技术领域
本发明涉及发声装置技术领域,特别涉及一种音箱。
背景技术
众所周知,扬声器后腔体积的大小对音箱的低频性能影响较大,具体地,扬声器后腔的体积越大,音箱的低频性能较好。然而,现有技术中,音箱的容积利用率却并不高,以SoundBar音箱为例,音箱中扬声器后腔的体积占比较小,使得音箱的低频性能并不理想。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种音箱,用于改善现有技术中,音箱中扬声器后腔的体积占比较小的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种音箱,包括:
底壳和罩设于所述底壳上并与所述底壳固接的罩体,其中,所述底壳包括安装板,所述安装板与所述罩体配合围设出容纳空间,并设有用于安装扬声器的安装孔;所述底壳内形成有所述扬声器的后腔;
扬声器,设置于对应的所述安装孔中;
位于所述容纳空间中且对应于所述扬声器的附加音腔,所述附加音腔与对应的所述扬声器的后腔连通。
本发明提供的音箱,扬声器设置于底壳的安装板上,底壳内形成有扬声器的后腔,在罩体与底壳围设而成的容纳空间中增设了与扬声器后腔连通的附加音腔,将音箱内原本闲置的空间加以利用,从而在音箱整体体积不变的情况下,显著增大了扬声器后腔的体积,提高了音箱中扬声器后腔体积的占比。而扬声器后腔体积的增大,使得音箱的低频性能得以优化提升,同时,能够降低音箱的低频失真。
可选地,所述扬声器为扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体的后端与所述底壳之间形成所述后腔。
可选地,包括附加盖板,所述附加盖板固设于所述底壳上,与所述底壳配合限定出所述附加音腔。
可选地,所述附加盖板朝向所述底壳的一侧设有导音通道,所述导音通道一端与所述附加音腔连通,一端与外界连通。
可选地,所述导音通道与外界连通的一端较与所述附加音腔连通的一端远离对应的所述扬声器。
可选地,所述附加盖板背离所述底壳的面形成有平台部。
可选地,包括间隔设置的两个所述扬声器。
可选地,对应于两个所述扬声器的附加盖板位于两个所述扬声器之间。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供的一种音箱包括:
底壳1和罩设于底壳1上并与底壳1固接的罩体2,其中,底壳1包括安装板11,安装板11与罩体2配合围设出容纳空间,且安装板11设有用于安装扬声器3的安装孔;底壳1内形成有扬声器3的后腔12,如图3所示;
扬声器3,设置于对应的安装孔中;
位于容纳空间中且对应于扬声器3的附加音腔4,附加音腔4与对应的扬声器3的后腔12连通。
本实施例提供的音箱,扬声器3设置于底壳1的安装板11上,底壳1内形成有扬声器3的后腔12,在罩体2与底壳1围设而成的容纳空间中增设了 与扬声器3后腔12连通的附加音腔4,将音箱内原本闲置的空间加以利用,从而在音箱整体体积不变的情况下,显著增大了扬声器3后腔12的体积,提高了音箱中扬声器3后腔12体积的占比。而扬声器3后腔12体积的增大,使得音箱的低频性能得以优化提升,同时,能够降低音箱的低频失真,提升音箱的低频音质及远场智能语音交互识别率。
此外,扬声器3在工作过程中,膜层往复振动产生的气流也更大,与音箱内电子器件热交换的效果更好,有利于提升音箱的散热性能。
罩体2为音箱的出声面,显然,会密布有若干出声孔,例如:罩体2为网罩结构,如图4所示。
具体设置上述扬声器3时,如图5所示,一种可选的技术方案中,上述扬声器3为扬声器单体,扬声器单体的后端与底壳1之间形成上述后腔12。
相比于扬声器3自带壳体,在自带的壳体内形成后腔12,然后再安装到底壳1上的音箱,本实施例中扬声器单体的后端直接与底壳1之间形成后腔12,后腔12的局限性更小,体积更大,从而能够进一步增大后腔12的体积。
一种可选的技术方案中,音箱包括附加盖板5,附加盖板5固设于底壳1上,与底壳1配合限定出附加音腔4。具体地,附加盖板5可以设置于底壳1的安装板11上,例如:与安装板11通过螺栓连接。
作为一种替换方式,为了最大限度提高扬声器3的后腔3的体积,附加盖板5也可以与底壳1为一体成型结构。
附加音腔4位于底壳1与罩体2围设而成的容纳空间中,将附加盖板5直接设置于底壳1上形成附加音箱,有利于使得附加音腔4的体积尽可能大,从而使得扬声器3后腔12的体积尽可能大。
