本发明涉及一种罐式集装箱框架结构。
背景技术
集装箱作为一种可满足多式联运的运输装备,在物流运输行业起着重要作用。框架结构是罐式集装箱的重要组成部分,对集装箱的装卸联运作业、结构受力、轻量化也具有较大影响。现有的罐式集装箱框架结构均可满足基本的装卸联运作业,但在实际的运用过程中发现局部结构设计不合理导致变形裂开,框架质量占比过大,导致集装箱装载质量减少,同时增加了材料成本。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷和不足,本发明提供了一种罐式集装箱框架结构,解决现有罐式集装箱框架局部受力不好易导致变形开裂且框架质量大的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取如下的技术方案:
一种罐式集装箱框架结构,包括两个平行相对的方形的端框以及连接在两个端框之间的四个相互平行的侧梁,四个侧梁均垂直于端框所在平面且分别位于端框的四角位置,端框和四个侧梁围成长方体框架结构;
所述端框包括:相互平行且水平的上端梁和下端梁、垂直连在上端梁和下端梁之间且能与上端梁和下端梁围成方形结构的两个角柱、设在上端梁和角柱之间的上斜撑、设在下端梁和角柱之间的下斜撑、设在下端梁和角柱连接处的角柱斜撑、设在下斜撑和下端梁连接处的下斜撑补件、垫在下斜撑和角柱之间的下斜撑补板以及设在角柱下部的角柱补板;
所述侧梁包括两个上侧梁和两个下侧梁,在上侧梁和上端梁的连接处的上表面设有顶部护板,在下侧梁和下端梁之间设有底部斜撑,在下侧梁和角柱之间设有侧部斜撑;

本框架结构应用于罐式集装箱,在满足基本装卸联运作业的基础上,具有更好的受力结构、更轻的质量以及更少材料成本。

实施例1:

端框包括:相互平行且水平的上端梁101和下端梁102、垂直连在上端梁101和下端梁102之间且能与上端梁101和下端梁102围成方形结构的两个角柱103、设在上端梁101和角柱103之间的上斜撑104、设在下端梁102和角柱103之间的下斜撑105、设在下端梁102和角柱103连接处的角柱斜撑106、设在下斜撑105和下端梁102连接处的下斜撑补件107、垫在下斜撑105和角柱103之间的下斜撑补板108以及设在角柱103下部的角柱补板109;其中,下斜撑补件107的作用是改善局部结构受力,满足框架罐体之间裙座连接要求,下斜撑补板108的作用是提高局部结构受力水平,满足框架罐体之间裙座连接要求,角柱补板109的作用是降低角柱局部应力集中,满足承载要求。
侧梁包括两个上侧梁201和两个下侧梁202,在上侧梁201和上端梁101的连接处的上表面设有顶部护板203,在下侧梁202和下端梁102之间设有底部斜撑204,在下侧梁202和角柱103之间设有侧部斜撑205;上述各结构件中无特殊说明的,均为现有的常规结构。
端框和四个侧梁连接处设有角件400,具体的,上端梁101和下端梁102与四个侧梁连接处设有角件400,本发明中的角件400均为常规的配件。
在一个下端梁102中部上表面设有下端梁凹槽,在下端梁凹槽上设有下端梁凹槽补板110,由于开槽后强度、刚度被削弱,所以设置下端梁凹槽补板110用以提高端梁的承载水平。
在下端梁凹槽补板110和凹槽侧壁之间设有角补件111用以提高下端梁强度、刚度。
在一个下斜撑105的下表面设有导静电板112,罐箱装卸作业时,导静电板112用以连接导静电线,以满足罐箱安全使用要求。
在一个角柱103上设有铭牌座113。
在两个端框上均设有竖向的端梯300;端梯实现操作人员上下箱顶作业。
端梯300连接在上端梁101和下斜撑105之间。
端梯300包括两个相互平行的竖向的梯柱301,以及垂直连接在两个梯柱301之间的多个水平的脚蹬302;多个脚蹬302相互等间距布设。
上端梁101、角柱103、下端梁102、上斜撑104和下斜撑105能与罐体裙座相连接;实现罐体固定。
本发明根据罐式集装箱框架受力分析,上侧梁201在满足载荷要求情况下选用质量 较轻的结构,下侧梁202通过侧部斜撑205、底部斜撑204连接而成的结构受力效果好,同时具备选用较轻质量型钢条件,避免了局部受力不好变形开裂,实现框架结构的轻量化,现有一般框架重量1.6吨,本方案通过优化框架结构降低框架重量实现框架重量不到1吨。
本发明中的端框结构不仅解决了框架与罐体的连接的问题,同时具有较好的受力效果,采用斜撑结构避免了单一增加角柱或上下端框强度而引起框架质量的增加,实现了框架结构的轻量化。

  1. 一种罐式集装箱框架结构,其特征在于,包括两个平行相对的方形的端框以及连接在两个端框之间的四个相互平行的侧梁,四个侧梁均垂直于端框所在平面且分别位于端框的四角位置,端框和四个侧梁围成长方体框架结构;
    所述端框包括:相互平行且水平的上端梁(101)和下端梁(102)、垂直连在上端梁(101)和下端梁(102)之间且能与上端梁(101)和下端梁(102)围成方形结构的两个角柱(103)、设在上端梁(101)和角柱(103)之间的上斜撑(104)、设在下端梁(102)和角柱(103)之间的下斜撑(105)、设在下端梁(102)和角柱(103)连接处的角柱斜撑(106)、设在下斜撑(105)和下端梁(102)连接处的下斜撑补件(107)、垫在下斜撑(105)和角柱(103)之间的下斜撑补板(108)以及设在角柱(103)下部的角柱补板(109);
