除此之外,还会在外桶1和箱体4之间设置减震支撑件3以达到减震的效果,如图1所示。由于当洗衣机启动初期,在未设置支撑减震件3的一端内桶产生的旋转偏心最大,如果安全控制杆5设置在盘座上不与支撑减震件3相配合的位置,就有可能在脱水启动初期就由于较大的振动触发安全控制杆5,进而触发停止开关使洗衣机暂停运行。然而,随着支撑减震件3发挥减震作用后,产生的振动会相对减小,达到洗衣机正常运行的标准。因此,如果在脱水启动初期安全控制杆5就由于较大的振动被触发,就会导致洗衣机无法正常运行,严重影响用户的使用体验。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机,旨在使控制杆与支撑减震件的安装位置相互配合,避免控制杆对旋转偏心出现误判,影响洗衣机的正常运行。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种洗衣机,包括箱体和盘座,所述箱体内设置有洗涤桶组件,所述盘座的下方设有控制杆,所述洗涤桶组件的底部与所述箱体之间设有支撑减震装置;
所述支撑减震装置由两个支撑减震件构成;
两个支撑减震件分别沿所述箱体的对角方向设置,其中一个支撑减震件在水平面的投影靠近所述控制杆在水平面的投影。
进一步的,所述支撑减震件的一端与所述箱体的下部铰接连接,另一端与所述洗涤桶组件的底部铰接连接。
进一步的,所述支撑减震件包括,
缸体,所述缸体内限定有容纳腔,一端具有开口,另一端封闭,所述缸体的封闭端与所述箱体支撑连接;
活塞杆,与所述缸体可活动地相连,一端伸入开口可滑动地设置在所述缸体的容纳腔内,另一端与所述洗涤桶组件的底部连接;
阻尼件,套设在所述活塞杆上且装设在所述缸体的容纳腔内,构成至少部分用于提供减震阻尼力的减震单元。
进一步的,所述缸体的封闭端外径大于与所述洗涤桶组件的底部连接的活塞杆另一端外径。
进一步的,所述洗涤桶组件的侧部与所述箱体之间还设有悬吊减震装置;
所述悬吊减震装置由两个悬吊减震件构成;
两个悬吊减震件与两个支撑减震件在洗涤桶组件的圆周方向两两交替间隔设置。
进一步的,两个悬吊减震件分别沿所述箱体的另一对角方向设置。
进一步的,所述洗涤桶组件包括内桶和外桶,
两个支撑减震件分别与所述外桶的底部连接;
两个悬吊减震件分别与所述外桶的侧部连接。
进一步的,所述外桶的底部还设置有安装板,所述安装板与所述外桶的底部固定连接,所述支撑减震件一端与所述安装板固定,另一端与所述箱体连接。
进一步的,所述洗涤桶组件包括可旋转的洗涤桶和安装在所述洗涤桶外的集水装置,
两个支撑减震件分别与所述集水装置的底壁连接;
两个悬吊减震件分别与所述集水装置的侧壁连接;
优选的,所述集水装置的上沿不超过所述洗涤桶的在垂直方向的中线位置;
两个悬吊减震件分别与所述集水装置的上沿连接。
进一步的,还包括进水组件,所述进水组件与所述洗涤桶组件连通,所述控制杆设置在远离所述进水组件的一侧。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明对支撑减震件的安装位置进行限定,使其与控制杆的安装位置相匹配,设置在洗涤桶组件的底部与控制杆所在位置相匹配的位置上,即保证了减震效果,又可以防止由于控制杆对洗涤桶组件旋转偏心的误判导致的影响洗 衣机运行的情况发生。
2、本发明的洗衣机内部装配有多种减震件,多种减震件之间配合安装,能够起到相互配合、协同减震的作用,可以减小洗衣机在各个方向上的震动,能够大大减小洗衣过程中桶总成撞击箱体的几率,可以增强桶总成的抗偏能力,尤其是减小低速过共振点时的振动作用,减小洗衣机噪声,增强洗衣过程的安全性,提升用户体验。
3、本发明的减震件包括悬吊减震件和支撑减震件,悬吊减震件将洗涤桶组件悬吊于箱体内,支撑减震件在洗涤桶组件底部支撑洗涤桶组件,增强了桶总成的抗偏移能力。悬吊减震件和支撑减震件配合安装、互相交错,互相补充,进一步增强了桶总成的抗偏移能力,可以减小低速过共振点时的振动作用。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

如图2至图5所示,本发明提供一种洗衣机,洗衣机包括箱体100,箱体100内设置有洗涤桶组件200,洗涤桶组件200上方设置有盘座。
洗衣机的盘座的下方设有控制杆300和触碰开关,当控制杆300在洗涤桶组件200的旋转偏心作用下触发触碰开关时,触碰开关反馈一信号用于控制洗衣机停止运行,起到防撞桶的作用。
本发明的所述洗涤桶组件200的底部与所述箱体100之间设有支撑减震装置,用于减小洗涤桶组件200在脱水过程中产生的振动。所述支撑减震装置由两个支撑减震件构成,分别为第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402。
如图2所示,第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402沿所述箱体100的对角方向设置在所述洗涤桶组件200的底部,并与所述箱体100连接;所述第一支撑减震件401在水平面的投影靠近所述控制杆300在水平面的投影。
