Description

一种洗衣机门体结构及洗衣机 技术领域
本发明涉及洗衣机领域,具体地,涉及一种洗衣机门体结构及洗衣机。
背景技术
洗衣机上通常会在开口处设置封堵开口的门体,门体与洗衣机开口周围的结构之间往往具有空隙,衣物等物体可能夹于所述空隙中。并且门体上通常具有金属结构,洗衣机开口周围的结构通常也为金属结构,这样将导致打开、关闭门体的过程中容易造成门体的金属结构与洗衣机开口周围的金属结构之间的摩擦,可能造成对门体和/或洗衣机结构的破坏。为了遮挡门体与洗衣机开口周围结构的空隙,并防止门体与洗衣机之间的摩擦,可在门体与洗衣机之间设置密封结构,遮挡所述空隙,对门体、洗衣机起到保护的作用。
目前已有专利公开在洗衣机的门体包括外框、玻璃门、内框,外框、玻璃门、内框之间的密封空间内注入发泡材料,通过发泡材料使得三者紧密连接。目前还有专利公开在内框、外框之间叠加有圆环形的加强件,且加强件与内框匹配连接。加强件可整体上提高结构强度、防止玻璃门结构变形进而保证紧固。即目前的专利主要在门体的各个结构之间紧密固定,但缺乏在门体与洗衣机之间遮挡所述间隙、对门体与洗衣机阻隔保护的结构。
综上所述,目前需要一种洗衣机门体结构,可通过密封装置遮挡门体与洗衣机之间的空隙,防止衣物等夹于所述空隙中;可通过密封结构的设置防止门体与洗涤筒开口附近其它结构出现摩擦的情况,保护门体与洗涤筒开口附近结构。
鉴于以上问题,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种洗衣机门体结构,使洗衣机门体结构安装于洗衣机上时,可对应遮挡门体与洗衣机其他结构之间的空隙,防止衣物夹于空隙中;并且可防止门体结构在开合的过程中与洗衣机其他结构发生摩擦、造成破坏。
本发明提供了一种洗衣机门体结构,包括门体,门体的闭合端面上设置向门体外侧凸出的门封。门封可对应封堵洗衣机门体与洗衣机之间的缝隙,起到防衣物夹于所述缝隙的效果;并且门封还可阻隔门体与洗衣机上的其他结构,防止门体在开合的过程中与洗衣机发生摩擦。
进一步地,门封的具体结构为:门封为沿环形延伸的条形结构,门封的截面为内部中空的“U”型槽,“U”型槽的开口扣合在门体闭合端面上,并向门体外部延伸;“U”型槽的开口的至少一端与门体相固定。门封的“U”型槽由于向外凸起,可在门体安装在洗衣机上时,起到隔离保护门体的效果。
进一步地,“U”型槽的内周侧和/或外周侧内壁上设置向中心延伸的、与“U”型槽底相间隔排布的加强筋;优选的,“U”型槽的内周侧和外周侧内壁的同一高度处分别设有向中心延伸的加强筋,两加强筋的延伸端之间具有间距。通过加强筋的设置,可提高“U”型门封的强度。
进一步地,“U”型槽的内周壁设有凸出于“U”型槽底的、向远离门体一侧延伸的凸出部,凸出部上设有沿门体径向凸出的、与门体的闭合端面相平行的密封凸筋;优选的,凸出部设于“U”型槽的内周侧,密封凸筋设于凸出部远离“U”型槽底的一端、并向“U”型槽的外周侧方向延伸。门封除“U”型壳体外还包括向外延伸的密封凸筋,密封凸筋可起到阻挡隔离门体与洗衣机其他结构的作用。
进一步地,门体由内框、外框、玻璃门组成,内框与外框之间围成安装 槽,玻璃门内嵌于安装槽内;内框背离外框的一侧为闭合端面;“U”型槽的开口处扣合在内框的闭合端面上。将门封的“U”型槽扣合在内框外端面上,可通过门封隔离内框外部的其它结构。
