Abstract
本申请提供了一种扬声器,包括连接件以及固定于连接件的磁路组件和振动组件,振动组件包括固定于连接件的第一振膜以及驱动第一振膜振动发声的音圈,磁路组件包括为音圈提供驱动力的磁钢组件以及固定磁钢组件的安装件;自安装件的边缘朝第一振膜折弯形成折弯部,折弯部与连接件固定连接。采用该结构,使得第一振膜与安装件固定连接,以加强扬声器整体的强度,避免扬声器于其振动方向的形变,从而提高扬声器的品质。
Description
本申请涉及声学的领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
扬声器,是一种把电信号转变为声信号的换能器件,扬声器在音频器件扮演着不可或缺的角色。
现有技术中,扬声器一般包括磁路组件以及可相对磁路组件运动的振动组件。大多数扬声器的上壳与下壳未固定连接,导致振动组件在振动时于其振动方向易发生形变,从而影响扬声器的音质。
基于此,有必要提供一种振动时于其振动方向不易发生形变的扬声器。
一种扬声器,包括:连接件以及固定于所述连接件的磁路组件和振动组件,所述振动组件包括固定于所述连接件的第一振膜以及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的音圈,所述磁路组件包括为音圈提供驱动力的磁钢组件以及固定所述磁钢组件的安装件;
自所述安装件的边缘朝所述第一振膜折弯形成折弯部,所述折弯部与所述连接件固定连接。
采用上述提供的扬声器,磁钢组件固定在安装件上,磁钢组件为音圈提供驱动力,音圈在该驱动力的作用下往复振动,音圈带动第一振膜振动以发出声音。第一振膜与连接件固定连接,安装件通过折弯部实现与连接件的固定。采用该结构,使得第一振膜与安装件固定连接,以加强扬声器整体的强度,避免扬声器于其振动方向的形变,从而提高扬声器的品质。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,本申请实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果所述特定姿态发生改变时,则所述方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本申请中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个所述特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本申请要求的保护范围之内。
请参阅图1至图5,本申请一实施例提供一种扬声器,包括连接件100以及固定于连接件100的磁路组件200和振动组件300,振动组件300包括固定于连接件100的第一振膜370以及驱动第一振膜370振动发声的音圈340,磁路组件200包括为音圈340提供驱动力的磁钢组件220以及固定磁钢组件220的安装件210。自安装件210的边缘朝第一振膜370折弯形成折弯部212,折弯部212与连接件100固定连接。
采用上述提供的扬声器,磁钢组件220固定在安装件210上,磁钢组件220为音圈340提供驱动力,音圈340在该驱动力的作用下往复振动,音圈340带动第一振膜370振动以发出声音。第一振膜370与连接件100固定连接,安装件210通过折弯部212实现与连接件100的固定。采用该结构,可使得第一振膜370与安装件210固定连接,以加强扬声器整体的强度,避免扬声器于其振动方向的形变,从而提高扬声器的品质。
具体地,请参阅图2或图3,该磁钢组件220包括主磁钢224、环绕在主磁钢224外周的多个副磁钢222、与主磁钢224正对且用于加强磁场强度的主极芯226以及与副磁钢222正对且用于加强磁场强度的副极芯228,该主磁钢224与副磁钢222之间存在磁间隙。
具体地,请继续参阅图2或图3,振动组件300包括可在空缺内移动的音圈340、FPC板320、平衡件330、支架350以及设置在支架350中部且与音圈340正对的球顶360。音圈340一侧的两端分别与平衡件330以及FPC板320弹性连接,音圈340的另一侧与支架350连接,支架350与第一振膜370连接。音圈340振动带动第一振膜370振动。
另外,该扬声器还包括两个第二振膜310。两个第二振膜310分别与平衡件330以及PFC板弹性连接。第二振膜310随音圈340振动而振动,该第二振膜310起到防灰防尘的作用。
在本实施例中,折弯部212与连接件100通过焊接固定。
具体地,折弯部212靠近连接件100的一端开设有第一缺口2122,连接件100靠近折弯部212的一端开设有第二缺口112,第一缺口2122与第二缺口112围合形成供焊接的焊接口。
另外,需要补充的是,可采用激光焊接的方式作用在焊接口处。
在本实施例中,连接件100朝安装件210凸起形成凸台110,第二缺口112设置在凸台110上。采用该凸台110的结构,可相对减少折弯部212的长度,进一步加强折弯部212的强度。
进一步地,折弯部212与凸台110之间存在间隔10。可以理解的是,焊接时焊接设备传播大量的热量,安装件210与连接件100接收该热量易导致形变或者膨胀。折弯部212与凸台110之间的间隔10提供形变的空间,从而提高翻边连接结构整体的美观性。
进一步地,安装件210与连接件100以及第一振膜370扣合形成用于收容磁钢组件220以及音圈340的收容腔,焊接口沿自扬声器外部至收容腔方向延伸。采用该结构,便于操作人员对安装件210以及连接件100进行焊接,进一步地提高焊接的效率。
再者,折弯部212远离收容腔的侧壁与凸台110远离收容腔的侧壁平齐。这样,可便于提高焊接的强度。
在本实施例中,焊接口呈锥形设置。具体地,第一缺口2122与第二缺口112分别为锥形的一半。优选地,该焊接口为圆锥形。采用该结构,便于焊接液充分填充焊接口,提高焊接质量。
进一步地,为了更好的环形设置的连接件100与安装件210更好的固定,折弯部212为多个,多个折弯部212分布在安装件210的两侧,连接件100上设有与折弯部212数量一致且一一对应的凸台110。
任一折弯部212上具有多个第一缺口2122,与折弯部212对应的凸台110上具有多个与第一缺口2122数量一致且一一对应的第二缺口112。
在本实施例中,连接件100呈环形设置,且连接件100朝安装件210延伸。
以上所述的仅是本申请的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本申请的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种扬声器,包括:连接件以及固定于所述连接件的磁路组件和振动组件,所述振动组件包括固定于所述连接件的第一振膜以及驱动所述第一振膜振动发声的音圈,所述磁路组件包括为音圈提供驱动力的磁钢组件以及固定所述磁钢组件的安装件;其特征在于,自所述安装件的边缘朝所述第一振膜折弯形成折弯部,所述折弯部与所述连接件固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述折弯部与所述连接件通过焊接固定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述折弯部靠近所述连接件的一端开设有第一缺口,所述连接件靠近所述折弯部的一端开设有第二缺口,所述第一缺口与所述第二缺口围合形成供焊接的焊接口。
- 根据权利要求3所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述连接件朝所述折弯部凸起形成凸台,所述第二缺口位于所述凸台上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述折弯部与所述凸台之间存在间隔。
- 根据权利要求4所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述安装件、所述连接件以及所述第一振膜围合形成用于收容所述磁钢组件以及所述音圈的收容腔;所述焊接口沿自所述扬声器外部至所述收容腔方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述折弯部远离所述收容腔的侧壁与所述凸台远离所述收容腔的侧壁平齐。
- 根据权利要求3-7任意一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述焊接口呈锥形。
- 根据权利要求4-7任意一项所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述折弯部为多个,多个所述折弯部分布在所述安装件的两侧,所述连接件上设有与所述折弯部数量一致且一一对应的所述凸台。
- 根据权利要求9所述的扬声器,其特征在于,任一所述折弯部上具有多个所述第一缺口,与所述折弯部对应的所述凸台上具有多个与所述第一缺口数量一致且一一对应的所述第二缺口。