需要说明的是,对于箱体而言,其具有两个对角方向,本发明的支撑减震装置仅由设置在箱体一个对角方向的第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402构成,在箱体的另一个对角方向不设置支撑减震装置。
详细的,当控制杆300在盘座下方的设置位置确定后,安装人员在安装第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402时应确保第一支撑减震件401是安装在与控制杆300所匹配的位置上。
具体的,当第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402安装在一个对角方向上时控制杆300在水平面的投影与第一支撑减震件401在水平面的投影之间的距离,小于当第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402安装另一个对角方向上时控制杆300在水平面的投影与第一支撑减震件401在水平面的投影之间距离。
上述方案中,对支撑减震件的安装位置进行限定,使其与控制杆300的安装位置相匹配,设置在洗涤桶组件200的底部与控制杆300所在位置相匹配的位置上,既保证了减震效果,又可以防止由于控制杆300对洗涤桶组件200旋 转偏心的误判导致的影响洗衣机运行的情况发生。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述支撑减震件的一端与所述箱体100的下部铰接连接,另一端与所述洗涤桶组件200的底部铰接连接。
详细的,所述第一支撑减震件401和所述第二支撑减震件402的一端与所述箱体100的下部铰接连接,另一端与洗涤桶组件200的底部铰接连接。
上述方案中,支撑减震件设置在洗涤桶组件200的下方,两端分别与箱体100和洗涤桶组件200的底部铰接连接,因此可以产生相对转动。第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402优选减震阻尼器,在洗衣机发生震动时,第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402能够对震动的作用力产生反方向的阻尼作用力,减小洗衣机的震动。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图4和图5所示,所述支撑减震件包括缸体、活塞杆和阻尼件。所述缸体内限定有容纳腔,一端具有开口,另一端封闭,所述缸体的封闭端与所述箱体100支撑连接。所述活塞杆与所述缸体可活动地相连,一端伸入开口可滑动地设置在所述缸体的容纳腔内,另一端与所述洗涤桶组件200的底部连接。所述阻尼件套设在所述活塞杆上且装设在所述缸体的容纳腔内,构成至少部分用于提供减震阻尼力的减震单元。所述缸体的封闭端外径大于与所述洗涤桶组件200的底部连接的活塞杆另一端外径。所述阻尼件套设在所述活塞杆上且装设在所述缸体容纳腔内,阻尼件为橡胶塞结构,阻尼件安装在活塞杆上与活塞杆一起运动,阻尼件与缸体内壁发生相对运动,提供减震阻尼力,或者,阻尼件限定在缸体内壁上与活塞杆发生相对运动,提供减震阻尼力。
进一步的,所述减震单元还包括阻尼介质,填充在所述缸体容纳腔内,配合阻尼件提供更大的减震阻尼力。阻尼介质为液体介质或空气介质或磁流体介 质,支撑减震件对应为液压减震器或气压减震器或磁流体减震器。
在本发明的一些实施例中,如图3至图5所示,本发明的洗衣机还包括悬吊减震装置。所述悬吊减震装置设置在所述洗涤桶组件200的侧部与所述箱体100之间。
所述悬吊减震装置由两个悬吊减震件构成;分别为第一悬吊减震件501和第二悬吊减震件502。所述第一悬吊减震件501和所述第二悬吊减震件502分别与所述箱体100和所述洗涤桶组件200连接,所述第一悬吊减震件501和所述第二悬吊减震件502与所述第一支撑减震件401和所述第二支撑减震件402在洗涤桶组件200的圆周方向上两两交替间隔设置,如图3所示,在洗涤桶组件200的圆周上按顺时针方向依次设置第一悬吊减震件501、第二支撑减震件402、第二悬吊减震件502、第一支撑减震件401。
上述方案中,还增设了悬吊减震件,使洗衣机设置有多种减震件,多种减震件之间配合安装,能够起到相互配合、协同减震的作用,减小洗衣机在各个方向上的震动,能够大大减小洗衣过程中洗涤桶组件200撞击箱体100的几率,可以增强洗涤桶组件200的抗偏能力,尤其是减小低速过共振点时的振动作用,减小洗衣机噪声,增强洗衣过程的安全性,提升用户使用体验。
而且,如图4和图5所示,本发明的悬吊减震装置也仅由第一悬吊减震件501和所述第二悬吊减震件502构成,其余还包括第三或第四悬吊减震件的方案均不在本发明保护的范围内。可见,本发明通过对支撑减震件和悬吊支撑件的数量进行限定,可有效防止过约束导致的洗衣机的箱体100移位现象。