进一步地,内框的闭合端面的至少部分为安装面,外框至少部分与安装面贴合抵接,贴合抵接位置设置螺钉,螺钉用于紧固内框与外框;“U”型槽构成螺钉保护罩,螺钉的钉头固定在安装面上,螺钉保护罩的开口处扣合在安装面上,螺钉保护罩与安装面构成封闭的空间,螺钉的钉头设置在封闭的空间内。内框与外框之间通过螺钉固定,门封的“U”型壳体可作为螺钉保护罩,达到对螺钉保护的效果。
进一步地,洗衣机门体结构还包括支撑内框、外框、玻璃门的支撑架,支撑架包括安装板,安装板支撑安装面;安装板上设置螺钉孔,紧固内框与外框的螺钉对应穿过螺钉孔并固定安装板;螺钉保护罩的侧壁与安装板的外端面相垂直抵接,螺钉保护罩的开口处扣合在安装板的、未接触内框的外端面上;优选地,安装板与安装面相平行抵接,安装面上设置垂直弯折的竖直壁,安装板沿平行方向与竖直壁之间具有间隙,螺钉保护罩的内周壁卡嵌在间隙中;安装板上远离竖直壁的一端设置垂直弯折的限位板,螺钉保护罩的外周壁与限位板相平行抵接。将螺钉保护罩设置在安装板的底部,可有效防止在开合玻璃门的过程中,安装板与洗衣机其他结构相碰撞,尤其安装板上的螺钉与洗衣机其他结构相碰撞。
进一步地,内框包括与竖直壁垂直连接的、与玻璃门平行的底板,内框的竖直壁、底板与外框围成安装槽;门封包裹内框的竖直壁、底板,并向安装槽内部延伸;门封在安装槽内部形成槽型结构,槽型结构内嵌玻璃门;内框、外框位于安装槽内、平行于玻璃门周向的侧壁分别与槽型结构相平行抵接。当内 框、外框与玻璃门之间具有间隙时,可通过门封在安装槽内形成的槽形结构包裹玻璃门,使玻璃门被稳固固定。
进一步地,洗衣机机门的另一种形式为:内框的竖直壁连接与玻璃门的内端面相抵接的内框支撑部,外框上设置与玻璃门的外端面相抵接的外框支撑部,内框支撑部、外框支撑部之间夹持玻璃门;门封只包括螺钉保护罩,螺钉保护罩的内周壁与内框的竖直壁相平行抵接。
本发明的另一发明目的在于提供一种洗衣机,洗衣机内由于设置了上述的洗衣机门体结构,可使门体与洗衣机其他结构之间的空隙被遮挡,并且使门体在开合的过程中不会与洗衣机其他结构发生摩擦。具体地,本发明提供的洗衣机包括洗涤筒,洗涤筒的开口处设置如上所述的洗衣机门体结构,洗衣机门体结构的门体对应遮挡洗涤筒的开口,门体与洗涤筒之间具有空隙,洗衣机门体结构的门封对应封堵所述空隙。
采用上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1)本发明提供的洗衣机门体结构中,门封的设计合理,使得在开合门体的过程中,可通过门封的设计保证固定玻璃的门体与洗衣机的其他结构不发生摩擦,对门体与洗衣机起到保护的作用。并且可利用门封对应遮挡门体与洗衣机其他结构之间的空隙,防止衣物夹于所述空隙中。
2)内框与外框之间通过螺钉连接,本发明提供的门封结构中设置了螺钉保护罩,通过螺钉保护罩的设置,可保护螺钉外露在内框外的钉头结构;并且通过螺钉保护罩的合理的结构设计,使得在闭合后可利用螺钉保护罩挤压内框与外框,进而保证玻璃门稳固地固定在内框与外框之间。本发明提供的螺钉保护罩的结构简单为“U”型槽体结构,可通过扣合形成封闭的空间,钉头设置在封闭空间内,达到保护的效果。
3)本发明洗衣机门体结构还设置支撑架,用以支撑内框、外框和玻璃门连接为一体的结构,使得洗涤筒可与所述一体的结构相连。并且支撑架的安装板支撑内框的安装面,即安装板由底部托住、支撑安装板,螺钉保护罩可直接扣合在安装板的底部,可达到防止安装板与洗衣机其他结构相摩擦碰撞的效果。
