Abstract
Description
フィルムを連続的に送りながら、フィルムを所定の寸法でシールおよび切断することにより、フィルムで製品を包装するピロー包装機のように、一連の加工プロセスを繰り返しかつ連続的に行う産業機器が存在する。このような産業機器では、一連の加工プロセスを行うための複数の軸を備え、それら複数の軸を互いに同期させながら所要の動作を行う。
ここでは、従軸の位置を主軸の位置に同期して制御する電子カム制御を行う電子カム制御システムについて、図面を参照しながら説明する。
図1は、実施の形態1に係るカム曲線生成システム1の構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
上記構成のカム曲線生成装置100は、一例として、カム曲線を生成する第1のカム曲線生成処理を行う。
以下、ステップS60の処理の具体的な処理内容について、図面を参照しながら説明する。
カム曲線生成装置100によると、適用区間の始端と終端とにおける、従軸の位置、従軸の速度、および、従軸の加速度は、取得する境界条件により定められる。このため、カム曲線生成装置100によると、取得する境界条件を適切なものとすることで、適用区間外の区間外カム曲線と滑らかに接続するカム曲線を生成することができる。
以下、実施の形態1に係るカム曲線生成システム1から一部の構成が変更されて構成される実施の形態2に係るカム曲線生成システムについて説明する。
図5は、実施の形態2に係るカム曲線生成システム1Aの構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
上記構成のカム曲線生成装置100Aは、一例として、カム曲線を生成する第2のカム曲線生成処理を行う。
カム曲線生成装置100Aによると、予め生成された既成カム曲線から、第1の主軸の位置と第2の主軸の位置とにおいて既成カム曲線に滑らかに接続する新たなカム曲線であって、主軸の遷移の範囲を、第1の主軸の位置から第2の主軸の位置までの範囲とする新たなカム曲線を生成することができる。
以上、本開示の一態様に係るカム曲線生成装置等について、実施の形態1、実施の形態2に基づいて説明したが、本開示は、これら実施の形態に限定されるものではない。本開示の趣旨を逸脱しない限り、当業者が思いつく各種変形をこれら実施の形態に施したものや、異なる実施の形態における構成要素を組み合わせて構築される形態も、本開示の1つまたは複数の態様の範囲内に含まれてもよい。

- 従軸の位置を制御するカム曲線を生成するカム曲線生成装置であって、
前記カム曲線生成装置は、境界条件取得部と、分割条件取得部と、区間分割部と、カム曲線生成部と、を備え、
前記境界条件取得部は、主軸の位置が遷移する範囲のうち、前記カム曲線の生成の対象となる適用区間の境界条件を取得し、
前記分割条件取得部は、前記適用区間を複数のサブ区間に分割する分割条件を取得し、
前記区間分割部は、前記分割条件を満たすように、前記適用区間を前記複数のサブ区間に分割し、
前記カム曲線生成部は、前記境界条件を満たすように、前記適用区間における前記カム曲線を生成し、
前記複数のサブ区間の各々は、前記従軸の加速度が単調増加するサブ区間または前記従軸の加速度が単調減少するサブ区間、または前記従軸の加速度が変化しないサブ区間のいずれかの種別であり、
前記分割条件は、前記複数のサブ区間の長さと種別とを含み、
前記境界条件は、前記適用区間の始端と終端とにおける、前記従軸の位置と、前記従軸の速度と、前記従軸の加速度とを含み、
前記カム曲線生成部は、前記複数のサブ区間の境界のそれぞれにおいて、前記従軸の位置と、前記従軸の速度と、前記従軸の加速度とが連続するように、前記カム曲線を生成する
カム曲線生成装置。 - 前記カム曲線生成部は、前記従軸の加速度が単調増加するサブ区間または前記従軸の加速度が単調減少するサブ区間のうちの少なくとも1つのサブ区間では、前記従軸の加速度の、当該サブ区間の始端から終端にかけての波形が、正弦波の頂点までの1/4周期部分の形状となるように、前記カム曲線を生成する
請求項1に記載のカム曲線生成装置。 - 前記カム曲線生成部は、前記従軸の加速度が単調増加するサブ区間または前記従軸の加速度が単調減少するサブ区間のうちの少なくとも1つのサブ区間では、前記従軸の加速度の、当該サブ区間の始端から終端にかけての波形が、正弦波の頂点からの半周期部分の形状となるように、前記カム曲線を生成する
請求項1に記載のカム曲線生成装置。 - 前記カム曲線生成部は、前記従軸の加速度が単調増加するサブ区間または前記従軸の加速度が単調減少するサブ区間のうちの少なくとも1つのサブ区間では、前記従軸の加速度の、当該サブ区間の始端から終端にかけての波形が、正弦波の頂点からの1/4周期部分の形状となるように、前記カム曲線を生成する
