脱毛仪 技术领域
本实用新型涉及美容仪器领域,特别是涉及一种脱毛仪。
背景技术
脱毛仪作为一种美容仪器,可以脱除身体如唇部、手部、腿部上的毛发,解决毛发过旺的烦恼,提升使用者外在形象。脱毛仪普遍是通过发射出高能量光线,例如激光等,利用光热灼烧毛发根部,使毛发脱离皮肤。
由于脱毛仪发出的光线高能量,在无防护的情况下会使使用者承受高温,甚至损伤皮肤。目前,传统的脱毛仪通过设置蓝宝石镜片,对蓝宝石镜片进行制冷,在脱毛仪工作过程中实现降温。然而,该降温方式仍有不足,使用者依然会有灼烧感。
实用新型内容
基于此,有必要提供一种脱毛仪,以提高降温效果。
一种脱毛仪,包括壳体、金属触头、发光机构、透明导热机构、第一制冷机构以及第二制冷机构;
所述壳体具有开口端,所述金属触头连接于所述开口端,以封盖所述开口端,所述金属触头设有出光孔,所述透明导热机构嵌设于所述出光孔,所述发光机构设置在所述壳体内且朝向所述透明导热机构,所述第一制冷机构连接于所述透明导热机构,以用于对所述透明导热机构制冷,所述第二制冷机构连接于所述金属触头靠近所述壳体的一侧,以用于对所述金属触头制冷。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第一制冷机构为制冷片。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二制冷机构为制冷片。
在其中一个实施例中,所述金属触头包括接触部和连接部,所述接触部位平板状结构,所述出光孔设置在所述接触部,所述连接部围设在所述接触部的边缘,所述连接部与所述接触部配合形成容置腔,所述透明导热机构、所述第一制冷机构以及所述第二制冷机构设置在所述容置腔内,所述连接部与所述壳体的开口端连接。
在其中一个实施例中,所述连接部与所述接触部的夹角为钝角。
在其中一个实施例中,所述第二制冷机构连接于所述接触部靠近所述壳体的一侧。
在其中一个实施例中,所述脱毛仪还包括安装机构,所述安装机构连接于所述壳体的开口端以及所述金属触头的连接部,所述安装机构设置在所述容置腔内,所述安装机构设有第一嵌设孔以及第二嵌设孔,所述透明导热机构以及所述第一制冷机构嵌设于所述第一嵌设孔中,所述第二制冷机构嵌设于所述第二嵌设孔中。
在其中一个实施例中,所述透明导热机构远离所述壳体的一侧与所述金属触头远离所述壳体的一侧齐平。
在其中一个实施例中,所述透明导热机构上设有卡位槽,所述第一嵌设孔的孔壁设置有与所述卡位槽配合的卡位件。
在其中一个实施例中,所述透明导热机构为蓝宝石块体。
在其中一个实施例中,所述壳体上设置有操作件,所述操作件用于控制第二制冷机构的电路通断。
与现有方案相比,上述脱毛仪具有以下有益效果:
上述脱毛仪设置有第一制冷机构以及第二制冷机构,第一制冷机构连接于透明导热机构,用于对透明导热机构制冷,第二制冷机构连接于金属触头靠近壳体的一侧,对金属触头进行制冷,金属触头具有良好的导热性,如此,脱毛仪在使用过程中,整个头部被制冷降温,冰肤面积大,降温效果好,避免皮肤灼烧感,提升使用舒适度。

请参考图1~3所示,本实用新型一实施例的脱毛仪100包括壳体110、金属触头120、发光机构(图中未示出)、透明导热机构130、第一制冷机构140以及第二制冷机构150。
其中,壳体110具有内腔,用于容纳电源电路等。发光机构亦收容于壳体110的内腔中。壳体110具有开口端。发光机构用于经过的开口端向壳体110外发射高能量光线,例如激光等,高能量光线可灼烧毛发,使毛发脱离皮肤。
金属触头120连接于开口端,以封盖开口端。金属触头120设有出光孔1212,透明导热机构130嵌设于出光孔1212。发光机构朝向透明导热机构130,经过透明导热机构130向外发射高能量光线。
第一制冷机构140连接于透明导热机构130,以用于对透明导热机构130制冷。
第二制冷机构150连接于金属触头120靠近壳体110的一侧,以用于对金属触头120制冷。
上述脱毛仪100仪设置有第一制冷机构140以及第二制冷机构150,第一制 冷机构140连接于透明导热机构130用于对透明导热机构130制冷,第二制冷机构150连接于金属触头120靠近壳体110的一侧,对金属触头120进行制冷,金属触头120具有良好的导热性,如此,脱毛仪100在使用过程中,整个头部被制冷降温,冰肤面积大,降温效果好,避免皮肤灼烧感,提升使用舒适度。
在其中一个示例中,透明导热机构130采用蓝宝石块体,其具有优异的导热性。可以理解,在其他示例中,透明导热机构130也可以采用其他透明的导热性好的材料。