4)本发明的内框与安装板的结构设置合理,内框的竖直壁与螺钉保护罩的内周壁相抵接,安装板的限位板又与螺钉保护罩的外周壁相抵接,即使得螺钉保罩卡嵌在内框与安装板之间。即通过内框与安装板的合理设置,便于固定螺钉保护罩。
5)本发明提供了两种具体的门封结构。门封可包裹内框并向安装槽内延伸,通过在安装槽内形成的槽形结构包裹玻璃门,达到保护玻璃门的效果;通过在门封上设置密封凸筋隔离洗衣机其他结构。或者当内框与外框直接夹持玻璃门时,门封可只包括螺钉保护罩,并且螺钉保护罩的“U”型槽底可直接用以隔离洗衣机其他结构、不需要再设置密封凸筋,门封的结构设置更加简单、节省材料。

实施例1
洗衣机的洗涤筒内需要设置供衣物投入的开口,在开口处对应设置可遮挡、封闭开口的门体。门体安装在洗涤筒上,门体与洗衣机其它结构之间可能存在空隙,导致衣物可能夹于所述空隙中;并且门体在开合的过程中可能会与洗衣机其它结构发生摩擦,故需要在门体结构上设置密封装置,用以封堵所述空隙,并防止门体开合过程中与洗衣机其它结构发生摩擦。具体如图1所示,门体的闭合端面13上设置向门体外侧凸出的门封5。利用门封5封堵所述空隙,并且隔离门体与洗衣机其它结构,防止门体在开合的过程中与洗衣机其它结构发生摩擦。
为了便于观察洗涤筒内的情况,通常会在开口处设置遮挡开口的玻璃门1。而玻璃门1通常夹持在安装框的结构中。而安装框通常为金属结构,洗涤 筒开口周围的结构也为金属结构,这样将导致玻璃门1在开合的过程中金属的安装框直接与金属的洗涤筒开口周围结构相摩擦、碰撞,可能导致对安装框和/或洗涤筒开口周围结构破坏。故在安装框上设置门封5非常有必要,可封堵安装框与洗衣机其他结构之间的空隙,并且阻隔安装框与洗衣机其他结构,防止安装框与洗衣机其他结构之间发生摩擦破坏。
本实施例提供的洗衣机门体结构如图中所示,包括设置在洗涤筒开口处、对应遮挡洗涤筒开口的玻璃门1,玻璃门1固定在安装框内,安装框与洗涤筒开口周围的结构之间具有空隙,空隙内设置隔离安装框与洗涤筒开口周围结构的门封5。门封5为较软的条形结构,可以为橡胶、塑料等材料,通过门封5的设置,使得安装框与洗涤筒开口周围的结构由于间隔门封5而不会直接摩擦、对安装框与洗涤筒开口周围的结构起到保护的作用。或者门封5设置在安装框上但并未设置在所述空隙中,门封5只贴合在安装框上,达到对安装框保护的效果。
安装框又包括内框2、外框3,玻璃门1内嵌于内框2与外框3之间围成的安装槽4内;门封5对应遮挡安装框中最靠近洗涤筒开口的内框外端面、以隔离内框外端面与洗涤筒开口周围的结构。安装框的具体结构包括内框2和外框3,按照距离洗涤筒壁的距离由远向近依次为外框3、玻璃门1、内框2,即内框2为安装框最靠近洗涤筒壁的结构,故可使门封5对应遮挡内框外端面,便可达到隔离安装框与洗涤筒的效果。并且具体如图1中所示,洗涤筒开口四周往往会设置翻边22,翻边22结构即为洗涤筒上最靠近架设在开口处的安装框的结构。即在开合玻璃门1的过程中内框外端面最易与翻边22相摩擦,故门封5至少覆盖内框外端面与翻边22相对的部分。
