Description

一种中心销牵引转向架及车辆
本申请要求于2020年12月11日提交中国专利局、申请号为202011457338.1、发明名称为“一种中心销牵引转向架及车辆”的国内申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及轨道交通技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种中心销牵引转向架及车辆。
背景技术
跨座式单轨交通作为城市轨道交通的一种典型制式,具有可重复使用、资源利用率高、施工简单、造价低、工期短、受地面交通干扰小、爬坡和曲线通过能力强、乘坐舒适、视野开阔等特点。
现有跨座式单轨车辆采用橡胶轮胎,更换轮胎极不方便,需要吊起转向架上方的车厢才能进行轮胎更换,轮胎更换完成再把车厢吊回到转向架上,整个过程耗时非常长,导致跨座式单轨列车运营成本和维护成本高。且由于轨道梁较窄,车辆在运行过程中存在车辆两侧轮胎速度不一致,造成轮胎偏磨,进一步导致运营成本的增加。
因此,简化轮胎更换的过程,降低运营成本,是现阶段该领域亟待解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种中心销牵引转向架,该中心销牵引转向架能够简化轮胎更换的过程,降低运营成本,解决了现阶段该领域的难题。本发明的目的还在于提供一种车辆,该车辆包括上述的中心销牵引转向架,因此,能够简化轮胎更换的过程,降低运营成本。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种中心销牵引转向架,包括:构架、走行轮、水平轮、驱动装置、悬挂装置、牵引装置、基础制动装置、高度调节装置;
所述构架包括“H”型架和四个支撑腿,所述“H”型架包括两个端梁和连接两个所述端梁的横梁,四个所述支撑腿分别设置于两个所述端梁两端的底面;
两个所述走行轮设置于所述横梁的两侧;
四个所述水平轮设置于所述支撑腿的底部。
优选的,所述的中心销牵引转向架,所述驱动装置为两套,两套所述驱动装置分别用于驱动两个所述走行轮。
优选的,所述的中心销牵引转向架,所述基础制动装置为两个,分别用于对两个所述走行轮进行制动。

本发明提出的中心销牵引转向架,包括:构架、走行轮、水平轮、驱动装置、悬挂装置、牵引装置、基础制动装置、高度调节装置;构架包括“H”型架和四个支撑腿,“H”型架包括两个端梁和连接两个端梁的横梁,四个支撑腿分别设置于两个端梁两端的底面;两个走行轮设置于横梁的两侧;四个水平轮设置于支撑腿的底部。上述转向架的构架为“H”型架,且两个走行轮分别设置于横梁的两侧,且水平轮安装于支撑腿的底部,即走行轮和水平轮的安装方式均为开放式;因此,在需要对走行轮和水平轮进行更换时,无需将转向架从车辆上解编,只需使走行轮脱离行驶轨道,直接在转向架上对走行轮和水平轮进行更换即可,简化了换轮的过程,提高了工作效率且控制了成本。因此,本发明提出的中心销牵引转向架,能够简化轮胎更换的过程,降低运营成本,解决了现阶段该领域的难题。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心是提供一种中心销牵引转向架,该中心销牵引转向架能够简化轮胎更换的过程,降低运营成本,解决了现阶段该领域的难题。
为了使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明提供的技术方案,下面将结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本具体实施方式提供的中心销牵引转向架,包括:构架1、走行轮2、水平轮3、驱动装置4、悬挂装置5、牵引装置6、基础制动装置7、高度调节装置;构架1包括“H”型架和四个支撑腿8,“H”型架包括两个端梁9和连接两个端梁9的横梁10,四个支撑腿8分别设置于两个端梁9两端的底面;两个走行轮2设置于横梁10的两侧;四个水平轮3设置于支撑腿8的底部。