在其中一个示例中,透明导热机构130上设有卡位槽131,第一嵌设孔的孔壁设置有与卡位槽配合的卡位件。如此,可将透明导热机构130的位置进行固定。
如图2所示,在其中一个示例中,透明导热机构130为方块形状。在本示例中,第一制冷机构140可贴设于透明导热机构130的侧面,即贴设于透明导热机构130除了靠近发光机构的一侧以及远离发光机构的一侧之外的侧面。在本示例中,金属触头120上的出光孔1212为方形孔,出光孔1212的开口尺寸与透明导热机构130的截面尺寸相当。可以理解,在其他示例中,透明导热机构130也可以是其他形状,如圆柱状等。
在其中一个示例中,透明导热机构130远离壳体110的一侧与金属触头120远离壳体110的一侧齐平。更具体地,透明导热机构130远离壳体110的一侧为平面,金属触头120远离壳体110的一侧亦为平面,两者齐平设置,可以增大与皮肤的接触面积,提高降温的效果。
在其中一个示例中,第一制冷机构140为制冷片,具体为半导体制冷片。在本示例中,第一制冷机构140贴设于透明导热机构130上。可以理解,第一制冷机构140贴设于透明导热机构130上的不挡住发光机构发射的光线的位置。
在其中一个示例中,第二制冷机构150为制冷片,具体为半导体制冷片。在本示例中,第二制冷机构150贴设于金属触头120。
在图示的具体示例中,第一制冷机构140和第二制冷机构150均采用制冷片。
可选地,第一制冷机构140和第二制冷机构150均不限于仅有一个,可以为多个,如两个、三个等。
金属触头120优选采用导热性优异的金属材料制作,有利于提高降温的效果。例如,金属触头120的材料可以是但不限于铝、铁、铜、银及其合金等。
如图4所示,在其中一个示例中,金属触头120包括接触部121和连接部122。接触部121位平板状结构。出光孔1212设置在接触部121上。连接部122围设在接触部121的边缘,连接部122与接触部121配合形成容置腔123。透明导热机构130、第一制冷机构140以及第二制冷机构150设置在容置腔123内,连接部122与壳体110的开口端连接。
上述示例的脱毛仪100的金属触头120包括接触部121和连接部122,两者配合形成容置腔123,将透明导热机构130、第一制冷机构140以及第二制冷机构150收容在内,可以减小脱毛仪100的径向尺寸,减小其整体体积,方便使用者携带和使用。
在其中一个示例中,连接部122与接触部121的夹角为钝角。在其中一个示例中,连接部122与接触部121的夹角为115°~160°,例如夹角为120°、130°、145°等。接触部121和连接部122形成3D立体的冷却结构,提高冰肤面积,提高冰肤效果,同时也可以提高脱毛仪100的美观度和使用者的使用舒适度。
在其中一个示例中,第二制冷机构150连接于接触部121靠近壳体110的 一侧,对接触部121进行制冷。
在其中一个示例中,壳体110和金属触头120为可拆卸式连接,可以方便更换其中的部件,如第一制冷机构140、第二制冷机构150。
如图2所示,在其中一个示例中,脱毛仪100还包括安装机构160。安装机构160连接于壳体110的开口端以及金属触头120的连接部122,安装机构160设置在容置腔123内,安装机构160设有第一嵌设孔161以及第二嵌设孔162,透明导热机构130以及第一制冷机构140嵌设于第一嵌设孔161中,第二制冷机构150嵌设于第二嵌设孔162中。
上述示例的脱毛仪100的在壳体110的开口端和金属触头120设置安装机构160,安装机构160设置在接触部121和连接部122形成的容置腔123内,安装机构160上设有用于嵌设透明导热机构130和第一制冷机构140的第一嵌设孔161以及用于嵌设第二制冷机构150的第二嵌设孔162,如此,脱毛仪100结构紧凑,体积小,节省空间,并且可以方便地对透明导热机构130、第一制冷机构140以及第二制冷机构150进行安装固定。
如图1所示,在其中一个示例中,壳体110为条状结构,可以是但不限于圆形条状、扁圆形条状、方形条状等,可方便使用者持握。开口端位于条状结构的其中一端。条状结构的另一端可以设置充电机构,用于为脱毛仪100进行充电。
如图1所示,在其中一个示例中,壳体110上设置有剩余电量显示机构113,用于显示脱毛仪100的剩余电量。
如图1所示,在其中一个示例中,壳体110上设置有第一操作件111,如可以是按钮等,第一操作件111用于控制发光机构的电路通断。
如图1所示,在其中一个示例中,壳体110上设置有第二操作件112,如可 以是按钮等,第二操作件112用于控制第二制冷机构150的电路通断。在本示例中,使用者可以根据需要开启或者关闭第二制冷机构150的功能。例如当环境气温非常寒冷时,金属触头120本身具有一定的降温效果,此时可选择关闭第二制冷机构150的功能。