如图中所示,内框外端面与翻边22相对的部分为安装面7,外框3至少部 分与安装面7贴合抵接,贴合抵接位置设置螺钉6,螺钉6紧固内框2与外框3。内框2与外框3平行于玻璃门1周向的部分结构相抵接贴合,内框2与外框3由抵接贴合位置相互分开形成间隔,间隔构成安装槽4,玻璃门1固定在安装槽4内。内框2和外框3沿平行于玻璃门1周向的位置延伸,玻璃门1内嵌在内框2和外框3之间的安装槽4内,使得内框2、外框3可沿垂直于玻璃门1周向的方向对玻璃门1进行限位,即沿垂直于玻璃门1周向的方向夹紧玻璃门1。具体如图1中所示,内框2和外框3具有平行于玻璃门1周向的抵接贴合位置,内框2和外框3在相抵接贴合的位置设置相固定,比如内框2和外框3可在相抵接贴合的位置通过螺钉、卡扣等紧固结构进行固定。并且内框2和外框3由抵接固定结构位置处相互分开形成间隔,相互分开的间隔构成安装槽4,玻璃门1内嵌在安装槽4中。即内框2和外框3的结构类似于日常生活中的夹子,内框2、外框3在抵接贴合位置相固定,而后内框2和外框3由抵接固定位置分开,这样使得内框2和外框3分开的部分可用以夹持其它物体。由于内框2和外框3在相抵接贴合的位置进行固定,为了保证内框2和外框3的之间保持固定连接,可使门封5抵接、压紧内框2上与外框3相抵接贴合的位置。即利用门封5的结构压紧内框2和外框3相固定的位置,保证内框2和外框3稳固的固定。
本实施例中,内框2和外框3之间通过螺钉6相固定;即在内框2与外框3相抵接贴合的位置设置螺钉6,螺钉6紧固内框2与外框3。内框2包括与外框3贴合的安装面7,螺钉6的钉头8固定在安装面7上,门封5包括可对应包围钉头8的螺钉保护罩。螺钉6的钉头8固定在安装面7的外端面上,螺钉保护罩扣合在安装面7的外端面上。螺钉保护罩的结构设置合理,螺钉保护罩即可以包裹着螺钉6漏在外部的钉头8,对钉头8进行保护。并且在正常扣合 玻璃门1的情况下,可通过螺钉保护罩的结构压紧内框2,进而压紧内框2和外框3相抵接固定的位置,保证内框2和外框3的紧固固定。并且螺钉保护罩可对应设置在上述空隙中,达到对应封堵安装框与洗涤筒之间空隙的效果。
如图1中所示,螺钉保护罩的横截面为内部中空的、“U”型槽9结构,螺钉保护罩的开口处扣合安装面7,即螺钉保护罩的“U”型槽开口29处被安装面7所遮挡。螺钉保护罩7的“U”型槽扣合在安装面7上,螺钉保护罩与安装面7构成封闭的空间,螺钉6的钉头8设置在所述封闭的空间内,以使钉头8可受到螺钉保护罩的保护。螺钉保护罩构成“U”型槽9的内、外周的侧壁10与安装面7相垂直抵接,抵接部分在玻璃门1处于扣合状态时,对应压紧内框2与外框3相抵接贴合的位置。即利用螺钉保护罩的侧壁10沿垂直于安装面7的方向对内框2进行限位。门封5可通过卡接、螺钉紧固或者胶粘的方式进行位置固定,使得螺钉保护罩上的侧壁10对应保持压紧内框2与外框3相固定位置,进而保证内框2、外框3、玻璃门1的稳固固定。
如1图中所示,内框2、外框3和玻璃门1经拼接安装等组合成一体的结构,洗衣机门体结构还包括固定在洗涤筒上的支撑架11,支撑架11用以支撑内框2、外框3和玻璃门1的一体结构。通过支撑架11的设置,使得内框2、外框3和玻璃门1一体的结构可与洗涤筒固定连接,即保证内框2、外框3和玻璃门1的一体结构固定在洗涤筒上机门位置处。
如图1中所示,支撑架11包括安装板12,安装板12支撑安装面7。沿距离洗涤筒机门由远到近,依次设置外框3、玻璃门1、内框2,即外框3、玻璃门1、内框2的一体结构中,内框2的安装面7为最靠近洗涤筒机门的底壁,故支撑架11只需托住、支撑安装面7即可支撑整体的所述一体结构,即支撑架11上的安装板12由底部托住、支撑安装面7。安装板12上设置螺钉孔,紧 固内框2与外框3的螺钉对应穿过螺钉孔并固定安装板12。即可在安装板12上设置螺钉孔,上述紧固内框2和外框3的螺钉穿过所述螺栓孔,达到将安装板12、内框2和外框3固定在一起的效果。即可利用一个螺钉6,达到将安装板12、内框2和外框3固定的作用。