进一步的方案中,两个悬吊减震件分别沿所述箱体100的另一对角方向设置。即第一悬吊减震件501和所述第二悬吊减震件502沿箱体100的另一对角方向设置。
上述方案中,箱体100的四个角上均设置有用于减震的减震装置,可以将洗衣机震动的作用力完全均匀的分散到各个减震件上,大大减小洗涤桶组件200偏移概率的同时,各个减震件还能够快速吸收震动,保持洗衣机的平稳、减小噪声。
本方案的悬吊减震件设置在洗涤桶组件200的侧部,支撑减震件设置在洗涤桶组件200的底部下方,因此两种减震件为上下设置。
换言之,洗衣机采取上部吊杆、下部阻尼的方式共同起到减震作用,减震效果更佳。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述洗涤桶组件200包括内桶202和外桶201,两个支撑减震件分别与所述外桶201的底部连接;两个悬吊减震件分别与所述外桶201的侧部连接。
详细的,所述第一支撑减震件401和所述第二支撑减震件402分别与所述外桶201的底部连接;所述第一悬吊减震件501和所述第二悬吊减震件502分别与所述外桶201的侧部连接。
本实施例的外桶201包括外桶的底部和外桶的侧壁,外桶201的侧壁与外桶的底部连接构成一桶形结构。所述第一悬吊减震件501和第二悬吊减震件502的一端与外桶的侧壁连接,另一端与箱体100连接。第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402的一端与外桶201的底部连接,另一端与箱体100连接。
外桶的侧壁基本竖直设置,侧壁上设置与第一悬吊减震件501和第二悬吊减震件502的减振单元相配合的向外突出的安装部,第一悬吊减震件501和第二悬吊减震件502装配在安装部中,第一悬吊减震件501和第二悬吊减震件502的吊杆不会受到阻碍,第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402与外桶201的底部连接,两者能够共同作用于外桶201,起到共同减震的作用。
优选的方案中,所述外桶201的底部朝向箱体100的一侧还设置有安装板,所述安装板与外桶201的底部固定连接,第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402的一端与安装板固定,另一端与箱体100连接。
安装板设置在外桶201的底部的下部,可以用于安装电机等驱动装置,对外桶201、内桶202也能够起到支撑作用,增强洗涤桶组件200的抗偏能力。第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402与安装板固定,不仅更够减小外桶201、内桶202的震动,也能够减小安装板、驱动装置等的震动,可以进一步增强减震效果。
进一步的方案,所述外桶201的桶口低于所述内桶202的桶口。
本实施例的外桶201可以为普通的外桶201,外桶201的桶口与内桶202的桶口平齐或者高于内桶202的桶口,也可以用于桶口低于所述内桶202桶口的外桶201,甚至外桶201可以没有桶体,只保留外桶201的底部或者与外桶201的底部类似的结构作为收集结构,收集内桶202中排出的水,腾出空间用来扩大洗衣机内桶202的容积。
本实施例的第一悬吊减震件501和第二悬吊减震件502和第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402均能够对各种高度的外桶201、或者说桶总成起到共同减震、增强桶总成的抗偏能力,尤其是减小低速过共振点时的振动作用。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述洗涤桶组件200包括可旋转的洗涤桶203和安装在所述洗涤桶203外部的集水装置204,两个支撑减震件分别与所述集水装置204的底壁连接;两个悬吊减震件分别与所述集水装置204的侧壁连接。
详细的,所述第一支撑减震件401和所述第二支撑减震件402分别与所述集水装置204的底壁连接;所述第一悬吊减震件501和所述第二悬吊减震件502分别与所述集水装置204的侧壁连接。
上述方案中的洗涤桶203的桶壁上不设置脱水孔,而是设置脱水通道,将水引导至集水装置204中,再经设置在集水装置204的底壁上的排水口排出。
该方案不仅解决了桶间藏污纳垢的问题,还起到了扩容的目的。而且对于扩容洗衣机而言,洗涤桶组件200与箱体100之间的距离较传统洗衣机的间隙变小。本发明在洗衣机的集水装置204的底部和箱体100之间增加支撑减震件,能够很好的解决洗涤过程中洗涤桶组件200撞击箱体100的问题。但是如果在四个角上均设置支撑减震装置,就会出现“过约束”的情况,在脱水过程中容易将洗涤桶组件200的振动传递到箱体100上,导致洗衣机出现移位的情况。
因此,本发明的第一支撑减震件401、第二支撑减震件402、第一悬吊减震件501、第二悬吊减震件502分别位于洗涤桶组件200与箱体100的四个角上,且两两相隔设置,四者能够共同作用于洗涤桶组件200,不仅起到共同减震的作用,还能避免过约束问题引起的洗衣机移位现象。
