图4是本发明实施方式提供的活检针中外针上一种倒扣结构的示意图。如图4所示,倒扣结构包括呈圆台形的套筒61,套筒61的第一端与外针6的尾端连接,并且第一端的外径与外针6的外径相同,套筒61第二端的外径大于第一端的外径;外针针座5远离外针6针尖的一端设有用于容置套筒61的凹槽,凹槽的截面呈喇叭口状,套筒61的外壁与凹槽的侧壁抵接。倒扣结构设置为圆台形结构,既能起限位作用,另外,还可适当增大外针6的管径,方便内针4的插入操作。除采用上述圆台形倒扣结构以外,外针的外壁上,也可采用凸起的倒扣结构,该倒扣结构插入外针针座或第二粘接结构内。
如图1所示,在外针针座5的末端设有沿外针6轴线方向延伸的插口,在内针针座3的前端设有沿内针4轴线方向延伸的插接柱,活检针穿刺操作时,内针针座3上的插接柱插入外针针座5的插口内。
图5是本发明实施方式提供的活检装置的结构示意图;图6是本发明实施方式提供的活检装置的爆炸图。如图5和图6所示,活检装置包括动力装置1、内针组件和外针组件,其中,动力装置1上设有上弦把手2和激发按钮7,内针组件包括内针4和内针针座3,内针针座3与内针4远离内针针尖43的一侧固定连接,外针组件包括外针6和外针针座5,外针针座56与外针远离外针针尖62的一侧固定连接。
活检装置使用时,将一次性使用的活检针安装在动力装置1中,然后沿着内针针尖43相反方向按压上弦把手2至限定位置,听到“咔嗒”声后,表明外针6已经到达限定位置,松开上弦把手,然后再次沿着内针针尖43相反方向按压上弦按钮2至限定位置,听到“咔嗒”声后,表明内针4到达限定位置。此状态下,上弦把手2中的弹簧受到压缩,内、外针处于待激发状态。
在超声影像设备的指引下,确定需穿刺的位置,此时推动激发按钮7,内、外针得到释放,在弹簧回弹力的作用下带动活检针往病灶区域快速前进,内、外针间隔进入病灶,最终,活检针的内针取样槽内取得一定的组织样本,将组织样条取出置于指定器皿内,完成一次活检操作。
本发明实施方式提供的活检针中设有粘接限位结构和倒扣结构,可避免内针和外针因自身高速运动产生惯性位移,以及可避免因内针与内针针座分离,从而使内针和外针位置配合精准,激发射程精准,可以按照手术医生的设定位置,准确到达病灶位置,以及保护医护人员及病人的人身安全。
上述具体实施方式,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制。本领域技术人员应该明白的是,取决于设计要求和其他因素,可以发生各种各样的修改、组合、子组合和替代。任何在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种活检针,包括内针(4)、与内针(4)连接的内针针座(3)、外针(6)和与外针(6)连接的外针针座(5),其特征在于,内针(4)与内针针座(3)之间、外针(6)与外针针座(5)之间设有粘接限位结构;
    通过粘接限位结构限制内针(4)与内针针座(3)之间、外针(6)与外针针座(5)之间产生相对移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的活检针,其特征在于,内针针座(3)包括用于容置内针的腔室,内针针座(3)的外壁上设有与腔室贯通的第一穿孔,第一穿孔内填充有第一粘接结构(81),内针针座(3)与内针(4)通过第一粘接结构(81)固定连接;
    外针针座(5)包括贯穿外针针座(5)的通孔,外针针座(5)的外壁上设有与通孔贯通的第二穿孔,第二穿孔内填充有第二粘接结构(82),外针针座(5)和外针(6)通过第二粘接结构(82)固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的活检针,其特征在于,内针(4)的外壁上设有凸起的倒扣结构,倒扣结构插入内针针座(3)和/或第一粘接结构(81)内,或者,内针(4)的外壁上设有内凹的倒扣结构,倒扣结构位于内针针座(3)内,内针针座(3)和/或第一粘接结构(81)上设有用于插入倒扣结构的挡块。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的活检针,其特征在于,外针(6)的外壁上设有凸起的倒扣结构,倒扣结构与外针针座(5)卡接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的活检针,其特征在于,内针(4)的外壁上设有凸起的倒扣结构,倒扣结构包括至少一条凸起棱(42)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的活检针,其特征在于,倒扣结构包括多条 凸起棱(42),多条凸起棱(42)沿内针(4)的圆周方向均匀布置。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的活检针,其特征在于,内针(4)的外壁上设有内凹的倒扣结构,倒扣结构为缺口(41)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的活检针,其特征在于,缺口(41)沿内针(4)轴线方向具有设定宽度,并且缺口(41)的深度不小于内针(4)的半径。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的活检针,其特征在于,倒扣结构包括呈圆台形的套筒(61),套筒(61)的第一端与外针(6)的尾端连接,并且第一端的外径与外针(6)的外径相同,套筒(61)第二端的外径大于第一端的外径;
    外针针座(5)远离外针(6)针尖的一端设有用于容置套筒的凹槽,凹槽的截面呈喇叭口状,套筒(61)的外壁与凹槽的侧壁抵接。
  10. 一种活检装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的活检针。