与现有技术中,相同规格的音箱相比,本实施例提供的音箱扬声器3的后腔12的体积约增大四分之一,音箱的低频可向低频延伸约一个倍频程(音箱结构不同,略有差异);同时,由于本实施例中是扬声器单体的后端与底壳1之间直接形成后腔12,相比于扬声器3自带壳体,形成后腔12的结构,节省了安装空间,为扬声器3的选型提供了更多可能,例如:可以选择口径更 大的扬声器3。可见,本实施例提供的音箱改善了整个声学系统架构,使音箱在各层级均得到了提升和优化。例如:本实施例提供的音箱可将原200Hz的响应下潜至100Hz,容积更大的音箱则能够提升更多的低频下潜空间。
一种具体实现方式中,如图6和图7所示,附加盖板5朝向底壳1的一侧设有导音通道51,导音通道51一端与附加音腔4连通,一端与外界连通。
将导音通道51直接集成于附加盖板5的内侧,省去了导音通道51的安装空间,有利于进一步提高音箱内空间的利用率。同时,利用声学导音通道51的声学辐射原理,能够更好的改善低频响应宽度;同时通过低频的延伸,优化低频失真,改善低频失真带来的音乐重放过程中的不正常情况。
当音箱的截面形状为圆形时,在附加盖板5上集成导音通道51还能够有效利用音箱的狭小空间,从而提高音箱的空间利用率。
可选地,导音通道51与外界连通的一端(即导引通道的出气孔)较与附加音腔4连通的一端远离相应的扬声器3,以减少气流对扬声器3性能的影响。
作为一种替换方式,也可以按照声学设计原理,将导音通道51改为辐射器(即假振膜设计)。
如图8所示,附加盖板5背离底壳1的面可以形成有平台部52,功能器件等可以设置于上述平台部52上。
将功能器件等电子类部件隔离在声学腔体外,有利于保证声学腔体较大的体积;当然,根据作业需求,也可以将功能器件等电子类部件置于声学腔体中。
为了使得音箱的发声效果更好,一种可选的技术方案中,音箱包括间隔设置的两个扬声器3。
具体设置时,对应于两个扬声器3的附加盖板5可以位于两个扬声器3之间,两个附加盖板5的平台部52配合,能够提供更大的支撑面,更便于功能器件的安装。例如:音箱的控制电路板可以板设置于两个附加盖板5的平台部52上。
为了使得音箱声光效果具佳,如图9所示,一种具体实现方式中,音箱 可以包括装饰灯组件6,装饰灯组件6也可以设置于附加盖板5的平台部52上;罩体2上则设有对应于装饰灯组件6的出光孔21。可选地,装饰灯组件6包括灯板61和与灯板61相对的导光板62。
如图10所示,上述音箱可以为柱状结构,例如:上述音箱可以为圆柱状结构或棱柱状结构的条形音箱;当包括多个扬声器3时,多个扬声器3沿音箱的轴线方向间隔设置。例如:音箱可以为SoundBar音箱。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

  1. 一种音箱,其特征在于,包括:
    底壳和罩设于所述底壳上并与所述底壳固接的罩体,其中,所述底壳包括安装板,所述安装板与所述罩体配合围设出容纳空间,并设有用于安装扬声器的安装孔;所述底壳内形成有所述扬声器的后腔;
    扬声器,设置于对应的所述安装孔中;
    位于所述容纳空间中且对应于所述扬声器的附加音腔,所述附加音腔与对应的所述扬声器的后腔连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述扬声器为扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体的后端与所述底壳之间形成所述后腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的音箱,其特征在于,包括附加盖板,所述附加盖板固设于所述底壳上,与所述底壳配合限定出所述附加音腔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述附加盖板朝向所述底壳的一侧设有导音通道,所述导音通道一端与所述附加音腔连通,一端与外界连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述导音通道与外界连通的一端较与所述附加音腔连通的一端远离对应的所述扬声器。

  11. 根据权利要求1-10任一项所述的音箱,其特征在于,所述音箱为柱状结构,当包括多个所述扬声器时,多个所述扬声器沿所述音箱的轴线方向间隔设置。