脱毛仪100还可以进一步设置控制器以及温度传感器。温度传感器用于检测环境温度,控制器与温度传感器以及第二制冷机构150电性连接,当温度传感器检测到环境温度不低于设定值,控制器控制第二制冷机构150开启,当温度传感器检测到环境温度低于设定值,控制器控制第二制冷机构150关闭。
下面提供具体实施例对本实用新型进行说明,但本实用新型并不局限于下述示例,应当理解,所附权利要求概括了本实用新型的范围在本实用新型构思的引导下本领域的技术人员应意识到,对本实用新型的各示例所进行的一定的改变,都将被本实用新型的权利要求书的精神和范围所覆盖。
实施例1
本实施例为1~4所示的脱毛仪100,其包括壳体110、金属触头120、安装机构160、发光机构、透明导热机构130、第一制冷机构140以及第二制冷机构150。
壳体110为具有内腔的条状结构,条状结构的其中一端为开口端,另一端设置充电机构。发光机构收容于壳体110的内腔中。
金属触头120连接于开口端,以封盖开口端。金属触头120的材料为铝合金。金属触头120包括接触部121和连接部122。接触部121位平板状结构。接触部121上设置有出光孔1212。连接部122围设在接触部121的边缘,连接部122与接触部121配合形成容置腔123。透明导热机构130、第一制冷机构140以及第二制冷机构150设置在容置腔123内,连接部122与壳体110的开口端 连接。
金属触头120设有出光孔1212,透明导热机构130嵌设于出光孔1212。透明导热机构130为蓝宝石快退。透明导热机构130远离壳体110的一侧与金属触头120的接触部121远离壳体110的一侧齐平。发光机构朝向透明导热机构130,经过透明导热机构130向外发射高能量光线。
安装机构160连接于壳体110的开口端以及金属触头120的连接部122,安装机构160设置在容置腔123内,安装机构160设有第一嵌设孔161以及第二嵌设孔162,透明导热机构130以及第一制冷机构140嵌设于第一嵌设孔161中,第二制冷机构150嵌设于第二嵌设孔162中。
第一制冷机构140为制冷片,贴设于透明导热机构130的侧面上,以用于对透明导热机构130制冷。
第二制冷机构150为制冷片,贴设于金属触头120的接触部121靠近壳体110的一侧,以用于对金属触头120制冷。
壳体110上设置有第一操作件111,第一操作件111用于控制发光机构的电路通断。
壳体110上设置有剩余电量显示机构113,用于显示脱毛仪100的剩余电量。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种脱毛仪,包括壳体、金属触头、安装机构、发光机构、透明导热机构、第一制冷机构、第二制冷机构。
壳体为具有内腔的条状结构,条状结构的其中一端为开口端。壳体的内腔中设置有发光机构及电池。
金属触头连接于开口端,以封盖开口端。金属触头的材料为铜。金属触头 包括接触部和连接部。接触部位平板状结构。接触部上设置有出光孔。连接部围设在接触部的边缘,连接部与接触部配合形成容置腔。透明导热机构、第一制冷机构以及第二制冷机构设置在容置腔内,连接部与壳体的开口端连接。
金属触头设有出光孔,透明导热机构嵌设于出光孔。透明导热机构为蓝宝石快退。透明导热机构远离壳体的一侧与金属触头的接触部远离壳体的一侧齐平。发光机构朝向透明导热机构,经过透明导热机构向外发射高能量光线。
安装机构连接于壳体的开口端以及金属触头的连接部,安装机构设置在容置腔内,安装机构设有第一嵌设孔以及第二嵌设孔,透明导热机构以及第一制冷机构嵌设于第一嵌设孔中,第二制冷机构嵌设于第二嵌设孔中。
第一制冷机构为制冷片,贴设于透明导热机构的侧面上,以用于对透明导热机构制冷。
第二制冷机构为制冷片,贴设于金属触头的接触部靠近壳体的一侧,以用于对金属触头制冷。
壳体上设置有第一操作件,第一操作件用于控制发光机构的电路通断。
壳体上设置有剩余电量显示机构,用于显示脱毛仪的剩余电量。
壳体上设置有第二操作件,第二操作件用于控制第二制冷机构的电路通断。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种脱毛仪,包括壳体、金属触头、安装机构、发光机构、透明导热机构、第一制冷机构、第二制冷机构、控制器以及温度传感器。
壳体为具有内腔的条状结构,条状结构的其中一端为开口端。壳体的内腔中设置有发光机构及电池。
