所述电动锁体1从所述定位状态至所述上锁状态,如从图10到图11的过程,部分所述顶杆522与部分所述斜舌532凸出于所述壳体10,即用户利用定位机构50进行上锁前的定位后,所述驱动机构20驱动所述锁舌拉板43带动所述锁舌30移动,以使部分所述锁舌30凸出于所述壳体10;
当所述电动锁体1从所述上锁状态至所述开锁状态,即用户需要打开门时,如从图11到图12的过程,所述驱动机构20驱动所述锁舌拉板43带动所述锁舌30移动,以使所述锁舌30收容于所述收容空间11内;在所述锁舌拉板43移动的过程中,所述第二定位部544可抵接所述第一定位部543并带动所述斜舌532移动,以使所述斜舌532收容于所述收容空间11内,且所述第二弹性件533处于压缩状态;所述第一部分541可抵接所述第一连杆521开通所述第三通孔524的侧壁并带动所述顶杆522移动,以使所述顶杆522收容于所述收容空间11内,且所述第一弹性件523处于压缩状态。此时第一弹性件523与第二弹性件533均处于压缩状态。
当所述电动锁体1从所述开锁状态至所述定位状态,即用户在打开门之后,如从图12到图10的过程,所述顶杆522与所述第一连杆521在所述第一弹性件523的驱动下移动,以使部分所述顶杆522凸出于所述壳体10,且在所述第一连杆521移动的过程中,所述第一连杆521开通所述第三通孔524的侧壁可抵接所述第一部分541,并带动所述斜舌拉钩 54相对所述锁舌拉板43转动,以使所述第一定位部543与所述第二定位部544相分离,并使所述斜舌532与所述第二连杆531在所述第二弹性件533的驱动下移动,进而使部分所述斜舌532凸出于所述壳体10。
综上所述,电动锁体1在开锁时通过锁舌拉板43联动斜舌拉钩54带动斜舌532收缩于所述收容空间11内,开门后,顶杆522在第一弹性件523的作用下向外弹出,弹出过程联动斜舌拉钩54旋转并释放斜舌532弹出复位。通过上述各个部件的相互配合,解决了相关技术中锁具存在的各种问题。例如门不打开,斜舌532不会弹出,有效地克服了误锁的问题。并且,本实施方式提供的定位机构50是通过弹性元件(第一弹性件523与第二弹性件533)进行传动的,不需要电机带动,降低了电动锁体1的故障率。
请一并参考图13-图14,图13为本申请一实施方式中电动锁体1正常时的部分结构示意图。图14为本申请一实施方式中当天地锁61出现卡滞时电动锁体1的部分结构示意图。本实施方式中,所述电动锁体1还包括天地锁机构60,至少部分所述天地锁机构60设于所述收容空间11内,所述天地锁机构60包括天地锁61、第三部分62、第四部分63、以及第四弹性件64,所述天地锁61滑动连接所述壳体10,所述第三部分62的一端与所述第四部分63的一端均转动连接所述壳体10,所述第三部分62的另一端滑动连接所述锁舌拉板43,所述第四部分63的另一端滑动连接所述天地锁61;所述第四弹性件64连接所述第三部分62与所述第四部分63。
在电动锁体1中,除了靠锁舌30进行上锁与开锁外,本实施方式还增设了天地锁机构60,天地锁机构60可以理解为副锁,天地锁机构60同样可进行上锁与开锁,从而进一步提高电动锁体1的安全性与防盗性。在相关技术中天地锁61与锁舌30为刚性连接,即锁舌30运动可带动天地锁61共同运动。但当天地锁61出现卡滞,此时天地锁61与锁舌30便均无法像正常一样进行有效地开锁与上锁。
因此本实施方式的天地锁机构60包括天地锁61、第三部分62、第四部分63、以及第四弹性件64。其中第三部分62与第四部分63可构成驱动摇臂,第三部分62与第四部分63均转动连接壳体10,即第三部分62与第四部分63为分体式结构,第三部分62与第四部分63的转动均为独立的。所述第三部分62的另一端滑动连接所述锁舌拉板43,所述第四部分63的另一端滑动连接所述天地锁61,即锁舌拉板43的移动可带动第三部分62进行转动,天地锁61的移动也可带动第四部分63进行转动。另外,所述第四弹性件64连接所述第三部分62与所述第四部分63。因此可利用第四弹性件64来连接第三部分62与第四部分63,并使锁舌30与天地锁61柔性连接。
