- a catheter refers to a device installed by connecting a bladder and urethra to artificially urinate when a user cannot urinate due to a urological disease.
- One end of the catheter is connected to the bladder to move the filled urine, and the other end is disposed to protrude to the outside of the body, and the urine guided along the catheter is discharged to the outside.
- the conventional catheter has a problem that the end inserted into the bladder comes out of the bladder over time, and the end of the catheter removed from the bladder rubs against the prostate, causing inflammation in the prostate. There was an inconvenient problem in that the procedure to be inserted into the bladder had to be repeatedly performed.
- an expandable member having a tube structure that expands by saline or air is provided at the end of the catheter, and a hose for supplying saline or air to the expandable member is provided.
- a technology for preventing the catheter from coming out of the bladder by expanding and engaging the expandable member inserted into the bladder is disclosed.
- the conventional catheter having an expandable member forms a separate connector at the end of the catheter exposed to the outside, connects the urine bag to the connector, and fills the urine bag with urine discharged through the catheter.
- the present invention has been devised to solve the problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a control valve for controlling the discharge of urine in a catheter disposed in the urethra, so that a separate connection tube and a urine bag are unnecessary As a result, it is possible to discharge urine at the time the user wants, and it is possible to discharge urine while standing, and it is possible to live a smooth daily life because there is no need to carry a urine bag.
