针对上述不足,本发明公开一种家用厨余垃圾区分处理机及其工作方法,用以将垃圾中的水资源分离净化,固体多次干燥处理,有利于垃圾分类的进行;本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种家用厨余垃圾区分处理机,其特征在于,包括挡板、液体垃圾处理区、固体垃圾处理区、电机、红外信号接收器和遥控;所述挡板位于所述处理机上方;所述挡板上还设有拉手;所述液体垃圾处理区、固体垃圾处理区均位于挡板下方;所述液体垃圾处理区和固体垃圾处理区相接触;所述电机设置于所述处理机侧面,为液体垃圾处理区、固体垃圾处理区供电;所述红外信号接收器位于所述处理机上侧一角。
进一步的,所述液体垃圾处理区包括过滤阀、液体管道、净水器、二次使用接口、废料接口和二次处理管道;所述液体管道两端分别连接过滤阀和净水器;所述净水器与二次使用接口、废料接口和二次处理管道相连;所述二次使用接口位于废料接口上方;作为本发明的一种优选,其可有效处理处于垃圾中的液体垃圾,由净水器处理,净化后的水可再次利用,杂物由废料接口直接排出。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种家用厨余垃圾区分处理机,其特征在于,包括挡板(1)、液体垃圾处理区(2)、固体垃圾处理区(3)、电机(4)、红外信号接收器(5)和遥控(6);所述挡板(1)位于所述处理机上方;所述挡板(1)上还设有拉手(11);所述液体垃圾处理区(2)、固体垃圾处理区(3)均位于挡板(1)下方;所述液体垃圾处理区(2)和固体垃圾处理区(3)相接触;所述电机(4)设置于所述处理机侧面,为液体垃圾处理区(2)、固体垃圾处理区(3)供电;所述红外信号接收器(5)位于所述处理机上侧一角。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用厨余垃圾区分处理机,其特征在于,所述液体垃圾处理区(2)包括过滤阀(21)、液体管道(22)、净水器(23)、二次使用接口(24)、废料接口(25)和二次处理管道(26);所述液体管道(22)两端分别连接过滤阀(21)和净水器(23);所述净水器(23)与二次使用接口(24)、废料接口(25)和二次处理管道(26)相连;所述二次使用接口(24)位于废料接口(25)上方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用厨余垃圾区分处理机,其特征在于,所述固体垃圾处理区(3)包括固体垃圾挡板(31)、刀片(32)、转轴(34)、挂钩(35)、固体废料区(36)和废料挡板(37);所述固体垃圾挡板(31)位于所述固体垃圾处理区(3)上方;所述刀片(32)通过转轴(34)固定在固体垃圾处理区(3)内部;所述固体废料区(36)设置于所述固体垃圾处理区(3)下方;所述固体废料区(36)内设有两个挂钩(35);所述固体废料区(36)旁设有废料挡板(37)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种家用厨余垃圾区分处理机,其特征在于,所述固体垃圾处理区(3)内还设有动态感应器(33);所述动态感应器(33)位于所述转轴(34)顶端;所述动态感应器(33)在电机(4)工作时,感应到刀片(32)非运动,则刀片(32)反转。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种家用厨余垃圾区分处理机,其特征在于,所述固体垃圾处理区(3)内还设有二次处理管道(26);所述二次处理管道(26)与净水器(23)相接。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种家用厨余垃圾区分处理机,其特征在于,所述固体垃圾挡板(31)受遥控(6)控制绕右端旋转;所述固体垃圾挡板(31)左端初始位置高于右端。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种家用厨余垃圾区分处理机,其特征在于,所述刀片(32)上侧刀片较钝;下侧刀片较为锋利。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种家用厨余垃圾区分处理机,其特征在于,所述红外信号接收器(5)受遥控(6)控制;所述红外信号接收器(5)向电机(4)发送送电信号。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的家用厨余垃圾区分处理机的工作方法,包括以下步骤:
    I.打开挡板,将日常厨余垃圾倒入,垃圾受重力作用流向液体垃圾处理区(2)和固体垃圾 处理区(3)交界处;垃圾经过滤阀(21)过滤;液体垃圾流入液体垃圾处理区(2);固体垃圾滞留;
    II.遥控(6)控制电机(4)启动,固体垃圾挡板(31)绕右侧下降,刀片(32)旋转;固体垃圾掉落;受刀片(32)作用固体垃圾被逐次粉碎;固体垃圾中残存液体垃圾优先由二次处理管道(26)流入净水器(23)再净化;固体残渣落入固体废料区(36);
    III.净化完成后,二次处理管道(26)所出水可再次使用;打开废料挡板(37)收集内部固体残渣集中处理;净水器(23)废料从废料接口(25)流出。