上述转向架的构架1为“H”型架,且两个走行轮2分别设置于横梁10的两侧,且水平轮3安装于支撑腿8的底部,即走行轮2和水平轮3的安装方式均为开放式;因此,在需要对走行轮2和水平轮3进行更换时,无需将转向架从车辆上解编,只需使走行轮2脱离行驶轨道,直接在转向架上对走行轮2和水平轮3进行更换即可,简化了换轮的过程,提高了工作效率且控制了成本。
因此,本发明提出的中心销牵引转向架,能够简化轮胎更换的过程,降低运营成本,解决了现阶段该领域的难题。具体请参见图1-图3。
上述走行轮2的轮胎,可以是充气橡胶轮胎,或实心的橡胶轮胎,转向架至少由两个独立走行轮2组成。走行轮2可以安装在驱动装置4的外侧;更换走行轮2时,只需要通过压力装置将构架1顶起,从构架1侧面直接拆装轮胎即可,实现了不解编、不落车厢更换走行轮2作业。
本具体实施方式提供的中心销牵引转向架,驱动装置4可以为两套,两套驱动装置4可以分别用于驱动两个走行轮2。
进一步,驱动装置4的电机嵌装于跨座式单轨车辆走行轮2的轮辋中,起着支持轮胎并传递扭矩的作用。
驱动装置4包括电机,电机转子绕电机定子转动,同时与走行轮2的轮辋连接,从而带动走行轮2转动,即由电机直接驱动走行轮2,传动效率高,驱动装置4紧凑,体积小,具备轻量化的设计特点。且转向架包含两套驱动装置4,能够独立对两个走行轮2进行驱动,进而能够通过控制电机的转速来实现对车辆差速的控制。
上述中心销11牵引转向架,基础制动装置7可以为两个,且分别用于对两个走行轮2进行制动,进而更好的实现分别对两侧走行轮2的进行差速控制,避免车辆两侧轮胎速度不一致,造成轮胎的偏磨,从而进一步控制运营成本。
基础制动装置7可以采用液压制动或者空气制动,或者其他能够起到同等作用的制动方式。
上述转向架还可以包括支撑体,该支撑体可以安装于走行轮2和水平 轮3的内侧,在轮胎失气时可以临时替代轮胎使用,进一步提高了车辆行驶的安全系数。
进一步,基础制动装置7可以包括相配合的制动盘和制动夹钳,制动盘可以安装于驱动装置4,制动夹钳可以安装于转向架的构架1。
本具体实施方式提供的中心销牵引转向架,牵引装置6可以设置于横梁10的中心位置,牵引装置6的上端与车厢相连接,下端与转向架的构架1相连接;牵引装置6可以包括中心销11、至少两个牵引橡胶堆13和至少两个45°减震器12,以及两对止挡,进而在实现牵引力传递的同时,能够缓解车辆的振动。
本具体实施方式提供的中心销牵引转向架,悬挂装置5可以采用橡胶弹簧,如空气橡胶弹簧,亦可以为沙漏橡胶弹簧。
进一步,橡胶弹簧可以为四个,四个橡胶弹簧可以分别设置于两个端梁9两端的顶面,请参见图1-2;主要用于支撑车厢的重量,具有减震和缓解轨道冲击的作用,同时四个橡胶弹簧能有效抑制车厢点头运动。
本具体实施方式提供的中心销牵引转向架,高度调节装置可以包括相连接的调整阀和调整杆,其中,调整阀可以与车厢相连接,调整杆可以与构架1相连接;高度调节装置的存在,可以保证车厢在不同重量下距离轨道的高度保持不变。
上述中心销牵引转向架的四个支撑腿8可以分别跨座于行驶轨道的两侧,两个走行轮2位于行驶轨道的上表面,四个水平轮3对称的分布于行驶轨道的两侧,进而更好的避免轮胎出现偏磨的现象,且水平轮3的设计能够引导车辆转向并防止车辆侧翻。
本具体实施方式还提供一种车辆,车辆包含有上述的中心销牵引转向架,因此,该车辆亦在本发明权利保护的范围内。