在正常状态时,例如上锁时,如图13所示,锁舌拉板43在驱动锁舌30凸出于壳体10的过程中会联动第三部分62做旋转运动,而第三部分62的转动可通过第三弹性件55传输给第四部分63,并使第四部分63也做旋转运动,进而带动天地锁61凸出于壳体10。但在传动的过程中一旦出现卡滞,例如天地锁61处的结构出现卡滞,如图14所示,锁舌拉板43可同样驱动锁舌30凸出于壳体10,且同样会联动第三部分62做旋转运动。但由于天地锁61处卡滞时,即天地锁61无法进行稳定的移动,也可以理解为第四部分63无法进行稳定地旋转,此时第四弹性件64可吸收由第三部分62转动产生的旋转力,从而使锁舌30正常运动,有效地防止因天地锁61卡滞导致锁舌30不能正常锁门的现象。当锁舌30回拖时是刚性带动天地锁61运动,因此通过上述各个部件的相互配合,可以有效保证开门和锁门的正常进行。
请再次参考图3-图4,本实施方式中,所述电动锁体1还包括设于所述收容空间11内的导向机构70,所述导向结构转动连接所述壳体10,所述导向机构70用于与所述锁舌拉板43相互配合从而使所述锁舌拉板43沿预设方向移动。
本实施方式还可增设导向机构70,利用导向机构70与锁舌拉板43的相互配合,从而使所述锁舌拉板43沿预设方向移动,即使锁舌30也可沿预设方向移动,使锁舌30更稳定地凸出于壳体10与收容于壳体10内。可选地,导向机构70包括但不限于导向滑轮。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动锁体,其特征在于,所述电动锁体包括:
    壳体,所述壳体内具有收容空间;
    驱动机构,所述驱动机构设于所述收容空间内,所述驱动机构包括电机、行星齿轮组件、以及保持架;所述行星齿轮组件包括齿圈、行星轮、以及太阳轮,所述电机转动连接所述太阳轮,所述齿圈具有容置空间,所述行星轮与部分所述太阳轮均设于所述容置空间内,且所述行星轮转动连接于所述太阳轮与所述齿圈之间;保持架,所述保持架设于所述行星齿轮组件的一侧,所述齿圈与所述太阳轮均抵接所述保持架,所述行星轮连接所述保持架;
    当所述齿圈处于固定状态时,所述太阳轮在所述电机的带动下进行转动,以使所述行星轮相对所述齿圈转动,进而使所述保持架转动;或者,当所述太阳轮处于固定状态时,可通过控制所述齿圈进行转动,以使所述行星轮相对所述太阳轮转动,进而使所述保持架转动;以及
    锁舌,至少部分所述锁舌设于所述收容空间内,所述锁舌连接所述保持架,当所述保持架转动时,所述保持架可驱动所述锁舌移动,以使所述锁舌在收容于所述壳体的开锁状态与凸出于所述壳体的上锁状态之间转换。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的电动锁体,其特征在于,所述电动锁体还包括传动机构,所述传动机构的一端连接所述保持架,所述传动机构的另一端连接所述锁舌;当所述保持架转动时,所述保持架通过所述传动机构驱动所述锁舌移动。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的电动锁体,其特征在于,所述传动机构包括输出齿轮、齿条、以及锁舌拉板,所述输出齿轮连接所述保持架,所述输出齿轮啮合于所述齿条上,所述齿条连接所述锁舌拉板,所述锁舌拉板连接所述锁舌。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的电动锁体,其特征在于,所述行星轮连接于所述保持架的一侧,所述保持架相对的另一侧开设有缓冲槽,且自所述保持架开设所述缓冲槽的侧壁上凸设有第一凸起部;
    所述传动机构还包括连接件,所述输出齿轮设于所述连接件上,所述连接件的周缘设有第二凸起部,至少部分所述第二凸起部设于所述缓冲槽内,且每个所述第二凸起部设于相邻的两个所述第一凸起部之间;
