背景技术
颚式破碎机,俗称颚破,它由动颚和定颚两块颚板组成破碎腔,模拟动物的两颚运动来完成物料破碎作业。这种破碎机广泛运用于矿山、冶炼、建材、公路、铁路、水利和化工等行业中各种矿石与大块物料的中等粒度破碎。
现有技术的颚式破碎机(指复摆颚式破碎机,下同)有两个方面的弊端制约破碎机的破碎比和破碎效益:
一.腔型设计制约着高破碎比的实现:
(1)、由于破碎腔为竖“V”型,上大下小,每一个工作循环排放出的大多是大小不均匀的倒三角形容腔的物料;
(2)、破碎腔没有增力效应,不利于破碎;
(3)、物料细度与破碎产量相矛盾,要求物料粒度细时需缩小排放口,产量就低;需要增加产量时需放大排放口,出料粒度就大。
二.颚破下部(动颚的下部)没有破碎力,仅起到排放物料的作用。
现有技术颚破的动颚下部只起排放物料作用,破碎作用极微,这是由其结构的力学特征所决定的。
从力学角度看有一个共同的典型结构,即都运用了一套曲柄摇杆机构(其偏心驱动轴是曲柄,动颚是连杆,肘板是摇杆),动颚一侧与机器一侧组成一个“V”型破碎腔,动颚上部直接靠偏心驱动轴获得水平方向的破碎冲程,动颚下部靠动颚作圆周运动带动肘板摇摆获得水平方向的破碎冲程及排放物料行程。这种结构优点是简单,容易制造,由此成为应用最为广泛的一种破碎机。但是在这种机构下,由动颚往上拉力带动肘板摇摆产生水平方向的破碎冲程,对“破碎力与排放能力”来说是相互矛盾,即要求破碎能力大时,排放物料能力接近于零;要求排放能力大时,破碎力剧减。
如公开号为CN202238135U的中国专利包括机架、传动装置、双曲柄摇杆机构和破碎副,破碎副包括设置在机架上的固定颚板和设置在前动颚上的活动颚 板,固定颚板和活动颚板均为横向截面呈波浪形的结构,固定颚板和活动颚板下部的凸峰与凹谷交错深入且对峙形成横向截面也呈波浪形结构的破碎腔。该专利为双偏心轴设置这样设置的破碎机结构复杂,对原料的要求比较高,且破碎效率较低。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中双偏心轴设置破碎机的结构复杂,对原料的要求比较高,且破碎效率较低的弊端,提供一种细碎颚式破碎机,该破碎机采用单偏心轴设置,且改变活动颚板的结构,使其对原材料包容性增大,提高破碎机的功效。