这样设置将导致内框2的安装面7之下还具有安装板12,可使螺钉保护罩直接扣合在安装板12上。由于安装板12、内框2和外框3共同连接在一体,可使螺钉保住罩9直接扣合在安装板12的底部,进而利用螺钉保护罩压紧安装板12,同样可达到压紧内框2和外框3的作用,保证内框2、外框3和玻璃门1的结构的稳定。具体地,螺钉保护罩的开口处扣合安装板12未接触内框2的外端面13,螺钉保护罩的内、外周侧壁10与安装板12的外端面13相垂直抵接,抵接部分对应压紧安装板12与内框2。即之前所述的未设置支撑架11时,螺钉保护罩的侧壁10压紧内框2的安装面7,而在设置了支撑架11后,内框2的安装面7之下还具有安装板12的结构,故可直接将螺钉保护罩扣合在安装板12的底部。
如图1中所示,当螺钉保护罩扣合在安装板12上时,如果对螺钉保住罩9的结构设置部分限位结构后,将使得螺钉保护罩可更好的被限位住,利于螺钉保护罩的固定。如图1中所示,安装板12与安装面7相平行抵接,安装面7上设置垂直弯折的竖直壁14,安装板12沿延伸方向与竖直壁14之间具有间隙15,螺钉保护罩的内周壁16卡嵌在间隙15中。即内框2的结构上、包括可对螺钉保护罩的内周壁16进行限位的竖直壁14。安装板12与竖直壁14之间沿安装板12的延伸方向具有间隙15,此间隙15正好可以用以卡接螺钉保护罩的内周壁16,即螺钉保护罩的内周壁16内嵌在所述间隙15中,使得螺钉保护罩的内周壁16可被安装板12和竖直壁14相限位抵接,进而可保证螺钉保护罩 的内周壁16被良好的限位固定。并且所述内周壁16的顶部可直接抵接内框2的安装面7,对内框2的安装面7进行挤压。如图1中所示,安装板12上远离竖直壁14的一端设置垂直弯折的限位板17,螺钉保护罩的外周壁18与限位板17相平行抵接。即通过安装板12上设置的限位板17,同样可对螺钉保护罩的外周壁18进行限位。即通过如1图所示的本实施例提供的安装板12和内框2的结构,可使螺钉保护罩被卡接在限位板17和内框2的竖直壁14之间,进而使螺钉保护罩被良好的固定。
如图1中所示,内框2包括与竖直壁14垂直连接的、与玻璃门1平行的底板19,内框2的竖直壁14、底板19与外框3围成安装槽4,玻璃门1内嵌在安装槽4内。内框2的竖直壁14与底板19可构成“L”型的结构,所述“L”型的结构可从竖直方向和水平方向对玻璃门1进行限位。所述“L”型的结构可与外框3共同围成安装槽4的结构。门封5包裹内框2的竖直壁14、底板19,并向安装槽4内部延伸,通过门封5包裹内框2的竖直壁14、底板19,使得门封5可较好地压紧内框2,进而使得内框2和外框3保持稳固地固定。门封5在安装槽4内部形成槽型结构20,槽型结构20内嵌玻璃门1。如图1中所示,槽型结构20为“C”型的结构,玻璃门1正好沿周向内嵌在槽型结构20的开口中,玻璃门1被槽型结构20包围,受到槽型结构20的保护。并且内框2、外框3位于安装槽4内、平行于玻璃门1周向的侧壁分别与槽型结构20相平行抵接。即所述内框2、外框3平行于玻璃门1周向的侧壁可沿垂直于玻璃门1周向的方向限定槽型结构20,使得槽型结构20被卡接限定在内框2和外框3之间,进而保证玻璃门1沿垂直于玻璃门1周向的方向被良好的限位、保证玻璃门1安装的稳固性。