    所述电动锁体还包括缓冲件,所述缓冲件设于所述缓冲槽内,且所述缓冲件抵接于所述第一凸起部与所述第二凸起部之间。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的电动锁体,其特征在于,所述电动锁体还包括定位机构,至少部分所述定位机构设于所述收入空间内,所述定位机构连接所述锁舌拉板,当所述锁舌拉板移动时可带动所述定位机构移动,所述电动锁体还具有定位状态;当所述电动锁体为所述定位状态与所述上锁状态时,部分所述定位结构凸出于所述壳体;当所述电动锁体为所述开锁状态时,所述定位机构收容于所述收容空间内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的电动锁体,其特征在于,所述定位机构包括:
    固定件,所述固定件连接所述壳体,所述固定件上开设有间隔设置第一通孔与第二通孔;
    第一连杆、顶杆、以及第一弹性件,所述第一连杆的一端贯穿所述第一通孔,所述第一连杆的另一端连接所述顶杆,所述第一连杆上开设有第三通孔,至少部分所述顶杆设于所述收容空间内,所述第一弹性件连接所述顶杆与所述固定件;
    第二连杆、斜舌、以及第二弹性件,所述第二连杆的一端贯穿所述第二通孔,所述第二连杆的另一端连接所述斜舌,至少部分所述斜舌设于所述收容空间内,所述第二弹性件连接所述顶杆与所述固定件;以及
    斜舌拉钩,所述斜舌拉钩转动连接所述锁舌拉板,所述斜舌拉钩包括相连接的第一部分与第二部分,所述第一部分设于所述第三通孔内,所述第一部分与所述第一连杆相互配合以控制所述顶杆的移动;所述第二部分靠近所述斜舌的一端设有第一定位部,所述斜舌靠近所述第二连杆的一端的外周侧壁设有第二定位部,所述第一定位部与所述第二定位部相互配合以控制所述斜舌的移动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的电动锁体,其特征在于,所述定位机构还包括第三弹性件,所述第三弹性件连接所述锁舌拉板与所述斜舌拉钩。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的电动锁体,其特征在于,当所述电动锁体从所述定位状态至所述上锁状态,部分所述顶杆与部分所述斜舌凸出于所述壳体,所述驱动机构驱动所述锁舌拉板带动所述锁舌移动,以使部分所述锁舌凸出于所述壳体;
    当所述电动锁体从所述上锁状态至所述开锁状态,所述驱动机构驱动所述锁舌拉板带动所述锁舌移动,以使所述锁舌收容于所述收容空间内;在所述锁舌拉板移动的过程中,所述第二定位部可抵接所述第一定位部并带动所述斜舌移动,以使所述斜舌收容于所述收容空间内,且所述第二弹性件处于压缩状态;所述第一部分可抵接所述第一连杆开通所述第三通孔的侧壁并带动所述顶杆移动,以使所述顶杆收容于所述收容空间内,且所述第一弹性件处于压缩状态;以及
    当所述电动锁体从所述开锁状态至所述定位状态,所述顶杆与所述第一连杆在所述第一弹性件的驱动下移动,以使部分所述顶杆凸出于所述壳体,且在所述第一连杆移动的过程中,所述第一连杆开通所述第三通孔的侧壁可抵接所述第一部分,并带动所述斜舌拉钩相对所述锁舌拉板转动,以使所述第一定位部与所述第二定位部相分离,并使所述斜舌与所述第二连杆在所述第二弹性件的驱动下移动,进而使部分所述斜舌凸出于所述壳体。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的电动锁体,其特征在于,所述电动锁体还包括天地锁机构,至少部分所述天地锁机构设于所述收容空间内,所述天地锁机构包括天地锁、第三部分、第四部分、以及第四弹性件,所述天地锁滑动连接所述壳体,所述第三部分的一端与所述第四部分的一端均转动连接所述壳体,所述第三部分的另一端滑动连接所述锁舌拉板,所述第四部分的另一端滑动连接所述天地锁;所述第四弹性件连接所述第三部分与所述第四部分。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的电动锁体,其特征在于,所述电动锁体还包括设于所述收容空间内的导向机构,所述导向结构转动连接所述壳体,所述导向机构用于与所述锁舌拉板相互配合从而使所述锁舌拉板沿预设方向移动。