金属触头连接于开口端,以封盖开口端。金属触头的材料为铜。金属触头 包括接触部和连接部。接触部位平板状结构。接触部上设置有出光孔。连接部围设在接触部的边缘,连接部与接触部配合形成容置腔。透明导热机构、第一制冷机构以及第二制冷机构设置在容置腔内,连接部与壳体的开口端连接。
金属触头设有出光孔,透明导热机构嵌设于出光孔。透明导热机构为蓝宝石快退。透明导热机构远离壳体的一侧与金属触头的接触部远离壳体的一侧齐平。发光机构朝向透明导热机构,经过透明导热机构向外发射高能量光线。
安装机构连接于壳体的开口端以及金属触头的连接部,安装机构设置在容置腔内,安装机构设有第一嵌设孔以及第二嵌设孔,透明导热机构以及第一制冷机构嵌设于第一嵌设孔中,第二制冷机构嵌设于第二嵌设孔中。
第一制冷机构为制冷片,贴设于透明导热机构的侧面上,以用于对透明导热机构制冷。
第二制冷机构为制冷片,贴设于金属触头的接触部靠近壳体的一侧,以用于对金属触头制冷。
壳体上设置有第一操作件,第一操作件用于控制发光机构的电路通断。
壳体上设置有剩余电量显示机构,用于显示脱毛仪的剩余电量。
壳体上设置有第二操作件,第二操作件用于控制第二制冷机构的电路通断。
温度传感器用于检测环境温度,控制器与温度传感器以及第二制冷机构电性连接,当温度传感器检测到环境温度不低于设定值,控制器控制第二制冷机构开启,当温度传感器检测到环境温度低于设定值,控制器控制第二制冷机构关闭。
上述脱毛仪仪设置有第一制冷机构以及第二制冷机构,第一制冷机构连接于透明导热机构用于对透明导热机构制冷,第二制冷机构连接于金属触头靠近壳体的一侧,对金属触头进行制冷,金属触头具有良好的导热性,如此,脱毛 仪在使用过程中,整个头部被制冷降温,冰肤面积大,降温效果好,避免皮肤灼烧感,提升使用舒适度。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种脱毛仪,其特征在于,包括壳体、发光机构、金属触头、透明导热机构、第一制冷机构以及第二制冷机构;
    所述壳体具有开口端,所述金属触头连接于所述开口端,以封盖所述开口端,所述金属触头设有出光孔,所述透明导热机构嵌设于所述出光孔,所述发光机构设置在所述壳体内且朝向所述透明导热机构,所述第一制冷机构连接于所述透明导热机构,以用于对所述透明导热机构制冷,所述第二制冷机构连接于所述金属触头靠近所述壳体的一侧,以用于对所述金属触头制冷。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述第一制冷机构为制冷片;和/或,
    所述第二制冷机构为制冷片。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述金属触头包括接触部和连接部,所述接触部位平板状结构,所述出光孔设置在所述接触部,所述连接部围设在所述接触部的边缘,所述连接部与所述接触部配合形成容置腔,所述透明导热机构、所述第一制冷机构以及所述第二制冷机构设置在所述容置腔内,所述连接部与所述壳体的开口端连接。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述接触部的夹角为钝角。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述第二制冷机构连接于所述接触部靠近所述壳体的一侧。
  6. 如权利要求3所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述脱毛仪还包括安装机构,所述安装机构连接于所述壳体的开口端以及所述金属触头的连接部,所述安装机构设置在所述容置腔内,所述安装机构设有第一嵌设孔以及第二嵌设孔,所 述透明导热机构以及所述第一制冷机构嵌设于所述第一嵌设孔中,所述第二制冷机构嵌设于所述第二嵌设孔中。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述透明导热机构上设有卡位槽,所述第一嵌设孔的孔壁设置有与所述卡位槽配合的卡位件。
  8. 如权利要求1、2、4~7中任一项所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述透明导热机构远离所述壳体的一侧与所述金属触头远离所述壳体的一侧齐平。
  9. 如权利要求1、2、4~7中任一项所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述透明导热机构为蓝宝石块体。
  10. 如权利要求1、2、4~7中任一项所述的脱毛仪,其特征在于,所述壳体上设置有操作件,所述操作件用于控制第二制冷机构的电路通断。
