一种换向器排片装置,包括模芯(1)、换向片(2)、云母片(3)和限位体(4),所述模芯(1)包括模芯本体(11)、凹槽(12)和凸部(13),所述模芯(1)套设于限位体(4)上端的限位轴(41)上,所述模芯(1)的底面与限位体(4)下端的限位板(42)上表面平齐,所述换向片(2)设于凹槽(12)中并与凹槽(12)相配合,所述凸部(13)的外侧中间设有卡槽(131),所述云母片(3)设于换向片(2)之间并与卡槽(131)相配合。该换向器排片装置,结构简单易于实现,通过限位体和卡槽定位换向片和云母片的位置,提高了安装精度和产品性能稳定性,从而提升了生产效率。

Description

一种换向器排片装置 技术领域
本发明属于换向器排片领域,特别涉及一种换向器排片装置。
背景技术
换向器是直流电机和交流整流子电动机电枢的一个重要部件,在电机转动时起换向作用。换向器由若干片换向片和换向器基座制成,而换向器的基座一般采用电木粉高温压制而成,同时为了将换向片嵌入在换向器基座内,就必须先对换向片进行排片,然后排列好的换向片才能进行下一道的压注工序。
目前,由于排片模芯的设计和工艺的限制,排片后的换向片在塑料套上的轴向位置会参差不齐,容易出现不合格,且排片后换向片容易缺失和脱落,且由于云母片比较薄,使得云母片在插入换向片本体之间时容易出现偏斜,使得换向片的本体也出现偏斜,从而影响换向器成品的质量。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服以上不足,本发明的目的是提供一种换向器排片装置,其结构简单,易于实现,并能准确的定位换向片和云母片的位置,提高了安装精度,提高了产品性能稳定性,提升了生产效率。
技术方案:一种换向器排片装置,包括模芯、换向片、云母片和限位体,所述模芯包括模芯本体、凹槽和凸部,所述模芯套设于限位体上端的限位轴上,所述模芯的底面与限位体下端的限位板上表面平齐,所述换向片设于凹槽中并与凹槽相配合,所述凸部的外侧中间设有卡槽,所述云母片设于换向片之间并与卡槽相配合。所述限位体限制换向片和云母片的轴向位置,所述卡槽能更好地固定云母片位置,避免由于云母片位置错位导致的换向片间触电,提高排片质量。
进一步的,上述的换向器排片装置,所述凹槽与凸部沿模芯外侧圆周均匀排布。
进一步的,上述的换向器排片装置,所述凹槽为瓶形,所述凸部为T型。
进一步的,上述的换向器排片装置,所述凹槽瓶口与瓶身转角处设有圆角。所述圆角有利于换向片的安装和模芯的成型。
进一步的,上述的换向器排片装置,所述模芯本体中间设有圆柱形的通孔,所述通孔与限位轴同轴心过渡配合。限位体可以适配多种孔径相同的模芯。
进一步的,上述的换向器排片装置,所述模芯的高度不小于限位轴的高度。
进一步的,上述的换向器排片装置,所述限位盘的外径大于换向片围成的外径。
进一步的,上述的换向器排片装置,所述模芯为塑料注塑而成。
上述技术方案可以看出,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明所述的换向器排片装置,所述限位体限制换向片轴向位置,避免换向片的脱落和缺失,提高安装精度,提高产品性能稳定性;
2、本发明所述的换向器排片装置,所述限位体和卡槽能更好地固定云母片位置,避免由于云母片位置错位导致的换向片间触电,提高排片质量,提高产品性能稳定性。
综合而言,本发明所述的换向器排片装置,结构简单,易于实现,并能准确的定位换向片和云母片的位置,提高安装精度,提高了产品性能稳定性,提升生产效率。

如图1-5所示,本发明所述的一种换向器排片装置,包括包括模芯1、换向片2、云母片3和限位体4,所述模芯1包括模芯本体11、凹槽12和凸部13,所述模芯1套设于限位体4上端的限位轴41上,所述模芯1的底面与限位体4下端的限位板42上表面平齐,所述换向片2设于凹槽12中并与凹槽12相配合,所述凸部13的外侧中间设有卡槽131,所述云母片3设于换向片2之间并与卡槽131相配合。所述限位体4限制换向片2和云母片3的轴向位置,所述卡槽131能更好地固定云母片3位置,避免由于云母片3位置错位导致的换向片2间触电,提高排片质量。
实施例2
如图1-5所示,本发明所述的一种换向器排片装置,包括模芯1、换向片2、云母片3和限位体4,所述模芯1包括模芯本体11、凹槽12和凸部13,所述模芯1套设于限位体4上端的限位轴41上,所述模芯1的底面与限位体4下端的限位板42上表面平齐,所述换向片2设于凹槽12中并与凹槽12相配合,所述凸部13的外侧中间设有卡槽131,所述云母片3设于换向片2之间并与卡槽131相配合。所述限位体4限制换向片2和云母片3的轴向位置,所述卡槽131能更好地固定云母片3位置,避免由于云母片3位置错位导致的换向片2间触电,提高排片质量。
所述凹槽12与凸部13沿模芯1外侧圆周均匀排布。
所述凹槽12为瓶形,所述凸部13为T型。
所述凹槽12瓶口与瓶身转角处设有圆角。所述圆角有利于换向片2的安装和模芯1的成型。
所述模芯本体11中间设有圆柱形通孔14,所述通孔14与限位轴41同轴心过渡配合。限位体可以适配多种孔径相同的模芯。
所述模芯1的高度不小于限位轴41的高度。
所述限位盘42的外径大于换向片2围成的外径。
所述模芯1为塑料注塑而成。
本发明所述的换向器排片装置的工作原理为:
在排片时,首先将模芯1套入限位体4中限制模芯1的位置,然后将换向片2插入凹槽12中,直至抵到限位板42,使换向片2呈圆周地排列在模芯1上,并且相邻换向片2之间的位置与卡槽121的位置相对应,然后沿着卡槽131将云母片3插入换向片2之间,实现换向器的排片。

  1. 一种换向器排片装置,其特征在于:包括模芯(1)、换向片(2)、云母片(3)和限位体(4),所述模芯(1)包括模芯本体(11)、凹槽(12)和凸部(13),所述模芯(1)套设于限位体(4)上端的限位轴(41)上,所述模芯(1)的底面与限位体(4)下端的限位板(42)上表面平齐,所述换向片(2)设于凹槽(12)中并与凹槽(12)相配合,所述凸部(13)的外侧中间设有卡槽(131),所述云母片(3)设于换向片(2)之间并与卡槽(131)相配合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的换向器排片装置,其特征在于:所述凹槽(12)与凸部(13)沿模芯外侧圆周均匀排布。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的换向器排片装置,其特征在于:所述凹槽(12)为瓶形,所述凸部(13)为T型。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的换向器排片装置,其特征在于:所述凹槽(12)瓶口与瓶身转角处设有圆角。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的换向器排片装置,其特征在于:所述模芯本体(11)中间设有圆柱形的通孔(14),所述通孔(14)与限位轴(41)同轴心过渡配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的换向器排片装置,其特征在于:所述模芯(1)的高度不小于限位轴(41)的高度。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的换向器排片装置,其特征在于:所述限位板(42)的外径大于换向片(2)围成的外径。
