Description

一种便于处理黏性原料的颚式破碎机 技术领域
本发明属于颚式破碎机领域,具体涉及一种便于处理黏性原料的颚式破碎机。
背景技术
颚式破碎机,俗称颚破,它由动颚和定颚两块颚板组成破碎腔,模拟动物的两颚运动来完成物料破碎作业。这种破碎机广泛运用于矿山、冶炼、建材、公路、铁路、水利和化工等行业中各种矿石与大块物料的中等粒度破碎。现阶段的颚式破碎机对比物料的粘度具有一点的要求,物料的粘度:即物料的粘度越大,越容易粘附。粘度大的物料在颚式破碎机内会粘附在破碎腔的内壁,如不能及时进行清理,将影响颚式破碎机的工作效率,严重时还可能影响颚式破碎机的正常工作。因此,在选择物料的时候,一定要注意物料的粘度不易太大。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中对物料的黏性要求太大的弊端,提供一种便于处理黏性原料的颚式破碎机,该破碎机在齿板条形齿的凹谷上开设列孔,使黏土不易吸附在破碎机的破碎腔上。
本发明目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种便于处理黏性原料的颚式破碎机,包括机架、曲柄摇杆机构、调整座、固定颚板和活动颚板,所述曲柄摇杆机构包括偏心轴和动颚,偏心轴枢接在机架上,所述活动颚板的设置在动颚上,所述固定颚板固定设置在机架上,所述活动颚板和固定颚板上均设有齿板,所述齿板、活动颚板和固定颚板的上均设置有沿竖向布置的条形齿,固定颚板和活动颚板的条形齿交错深入且对峙形成横向截面呈波浪形结构的破碎腔,所述条形齿凹谷上设置有沿竖向布置的列孔,所述机架上还设置有调整座,调整座前端设置有肘板,肘板的一端连接至调整座另一端连接至动颚上。在齿板条形齿的凹谷内设置列孔,使带这黏性物质的物料上的黏性材质不会附着在齿板上。
作为优选,所述偏心轴上设置有轴套,所述动颚上设置有动颚轴套,动颚轴套枢接在偏心轴的轴套上。
作为优选,所述动颚远离偏心轴的一端下部设有一个卡槽,且调整座上也有 设有卡槽,所述卡槽内均设有短肘板垫,所述肘板卡至在卡槽内的短肘板垫内,连接于调整座与动颚之间。
作为优选,所述动颚上开设一个长条形槽,所述活动颚板固定设置在动颚的长条形槽内。
作为优选,所述动颚、活动颚板和固定颚板与机架相连接部分均设有护板。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:在齿板上的条形齿的凹谷上开设列孔,可以使物料上的黏性材料不会附着在破碎机的破碎腔上,使破碎机的工作效率可以得到提升且提高破碎机的使用寿命。

如图1、图2、图3所示,一种便于处理黏性原料的颚式破碎机,包括机架1、曲柄摇杆机构2、调整座3、固定颚板4和活动颚板5,所述曲柄摇杆机构2包括偏心轴6和动颚7,偏心轴6枢接在机架1上,所述偏心轴6上设置有轴套13,所述动颚7上设置有动颚轴套14,动颚轴套14枢接在偏心轴6的轴套13上,所述动颚7远离偏心轴6的一端下部设有一个卡槽15,所述动颚7上开设一个长条形槽17,所述活动颚板5固定设置在动颚7的长条形槽17内,且调整座3上也有设有卡槽15,所述卡槽15内均设有短肘板垫16,所述肘板12卡至在卡槽15内的短肘板垫16内,连接于调整座3与动颚7之间;所述活动颚板5的设置在动颚7上,所述固定颚板4固定设置在机架1上,所述活动颚板5和固定颚板4上均设有齿板8,所述齿板8、活动颚板5和固定颚板4的上均设置有 沿竖向布置的条形齿9,固定颚板4和活动颚板5的条形齿9交错深入且对峙形成横向截面呈波浪形结构的破碎腔10,所述条形齿9凹谷上设置有沿竖向布置的列孔11,所述机架1上还设置有调整座3,调整座3前端设置有肘板12,肘板12的一端连接至调整座3另一端连接至动颚7上;所述动颚7、活动颚板5和固定颚板4与机架1相连接部分均设有护板18。
