La présente invention comprend : une partie de corps ayant un espace interne dans lequel un fluide peut être reçu et ayant un orifice d'insertion formé pour être ouvert sur un côté de ce dernier ; une partie de piston se déplaçant linéairement dans la direction longitudinale de la partie de corps tout en étant ajustée dans l'orifice d'insertion de la partie de corps ; une première partie de formation de pointe qui est formée de façon à faire saillie d'un côté de la partie de corps et à travers laquelle un fluide est évacué de la partie de corps par la pression de la partie de piston ; et un élément de modification de pointe pouvant être accouplé à la première partie de formation de pointe ou séparé de cette dernière, l'élément de modification de pointe comprenant : une partie de corps de capuchon accouplée de manière sélective à la première partie de formation de pointe ou séparée de cette dernière ; et une seconde partie de formation de pointe formée pour faire saillie à partir de la partie de corps de capuchon et formée pour faire saillie dans une structure différente de la forme de la première partie de formation de pointe.
