背景技术
随着科技的不断发展,人们生活水平日益增长,城市生活垃圾的排放量也随之增加,大量的生活垃圾被堆放,占用大量土地的同时还污染地下水资源,给人们的生活环境及身体健康带来了严重的影响。一方面餐厨垃圾中有机物含量高、水分含量高、易腐烂,其性状和气味易对环境卫生造成恶劣影响,且容易滋长病原微生物、霉菌毒素等有害物质。另一方面餐厨垃圾中含有丰富的营养物质,是宝贵的可再生资源。由于餐厨垃圾的处理尚未引起重视,处置方法不当,已成为影响食品安全和生态安全的潜在危险源,且造成资源的大量浪费。
中国专利CN103100555A公开了一种餐厨垃圾处理机,其处理过程包括对餐厨垃圾依次进行破碎操作、固液分离操作、对固体餐厨垃圾的进一步挤压脱水操作、对固体餐厨垃圾的发酵烘干操作和对液体餐厨垃圾的油水分离操作,实现了餐厨垃圾处理机的连续投料和连续排料的生产过程,生产效率高,便于对整个餐厨垃圾处理机进行集中化、智能化控制。其中存在的不足是,其破碎操作采用摆锤式破碎机,特点是转速高故而噪声较大;内置筛网,若破碎含水较高的物料时易造成筛网的堵塞,使用条件受限;若去除筛网,则破碎物料时易因物料的快速通过而造成破碎效果不理想。另外,发酵烘干操作的供氧方式不明确,目前市场上多以引风机抽风供氧,通过顶部进风口补充新鲜空气,新鲜空气集聚在物料表面无法与物料充分接触,导致氧气利用率低,供氧不足,影响发酵处理效果。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机,其噪声小,破碎效果好且使用条件不受限制,将多种装置集于一体,设备集成化程度高,实现了资源化利用,将餐厨垃圾中的有机垃圾、油脂及废水有效处理,具有处理效率高、操作方便、节能环保的优点。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机,包括固定提升翻转装置,破碎装置,双螺旋压榨脱水装置,油水分离装置,发酵降解装置,固定提升翻转装置与装料垃圾桶相连,破碎装置上部置有收料斗,下部连接双螺旋压榨脱水装置,双螺旋压榨脱水装置的筒体倾斜安放,低端筒体的下部开有液体垃圾出料口,高端筒体的末端为固体垃圾出料口,液体垃圾出料口的下方设有油水分离装置,固体垃圾出料口的下方设有发酵降解装置,其特征在于破碎装置为撕裂式破碎机,所述撕裂式破碎机的破碎舱内置有旋转轨迹相交的若干刀片,刀片的前端呈锯齿状。
固定提升翻转装置将垃圾桶固定在一端,通过该装置将垃圾桶提升至指定高度进行翻转,将桶内的物料倒入收料斗进入撕裂式破碎机,执行破碎操作后的餐厨垃圾进入双螺旋压榨脱水装置,通过螺旋叶片挤压垃圾,使得垃圾向固体垃圾出料口端出料,由于压榨筒体设有一定的倾斜角度,会使液体垃圾向液体垃圾出料口流动。通过压榨脱水后的液体垃圾直接流入油水分离装置里,并将所述的液体垃圾进行废水与废油的分离。发酵降解装置将双螺旋压榨脱水装置中出来的固体垃圾进行发酵降解。由于破碎装置采用了撕裂式破碎机,其工作时转速低,噪声很小,而且撕裂式破碎机对物料的干湿状态要求不高且破碎效果稳定,不仅拓宽了餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机的应用条件,而且提升了一体机的综合处理能力。
发酵降解装置,包括有发酵仓,发酵仓内的桨式搅拌器,发酵仓外壁上的导热油槽,发酵仓顶部设有进料口,底部设有出料口,发酵仓的底部另置有曝气供氧装置。曝气供氧装置将新鲜空气送入发酵仓底部,在保证新鲜空气与物料充分接触提供供氧效果的同时,新鲜空气经过导热油加热,对物料也进行了辅助加热,提高了发酵降解效果。
进一步地,发酵降解装置的一端还设有除臭器,采用活性炭除臭器。
油水分离装置,包括从上往下依次连通的液体垃圾收集箱、废油收集箱及废水垃圾收集箱,液体垃圾收集箱顶部有液体垃圾进料口对接双螺旋压榨脱水装置的液体垃圾出料口,液体垃圾收集箱内部设有浮渣挡板和沉渣挡板;所述废油收集箱的顶部设有分离调节板,侧壁开有废油排出口,废油从分离调节板的入口流入废油收集箱后从废油排出口放出;所述废水垃圾收集箱侧壁设有废水排出口。
进一步地,所述废水排出口的位置低于废油收集箱内分离调节板的位置。
本实用新型与传统技术相比,具有以下效果:
(1)采用撕裂式破碎装置,工作时转速低,噪声很小,且对物料的干湿状态要求不高,破碎效果稳定;