如图1中所示,洗衣机门体结构还包括洗涤筒法兰21,洗涤筒法兰21具 有最靠近安装板12的翻边22,即洗涤筒法兰21最靠近支撑架11、内框2、外框3的一体结构的边界为翻边22。门封5上设置与翻边22相抵接的、向外凸出的密封凸筋23。密封凸筋23的具体结构为由“U”型槽9的内周壁16向外延伸,构成凸出于“U”型槽底26的、向远离门体一侧延伸的凸出部31。凸出部31上设有沿门体径向凸出的、与门体的闭合端面相平行的密封凸筋23。优选的,凸出部设于“U”型槽9的内周侧,密封凸筋23设于凸出部远离“U”型槽槽底26的一端、并向外周侧方向延伸。通过密封凸筋23的设置,使得可隔离洗涤筒法兰21和内框2、外框3、安装板12的一体结构,进而起到隔离洗涤筒法兰21的效果,防止洗涤筒法兰21产生的水流流到其他位置,影响其他结构,比如影响玻璃门的可视效果。并且可防止玻璃门1在开合的过程中,翻边22与安装板12之间产生摩擦,进而导致翻边22与安装板12破坏。
如图1中所示,内框2和外框3固定的结构除沿玻璃门1的周向贴合固定处外,还可设置沿垂直于玻璃门1轴向的方向固定两者的结构。如内框2上设置垂直于玻璃门1周向的第一竖直壁27,外框3上设置垂直于玻璃门1周向的第二竖直壁28,第一竖直壁27与第二竖直壁28相抵接贴合。即通过第一竖直壁27和第二竖直壁28的设置,同样起到固定内框2和外框3的效果,使得内框2和外框3沿平行于玻璃门1周向方向被限位,进而便于内框2和外框3的固定。
本实施例提供的洗衣机门体结构,通过门封5的合理设置,使得玻璃门1在开合的过程中,固定玻璃门1的安装框均不会与洗涤筒开口周围的结构发生摩擦,防止对玻璃门1、洗涤筒开口周围的结构造成破坏。并且通过门封5的设置,使得门体结构与洗衣机之间的安装空隙被封堵,防止衣物等夹于所述空隙中。通过内框2、外框3、玻璃门1、门封5等结构的合理设置,使得洗衣机 门体结构中各部分可被稳固的固定。尤其门封5的结构设计,使得保证内框2、外框3稳固地夹紧玻璃门1,并且对螺钉6起到保护的作用,还可阻挡洗涤筒法兰处可能出现的水流影响洗衣机门体结构。
实施例2
本实施例在上述实施例的基础上,如图2中所示,提供了另外一种形式的洗衣机门体结构。本实施例提供的洗衣机门体结构如实施例1中所述,同样具有内框2、外框3、玻璃门1、支撑架11、门封5的结构,并且同样利用内框2和外框3之间形成的安装槽4固定玻璃门1,利用支撑架11的将内框2、外框3和玻璃门1一体的结构固定在洗涤筒上,并利用螺钉6固定内框2、外框3和支撑架11。区别在于门封5的具体结构不同,并且内框2和外框3固定玻璃门1的具体结构不同。
如图2中所示,内框2的竖直壁14连接与玻璃门1的内端面相抵接的内框支撑部24,外框3上设置与玻璃门1的外端面相抵接的外框支撑部25,内框支撑部24、外框支撑部25之间夹持玻璃门1。即本实施例提供的内框2和外框3的结构,分别具有结构可贴合玻璃门1的沿垂直于周向方向的端面,内框2和外框3分别利用自身的内框支撑部24和外框支撑部25夹持住玻璃门1,进而使得玻璃门1被良好的限位固定,并且门封5无需在延伸入安装槽4内便可固定玻璃门1。在安装槽4内还可设置如图2中所示的密封圈,进一步保证玻璃门1处的密封性。
