本发明涉及布料印染技术领域,特别是涉及一种全自动布料印染设备。
背景技术
印染又称之为染整;是一种加工方式,也是前处理,染色,印花,后整理,洗水等的总称;大多数染料染色过程基本上就是一个简单过程,上染完毕,只需经过水洗等后处理,染色过程就结束;而印染设备是现代机械化生产过程中的重要组成部分,未保证印染过程的自动化完成操作,在设备中需增加相应的物料输送设备。
但是目前现有的全自动布料印染设备仍存在一些问题,目前市场上现有的全自动布料印染设备的布料输送机构上往往没有除尘辊,无法在布料进入印染箱之前将其表面的灰尘和绒毛清除,为此我们提出一种全自动布料印染设备。
技术解决方案
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种全自动布料印染设备,通过设置除尘输送机构,使得设备在对布料进行输送的同时,能够去除其表面的灰尘和绒毛,防止布料表面的灰尘污染印染箱内的染料,并且能够在输送布料的同时将布料夹紧,防止发生褶皱,影响印染效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种全自动布料印染设备,包括印染箱,所述印染箱左侧表面顶端固定有输送盒,所述输送盒左侧表面设有电机,所述电机的转动轴穿设于输送盒且末端安装有输送辊,所述输送盒空腔内位于输送辊下侧滑动连接有连接轴,所述连接轴表面套设有清洁辊,所述清洁辊与连接轴转动连接且与输送辊紧密贴合,所述连接轴两端均固定有推杆,所述推杆与输送盒之间固定有弹簧。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述印染箱空腔内右侧转动连接有螺纹杆,所述螺纹杆表面套设有螺母,所述印染箱内壁右侧开设有限位槽,所述螺母表面固定有与限位槽滑合适配的限位块,所述螺母远离限位块表面一侧固定有滤网。

有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明能达到的有益效果是:1、通过设置除尘输送机构,有效的避免了设备无法在印染之前清洁布料表面的灰尘和绒毛,使得设备在对布料进行输送的同时,能够去除其表面的灰尘和绒毛,防止布料表面的灰尘和绒毛污染印染箱内的染料,并且能够在输送布料的同时将布料夹紧,防止发生褶皱,影响印染效果。
2、通过设置的滤网与其驱动结构,有效避免了印染箱内的布料线头和绒毛无法清除的问题,使得设备可以便捷的清理印染箱内的布料线头和绒毛,从而可以对染料进行重复使用,避免造成染料浪费,有效的提高了设备的环保度。

实施例:如图1和2所示,一种全自动布料印染设备,包括印染箱1,印染箱1左侧表面顶端固定有输送盒2,输送盒2左侧表面设有电机3,电机3的转动轴穿设于输送盒2且末端安装有输送辊4,输送盒2空腔内位于输送辊4下侧滑动连接有连接轴5,连接轴5表面套设有清洁辊6,清洁辊6与连接轴5转动连接且与输送辊4紧密贴合,连接轴5两端均固定有推杆7,推杆7与输送盒2之间固定有弹簧8。
当设备在进行印染之前需要对布料进行输送时,打开电机3,使电机3带动输送辊4进行旋转,使输送辊4上的布料被旋转出来,进入染箱1内,并且使输送辊4在转动的同时推动清洁辊6随之反向旋转,使清洁辊6将布料表面的灰尘和绒毛带走,当布料被输送出去一部分后,输送辊4和清洁辊6之间的距离变大,弹簧8通过回弹力推动连接轴5向上滑动,使连接轴5带动清洁辊6随之向上移动,直至清洁辊6与输送辊4紧密贴合,从而将布料压住;使得设备在对布料进行输送的同时,能够去除其表面的灰尘和绒毛,防止布料表面的灰尘和绒毛污染印染箱内的染料,并且能够在输送布料的同时将布料夹紧,防止发生褶皱,影响印染效果。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了滤网10与其驱动结构,如图1和3所示,印染箱1空腔内右侧转动连接有螺纹杆9,螺纹杆9表面套设有螺母11,印染箱1内壁右侧开设有限位槽13,螺母11表面固定有与限位槽13滑合适配的限位块12,螺母11远离限位块12表面一侧固定有滤网10。
当需要对设备内的染料进行清除时,顺时针转动螺纹杆9,使螺纹杆9带动螺母11向上移动,使螺母11带动滤网10随之向上移动,从而使滤网10在向上移动的过程中能够将染料内的布料线头和绒毛带出,使得设备可以便捷的清理印染箱1内的布料线头和绒毛,从而可以对染料进行重复使用,避免造成染料浪费,有效的提高了设备的环保度。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了出布口,如图1所示,输送盒2靠近印染箱1表面一侧固定有出布口,出布口为矩形;通过设置出布口,便于布料从输送盒2内出来,从而进入印染箱1内。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了滑槽,输送盒2内壁左右两侧均开设有滑槽,滑槽与连接轴5适配;通过设置滑槽,便于连接轴5上下滑动。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了万向轮,如图1所示,印染箱1底端固定有一组万向轮,万向轮表面套设有防滑套;通过设置万向轮,便于装置快捷的移动。
在其他实施例中,本实施例公开了把手,如图1所示,螺纹杆9位于印染箱1外侧一端固定有把手,把手为圆柱形;通过设置把手,有利于增加螺纹杆9的便捷度。