(2)采用固定提升翻转装置、破碎装置、双螺旋压榨脱水装置、油水分离装置、发酵降解装置、辅助加热系统及除臭系统一体化集成设计,处理效率高,操作方便,节能环保;
(3)发酵降解过程中持续充分供氧,提高了降解效率,发酵时间比市场上主流设备的发酵时间短,能耗低;

固定提升翻转装置1与装料垃圾桶6相连,用于将垃圾桶提升至指定高度进行翻转,并使垃圾桶6内的物料倒入破碎装置2上部的收料斗21中;破碎装置2为撕裂式破碎机,其破碎舱内置有旋转轨迹相交的若干刀片22,刀片22的前端呈锯齿状,用于执行餐厨垃圾的撕裂式破碎操作;破碎装置2的下部连接双螺旋压榨脱水装置3,双螺旋压榨脱水装置3的筒体31倾斜安放,低端筒体的下部开有液体垃圾出料口32,高端筒体的末端为固体垃圾出料口33,经破碎操作后的餐厨垃圾进入双螺旋压榨脱水装置3后,在压榨螺旋的挤压作用下实现固液分离,脱水后的垃圾向固体垃圾出料口33出料,剩余液体顺着倾斜筒体从液体垃圾出料口32流入下方设置的油水分离装置4;安装在液体垃圾出料口32下方的油水分离装置4,包括从上往下依次连接的液体垃圾收集箱41、废油收集箱42及废水垃圾收集箱43,液体垃圾收集箱41顶部有液体垃圾进料口对接双螺旋压榨脱水装置的液体垃圾出料口32,液体垃圾收集箱41内部设有浮渣挡板和沉渣挡板;废油收集箱42的顶部设有分离调节板,侧壁开有废油排出口44,废水垃圾收集箱43侧壁设有废水排出口45,废水排出口45的位置低于废油收集箱42内分离调节板的位置,便于油水分开收集;安装在固体垃圾出料口33下方的发酵降解装置5,包括有发酵仓51,发酵仓51内的桨式搅拌器52,发酵仓51外壁上的导热油槽53,导热油槽53外部设有一层保温棉54,发酵仓51顶部设有进料口,底部设有出料口,发酵仓51的底部另置有曝气供氧装置55,曝气供氧装置保证新鲜空气与物料充分接触,减少了发酵时间;发酵降解装置的一端还设有活性炭除臭器56,用于去除餐厨垃圾发酵产生的恶臭,保护环境。
Claims (9)
1.一种餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机,包括固定提升翻转装置,破碎装置,双螺旋压榨脱水装置,油水分离装置,发酵降解装置,固定提升翻转装置与装料垃圾桶相连,破碎装置上部置有收料斗,下部连接双螺旋压榨脱水装置,双螺旋压榨脱水装置的筒体倾斜安放,低端筒体的下部开有液体垃圾出料口,高端筒体的末端为固体垃圾出料口,液体垃圾出料口的下方设有油水分离装置,固体垃圾出料口的下方设有发酵降解装置,其特征在于破碎装置为撕裂式破碎机,所述撕裂式破碎机的破碎舱内置有旋转轨迹相交的若干刀片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机,其特征在于所述刀片的前端为锯齿状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机,其特征在于发酵降解装置包括有发酵仓,发酵仓内的桨式搅拌器,发酵仓外壁上的导热油槽,发酵仓顶部设有进料口,底部设有出料口,发酵仓的底部另置有曝气供氧装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机,其特征在于发酵降解装置的一端还设有除臭器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机,其特征在于除臭器为活性炭除臭器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机,其特征在于油水分离装置,包括从上往下依次连通的液体垃圾收集箱、废油收集箱及废水垃圾收集箱,液体垃圾收集箱顶部有液体垃圾进料口对接双螺旋压榨脱水装置的液体垃圾出料口,废油收集箱的侧壁开有废油排出口,废水垃圾收集箱的侧壁设有废水排出口。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机,其特征在于液体垃圾收集箱内部设有浮渣挡板和沉渣挡板。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机,其特征在于废油收集箱的顶部设有分离调节板。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种餐厨垃圾无害化处理一体机,其特征在于废水排出口的位置低于废油收集箱内分离调节板的位置。