由于门封5不需要延伸至安装槽4内,即门封5只包括螺钉保护罩,使得螺钉保护罩的结构比较简单。如图2中所示,螺钉保护罩的内周壁16与内框2的竖直壁14相平行抵接,螺钉保护罩的内周壁16可被内框2的竖直壁14进行限位。而螺钉保护罩的外周壁内周壁18同实施例1中所述的被安装板12上 的限位板17限位。螺钉保护罩的“U”型槽底26与洗涤筒法兰21最靠近安装板12的翻边22相抵接。即门封5的结构不同于实施例1中所述,设置密封凸筋23用以隔离洗涤筒法兰21,而是直接利用螺钉保护罩的结构隔离洗涤筒法兰21。螺钉保护罩的”U”型槽底26与洗涤筒法兰21的翻边22相抵接,使得螺钉保护罩的”U”型槽底26可起到隔离洗涤筒法兰21的作用,防止洗涤筒法兰21内可能溢出的水流影响其它结构。并且如图2中所示,通过门封5的设置可隔离翻边22,防止玻璃门1在开合的过程中,固定玻璃门1的安装框和/或翻边22的结构相摩擦。如图1中所示,实施例1中的门封5的结构,由于密封凸筋23与螺钉保护罩的”U”型槽底之间具有间隙,将导致衣物等物体可能出现夹在所述间隙中的情况,而本实施例由于螺钉保护罩的”U”型槽底26直接与洗涤筒法兰21的翻边22相抵接,使得螺钉保护罩与洗涤筒法兰21之间不具有间隙,防止出现物体夹在间隙中的情况。螺钉保护罩内还如图2中所示,设置了指向螺钉6的加强筋结构,通过加强筋结构的设置提高螺钉保护罩的强度。
本实施例提供的洗衣机门体结构,门封5的设计更加合理,使得门封5不需要延伸至安装槽4内,只需包括螺钉保护罩即可,减少门封5的材料,使门封5的结构简化。并且螺钉保护罩的结构设计合理,螺钉保护罩的“U”型槽底26与洗涤筒法兰21的翻边22相抵接,使得利用螺钉保护罩的结构可隔离洗涤筒法兰21;并且避免螺钉保护罩与洗涤筒法兰21之间出现间隙,防止出现夹物体的现象。
本实施例还提供了一种洗衣机,尤其对于无孔洗衣机,洗衣机内包括内筒,内筒的开口处可设置如上所述的洗衣机门体结构。使得如上述洗衣机门体结构,通过开合玻璃门1达到对内筒开合的效果。并且由于内筒开口处的门体 结构设置比较合理,可在玻璃门1开合的过程中防止玻璃门1的安装框与洗涤筒开口处周围的结构发生摩擦,使得门封5对玻璃门1处的结构起到保护的效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机门体结构,包括门体,其特征在于,门体的闭合端面(13)上设置向门体外侧凸出的门封(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机门体结构,其特征在于,门封(5)为沿环形延伸的条形结构,门封(5)的截面为内部中空的“U”型槽(9),“U”型槽的开口(29)扣合在门体闭合端面(13)上,并向门体外部延伸;“U”型槽的开口(29)的至少一端与门体相固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机门体结构,其特征在于,“U”型槽(9)的内周侧和/或外周侧内壁上设置向中心延伸的、与“U”型槽底(26)相间隔排布的加强筋(30);
    优选的,“U”型槽(9)的内周侧和外周侧内壁的同一高度处分别设有向中心延伸的加强筋(30),两加强筋(30)的延伸端之间具有间距。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种洗衣机门体结构,其特征在于,“U”型槽(9)的内周壁(16)设有凸出于“U”型槽底(26)的、向远离门体一侧延伸的凸出部(31),凸出部(31)上设有沿门体径向凸出的、与门体的闭合端面(13)相平行的密封凸筋(23);
    优选的,凸出部(31)设于“U”型槽(9)的内周侧,密封凸筋(23)设于凸出部(31)远离“U”型槽底(26)的一端、并向“U”型槽(9)的外周侧方向延伸。
