本申请要求于2020年12月8日提交中国专利局、申请号为202011423985.0、申请名称为“一种防护装置及高空作业设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及工程机械设备领域,特别是涉及一种防护装置,还涉及一种包括上述防护装置的高空作业设备。
背景技术
高空作业设备的动力、液压、电气装置通常设置在一个封闭的防护装置内,以防止碰撞和雨淋,此外也可防止操作人员接触上述装置而受到伤害。
为了方便维护,防护装置的覆盖件通常可以开启和关闭。对于中大型的高空作业设备,覆盖件在开启后,覆盖件的边沿会处在较高的位置,操作者站在地面上很难触摸到覆盖件,需要借助于外物爬到更高的地方才能关闭覆盖件,不仅操作不便,还存在一定的安全隐患。
因此,如何提供一种便于操作者关闭覆盖件的防护装置,是本领域技术人员急需解决的技术问题。
申请内容
本申请的一个目的是提供一种防护装置,可以有效解决覆盖件关闭不便等问题,另一个目的是提供一种包括上述防护装置的高空作业设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供了如下技术方案:
一种防护装置,包括支架和覆盖件,所述覆盖件的上侧与所述支架的上侧铰接,还包括下拉装置,所述下拉装置包括定滑轮、动滑轮、推杆和 拉绳,所述定滑轮与所述覆盖件固定连接,所述动滑轮位于所述定滑轮上方,所述动滑轮与所述覆盖件滑动连接,所述拉绳的固定端绕过所述动滑轮与所述定滑轮连接,所述推杆的上端与所述动滑轮连接,所述推杆和所述动滑轮在重力作用下,使所述拉绳的拉手端垂下,向下拉动所述拉绳的拉手端,所述覆盖件下移,所述推杆的下端与所述支架相抵后,推动所述动滑轮上移,以带动所述拉绳的拉手端上移。

本申请的一种具体实施方式提供了一种防护装置,包括支架1和覆盖件2,覆盖件2的上侧与支架1的上侧可通过旋转铰链3进行铰接,还包括下拉装置4,下拉装置4包括定滑轮403、动滑轮404、推杆407和拉绳401,定滑轮403与覆盖件2固定连接,动滑轮404位于定滑轮403上方,动滑轮404与覆盖件2滑动连接,拉绳401的固定端绕过动滑轮404与定 滑轮403连接,推杆407的上端与动滑轮404连接。将覆盖件2从支架1上开启之后,推杆407和动滑轮404在重力作用下向下移动,以使拉绳401的拉手端402垂下,从而便于操作人员拉动拉手端402;当需要闭合覆盖件2时,向下拉动拉手端402,覆盖件2下移,当推杆407的下端与支架1相抵后,反推动滑轮404上移,此时会带动拉绳401的拉手端402上移,以起到收纳拉绳401的作用。另外下拉装置4为纯机械结构,无需通过电机来拉动拉绳401,因此结构简单,便于维护。

另外为了便于推杆407与支架1接触,支架1底部设有用于与推杆407相抵的限位部101。其次为了提高限位部101对推杆407的支撑能力,限位部101上部和推杆407的下端分别设有垫块。

请参考图5~图8以及图13~图16,在本实施例中,下拉装置4包括多个定滑轮403和多个动滑轮404,拉绳401依次绕过动滑轮404和定滑轮403,通过多个定滑轮403和多个动滑轮404可提高拉绳401长度与推杆407上升高度比,例如当设有1个定滑轮403和1个动滑轮404时,拉绳401长度与推杆407上升高度比为2:1,例如当设有2个定滑轮403和2个动滑轮404时,拉绳401长度与推杆407上升高度比为4:1。
本申请实施例还提供了一种高空作业设备,包括上述任一项实施例所提供的防护装置,支架1可以为转台侧板及转台托盘,其中高空作业设备的有益效果参考上述防护装置即可,此处不再赘述。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种防护装置,包括支架(1)和覆盖件(2),所述覆盖件(2)的上侧与所述支架(1)的上侧铰接,其特征在于,还包括下拉装置(4),所述下拉装置(4)包括定滑轮(403)、动滑轮(404)、推杆(407)和拉绳(401),所述定滑轮(403)与所述覆盖件(2)固定连接,所述动滑轮(404)位于所述定滑轮(403)上方,所述动滑轮(404)与所述覆盖件(2)滑动连接,所述拉绳(401)的固定端绕过所述动滑轮(404)与所述定滑轮(403)连接,所述推杆(407)的上端与所述动滑轮(404)连接,所述推杆(407)和所述动滑轮(404)在重力作用下,使所述拉绳(401)的拉手端(402)垂下,向下拉动所述拉绳(401)的拉手端(402),所述覆盖件(2)下移,所述推杆(407)的下端与所述支架(1)相抵后,推动所述动滑轮(404)上移,以带动所述拉绳(401)的拉手端(402)上移。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防护装置,其特征在于,所述下拉装置(4)还包括支撑板(405),所述支撑板(405)与所述覆盖件(2)固定连接,所述支撑板(405)上设有滑槽(406),所述定滑轮(403)设置在所述支撑板(405)的底部,所述动滑轮(404)与所述滑槽(406)滑动连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的防护装置,其特征在于,所述支撑板(405)固定连接于所述覆盖件(2)的内侧壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防护装置,其特征在于,所述推杆(407)的上端与所述动滑轮(404)铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防护装置,其特征在于,所述支架(1)底部设有用于与所述推杆(407)相抵的限位部(101)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防护装置,其特征在于,所述限位部(101)上部和所述推杆(407)的下端分别设有垫块。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防护装置,其特征在于,还包括弹性件,所述弹性件的两端分别与所述覆盖件和所述动滑轮连接,所述动滑轮在其重力和所述弹性件弹力的作用下向下移动;所述弹性件在所述推杆与所述支 架相抵后压缩形变。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的防护装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为弹簧,所述弹簧的上端与所述覆盖件连接,所述弹簧的下端与所述动滑轮连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的防护装置,其特征在于,所述下拉装置(4)包括多个所述定滑轮(403)和多个所述动滑轮(404),所述拉绳(401)依次绕过所述定滑轮(403)和所述动滑轮(404)。
  10. 一种高空作业设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任一项所述的防护装置。