請求項1に記載のカム曲線生成装置。 - 前記カム曲線生成部は、前記従軸の加速度が単調増加するサブ区間または前記従軸の加速度が単調減少するサブ区間のうちの少なくとも1つのサブ区間では、前記従軸の加速度の、当該サブ区間の始端から終端にかけての波形が、前記主軸の位置の1次多項式で定義される波形となるように、前記カム曲線を生成する
請求項1に記載のカム曲線生成装置。 - 前記複数のサブ区間は、順に連続する、第1のサブ区間と第2のサブ区間と第3のサブ区間と第4のサブ区間と第5のサブ区間との5つのサブ区間であり、
前記第1のサブ区間と前記第3のサブ区間と前記第5のサブ区間とは、前記従軸の加速度が単調増加するサブ区間または前記従軸の加速度が単調減少するサブ区間であり、
前記第2のサブ区間と前記第4のサブ区間とは、前記従軸の加速度が変化しないサブ区間である
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のカム曲線生成装置。 - 前記第2のサブ区間と前記第4のサブ区間とにおける前記従軸の加速度は、0以外の値である
請求項6に記載のカム曲線生成装置。 - 前記複数のサブ区間は、順に連続する、第1のサブ区間と第2のサブ区間と第3のサブ区間と第4のサブ区間と第5のサブ区間と第6のサブ区間と第7のサブ区間との7つのサブ区間であり、
前記第1のサブ区間と前記第3のサブ区間と前記第5のサブ区間と第7のサブ区間は、前記従軸の加速度が単調増加するサブ区間または前記従軸の加速度が単調減少するサブ区間であり、
前記第2のサブ区間と前記第4のサブ区間と第6のサブ区間とは、前記従軸の加速度が変化しないサブ区間である
請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のカム曲線生成装置。 - 前記第2のサブ区間と前記第6のサブ区間とにおける前記従軸の加速度は、0以外の値であり、
前記第4のサブ区間における前記従軸の加速度は、0である
請求項8に記載のカム曲線生成装置。 - 前記主軸の位置が遷移する範囲を、前記適用区間と、前記適用区間以外の非適用区間とに区切る区間設定部をさらに備える
請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のカム曲線生成装置。 - 予め生成された既成カム曲線を記憶する既成カム曲線記憶部と、
前記既成カム曲線から、第1の主軸の位置における前記従軸の第1の従軸の位置と、前記第1の主軸の位置における前記従軸の第1の従軸の速度と、前記第1の主軸の位置における前記従軸の第1の従軸の加速度と、前記第1の主軸の位置より後の時刻における第2の主軸の位置と、前記第2の主軸の位置における前記従軸の第2の従軸の速度と、前記第2の主軸の位置における前記従軸の第2の従軸の加速度とを算出し、前記既成カム曲線において前記主軸の位置が遷移する範囲のうち、前記第1の主軸の位置から前記第2の主軸の位置までの第1の区間を前記適用区間として、前記第1の従軸の位置と、前記第1の従軸の速度と、前記第1の従軸の加速度と、前記第2の従軸の位置と、前記第2の従軸の速度と、前記第2の従軸の加速度とを、それぞれ、前記始端における前記従軸の位置と、前記始端における前記従軸の速度と、前記始端における前記従軸の加速度と、前記終端における前記従軸の位置と、前記終端における前記従軸の速度と、前記終端における前記従軸の加速度とする前記境界条件を算出する境界条件算出部と、をさらに備え、

主軸の位置が遷移する範囲のうち、前記カム曲線の生成の対象となる適用区間の境界条件を取得する第1のステップと、
前記適用区間を複数のサブ区間に分割する分割条件を取得する第2のステップと、
前記分割条件を満たすように、前記適用区間を前記複数のサブ区間に分割する第3のステップと、
前記境界条件を満たすように、前記適用区間における前記カム曲線を生成する第4のステップと、を備え、
前記複数のサブ区間の各々は、前記従軸の加速度が単調増加するサブ区間または前記従軸の加速度が単調減少するサブ区間、または前記従軸の加速度が変化しないサブ区間のいずれかの種別であり、
前記分割条件は、前記複数のサブ区間の長さと種別とを含み、
前記境界条件は、前記適用区間の始端と終端とにおける、前記従軸の位置と、前記従軸の速度と、前記従軸の加速度とを含み、
前記第4のステップでは、さらに、前記複数のサブ区間の境界のそれぞれにおいて、前記従軸の位置と、前記従軸の速度と、前記従軸の加速度とが連続するように、前記カム曲線を生成する