进一步的方案中,所述集水装置204的上沿不超过所述洗涤桶203的在垂直方向的中线位置;两个悬吊减震件分别与所述集水装置204的上沿连接。
详细的,第一悬吊减震件501和第二悬吊减震件502的下部分别与集水装置204的上沿连接,可减小悬吊减震装置在箱体100内的占用空间,有助于洗衣机实现扩容的目的。
在本发明的一些实施例中,洗衣机还包括进水组件,所述进水组件与所述洗涤桶组件200连通,所述控制杆300设置在远离所述进水组件的一侧。
上述方案中,将控制杆300与进水组件分设在盘座的两侧,使空间的利用率最大化。
优选的方案中,控制杆300设置在洗衣机的左后方,可以理解的是,左后 方是指用户面对洗衣机时的方位。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述第一悬吊减震件501和所述第二悬吊减震件502自下向上,由内向外倾斜;所述第一支撑减震件401和所述第二支撑减震件402自下而上,由外向内倾斜。
上述方案中,所述第一悬吊减震件501和第二悬吊减震件502和第一支撑减震件401和第二支撑减震件402均倾斜设置于箱体100和洗涤桶组件200之间;如此稳固性更好,减震作用的余量更大,不仅可以减小在竖直方向的上的震动,在其它的方向上也能起到一定的减震作用。
洗衣机震动时,洗涤桶组件200向外偏移,两种减震件与箱体100连接的一端到洗衣机中心轴线的距离均大于减震件与洗涤桶组件200连接的一端到洗衣机中心轴线的距离,可以更大程度的随着洗衣机震动产生形变或者阻尼力,减震效果更佳。由于洗涤桶组件200上部的震动大于下部,第一悬吊减震件501和第二悬吊减震件502自下向上,由内向外倾斜,上端与洗涤桶组件200的距离大,避免洗涤桶组件200撞击吊杆,也能够更稳定的悬挂在箱体100上部。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,包括箱体和盘座,所述箱体内设置有洗涤桶组件,所述盘座的下方设有控制杆,其特征在于,
    所述洗涤桶组件的底部与所述箱体之间设有支撑减震装置;
    所述支撑减震装置由两个支撑减震件构成;
    两个支撑减震件分别沿所述箱体的对角方向设置,其中一个支撑减震件在水平面的投影靠近所述控制杆在水平面的投影。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述支撑减震件的一端与所述箱体的下部铰接连接,另一端与所述洗涤桶组件的底部铰接连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述支撑减震件包括,
    缸体,所述缸体内限定有容纳腔,一端具有开口,另一端封闭,所述缸体的封闭端与所述箱体支撑连接;
    活塞杆,与所述缸体可活动地相连,一端伸入开口可滑动地设置在所述缸体的容纳腔内,另一端与所述洗涤桶组件的底部连接;
    阻尼件,套设在所述活塞杆上且装设在所述缸体的容纳腔内,构成至少部分用于提供减震阻尼力的减震单元。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述缸体的封闭端外径大于与所述洗涤桶组件的底部连接的活塞杆另一端外径。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述洗涤桶组件的侧部与所述箱体之间还设有悬吊减震装置;
    所述悬吊减震装置由两个悬吊减震件构成;
    两个悬吊减震件与两个支撑减震件在洗涤桶组件的圆周方向两两交替间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    两个悬吊减震件分别沿所述箱体的另一对角方向设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述洗涤桶组件包括内桶和外桶,
    两个支撑减震件分别与所述外桶的底部连接;
    两个悬吊减震件分别与所述外桶的侧部连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述外桶的底部还设置有安装板,所述安装板与所述外桶的底部固定连接,所述支撑减震件一端与所述安装板固定,另一端与所述箱体连接。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    所述洗涤桶组件包括可旋转的洗涤桶和安装在所述洗涤桶外的集水装置,
    两个支撑减震件分别与所述集水装置的底壁连接;
    两个悬吊减震件分别与所述集水装置的侧壁连接;
    优选的,所述集水装置的上沿不超过所述洗涤桶的在垂直方向的中线位置;
    两个悬吊减震件分别与所述集水装置的上沿连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,
    还包括进水组件,所述进水组件与所述洗涤桶组件连通,所述控制杆设置在远离所述进水组件的一侧。