  5. 根据1-4任一项所述的一种洗衣机门体结构,其特征在于,门体由内框(2)、外框(3)、玻璃门(1)组成,内框(2)与外框(3)之间围成安装槽(4),玻璃门(1)内嵌于安装槽(4)内;内框(2)背离外框的一侧为闭合端面(13);“U”型槽的开口(29)处扣合在内框的闭合端面(13)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机门体结构,其特征在于,内框的闭合端面(13)的至少部分为安装面(7),外框(3)至少部分与安装面(7)贴合抵接,贴合抵接位置设置螺钉(6),螺钉(6)用于紧固内框(2)与外框(3);
    “U”型槽(9)构成螺钉保护罩,螺钉(6)的钉头(8)固定在安装面(7)上,螺钉保护罩的开口处扣合在安装面(7)上,螺钉保护罩与安装面(7)构成封闭的空间,螺钉(6)的钉头(8)设置在封闭的空间内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗衣机门体结构,其特征在于,洗衣机门体结构还包括支撑内框(2)、外框(3)、玻璃门(2)的支撑架(11),支撑架(11)包括安装板(12),安装板(12)支撑安装面(7);
    安装板(12)上设置螺钉孔,紧固内框(2)与外框(3)的螺钉对应穿过螺钉孔并固定安装板(12);
    螺钉保护罩的侧壁(10)与安装板(12)的外端面(13)相垂直抵接,螺钉保护罩的开口处扣合在安装板(12)的、未接触内框(2)的外端面(13)上;
    优选地,安装板(12)与安装面(7)相平行抵接,安装面(7)上设置垂直弯折的竖直壁(14),安装板(12)沿平行方向与竖直壁(14)之间具有间隙(15),螺钉保护罩(9)的内周壁(16)卡嵌在间隙(15)中;
    安装板(12)上远离竖直壁(14)的一端设置垂直弯折的限位板(17),螺钉保护罩的外周壁(18)与限位板(17)相平行抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机门体结构,其特征在于,内框(2)包括与竖直壁(14)垂直连接的、与玻璃门(1)平行的底板(19),内框(2)的竖直壁(14)、底板(19)与外框(3)围成安装槽(4);
    门封(5)包裹内框(2)的竖直壁(14)、底板(19),并向安装槽(4)内部延伸;
    门封(5)在安装槽(4)内部形成槽型结构(20),槽型结构(20)内嵌玻璃门(1);
    内框(2)、外框(3)位于安装槽(4)内、平行于玻璃门(1)周向的侧壁分别与槽型结构(20)相平行抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一项所述的一种洗衣机门体结构,其特征在于,内框(2)的竖直壁(14)连接与玻璃门(1)的内端面相抵接的内框支撑部(24),外框(3)上设置与玻璃门(1)的外端面相抵接的外框支撑部(25),内框支撑部(24)、外框支撑部(25)之间夹持玻璃门(1);
    门封(5)只包括螺钉保护罩,螺钉保护罩的内周壁(16)与内框(2)的竖直壁(14)相平行抵接。
  10. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,洗衣机包括洗涤筒,洗涤筒的开口处设置如权利要求1-9任一项所述的洗衣机门体结构,门体的闭合端面对应遮挡洗涤筒的开口,门体与洗涤筒之间具有空隙,门封(5)对应封堵所述空隙。
